My Witness Is A Banyan Tree

Guru Pūrṇimā is a day for being in contact with the spiritual master and finding the Self. It is a day of accounting and renewal.

This day allows one to be pure and free from worldly duties. It is a time to review the past year and make resolutions for the next. The Guru is not a judge but is merciful, accepting all offerings made with an open heart. The most significant day is when the soul recognizes the Guru again; remembering that moment of joy is the remedy for all doubt. The Guru in physical form is a rare opportunity for direct guidance and protection. The entire Guru lineage surrounds and protects disciples with light and love. Loyalty to this holy tradition is the path from darkness to completeness.

"If one little planet can influence your life, who are you? Which yogī are you?"

"Without Satguru Dev, one cannot swim across the ocean of this māyā."

Filming location: Vép, Hungary

Part 1: A Guru Pūrṇimā Satsaṅg Om Śānti, Śānti, Śānti. Hari Om, beloved Guru Dev. Hari Om, Mahāmaṇḍaleśvar Vivek Purī Jī. Hari Om, beloved Guru Dev. Hari Om, Mahāmaṇḍaleśvar Vivek Purī Jī. All my orange sisters and brother Karma Sannyāsī, I think, and of course all of you, brothers and sisters. I am very happy that tonight, on this satsaṅg, I can be with you, with us, all together here in VEB. For me, this satsaṅg is a very big, big blessing, but it is for all of us, because in a few days it is the real Guru Pūrṇimā day. I don’t know about other satsaṅgs, but definitely this morning, after a few days, I opened the internet and I just heard that Swāmījī said in the morning that this evening is the Guru Pūrṇimā satsaṅg here in Europe. So it means just as I was, in one hour or something, it was finished—all my work—and we found the driver, also very important, and we came directly to satsaṅg. So what is Guru Pūrṇimā? Guru Pūrṇimā is one of the few days in the year for us which, if it is possible, to be with our spiritual master alive. I mean, in contact, in real contact. Mi a Gurupūrṇimā számunkra? A Gurupūrṇimā az önátadás. Also alive. This is the day of Gurudev. The day, for me personally, is one of the most important, because to be in physical, in personal contact with Gurudev, it means to be pure, to be without any duty, to be here and just be here. It means a very short time without duties. For me, it means to be here, to not think of the other worldly things which happen daily. For all of us, it means to find our Self. And this is, I think, one of the most important pieces of knowledge which Gurudev is bringing and sharing on this planet. I think that this is the most important knowledge that Gurudev brings, that we share with him on this earth ball: to have a knowledge about the Self, about Pūrṇa, about purity, and about Ātmā. And for this, we are all here, and we are blessed ones. So, short and sweet, as Swāmījī normally says. So, thank you, Gurudev, as we are disciples, however we are. Thank you that we can be your disciples. So, briefly and kindly, as Swāmījī used to say, we are happy that we are your disciples, Swāmījī, and we can be here. Hari Om. As Sādhvī Sāvitrī said, we are all glad to see each other on this beautiful day of Guru Pūrṇimā. And that, that is today—Guru Pūrṇimā—is only possible in Gurudev’s kingdom. You know, maybe some wise men can tell you, "Yes, but today is not the right constellation, and this and that. How is Guru Pūrṇimā for you today?" But you know, I always remember, once it happened that one man, I don’t know exactly who it was, it was a long, long time ago, went to a palm reader and after that came to Swāmījī and told the results, and the result was not so good, I think. This palm reader made some blackmailing and said to that man, "I don’t know, but it was like something that he will not live so long," or something like this. And of course, Swāmījī said, "With one touch of my nail, I can change it. Why are you so scared?" So we really don’t need to be scared or think about any constellation. If Swāmījī said it’s Guru Pūrṇimā, it is Guru Pūrṇimā. Because one much wiser man than me said, "If one little planet can influence your life, who are you? Which yogī are you?" So, of course, no constellation has anything to do with Gurudev. If a much more wise person told me that a small planet can influence your life, what kind of yogī are you? So, also on Guru Pūrṇimā, it is somehow a counting day. Guru Pūrṇimā is a counting day. Somehow, we are making this line under the bills and pluses and minuses, and we see what we were doing from the last Guru Pūrṇimā till now. And, of course, whatever we’ve done, we bring to Gurū Dev’s feet with, of course, our prayer for him to