our body and mind reacts in
a special way and we may
have problems with our
physical or mental health.
When we try to use Yoga to
help ourselves, when we have
a back problem or any other,
it is very useful to observe our
daily life. Observing what we
had been done, to find that,
what maybe had caused the
problem which we have. It
may be very simple. If we know
which emotions, situations,
persons and other things are
affecting us, we can learn
something and we can make
it better, transforming ourselves
for a better and healthier life.
