Practicing Asanas brings us good
health. It brings us flexibility. It can
reduce problems which we have in
our body. It can release energy within
the body. It can release tension. But
the most important part of the Asanas
is, that it can bring the feeling and the
quality of stillness when being active.
We come to a moment where we
remain completely still. We are in the
awareness within. Also in Pranayama
and Meditiation practices we are
experiencing that moment of stillness,
the awareness within. This are the
moments of peace and joy we take
with us. Accompanying us the whole
day when practiced in the morning.
This stillness and awareness will be
a part of our day. The stillness is there.
It is the beauty within.
