The way to Satyayuga
A new year begins with a saṅkalpa for peace and positive energy. Today is Makarasaṅkrānti, the solar new year. The sun moves north, a direction for meditation and prayer. Śiva is the original seed of manifestation, the Śiva Tattva from which all life emerges. The moon balances the earth, an ornament on Śiva's head, representing cyclical consciousness. We must cultivate positive energy, the Devī Śakti of pure consciousness, to overcome negative thoughts and actions. Negative energy first attacks one's own inner instrument—the mind, intellect, and ego—before affecting others. Ancient ṛṣis provided the antibiotic for this negativity: sacred mantras from the Vedas. These mantras, embodied by Śiva, cleanse illness and negative vibrations. Practice yoga daily according to your capacity, using mantra and posture to transform energy. Our collective saṅkalpa is to send positive energy to all world leaders, fostering mercy and protection for all beings, transcending religion and nation. We resolve for a year without war or suffering, creating universal harmony.
"With the positive, we can win the negative. The positive is the Devī Śakti."
"One ill fish will spoil the whole pond. So one ill thought first makes the illness within oneself."
