on our own path and that will not let

us go further. The best technique for

anti stress is Yoga Nidra and meditation.

After practicing, our thoughts will

become very calm and clear thinking.

In meditation, imagining too many pictures

will also create stress. We are the creator

of our own destiny. Past is gone and

things will not come back. Certain fix

ideas, which we have in our sub -

consciousness disturbs us. Those we

have to clean up and for that, the anti

stress meditation is the best. Physical

exercises and Yoga postures are also

very good.
