Vedic ceremonies can help us

The foundations of a blessed human life are found in ancient Vedic science. Modern living has caused the loss of essential traditions, defined as āhāra (nourishment), vihāra (association), ācāra (behavior), and vicāra (thought). From these, your thoughts arise. You must control the ten senses like horses and purify your thoughts. Performing yajña ceremonies with proper Vastu measurements provides a method to solve life's difficulties and gain access to God. The fireplace is the mouth of God; mantras invite devas to remove negative energy. This is an eternal science. The presence of the Sadguru multiplies the benefit of mantra and offering a hundred thousandfold.

"To make this human life blessed, you and I are present at the feet of the Guru."

"Through performing these yajña ceremonies, we will be led to our destination."

Good afternoon, good morning, and welcome, everyone. It is a beautiful, sunny day. This message comes from our Yoga in Daily Life retreat in VEAP, Hungary. Over these two weeks, we have very beautiful programs. The science of yoga, the science of the Vedas, and the knowledge of the ṛṣis of India is unbelievable. It is a proven science. Unfortunately, our modern way of thinking and living has caused us to forget and lose many things. We have lost the traditions. Tradition does not only mean how you dress. It is called āhāra, vihāra, ācāra, and vicāra. Āhāra is the first: nourishment. Vihāra is where you go and with whom you associate. Ācāra is your behavior: how you live with others. Every touch, every look you give someone, energy enters your body. After these come the vṛttis, the thoughts. From your food, from your company, from the places you frequent—according to these, your thoughts arise. You must control your horse. We have ten horses—our senses—and you must control them positively, not negatively. You must purify your vṛttis, your thoughts. That is the essence. We have here a very learned ācārya, a paṇḍit. He studies Sanskrit and is one of the best in the Karmakāṇḍa. Many may not know what Karmakāṇḍa is. We know karma, but what is khaṇḍa? Khaṇḍ can mean disaster if you perform karma incorrectly, or it can refer to different chapters or sections. There are many interpretations. Our Ācārya Trivedha Kapila is with us, and I believe he should speak about the Karmakāṇḍa and the effect of ceremonies and pūjās, which is a very ancient science. Welcome to you all, and welcome our dear Kapil Trivedi Panditjī. Yes, Panditjī, you are on the line. The floor is yours. Bolo. "You have all come here. You and I are very fortunate in this life—to remove all kinds of faults and sins. After wandering through 84 lakh yonis, we have attained this human incarnation. To make this human life blessed, you and I are present at the feet of the Guru for the promotion of that Yoni. The Guru is Tricakṣā Darśī and is leading you and all of us on a good path. You and all of us are drawing very close to God. You and all of us are feeling this." We could only hear his voice. In summary, Panditjī first offered adoration to our Guru Paramparā. He said we are all blessed to be here together in the shelter of the Gurudev. He mentioned the 8.4 million different kinds of lives, but ultimately, we attained a human life, which should be very pure. We must come to God with pure will. He said we are lucky and are going to perform a Havan Yajña Pūjā. So, let's proceed. In short, he explained that by performing yajña ceremonies, we gain easy access to God. Life has many changes, ups and downs, and difficulties. To solve them, the scriptures and Vedas prescribe a method of mantra and yajña. Through performing these yajña ceremonies, we will be led to our destination. According to Vedic science and Vastu Śāstra, the Yajña ceremony must be performed with proper measurement and scale—oriented correctly to east, west, north, and south. The fireplace for the Yajña is like the mouth of God. The mantras emanate from that Supreme source. How you think and how you offer your ceremonies there will make them fruitful and liberating for you. Whatever difficulties exist, whether spiritual or worldly, God removes them. This is written in the scriptures. The scriptures and Vedas are completely true and eternal; they are the basic foundations of this religion. There is no doubt about their truthfulness. The Vedas and Upaniṣads contain mantras that influence the devas and invite them. These mantras and ceremonies are perfected by scholars, the paṇḍits. Through their perfection and the chanting of the mantras, the devas must come from the astral world or heaven to the place of the yajña. Through the chanting and the presence of the devas, your negative energy and problems will be removed. This is a way to liberation. This is not merely mantra chanting; it is a science. It is sanātana—eternal and unchangeable. It is the truth contained in the scriptures, such as the Hiraṇyagarbha granthas. Such an occasion creates an environment where this pūjā takes place. However, if the Sadguru Dev is present, the benefit of one mantra appears to the aspirant a hundred thousand times more, not just once or twice. Because Gurudeva becomes your witness, the benefit of one mantra, one āhuti offering into the fire, multiplies a hundred thousandfold. This is certain. It is said by the ṛṣis; it is a science. He concluded his speech with a mantra: Mūlaṁ guru mūrtiḥ pūjā, mūlaṁ guru padam mantraḥ, mūlaṁ guru vākyaṁ mokṣaḥ, mūlaṁ guru kṛpā. Dhyāna karne mūrti hai dhyāna. Mūlaṁ guru mūrtiḥ pūjā-yogyaḥ, sadā sarvadā unke. Pūjā mūlaṁ guru padam, mantra ke samān unke dvārā diye jāne vāle jo vākya hai, jo pravacana hai, jo āp sab ko prāpto ho rahe hain, vah mantra ke samān niścit rūp se āp bahut hī bhāgyaśālī hai, jo Gurudev kī śaraṇ meṁ hai. Mantra mūlaṁ gurur vākyaḥ, aur mokṣa ke samān. Mataḥ, is 84 lakṣa yoniyoṁ ke janma-maraṇa ke bandhana se mukta hone ke samān, gurū kī jo kṛpā hai, vah us kṛpā se hī vyakti is jīvana meṁ mokṣa ko prāpt kar saktā hai. Main apnī vāṇī ko mantra ke mādhyam se gurū caraṇoṁ meṁ arpit karnā chāhuṅgā. Āp sab ek bār boliyegā: Sadguru Dev kī jai, Bolināth Bhagavān kī jai, Tripure Māt kī jai, Alak Purīśvara Mahādeva kī jai, Maheśvarānandjī Mahārāj kī jai. It is a prayer of adoration. Glory to the Divine Mother. jāne stuti, maho na cāvanam. Dhyānam tada picha na jāne stuti, kathā na jāne, mutraste tada picha na jāne vilāpanam. A message has come. People all over the world were listening to what Ācāryajī was chanting. Someone immediately sent me a message on my telephone saying, "Yes, Bolo, say something." He is a friend. So, did you feel the mantras? The power of the mantras? It is the Sanskrit language. Oh, yes. It was my mistake; I had put it on silent. Now, then, speak. What do you want to say? Very good. You had some words? You want to say something to the people? Was that nice chanting by Ācāryajī? Can you tell something for the people? You see the power of electronic media? So many people around the world were listening. Many messages are coming. We not only enjoyed it but felt spiritual energy through these Vedic words. When you take everything within you, you enter Tāṇḍra Samādhi—it is just like that, like a snake... It was nice. I wish you all the best. Hari Om. Lunch, and then back to your programs.
