Purification Of Body And Energy

The universe is Śiva's body, and every atom is Śiva consciousness, with cells as Śakti energy. Cells transform; some become pure consciousness, while others are rejected upon contact with negative energies, becoming impurities and disease within the body. Prāṇāyāma purifies by expelling these dead cells and should be practiced daily. Cleansing practices like Saṅkt Prakṣālana or Ayurvedic remedies such as Sonāmukhī and Triphalā are essential to reduce unhealthy cells. These negative cells generate vibrations of laziness, anger, and greed, drawing one into negative societies and absorbing negative energy from others. Modern life is saturated with electronic radiance, affecting health. Śakti is all energy, positive as daivī śakti and negative as asurī śakti, which can manipulate. Śiva contains the entire universe, both negative and positive. Prāṇāyāma awakens pure Śakti, connecting one to pure consciousness. One must protect oneself from surrounding negative energies and cultivate pure love. Positive spirituality grows slowly like a tree, yet the mind can quickly destroy this inner garden. A spiritual person creates a lake of divine love from which all may drink, attaining immortality through purified consciousness connected to Śiva.

"Making prāṇāyāma purifies the body. It awakens in you the Śakti or energy, which is the pure one."

"The spiritual person, for years and years, creates that garden and that lake of divine love, of God, of bhakti, of devotion. Then everyone drinks from that."

