Time does not wait; every day without practice is lost. Essential practices include daily rounds of Kaṭhoprāṇām and the relaxation techniques of Yoga in Daily Life. Commitment is made to do one's best.

"Every day without practice is a lost day."

"Peace is in your hands and in your heart."

Today is a wonderful Sunday with a beautifully clear view. You can finally see how gorgeous the gardens, mountains, and forests are. Our seminar program was beautiful. You all participated with great discipline and practice, and now it is over. This is how life is—coming and going. Whoever comes will go, and whoever goes will come. This means we will come back soon for another nice program. Yoga is renowned worldwide, and many Western scientists research it. It has been proven to be the best way for health and harmony of body, mind, and soul. The system of Yoga in Daily Life is practiced globally. Research by many scientists, doctors, and psychologists has been conducted. It is practiced extensively in daily life, in various places for rehabilitation, in schools for nurses, for sick nurses, and for physiotherapists. Psychologists and scientists have shown how beneficial it is. It is practiced in schools and institutions and has helped many people. Self-discipline means to practice every day. Practice makes perfect; it makes you a master. We should continue what we have learned here and practice daily. We have spoken a lot about world peace during this seminar, and yesterday was World Peace Day. It is said that peace is in your hands and in your heart. Each of us should think not only of our own situation but of the situation in the whole world, and consider what we can do to improve it. I wish you a wonderful Sunday, and we will see each other again very soon. I wish you a good journey and send greetings to your family and friends. Keep practicing. I practiced with you today. The yoga teacher, Ekta, did a very good job. But our dear Vijay, who demonstrated, was even better. And even better were all the people who were practicing. I was looking up at my computer screen and got a pain in my neck. We need to organize things better to bring people together so they can see how to practice. Time does not wait for us. Every day without practice is a lost day. One needs discipline and willpower. Every day, eleven rounds of Kaṭhoprāṇām will do you a lot of good and support your immune system. As Ekta said today, relax your nerves. I was thinking, how do I relax my nerves? You can relax them. The best therapy against stress is relaxation and these easy yoga exercises from Yoga in Daily Life, and Kaṭhopaniṣad and Agnīṣomīya. These two are the most important exercises for relaxation, so please practice them. I will come back, and I will see who has practiced and who has not. Including myself. One can see on the body whether one has practiced or not. So today we make a saṅkalpa that we will do our best. We can’t make promises because our life situations are different, but we will do our best. And that is the best. With this, I wish you all the best, and we would like to thank our organizers, including the kitchen staff. They tried hard and were wonderful. There is a German song that describes what happened in our kitchen: five were invited and ten people came, so put some more water into the soup, and everybody is welcome to have it. Yesterday they cooked for 150 people, but 400 came. And everybody had enough. I also went and had a meal there, and the soup was... there was not too much water in the soup. So thank you, thank you to our Kärntner yoga friends and the organizers for this beautiful seminar. Thank you very much to the people from Turin and our yoga teacher Ekta. We thank you. This was thanks to Ekta, our yoga teacher. Goodbye, and all the best to our viewers on the webcast, on the West Coast. For today, it is finished. Let us sing the peace mantra, or "Aletsu Samana." Let’s all sing the peace mantra together. Oṁ Śrī Gurū Dīpāya Namaḥ. Asato mā sad gamaya, tamaso mā jyotir gamaya, mṛtyormā amṛtaṁ gamayā. Oṁ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ. Sarveṣāṁ svastir bhavatu, sarveṣāṁ śāntir bhavatu, sarveṣāṁ pūrṇaṁ bhavatu, sarveṣāṁ maṅgalaṁ bhavatu. Oṁ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ.
