The energy of the body and spiritual immunity are central to well-being.

Chanting the divine name creates positive vibration and healing sound therapy. Sound and inner color perception are important, but arise without force. Foreign energies enter through interaction, contact, or consumption, disrupting one's purity and causing agitation, aggression, and negative speech. Strong spiritual immunity, built on faith and truthfulness, provides protection. A polluted inner instrument—mind, intellect, consciousness, and ego—distorts judgment and desires, leading to confusion. Maintaining purity requires mantra, meditation, and principled living. The home is a place of safety for practice. Parental love and responsibility are fundamental duties, as a child is a divine form.

There are many things for which we would like to get support, but sometimes we are not sure. We are happy or unhappy, with no trust. But when we remember the name of God, then there is 100% confidence inside. And when we chant the name of God, then this is called sound therapy. And when the sound therapy is with that name which we understand, then it has an effect on the body as a healing. The color, the sound—these two are very important. Now, what kind of color should we imagine? So not this red, green, pink, but when we close our eyes with this certain mantra, then, in our inner space, behind the forehead wall, in that space, some color appears. As deep our feeling is, as deep we are relaxed, and that we don’t have any fear, then certain colors will come. It can come like a colored curtain, lightning, or waves, or sparkling, different, or dark; suddenly some color comes. So don’t try to look intensively. If it comes, it will come. It will not come, it will not come. Next time. But it will come. We trust in the name of God, and so the sound may be instrumental or vocal. In the vocal, when we understand the word, then it’s a clear effect, but if we don’t understand the language, but they tell us it is the name of God, or it’s spiritual, so these two we know: spiritual we know, and the name of God we know. So the sound and color, this is very important. But do not expect too much. It will come. In this therapy or technique, our antaḥkaraṇa must be very pure. And when in our body the foreign energy comes, then your day from morning onwards will be restless, aggressive. On your very pure energy, it is like a fog. Then, as a self-protection, one is becoming aggressive, rude, angry, and begins to give some words which you don’t like. So this means now you have some other energy in your body. The energy comes through the words, through looking, touching, and a relation, man-woman. Or you are eating, or you are drinking, or a blanket or bed that somebody else slept on. So there are many, many ways to get foreign energy in the body. And that you can make an experiment. When one day your husband is aggressive, or a little rude or introverted, then definitely he has some problem with his business, with his colleagues, with the car, with the computer, or with someone. Or it must not be the husband; it can be the wife too. And when you ask, "Is there something?" then yes. It doesn’t say yes, but there is something which is clearly expressed. So it destroys your energy and infects others, and so it is, especially the humans are suffering for this. But if you have a strong energy, a mental immunity, a spiritual immunity—then, a confidence, immunity, your faith and truthfulness—then that energy will not attack you also. And what you have already within your body will torture you for a while. And if you do it continuously, then psychologically, it influences the psyche to change your thoughts negatively. And when it’s repeating all the time, what we call there is no social behavior, and it will not speak, or it will speak negative things. That person in old age faces mental problems, and suddenly memory gets lost. But here, Viśuddhi cakra is completely blocked, and sometimes you can’t speak anymore. So memory is gone, you can’t speak, your body becomes stiff, and there is no love. You can’t accept the love, and you can’t give the love. This is what mostly happens to humans, and through humans, it can happen to your house pet. The house pet animal and the same animal which is free in the forest have completely different health conditions. Movement, then the psychic is much better than the housemate. So, if it’s possible, don’t imprison those creatures which live in the forest. If you keep one bird in a cage, you like it. You feed it, and you talk a little bit, but it is a lifelong prison. When you are in the prison lifelong, of course, different workers come to you and speak to you, but you are in a limited case. So similarly, if a bird is in a cage, then it may be karmic from a past life. You imprisoned someone, and now karma is imprisoning you, and you are a bird. So as much as possible, let the nature live in the nature. Sometimes our feeding in the nature is also not good. They have strong energy, and they have the energy to survive. They become strong. They find ways to survive, to eat. Here in this climate of this part of Europe, there is a lot of snow and everything is covered. So deer, rabbits, they don’t find anything to eat. Then there are people who are feeding them. They know where, how, and what. So the more naturally we live, the stronger we are. And it’s not that you are all the time at home. For humans, home is not a prison. As the English used to say, "My house is my castle." So humans have different situations. So if you do not feel happy in the house, then you will not be happy in the forest. For the time being, you will be in the forest, happy, but at sunset, you will run home. So now, we are not anymore those people who were living in the forest without dress and without anything. So the different languages, different