Śrī Śrīdeva Puruṣa Mahādevakī Jai! Satguru Svāmī Madhvānandīvagvānakī Jai! Sanātana Dharma kī Jai! Good morning to everybody, here and there, everywhere, anywhere in the world, our dear ones who are with us through the webcast. Now, about 46% of the globe is in that constellation, and the rest will be in a few hours or 12 hours. Our entire Earth, which we call the biggest planet, is a tiny, tiny cell of Śiva’s body. So Śiva is the universe. Every atom, every energy, everything is called Śiva. Śiva is that consciousness, a universal body. And the cells are Śakti. Everything is dwelling in that universal consciousness. Cells are transforming in what we call a transcendental process. Some turn into consciousness, pure consciousness, and some are reduced or rejected because they come in touch with negative waves, negative energies. There is a negative virus and negative illnesses, but at the same time in the body there are positive cells, or what we call the immunities. So this is in the entire universe: Āsurī Śakti and Devī Śakti. When some cells come in touch with the negative cells, these cells die and are rejected. They are purified, cleaned. Those cells couldn’t be gone out. They are rejected but stored in the body. That becomes stink, meaning many different kinds of diseases. And the most terrible disease, what we call cancer, is somehow a collection of those negative cells which were rejected, which died, but couldn’t be put out of the body. Therefore, the science of prāṇa is there. Prāṇāyāma has a very positive, very healthy, very great effect on the body. You don’t see when you make prāṇāyāma, but if you can see, you will see when you exhale how many of these dead cells and bacteria are going out. Due to the wrong way of living, wrong way of nourishment, the human body gets very quickly stinky, problematic. So prāṇāyāma should be done every day, and if it is possible, three times. Also, it is high time to make Saṅkt Prakṣālana. If not four times a year, then at least twice a year: at the beginning of spring and the beginning of autumn. If you are not able to do Saṅprakṣālan due to diabetes, high blood pressure, or some other disease, then you should take what is called the medicine for cleaning the stomach, and that is called Sonāmukhī. There is Ayurveda, very natural Ayurvedic medicine, made out of Sonāmukhī and something more. You take only two tablets or one. After four hours, you have Śaṅkhaprakṣālana. It cleans the stomach really very well. Or you take, every day in the evening for one week, half a teaspoon or one teaspoon of Triphalā cūrṇa, Ayurvedic. The main thing is that we reduce and purify those cells in the body which are not healthy. Some cells turn into different negative vibrations that create laziness, which creates anger, which creates greed, which creates desires, passion, etc. So these cells lead you again to the negative societies, and they let you do something where you store and get negative energy from others into your body through the breath or through touch. That was one of the reasons why the holy saints or yogīs were going to the forest and living alone somewhere in huts. But nowadays, where is that hut? There is no hut or cave without any electronic radiance: the radio waves, the televisions, the mobile phones, the cordless phones, what we call, there are many, many things. So this is how our health is affected. This Śiva energy, this Śiva Śakti—Śakti means energy—now we get the solar energy, that is that Śakti. We have water energy, we have coal energy, atom energy. We have energy, the elephant has energy, and the little creature has energy. Without that energy, you can’t get up. So it is very important to purify that energy. That positive energy is called Śiva, that is Śiva energy, what we call the Śakti. You call energy and we call Śakti, that is the same. And the negative energy is the asurī śakti. A negativní energie je asurī śakti. That can manipulate you. It can manipulate you through many, many negative words and blackmailings. So asurī śakti and daivī śakti. But Śiva consciousness has the entire universe, and there is no other place; there is only one. Everything is within that one universe. There are, we call, many, many universes. Yes, many chambers. In one body, there are many cells, many organs, many things. But it is one body, or? So, Ānanda, in this universe, there is both negative and positive existing. And this universe is Śiva’s body. Now it is existing in him. So he is carrying both. In this way you can understand that Śiva is the Lord of both. But still, this is Śiva’s Śakti prāṇāyāma. Making prāṇāyāma purifies the body. It awakens in you the Śakti or energy, which is the pure one. So we get in touch with that pure consciousness, pure radiance. We have pure nourishment. We are living and thinking. But now you travel by bus. One is sitting beside you and stinking from salamis and beer and garlic and many things, and the bus is full. You can’t tell the person to stand up and go away from here. You have no right, but now constantly you are getting that energy in you. Or someone is sitting with you or looking to you, you don’t know with which energy is coming to you, and therefore, we have to protect ourselves, and we have to get that positive vibration: a pure feedback and always, always open heart for a pure love, pure energy, and that’s Holī. Gurujī said, "Prem kā pyālā." Pyālā means the cup, the vessel. Prem means love. O my Lord, when you will feel my pot of the love, I don’t know. Want, negative comes in. But you think negative, you get negative energy, and that awakens in you now. Unfortunately, the virus, what we call the virus, is very intelligent. And the biggest population has the virus in this world. If you fly with an airplane, the virus is before you in that country. The aeroplane is landing, still you are inside. Just open a little door, and the virus crosses the passport control already. Very weird. So nowadays they also call it the computer virus. How the computer virus comes, so negativity goes quickly. To make something beautiful work, to build something beautiful takes time, but the evil mind, the satanic power, can destroy quickly. They can’t build. Sorry. You see, sometimes humans try to make it quickly. There is a technique, a technology, that within one day they build a building with several floors. How many was it? Eighty or seventy floors? Did you read that? And it was Indian, but you can’t grow a tree even 70 centimeters in 24 hours. So, to grow such a big tree, Mother Nature needs time. That is perfect. And it gives you the tree. The tree is only living for us. And everything is useful for us. Every root, the bark, the trunk, the leaves, the blossoms, the fruits, the fragrance, the shadow, the protection. You know, there is nothing in the tree which is not useful. But these Beton buildings are not that we can compare with the tree. Similarly, positive energy, spirituality, to let grow takes a long time. You protect yourself, you lead a pure life, and suddenly the virus attacks you, and again you fall into the desires. Therefore, Gurujī said, "Yogīs and yatīs." Yatīs are also yogīs. Yati means yatna, yatna means practicing. Many, many, many different kinds of practices and yogīs. Yogīs, yatīs, anyone, with hard work, with hard work. They, yatīs and yogīs, with the hard work, physical and mental, and spiritual. Yama and Niyama, they create a beautiful spiritual garden. But yamaṁ bandar bāḍā harāmī, but this mind is a stupid monkey, palme baḍī bigaḍī, within no time, destroy this beautiful garden which took you a long, long time to make. So a normal person, a clever person, will not destroy that spiritual garden which you have developed within yourself. That is yours, and that has a fragrance, that has a beauty, that has that positive thing that everyone can have. So Śiva means consciousness. Śiva means liberation. Śiva means the ātmā. Śiva means the universe. Śiva means that samādhi. So we pray to him to fill the bowl of his divine love—not this material love, not this sensual love—but that love which everyone can drink from your bowl. Like a lake. The lake is filled with water, and the lake doesn’t drink the water itself. Every creature can drink, including the plants. Everyone takes that water. So the spiritual person, for years and years, creates that garden and that lake of divine love, of God, of bhakti, of devotion. Then everyone drinks from that. That’s called Vajña Amṛta. Amṛta means nectar. Vajña Amṛta means the words; through the wise words, we drink that. Dhyāna Amṛta, nectar of wisdom. Karuṇā Amṛta, the nectar of mercy. So there are many different kinds of nectars. And they finally make us immortal. Therefore, the person whose heart is awakened, the person whose consciousness is purified, the person who is above this worldly māyā, you live, you eat, you drink, you sleep, because the body requires. But the consciousness is connected to the Śiva consciousness. khade ka karsai. khade ka karsai....
