Life Is Given To Reach Our Spiritual Goal

Life is given to achieve a spiritual goal. Everything in the world changes: people, minds, feelings, and relations. The foundation for the future life is built now. Many problems arise because principles are not followed. One must concentrate on the spiritual aim and utilize what is learned. Following holy literature is the personal constitution for life. Most difficulties originate from within, often from an inability to say no to oneself. Change brings suffering. Inner contentment and decision should never change. Looking universally, nothing changes, as all belongs to you and you belong to all. This is the unchanging foundation.

"Every change brings suffering."

"The foundation for the future is lying here now."

Good morning. How are you, everybody? Very nice. That’s a very good idea. Did you have a good night? Also very painful, but you had a nice snoring music. When someone is snoring, it’s also… we don’t feel lonely, and we are not afraid because we know someone is in the room. Well, there are many things. Mainly, we were talking nicely about our Christmas. So all is the same everywhere. So, the thing is this: life is given to achieve our special, spiritual goal. If we see around the world, and in our own family and our village or city, things are changing. Many who lived and worked hard are gone. It doesn’t matter which age one has. There are counted days, hours, minutes, and years for every individual. God gives us a long life. But someone says, "No, please not, because I have had enough of life." And then, the next day, the change is again opening. So we know what God is doing is perfect, and we have to accept. Mind is changing, feelings are changing, relations are changing, family is changing. What was the sense of life, therefore? While doing good, we shall concentrate on our spiritual aim. What we learn, we shall utilize in our life. Read always the golden preaching of Mahāprabhujī. And ask yourself, how must you follow? How many years have we been here together? Some of you nearly more than 40 years. So it means more than 40 years, whenever I come or you meet me and we have a program, there are always valuable instructions for life. If you had followed, today you would be different. Also, many people have been here for a few years, some for one year, and some come just because it is nice and harmonious, with many friends. And when you go again, you are doing the same thing. So you have to think over. What is the aim of our life? After this life, no decision will work from your side. It will be then what it should be. It doesn’t matter in which form of life we will be. Pain, fear, comfort, or discomfort will have the same feeling. Either a human or an animal, so that is the foundation of the future life is maintained or built now. So the foundation for the future is lying here now. Nowadays, many cruel things are happening, and we see them, but we can’t change them. So, even being human, we can’t change. How will you change? After a full truck is passing by with the animals, and you know they are going to the slaughterhouse, you would like to stop and free them. But you have no power. May these animals look into your eyes. May they ask in their language, "Oh human, you are capable. Please have mercy. Help and free us. We can’t. We would like to do, and we pray to Almighty that we should not be that one also, who will be in such a truck." And therefore, around the world, there is beautiful spirituality. Many holy saints, for the sake of human life, were preaching. And there are the holy books; they didn’t write the holy books for the animals, only for… Because they know the animals will lead their lives according to nature. But not the humans. There is a lot of information. A lot of temptations, a big struggle, challenges. We are between. So, which way do we want to go? And you know, whatever we will do in the material world, one day we have to give it up. So, you all spiritual people come together and do some good programs. And make saṅkalpa that now you will do this the right way. Many problems we have because we didn’t follow the principles. Children are culture and future, and a nation’s pride is its children. And their future is based on their parents. At this time, it’s not easy. As soon as children go out of the house, there’s a different kind of world. The question about kindergarten, and all children are eating meat, and one child doesn’t want to eat. And then a small child thinks, "What others are eating must be good." And many children don’t know how animals are killed. So best would be in big