accept what we’ve done. Also, on Guru Pūrṇimā, we try to make some decisions, some saṅkalpa, what we will do next year. Guru Pūrṇimā napján. And somehow you can imagine, we were all watching the American movies, and you know, in many movies there is this tax day, when they should put their taxes for the last year. And depending on what that person was doing the last year, that day is calm, nice. He knows that he will get some money back from accounting, or it is hell because he has no bill, he has nothing settled, but somewhere in some box, or something like this. So it is recommendable to be that first man who is relaxed, and because he was doing all his work, that day he is relaxed. Maybe it would be the best advice for us also. When Guru Pūrṇimā comes, not to be, "Oh my God, what have I done? Or what I didn’t do, which sādhanās I didn’t do." So let’s make our self-promises. Okay, until next Guru Pūrṇimā, I will be very relaxed when accounting day comes. But, thank God, a guru is much more than a tax officer. We will not end in any jail. Guru is merciful. Guru is mercy. So whatever we gave to him with an open heart, he will at least change. At least, yes, he is merciful. He is the mercy, and anything we give with an open heart, he can change. The best day of all of us was the day when our ātmā came back to the Guru again in this life. It can be your mantra day, Guru mantra day, or some other day. But you all remember that day—that day when you recognized your Guru again. And that moment, when your ātmā understood again, "I again came to the Guru," was the happiest day of your life. And that day is your treasure. Because whenever you have some doubts, or some questions, or some bad feelings, when you only try to remember that moment when your ātmā was dancing with happiness, everything is clear. So remembering that moment is the best remedy for everything. I remembered my moment of that recognition. It was a long, long time ago. I was 22 years old. And I came to the seminar, which was held in Vivek Purījī’s flat at that time. And I didn’t know anything. I was actually an atheist. I didn’t search for anything. I just came. I didn’t search for a Guru; this is also very important. We are all thinking that we are finding a Guru now. He is finding us, believe me. And at that moment, I recognized my Gurudev. The next day there was also a seminar, and my flat was really far, so I decided to stay in Vivek Purījī’s flat among other people also. But as I was so excited to meet my Gurudev again, I couldn’t sleep. I was not a disciple at that time, and I tried to speak with Vivek Purījī about how great Swāmījī is. And he was really tired because he was the organizer of that seminar, but I couldn’t stop. But he was really nice and kind, but after some time, it was really deep in the night. He said, "I know, I know that Swāmījī is great. I’m his disciple." And I tried, but I couldn’t. So, again and again, I am talking to Vivek Purī about how Swāmījī is great. Yes, and the next morning I became Swāmījī’s disciple. I didn’t look for Gurudev, I didn’t know what yoga is, I didn’t practice yoga, I was not spiritual, but somehow my ātmā recognized my Gurudev. So, you all have this moment of recognition, and this is the best remedy for everything. So, whatever you have in your mind, or bad thoughts, or whatever you are thinking, just come back to that moment, and everything is solved. And the best thing what we can do on this... Today is to try to ask and pray for Swāmījī to accept all that we did, whether it was good or not, he knows, but we did it with an open heart. And the best thing we can do on this day is to pray and ask Gurudev to accept everything he has done. I know what you want. Okay, to describe the glory of Gurudev is the hardest thing in the world, because there are no words to say something about Gurudev that is not, you know, too little. But somehow we were thinking that it would be very nice that people who still don’t know Swāmījī, if somebody still doesn’t know him, would have the opportunity to know him in the best way. So, somehow, many, many of us—I really must say that this is the work of so many people who were working really hard in the last two weeks—we put together a web page about Swāmījī. Of course, this is so little, so nothing. We cannot really say what Swāmījī really is. But this first information, which people will get, they can get now in one place. So I would like to invite you all to look at this page, and of course, if you have anything you can also do for the presentation of Swāmījī, please do. We will collect whatever you have in mind, and we will see what we can do. And in this moment, I will not