Christmas satsang in Strilky

A Christmas reflection on blessing, non-violence, and divine victory.

Blessing is immortal, unchanged across all ages. We gather to contemplate divinity and the removal of negative karma. Many saints have appeared; today we remember Jesus. His birth brings a unity where no one is an enemy. Yet, even near him, negative forces arose—this is Āsurī Śakti, a black power that does not last. Divine glory and truth alone ultimately triumph. Reflect on the example set: to forgive, and to carry mercy. It is not good to kill animals on this day, for he was born among them and they were happy. To receive his blessing and Mary's mercy, give up violence and follow non-violence. Take a vow in his name to give up eating meat and using drugs, so life may become harmonious and one with God.

"Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do."

"Satyam eva jayate—truth alone triumphs."

Once more, a heartfelt welcome to all of you. You have come from various distances to be here together this evening. This gathering is what we call Satsaṅg. We are here to contemplate spirituality, the guidance of God, the presence of God, the manifesting of God, and the removal of our negative karmas. The blessing is always the blessing; the blessing is immortal. It does not matter how many yugas have passed—the blessing remains. This is what we call immortality in spirituality and divinity. If you look around the world, across these 365 days, certainly not just one but many holy saints have appeared on this earth. We remember only a few, but there have been more. Today, we remember the coming of Jesus. You are in a culture where you have heard much about Jesus’s life and have sung cultural songs about him. Culture brings us into unity; it leads toward non-violence and peace. When we remember Christmas, the birth of Jesus, no one has an enemy; no one is fighting each other. That is the divine power which unites all in oneness. Yet, even in the presence of Jesus, some of his disciples were not positive—we think of what we call Judas, who harbored thoughts of not accepting Jesus. This has happened in every century, everywhere. That is called Āsurī Śakti. Āsurī Śakti is a black power; the black spot appears quickly, but it will not last long. Ultimately, the glory and victory belong to the divine. Satyam eva jayate—truth alone triumphs. This Christmas, we are fortunate to be together. We can think about Jesus, and his blessing is with us and with the whole world. Let us reflect on and take to heart the example Jesus set when he said, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do." Also, the Holy Mother—her life was not easy, but she carried mercy and blessing. She became the Holy Mother. It is not good to kill animals on Christmas Day and eat them. If we trust Jesus as God, then he is for all. He was born in a place where animals lived—among goats, sheep, donkeys, and others. He was born there, not in a hospital. All the animals were happy at his birth. Therefore, Jesus is not happy if we kill animals. So, if you wish to receive his blessing and the mercy of Holy Mary, we should give up violence and follow non-violence. On this holy day of Christmas, let us take a Saṅkalpa in the name of Jesus to give up eating meat and using drugs. May our lives thereby become healthy, happy, and harmonious, so we can achieve our goal of becoming one with God or attaining God’s kingdom. Dear brothers and sisters, I bless you in the name of Jesus and bestow mercy in the name of Holy Mother Maria, as well as the mercy and blessing of Alakporidzhi Siddhapita. Thank you, and I wish you once more a Happy Christmas. The next day is coming—the New Year—so I wish you all the best. Mr. Guru Mahāmaṇḍalī, I ask you to bless us with a long life. May God bless you. Adió.