cities where you have many people to organize one beautiful children’s nursery school, kindergarten. Years long you had in Martin. So you should do something, and also I don’t know if it’s compulsory that your child goes to kindergarten. By law, then don’t send, because until the child will be six, seven years, will get more feelings and knowledge. And it is said, protection is a protection. Many people are disturbed from the neighbors; neighbors have different way of life, they have loud music, they are talking loud, and you have a different life. You are silent, but the neighbor doesn’t like it because you have a lot of incense, Agarbattis. They don’t like this, so they think you disturb them, though. It is said, "Love your neighbor," but how? So it is kind of mutual understanding, a kind language. You can create happiness and good. So you must not use the incense if your neighbor doesn’t like it; maybe they are allergic. So there are certain things. One person asked me a question: "I had amalgam in my teeth, and now poison is in my body. How to purify?" This is a question for the dentist. But look how much amalgam you have in your body now. A lot of pesticides. Pollutions. So slowly, slowly, we are getting resistant to these things. So don’t worry. If amalgam or no amalgam, sooner or later, we will die. So we have to deal with these things in our life. So there are many different things. And we never know when suddenly something happens with our body. We should accept, and we should expect, that things can happen. You are a very, very dear person who gives everything, is close to you, supports you, and loves you. And suddenly it changes, but it is said, others can change. I will not change. When I go far, farther than the stars, still I will be thine. Physical distance doesn’t separate us, and in space there are a lot of stars shooting. You know, not only here are we shooting. There is also star shooting. But it is said, "tolik můžu mít nepřátel." But if there is the grace of Gurudeva, all will be the losers, but you have to follow, you have to learn. It’s very, very easy. Mahāprabhujī, I love you. And then, after a few years… You find some partner, and he or she doesn’t like Mahāprabhujī. Now your partner is Mahāprabhujī, and you forget Mahāprabhujī. These changes come, so you are not sure. So even go far, farther than the stars, I will be dying, and even I die somehow, somewhere. Lord, come and look into my eyes. Mutely, they will say, "I will be thine." There is one song in the German language: "Real friendship should not go out; it should not sink. But where death will take my life, I will stop to be truthful to you." That’s not good. Even if death takes my life, I will not stop being faithful to you. That kind of soul, that kind of ātmā, that kind of person is upgrading, upgrading, coming towards the divine. Ninety-nine percent of the problem in this world is that we are changing. To see the blue sky, you need not go anywhere. Some German philosopher said. So what are you changing? If you have a Trabant or Mercedes, the organs and functions are the same. Four wheels have that also, and four wheels have that also. That’s also rolling, and that’s also rolling. That also can make an accident. That also has a heater and air conditioning. This also has the same mechanism. Some are a little bit better, and some are okay. More better is complicated, and more simple is easiest. Sometimes it doesn’t function. You can take your vehicles in hand and go. So, my dear, inner contentment and inner decision should never change. If you are changing, then it means now be ready for suffering. Every change brings suffering. You know, we should have 32 teeth in our mouth, but our dentist changes something, pulls one out, and then puts in some other crown. But that crown is not immortal. So when once it changes, you are always a permanent friend, a visitor of the dentist. One tablet, any kind of tablet you take, medical. Now for you, the door is open. To the doctors, so changing physical, mental, emotional, intellectual, social, in business, always brings pain, and you don’t know how it will be. Many people were doing a lot of what we call expectations and speculation. And how many shares and bonds they put in the banks. And last, I think, five years already. The 100 crowns bond now has a value of 5 crowns. Slowly, slowly, you can use them for making fire in the chimney. So change brings different problems, so don’t change. And have the strength inside to say no to yourself. If you don’t know how to say, then follow the holy literatures. It is the time of Christmas to