say who were working on this, because so many people were working, and I might forget somebody, and it would not be good. But I would like to say thank you all, and first of all, I would like to pray that Swāmījī will accept this page, and do not be so hard on us. Of course, the webpage is www.swami.maheshwarananda.org, but all the information you can find on our international web page, in your email, or whatever. Okay, thank you, thank you. Hari Om. Now should come our Karma Sannyāsī, Sādhaka, our Tyāgpurī. Again, did you speak with Yamunā today? So, praṇāms, Swāmījī. Hari Om, everyone. I am so happy we are here. The beautiful Guru Pūrṇimā Satsaṅg. So, welcome everyone. And I think we are very, very lucky because Swāmījī is here and, you know, we met many, many people during our life. But the enlightened person is very rare. And sometimes we can feel it, sometimes we can know it, but it is very rare. So I talk about the morning, this topic. So very rare, the guru, the enlightened person, and also Swāmījī is living in the physical body, and we respect many, many holy saints like Guru Nānak, Rāmakṛṣṇa, Yogānanda, and so on. But they are not here in the physical body, and this is the big difference. This is the big opportunity for us. So we can ask for something, some instructions, and Swāmījī guides us and protects us. So please, Gurudev, just keep going. Hari Om. Hari Om, dear brothers and sisters. Really, we have a rare opportunity to be all together with our Gurudev. And we hear many times in many bhajans and in many lectures that everything is easy to have in our life, but satsaṅg is the most difficult thing. It’s not only that satsaṅg is important because we are all together and we support each other as a group, and we have strength to survive one more day, to be good, and to be on the spiritual path. But also, to be in the satsaṅg with the Gurudev is something completely different. Always, on every satsaṅg, Gurudev is actually present, but on the physical level, with the physical form, it is something really more rare than having a satsaṅg. Why is it so important to have this physical form of Gurudev? First, it’s very important to understand Guru Tattva. But when we speak about Guru Tattva, when we speak about God, always, I remember one joke. It was a time of the flood. And two persons ran away from the flood to the roof of the house. And it was two Muslim friends, and one was all the time praying, "Allah, save me," but the other found the boat, and he said to his friend, "Come with me." But this friend said, "No, no... Allah will save me." And this man went with the boat. But he was thinking, "He is really my friend, I must save him." And he came back three times and tried to convince this friend, "Come with me." But every time, this man said, "No, Allah will save me. No, thank you." And in the end, that man died, and he went in front of heaven. But he was really angry with God. And he said, "I was praying, but now you see I am dead." And God said, "You stupid one, three times I am sending this man, your friend, to save you." And in this world, Gurudeva is such a person. Today we were singing, "Guru Brahma, Guru Viṣṇu, Gurudeva Maheśvara." But it’s not only mantra. We must really understand this principle: how God will help, Gurudeva will help us. And Gurudeva is on this earth a God. He will say even higher than God. Because I hear that Gurujī once said, "You have a horse in the picture and a horse in the stable. Which horse will you take?" Which doctor will help you? Who is in the physical form or some other form? And thank God all of us have such a kind of doctor. What Swāmījī said a few days ago is that he is a cosmic surgeon. We know that none of us wants to go into surgery, but sometimes, not sometimes, but surgery can save our life. And just be aware, when we are listening to Guru Gītā, to understand this principle of Guru. That is the most important thing in our life. We really need a physical doctor who will take care of us, who will give medicine to us, and who will, how to say, every Guru Pūrṇimā give a new injection. And this Guru Pūrṇimā, every Guru Pūrṇimā is such a kind of injection? Injection of spirituality to survive another year, and thanks to God that we are here, and also thanks to God that Swāmījī decided that we will have today Guru Pūrṇimā. And also, on the other hand, every day when we are with the Guru, it’s Guru Pūrṇimā. You know what Einstein said, that time is relative. Śrīdīpna Bhagavān, Kījā. Dr. Śāntī, do you want to say something? Come on. Microwave. Now you can come this side. I can come this side? Yeah, because people have neck pain looking this side, not so far. Svāmījī. Svāmījī. Dear