great Saint Adi Shankara. It is

describing the meaning of the

- Om Namah Shivaya - mantra.

Through this mantra it is possible

to realize God. Puja or worship

is a religious ritual performed by

Hindus as an offering to various

deities. It is an instant spiritual

experience. We humans are

born with a spiritual aim. We

came to this life with certain aim

for spiritual progress. We do not

need to search outside. We have

everything within, but we

cannot see it because of our

ignorance. Therefore we need

guidance on the spiritual path.

Prayers and Pujas are a great

help, they are a medium on our

way to God.
