Meditation is one of the best ways for humans
to achieve the life goal. First we have to learn
to love ourselves. God is unconditional love.
This love means love to God to ourselves and
the entire creation. The other kind of love, to
the friends, the family or animals, this is individual
love, attachment. Meditation brings us closer
to our life situation. We have to decide what is
important and what is not important in our life.
Disturbances will always be. We see only the
present situation, we cannot see the future. To
come to the truth, through meditation, this is
the aim. Swamiji guides a meditation.