people, different relations, that gives you wrong energy. And that damages your spirituality. That damages your brain centers. Maybe sometimes you are happy, but then you are unhappy. And then you are not only yourself unhappy, you make others unhappy too. And when you make others unhappy, then that unhappiness from others is like a curse. Who caused this? Our desire, our temptations. So humans have different principles, different laws. And so when we chant the name of God, it doesn’t matter, any language and any God. So if one God from one religion helps them, if He’s a God, then I’m sure that God will help us also. That’s it. God is God. We make a difference, and that creates the unhappiness. So keep principles. Keep purification, and for that we practice mantra, meditation, prāṇāyāma. Vegetarian eat, fasting. Antaḥkaraṇa and cleaning. So there should be no negative waves on it. Never think that others are stupid. And never think, "I am best, and I will do." There are many people better than us. You see, there is one taxi driver. And when you ask the taxi driver, what do you think about your prime minister? The taxi driver will give such a big lecture. He could do this, and he could have done this, and it was nothing, many things. And when you ask others, "What about the drivers?" Oh God, always the drivers are blamed. Oh God, it’s the driver. And if you ask the driver, "What do you think about the police?" you know. So even the dog doesn’t like to stand in your car near the police. You don’t have here so many free dogs. In India we have free dogs; they have their territories, and they are sitting near the road. All cars are moving, coming; they are not angry. But when even in your car one policeman is sitting, they will bark. And they will run one kilometer behind to catch that. And so they’re running so quick, sometimes the accident happens and the dog dies. And in Europe here, when the postman comes, bringing post at home, you know how dogs are? And other newspapers thought they’d do the thing. So, I don’t know what dogs have against the postman. I don’t know. Maybe they bring some news that you have to go on holiday. And our dogs don’t want to be alone. So that postmen should not bring such a newspaper. I don’t know. So that is how the energy is moving. So our home is the safety. We can practice. We can read. We can relax. And, of course, we can go to the park, we can go to the forest, limited. But keep all at home. Keep under control. Otherwise, be sure that you will get other energy in your body. The many cups in many restaurants, of course, they don’t clean with the washing machine. Every teacup, they clean it with the powder in the water, tea, and give to you. So you were drinking, your lips was here still. That energy is there, and you get that cup and you drink. That energy is gone to you, and so many, many spiritual people don’t eat and drink in the restaurant. Many, they have their own cups and glasses. It’s also safety against certain illnesses, certain viruses, infections. So this is what we call the antaḥkaraṇa: manas, buddhi, citta, and ahaṅkāra. And this pollution, they are full of the pollution. Our mind pollutes the whole body. All our senses, buddhi, our intellect—it gives the wrong judgment because the mind has given wrong information. The desires awaken, and the ego becomes strong. Why not? I will do it. And citta, your vṛttis, become confused. You can’t meditate. You can’t read holy books. You can’t manage your relations. And that’s how the world is getting more and more confused and crazy. This is the reality, so mind, that intellect, we should have a proper social education, and that is from the parents. Your mother and your father. If you give birth to a child, then you have a responsibility. The child should feel with the hands of the parents, and the mother should be happy during the pregnancy and after the birth, giving milk, cleaning, shopping. The child is in the hands of the father and mother, you see. If you are not doing this, then you are getting that sin, that suffering of the child. The child knows from the birth, "This is my father and my mother," and would like to play with the mother and father. For example, the sheep: there are 400 sheep. And 150 little babies when the sheep come home from the forest, from the field. And the owner opens the door of their yard. 150 babies are running towards the sheep. And within no time, every baby finds the mother. If you mistakenly go and do it, drinking in 15 seconds that baby knows, "This is not my mother." So even animals are so intelligent, then why not the humans? And therefore, it is a great duty to share your love with your children equally. If the mother doesn’t want to live with you and she is ready to give you the child, then go away. The child is suffering, thinking, "My mother is not here." And if the father is divorcing and going away, the child is also suffering. And that doesn’t matter how much you meditate and pray, it will not be hurt. We call a small child the real form of God. We call Bāla Gopāla. This little child is a Kṛṣṇa. That’s it. So this energy in the body can destroy many things. So, keep your words, keep your saṅkalpa, and keep your antaḥkaraṇa pure. And so, chanting purifies, and again, the brain waves will change. So, some days you will be okay, but again you fall into the same thing. Then you fell into such deep water, you can’t come out. You would like to come out, but you can’t come out. So now, sit in meditation posture. You’ve changed again quickly. Yes, don’t touch each other’s body. Don’t touch your knee to another’s knee. Put it on your knee, some needles. The needle wires here. Close your eyes. We will sing slowly, nicely. Feel in the heart the waves going through the whole body. Śrī Śrī... Emotion, observe inwardly, then all will become good. Hari Om.