brothers and sisters around the world, where is he? Happy to greet you today. I think I welcome you here in Vép and on this surprising Guru Pūrṇimā day. As our Karmayogī said to Swāmījī, "Go on, no, you said? Go on, no?" You told Swāmījī. So I tell you now, please, disciples, go on. And let’s sit, Swāmījī, and be in his Guru Tattva, and teach us. And let’s go and be good disciples. I think this is the most important in our decision on this Guru Pūrṇimā: to have some time to overthink our last year, to request Swāmījī to forgive us, and to take a new Saṅkalpa for the next year. Just a few minutes before, I was thinking, "Now I’m already 37 years old with Swāmījī." You can see this on my hair, yes. It became white in the meantime. And maybe I celebrated with Swāmījī for 37 years, and he had the grace to support me as a disciple also for 37 years. You know, Guru Pūrṇimā says already everything. You have just to think about Guru Pūrṇimā. He leads us from the darkness to the light, to the pūrṇimā in ourselves, to the completeness, to the self-realization. So Guru Pūrṇimā itself gives the message of yoga. So it’s a day of awareness, of understanding. And it is not only Swāmījī sitting on this gāḍī teaching us, it is the whole Guru Paramparā. Who is guiding us? Who is protecting us? Before I was sitting here and looking at the symbol of yoga in daily life, which you see on the backside, the Om surrounded by the sun. In the middle of the sun, that is, we are protected, protected through the light, through the force, through the Śakti of our Guru Paramparā. And all our Guru Lineages, from Holy Gurujī, Mahāprabhujī, Devapurījī, Śrī Alakpurījī, they are all here today. And they surround us, not only today, but every day, with light, with love, and with protection. And that makes all of us very secure, and it can heal everything, every darkness which is in us. And there is one bhajan, Swāmījī mentioned last week also, "Heṇī Śaṇa Bhagavān." And in this bhajan, Mahāprabhujī describes the glory of the gāḍī, of the chair on which the gurus and all gurus of our paramparā are sitting. And those who have the honor and the glory to sit, sit on this gāḍī. They get directly from Śiva himself the blessings and the knowledge. You know, Swāmījī sent me to the Himalayas to go to the areas where Devpurījī and Alakpurījī were. And I can just tell you, he’s still there. And he’s in the area over Badrināth, just very near to a place which is called Svarga Rohiṇī. And that means the staircase to heaven. And this way, we are going where also Devpurījī went, to see Alakpurījī. The five Pāṇḍavas also went, but only one of them, the purest and the best one, Yudhiṣṭhira, passed into the heaven. And this staircase... Part 2: The Protection of the Guru Paramparā It is our Gurudevs who are leading us into this heaven. What I want to tell you is that our entire Guru Paramparā is protecting us. We should know this in every moment of our life. Whatever we do, whatever we feel, whatever we speak, they are with us. They simply want us all to come to the light. Whether in this life or another is not important, for they are always with us. That is why I thank Svāmījī, for allowing me to experience this presence of the Guru Paramparā. I want to give you a small picture at the end of what I speak. We all have dark and difficult moments when negative things appear before us. In such a moment in my life, I was completely out of order, in a very bad condition, full of fear and depression. It was during a satsaṅg, in prayer, that I suddenly received a vision. It was a picture of a cape, a triangular cape, which Devpurījī placed over me. You know, when the wind is blowing, it surrounds you. He placed it over me, with Purījī ahead of the whole thing, and I was under his cape. In that moment, during the prayer, all fear and all negativity disappeared from me. From that moment on, I understood what a Guru Paramparā is: that they are with us, whatever happens. We become able to accept each and everything in our life, to find everything good, whatever it is, because they are always with us. Siddhipāda Raṁbhagavāna Kīcai. Siddhipāda Raṁbhagavāna Kīcai. Thank you. So. How are you? Good. There is Erwin. He should come and say something here. Thank you and praṇām, and praṇām to all your disciples in orange—inside and outside. With heartfelt respect for all who have this orange color inside and outside. We suppose those who have it outside have more inside. We have to be 20 hours in this fire, and all of us should respect this, because they know and are ready to be 24 hours in this fire. We would like to be too, 24 hours, but we still have the time or chance to escape