Because one does not have the education to care about others, to love others, and therefore the yoga practices, cvičenie yogī, means not only physical exercises and breath exercises, but is beyond this. A kind of consciousness awakens, a spiritual consciousness awakens, your entire being. Becomes happy, relaxed. You never had such happiness. He never experienced such happiness, and therefore, this self which is troubling the endless universe, do not think that you will be incarnated again on this planet. We have this biological system; maybe they have a different system, maybe they have a different kind of life, and you never know if you will believe in God at that time or not. How will you act? Therefore, this life is most beautiful. This life is a divine life. And don’t lose this life. Utilize this life. The time which is gone is gone forever; it will never come back. So, think, who are you? You are a human. What does it mean to be a human? What are the human qualities, and what are the responsibilities of the human? That’s very important.
