The Precious Human Life and the Subtle Universe
The human life is precious for spiritual practice. Among countless beings, this form alone can pursue realization. Yet all life is divine, each containing the same supreme light. The universe is filled with subtle beings beyond our perception, an artistry no science can replicate. These beings, in their transient forms, inhabit every space, even beneath our feet. The world is ever-changing, subject to birth and death. In contrast, the true Self, the Ātmā, is unchanging and eternal. The entire creation is a compact, full system without emptiness, sustained by a divine technology. Our breath draws in countless microscopic beings. Prāṇa, the vital energy, circulates through 72,000 channels within us, distinct from mere oxygen. Key among these are four principal nāḍīs that balance consciousness, intellect, and body.
"Through this body one can practice sādhana, tapasyā, bhakti, jñāna, vairāgya, and yoga. Through sādhanā, you can directly realize the Ātmā as Paramātmā."
"The entire infinite brahmāṇḍa is... compact; there is no restlessness inside it. There is no empty space."