sometimes. It is not easy. I wish first to myself and for all of us who are here and around the world, who have this feeling, this spirituality inside, and are trying to find a Way, to find these Guru feet to touch, to experience. To have the chance to touch in real life the Gurudev’s feet on Guru Pūrṇimā. This is the constellation that must be for us. We need this seventh pūrṇimā, the moon pūrṇimā, but it is the pūrṇimā we see in Gurudev, and in fact, we feel it in ourselves. We have this contact inside, in the heart; it is always Guru Pūrṇimā. So I would like to give all this fire which we have to go through, and have had to go through till now, to these truly holy feet of Gurudev, which only the heart can understand for the moment. And let this moment be forever. That is my wish for all of us here. There are no words to thank Svāmījī for what we have, of course. Hari Om. Köszönöm Svāmjī-nak. Hari Om. Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavān, Śrī Śrī Dev Purīṣa Mahādeva, Satguru Svāmī Madhvanānjī Bhagavān, Alak Purīṣa Mahādeva—humble adoration to our Siddhapita, Alak Purīṣa Siddhapita Paramparā, and our salutation to all our holy lineages. Dear brothers and sisters, we are here today to remember Guru Pūrṇimā. Just now, before one of our speakers ate, that just explained everything. When we think of Guru Purāṇa, Guru Devjā Purāṇa, like Pūrṇimā, the full moon, so Gurudev is Pūraṇa. This mantra we know. Last week we had the opportunity to see some glimpses of the holy Himalayas, holy places like Badrināth, Kedārnāth, Ṛṣikeś, Haridwār, etc., and the holy path towards the high hills of the Himalaya, towards the Nīlakaṇṭha, Naranārāyaṇa, etc. Only they can understand who have been there. Others cannot. Some years ago, I was in Kathu, in our ashram where Mahāprabhujī stayed, in the village ashram, Bāgīcī. I was sitting with Holy Gurujī in his room, Baranda, and I saw that Holy Gurujī was gazing at the banyan tree in the ashram—a big one, many of you know it—and Gurujī had tears in his eyes. I knew what was going on, so I did not ask him anything. I was just with him. After ten minutes, Gurujī’s emotion, the bhakti, calmed down. Gurujī said, "Mahesh, people don’t know who Mahāprabhujī was. Only they heard about him, and those who saw him did not realize who he is. This is my Tapabhūmi, my tapasyā place. Only I know what Mahāprabhujī was, and my witness here is this banyan tree. No one else here. It doesn’t matter what people are saying. If they understood Mahāprabhujī or not, if they understand me or not, or Mahesh, if they understand you or not, and whatever you tell, they may believe or not, but my witness is the banyan tree. That is how great Divine Mahāprabhujī was." And he, Mahāprabhujī, said to Holy Gurujī, "Every word of Maheśvarānanda will come true. If the sun has its part, Maheśvarānanda has his part." Since that day, Holy Gurujī’s attitude towards me was completely different. Anyhow, if you have seen this, then you know. Similarly, we talk about Ālagpurījī, you and me all, but we haven’t been there. What Dr. Śāntī told us now, she has seen it. The path is not easy, and everything is not there like a God, but God lived there. God is living there. There is a place called Al Capuri, and that is of Alak Purījī’s name. In the Mahāśiva Purāṇa comes Alak Purījī’s name. When Śāntī was there a few years ago, she felt this cave must be Devpurījī and Alakpurījī. I think she spent a night there. The cave is not so big, like this hall, maybe a few square meters. You could hardly go in. Yes, our dear Śāntī went down again to Kedāra Badrinātha. It is not easy work and walk. It is nearly five or six thousand meters in height. Śāntī brought a pen from down and wrote "Devapurījī guphā." So whenever you will go, you will recognize which was Devapurījī’s guphā. Śāntī is not a person who would just do something. She is a doctor, a dentist. She worked a lot. She had many experiences. She is from a very respected family and had everything in her life. If there was something which maybe was not good in her life, that was me. So, she knows the quality, she knows the reality, and by the blessing of our Siddha Pītā, Devapurījī, Mahāprabhujī, Holy Gurujī, she got that quality to know what it is. She dedicated her life in 1981. We were walking through the Vienna Woods, Śāntī and I. It is a beautiful house in the Vienna Woods, and she said, "Svāmījī, it can be everything, but I can’t be like Katarina, Mātājī Katarina, and I can’t be like you." I said, "Svāmījī, but I didn’t ask you. Why do you say this?" She said, "Because I have a feeling, that’s your feeling, not my feeling." And now she is sitting here; she is like me. I