Yoga practice with children
Today is the last day of the international seminar, a time to review. The morning practice starts with three Oms and the surrender mantra. Even the youngest learned to love the sun, friends, and animals. Yoga exercises in daily life build perfect immunity. Immunity means health, resilience, and the ability to enjoy life better. These special asanas strengthen immunity so illness from others cannot take hold. Practice includes Mārjārī. The last asana is Vṛkṣa āsana, position on the head, an inverted posture. Daily practice at home advances step by step until the next meeting. The practice finishes with short meditation. Sit in meditation posture, chant three Oms. Be aware of the body and recall games of finding friends, collecting leaves, and ants working together. Yoga is about making a happy, big yoga family. Keep these experiences and share them with friends at home. All meetings with Viśvagurujī are a living reality. The lecture begins soon.
“Immunity means we will be healthy, and if someone is sick, they will not harm us. In short, we will be resilient and enjoy life much better.”
“Yoga is not just about how to move the body or how to breathe correctly, but about how to make a happy, big yoga family.”
