pranashakti and we let the
peace enter into body and
mind. Second are our
yoga classes. Wherever we
are, we have Yoga in Daily
Life centres around the world
where we also recharge our
energy. Third, best of all and
luckily we have this in our
Yoga in Daily Life system, is
the satsang. Satsang replaces
the techniques of Brahma
Vidya. Satsang represents
the knowledge and wisdom
of our Parampara.