didn’t ask her to be like me or like Mātājī Katarina. So it took a long time, but when she does something, she does it exactly. Even if she makes a mistake, she makes it exactly. So, it was her saṅkalpa to go and research, to see the origin of our spiritual roots. That is for us very important. Why am I telling you about this? I am like you all, and you are all like me. But this holy chair is not mine. It is Alakpurījī’s. Whoever will have a place on this chair must be some soul, and we adore this chair. This is our dynasty. It is like all British people adore the queen—doesn’t matter if it’s Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or many other countries. So this holy seat is our protection and our path, and we should hold on to it. If we are gone, then we are gone. So many people were thinking this is a fairy tale, but Śāntī went there and she told, yes, there is a place called Alkapurījī. There is a place where the glacier streams and falls; waterfalls are beginning. That’s called Alaknandā. So, Alakanandā, that is our lineage, and from that time it is called Atalākhārā, where we belong to three ākhārās: we belong to Atalākhārā, Jūnāākhārā, and Mahānirvāṇīākhārā as well. They respect and acknowledge me, as I also belong to the Nirañjanī Ākhārā. But we don’t have problems. We are all one. There are four brothers: this brother’s house, this brother’s house, this brother’s. So there is no duality, no fight. It was not easy for Śāntī to go there. She hired some people to carry her luggage and eatings and things. Once, one Hungarian person went with a camera, but unfortunately, the dream of Śāntī was not fulfilled. She had many photos, and this photo is, of course, copyright of Śāntī and me and our fellowship, because permanent rights have Alakpurījī. So it is there. When I saw, when we saw this video, I truly had a desire to go there. It is a hard way, but it will take me two months to come there every day, ten meters or a hundred meters up and down, up and down, till the body gets used to it. If I am there and then go to samādhi, no problem. Anyhow, it is Svarga Rohiṇī, the stairs to heaven, Svarga. But Mahāprabhujī will not let go of me so quickly. We have to still bring the divine light of Mahāprabhujī. Sometimes there are storms; they try to blow off the lamp flame, but we are not a flame. We are the Sūrya, so no one can blow us off. No one can approach us. No one can come to the Sūrya. What will burn will burn, what will melt will melt, what will disappear will disappear. So the staircase to the Svarga is the Svarga Rohiṇī. But it is said the door to the Brahman is the sun. And Devapurījī said, "My photo, if you want to see, is the sun." Go through that door. On the door is sitting Mahāprabhujī. If we are loyal to this holy seat, it doesn’t matter how we are, we will pass through. I will stand there, and Mahāprabhujī will look to me. "Should this go?" I will say just yes. Slowly, quickly, quickly—his Māyā he knows. Yudhiṣṭhira went, and they had a dog with him. Draupadī couldn’t come. Draupadī, she was the first one who was frozen. Then Nakula and Sahadeva, and then Bhīma and Arjuna, but the dog and Yudhiṣṭhira came. When you reach that Svarga Rohiṇī exact place, then from Svarga came a messenger to take him with his body. He said, "Okay, let’s go." The dog came and looked at him, and said, "What about me?" "Yes." So Yudhiṣṭhira said, "My dog is going with." The messenger said, "What? Dog in svarga? No. Only you." So he said, "Then I quit the svarga. I will not go. My dog is loyal to me, and I am loyal to him." He turned back to go away. In that minute, the dog changed and became Dharmarāja, the king of justice. The justice of the Dharma said, "Yes, Yudhiṣṭhira. You will be known as the Dharmarāja Yudhiṣṭhira. I was following your every step, that you really follow the Dharma." Then they went into heaven. So, do you follow your Dharma, Guru, Bhakti? Your word, when you took the mantra in the holy presence of my Lord, in thy holy presence, I give my word. And when you took the kriyās, where is your dharma? You lost it, or you are still thinking it over? So make your decisions quickly. There was a very great saint, a Sufi saint, in Turkey, in a place called Konya. He was dancing in God’s love, what they call the spiraling, spiraling dance. His name was Mavlānā, and he said to people, "Come to me as you are. Don’t think that you are a sinner or a thief or a criminal or holy or not. I welcome you as you are." So, we always have saṅkalpa vikalpa. Sometimes we lose, some doubt creates in us, but still, it is not too late. Come to the Alakparījī kingdom as you are. Be sure it should not become late. We