adore Divine Mother Mary and welcome her beautiful child. And through his message, preaching the gospel of the Master, the Bible, the Master is teaching the disciples in many places, on the hills and in temples. And if you read really with very concentrated, and you follow that, you will not change anything. We are sitting here, all, and I think mostly following Christianity, but ask yourself, "How many percentage do you follow?" And ask all Christians around the world, what percentage follow Jesus’s golden words, or how many Hindus follow the Bhagavad Gītā, Rāmāyaṇa, and Upaniṣads. How many? Many don’t even have the Bhagavad Gītā at home. All are talking about the Vedas, but even they didn’t see the Veda book. What a shame, and we are saying that we are that. So, my dear, every holy literature is our constitution. It is the constitution of our life, and that is for our personal life. Our constitution, the Līlāmṛt, is our personal life. And you know, I’m always very much admiring and happy for our Muslim brothers and sisters. They said, "We respect the law of countries. We respect, we obey." And we follow, but for our personal life, our constitution is the Koran, because what I personally should do or not do, my holy book will tell me what to do, but as a country law, we respect. We will not go against. But that law cannot tell me personally, "You do this now." How to pray, whom to pray. Such a decision inside leads you inwardly not to do bad things. But ask the Islamic people. How many percent do they follow this? Or any Buddhist, or any? Or Jewish. Don’t go far. Ask you here. How many percent do you really follow what I’m telling, what I’m teaching? If you follow, no problem will have in your life, except some illnesses. And saṃsāra is saṃsāra, so no consultations, no questions. Mostly, the problem is within us. There are economical problems that we can’t solve. There, we have to learn different kinds of work, so those who can do everything, even farming, that person will not starve. But one who is only one-sided, of course, will face the problems. Many, many problems are there because we can’t say no to ourselves. We don’t have control over our eating. That’s it. We’re prepared to take some medicine, tablets. But we don’t follow the eatings. Anyhow, this is the day, the time, divine time for all, and I wish you blessings. And please decide, but don’t decide like this: when the supermarket developed, you could find everything in the supermarket, everything, everything, even cooked food. Take it home, put it in the microwave. Eat. You don’t even need to clean. Throw the plates. Everything. But, you know, our eyes are more hungry. So you go to the supermarket, oh, I want to buy this. Oh, this is good, I take this. Oh, this is for my child. This kind of chocolate, my husband likes. That is window shopping. But open the window. You are inside. You went only to buy milk, and you came full of the baskets. So when the lady put her cartons here. Soy clapet, like a horse. And left side, both sides were written. "I want to buy only bread, only bread." So it can also confuse you. That’s it, that’s it. Okay, don’t follow anybody. Oh God. So then changes come again. We should not give any choice to the change. Then you are individually looking, limited looking. Then you have a choice of changes, but when you look universally, then nothing is changed, because all belongs to you and you belong to all. That’s called Sanātana, and that’s called non-dualism. Otherwise, you will again fall into dualism, again you will have suffering, and again you will change. So this permanent changing can stop only if you expect or accept that there lies a universal love. The whole body is a universe, and different organs and different things in the body all belong to this universe. And this is in you. If the doctor tells you, "We have to amputate your left leg." How sad you will be. Before, you didn’t like your leg. You were always making cosmetics only here. Leg doesn’t matter. You put on socks, long trousers, or a rock. No, you don’t like your leg. Those nails are so little, if you put a color, it’s funny, only half a centimeter. So better you cover it. "Why God gave me these legs?" Don’t mind. Someone told me, she said, "No, no, you must be very happy." I said, "I’m happy, it doesn’t matter how they are." She said, "If I would have thin legs like you, I will always go with a mini-rock." So everyone has different feelings and thinking. So how is it in our body? God has given us beauty, and except pain, pleasure, everything. And therefore, not to be one-sided. Not only said, "OK, Kṛṣṇa is