are all here today to remember our roots, which are from Satya Yuga. Anyone who goes to that place, it changes their entire vision. That’s called Alakapuri. Alakapuri is a place, and above it is the highest village in the world, which is the highest point above sea level. That’s called Manas. Then from there, it goes on the path to the Kailāsa mountain. So that is not a fairy tale. It is the holy. And when from there comes the holy scent, so be a beautiful bhajan Dr. Śāntī was singing: the glory of that country where the Satguru took avatāra. Glory, glory to that mother who gave birth to that Satguru. "Jaha Satguru Kamala Balihar, I surrender. I surrender, dedicate my life to the holy feet of that holy mother who gave birth to that Satguru Dev." Everyone can get a child. Everyone is a mother. Mother is mother. A mother can never be a bad mother. But a holy mother is definitely different. So it is said, my adoration to the holy lotus feet of that mother: "Jaha charan kamal meri balhara, Amar lokshe aya hoji Padarya, manus tan vipudhar, Amar lokshe aya." Satguru Dev always comes from the immortal world. They take the form of the human body, the great best human body. Why did they come here? To make the meek people happy and joyful, the poor people, the suffering people. "Dukhiya ko sukhya kare hoji, kina hansa udar." And he liberates their ātmā, their soul. He liberates it, Satguru Dev. So don’t make anyone unhappy, don’t make Dukhi, make them Sukhi, happy. To have a darśana of such a Gurudeva, all dukkha troubles are washed away. "Chute narka, vikāra." Narka is a hell, and vikāra is suffering, disease, torturing. You are liberated from that naraka through the darśana of the guru, even the blessing of that guru. Even Yama has no power; even death cannot look at you. That Kāla, that Mṛtyu, death cannot come near to you. Such a Gurudev, he is digesting that Kalā, nourishing that Kalā. You know? That’s all. Death is sure. We will go. But our life, dying is different. And those who went to the Naraka side, their life is different. Therefore, hold on to our Siddha Gādī, Siddha Pīṭha. Which Mahāprabhujī is singing in that bhajan? "Bhagavad Gītā Hind Deśkā Pūjanik Adhyayana Adhyāya," which I have translated many times, but I will do it after. "Bina Satguru nahi tirsake hoji." Without Satguru Dev, one cannot swim across the ocean of this māyā, this world, this suffering. "Chai Surunar Muni Avtar." It doesn’t matter if they are heroes, great men, ṛṣis, or avatāras. Without Satguru Dev, they cannot cross this ocean. Śrī Guru Īśvara says, "Therefore, Gurū Dev is more than the Īśvara." Not only more, but here it says crores, millions of times more than Īśvara. "Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Satgurū Milīyā Hojī." And therefore I met. Bhagavān Dīp Nārāyaṇ Mahāprabhujī is a Satguru Dev whose glory is beyond our imagination, in past and in future. Brahmanand Purījī is saying this glory. Brahmanand Purījī is saying this glory. Brahmanand Purījī. He was a disciple of Mahāprabhujī. Thank you, Mahāprabhujī, that I was nearly halfway to the hill, but you liberated me. Therefore, I bow down and take the holy dust up from that place, that land where Sadhguru is incarnated. Our adoration to the Divine Mother, who gave birth to this bhajan itself. When one sings in that Marwari Rajasthani melody, who understands? Every hair stands up, the whole body is vibrating, full of love and joy, only saying this one word. Only hearing this, like when Kṛṣṇa was playing his flute, all the peacocks and birds gave up eating. The calves, while drinking milk, they stopped and looked, listening to Kṛṣṇa’s melody. Tigers and deer and sheep were standing together. They forgot that they are a tiger and they are a sheep. No fear, because of Kṛṣṇa’s flute. Similarly, glory is called Amṛta, Amṛtasabda, Amṛtabāṇī, the immortal words that liberate us. So we are blessed ones. From which lives do we have such great good karma, great destiny, that we found a center at the Śrī Alakpurījī Siddha Pīṭha? I bless you all in the name of the Ālakpurījī Siddha Paramparā and pray for your good health, happy long life, Śakti, Bhakti, Vairāgya, and Tyāga in the Ālakpurījī Siddha Paramparā. Surrender all this Śakti, Bhakti, Vairāgya, and Jñāna for the development of your spirituality and ātmā jñāna or Brahmaloka. With this, I pray to Mahāprabhujī for our well-being, that He forgive our mistakes and bless us. Thank you for coming, and those bhaktas with us through the webcast. Om Śāntiḥ Śāntiḥ. Dīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavān, Alak Puruṣa Mahādeva, Deveśvara Mahādeva, Satguru Svāmī Mādhavānandījī Bhagavān, Satya Sanātana Dharma Kī Om.