all." And what about us? Krishna is all, and we are sitting here for nothing. We are born for nothing. That is injustice. In the Cosmic Parliament, I will put the question. When you are sitting there, you are everything. And you come on the earth, you are all everything. And what we are, don’t come, we are happy as we are. So every single creature is a very important one. Every single leaf of the tree is very beautiful and important. The tree is not everything if there are no leaves. Similarly, God is not everything if we are not here. If logically we think, who created God? Ask them. I will be looking and listening, and you ask God, who created you? And who made you famous? Who built for you the church or the temple? Cows, buffaloes, rabbits, or foxes? No, we humans said it is a God. So, God, don’t be proud of yourself that you are a God. We are equal to you, but we are nice to you. So be careful and give us all your blessings. We ask for the thing, so God and bhaktas are one. Parents, children are the one. Trees, flowers, blossoms, fruits, trunks, and roots are one. But everyone has their own principles and their own place. If the roots of the trees will make a demonstration, "Strike! We are all the time under the earth. We can’t see light. It is very hard for us to get oxygen. We are starving. We have to go and get some water for the branches and leaves." Now the law has to be changed: the branches in the earth and the roots out. How long? That’s it. So, my dear, God created everything good. Don’t change. That’s important. And now many have problems with changing. One friend to another friend to a third friend to a fourth friend. How many friends you had, and still you are not happy with it? You think the other one will be better, the other one will be better. Very soon, everyone will go to the workshop, that’s it. So it is a beautiful bhajan which I promised you yesterday. So where the divine soul is born? Or incarnated. If it is born or incarnated, it is the same. It is a language problem, but there is only one who was not born. Svayam bhū, and that is Shiva. The rest all went through the mother’s womb. In different ways, so that was a manifestation. So language is different. It’s good. We call it incarnation. One calls it birth. So this is the bhajan towards Bhagavān Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī, who is one of the disciples of Lālā Nānjī, who was also Mahāmaṇḍaleśvar, and Lālā Nānjī also was the son of Mahāprabhujī’s sister. Or in the family, but there is no relation that functions as anything. There are only different things. Where personal relation, family relation begins, then you limit it yourself. Then you change it, so your family should be universal. But, of course, still, from your past life, family life—your mother, brother, father, sisters—they are very important too. Because blood is thicker than water. So blood relation has deep roots within us. And that is going generation to generation. It doesn’t matter where you are. Doesn’t matter if we are now acknowledging Jesus as a universal, the whole world. But still, it is Jesus from Nazareth. Again, the roots go there. Branches go everywhere, but roots are there, but roots are there, but it’s for all. So, Lālā Nanjī Mahārāj, our uncle, grandfather, you know, many of his bhajans and read in Līlā Amṛt, many things in Līlā Amṛt. It is not written in your books in your translation, but I’m going to work on it from the original what Holī Gurujī wrote first time. So he said, "Hari Vaśnī Har Prāgyatya Hoji Śaṅkar Kī Avatār." Hari Vaśnī is that village where Mahāprabhujī incarnated. Prāgyatya means he appeared, he was born, he came. "Hari Vaśnī Har Prāgyatya Śaṅkar Kī Avatār." He is the incarnation of Śaṅkara, Śiva. He is the incarnation of Śaṅkara Śiva. Again and again, my adoration to His holy feet. I adore and bow down to his lotus feet. He came from Satyaloka for the benefit, or the sake, of all entities. Candan Devī Jī, Śrī Mati Matake Ho Jī, Garbh Līu Avatār and Holy Mother Candan Devī Jī, he was born by Mother Candan Devī leaving in her womb Deś Maruḍal Mahine Jī. The Rajasthan is also called Marudhar. Marudhar, Maru is the desert, the sand, and there’s a long story. There was also a Rākṣasa named Maru. And when God Rāma incarnated that time, nearly one million years now, and he wanted to go to, when Sītā was kidnapped in Śrī Laṅkā, and Rāma asked the wave to Śrī Laṅkā, he asked the ocean, the Sāgara, and Sāgara didn’t want to give the way. So, you know, sometimes even God has to use some power, anger. To remove the Āsurīśakti, you need some power. And Bhagavān Kṛṣṇa said, "Whenever dharma is suffering," Adharma is coming, then I come to destroy the adharma. Help, protect, and save my bhaktas. So every incarnation has two things in their hands. Blessings and welcome. You see, everyone. Krishna had also the weapon of the flute, and Arjuna. Rāma has his archery. Every, even Gaṇeśjī has in his hand, because the Rakṣasas, sometimes you can’t treat them like that. When under your amalgam, there is infection. Such kind of bacteria inside, then the doctor cannot just treat you with honey. The doctor has to take in hand the weapon of the injection. It’s also a weapon. And some kind of liquid inside, antibiotic, suit in. It’s necessary. And that you cannot give inside through some spoon. Therefore, injections, doctors say, are very important. If some doctor has no injection within 24 hours, he is not a doctor. And if a doctor has no mala for 24 hours, he is not a doctor. So, the Sāgar didn’t want to give the way. Then Rama took his arrow and bow. I will dry your ocean forever. Then Sagar came out. Lord, please forgive me. Save us. I will give the way, and that they built the Ram Setu. The stones were spluttering on it, you know that story. But Rama said, "This arrow cannot go back." Yes, now decision is decision. A bird which is gone, you can’t take back. Where to shoot this? Then he said, "There is a Maru." Rakshasa destroying everything and creating desert, please. That side, so it went to the desert. That’s also part of Rajasthan, called Marudhar, and there again the vegetation begins to grow. There are many historical stories, so Marudhar. That day, the country he came from, Satyaloka, for the sake of all creatures. Candan Devī incarnated through our Holy Mother Candan Devī. This Marudhal is there, nearby the village or city of Khatu. It is four miles distance from the west and north corner of Khatu. Perfect navigation. Perfect plane. If anyone would argue, and Mahāprabhujī was incarnated there, this is evidence which is written nearly 70 or 80 years before from Lāla Nañjīm Mahārāj. Goswāmī Kevansme Hoji, Taran Tiranhar, in the family of the Goswāmīs, he came to liberate all. Not only this, but everyone. Dharma-bṛdhike karne ho jī for spreading again the dharma, kyu Vedānta-pracār, where Mahāprabhujī taught and spoke about Vedānta. Jīvan Mukta Samjanak Kehujī. He was a Jīvan Mukta like Janaka, a speaker and wise like the great Vyāsa, who wrote the Vedas, Upanishads, many Vedas, and many other books. He was a speaker and he was a sage, the same as Vyāsa was. A author, Veda, and many other books. he was very humble, very kind, like Bhagavān Rām. stejný jako Bhagavān Rām. Śrī Guru Dīp Hamār, my Guru Dev Mahāprabhujī, the Dīp. Jahata Bharatvarasme Hoji, here and there, everywhere in Bharata. Khoraha J.J. Kaur in the world, everywhere in the world is J.J. Kaur. The resonance of the J, the victory. Everywhere we say, deep down, Bhagavad Gītā, around the whole world, America, everywhere, anywhere where there is a bhakta of Mahāprabhujī, which is Deepnaya Bhagavān kī Jai. This is Guru Vākya. These are the words of the saint: "The sun and moon may change their direction." The words of the great saints will not change. When he said that in the whole world Mahāprabhujī’s glory is resonating, it came true. Yes or no? I know. I know. Lālā Nañjīrī said, glory to my Master. Thousands and thousands of times I surrendered to Gurudeva. That means to know, realize, acknowledge, feel, and adore one who has understood the Gurudeva and Guru Tattva. Others have not. Others are changing like this. Your wife is beautiful and very nice. Another girl came. You hold hands, and let’s go to the other side. How many times do you change this scheme? Any time. May the silver swami deep they are all in a koi. So that’s a beautiful bhajan, and next time we will. In summer, we will work on it. Wish you a good journey. Many are waiting for the buses. Very good winter. I will come again in the winter, going to Bharat, India. 21st of July, December this year is Mahāprabhujī’s anniversary according to the moon calendar. Those who are coming, most welcome. And somewhere in the middle of February, I may go to Nepal. Or Nepal. Or Strylek. Now I am retired. I am a senior, so I can change my program. Now we have juniors, like Vivek Purījī, and there are many Purījīs here. They have to learn and work themselves, organize. It doesn’t come through reading books. Don’t follow like a line on the stone. But we can change lives. Develop that inside. This wisdom, this kalā, this kriyā. Very rare disciple catches. But support them. Let them grow. But I will be here. God bless you.
