Recharging of positive energies

Welcome to a gathering for spiritual practice and recharging energy.

This place holds undisturbed earth that recharges positive energy. Touch the ground directly to feel this. Yoga is a lifelong part of existence, not a short seminar. Do not hurry or overexert. Self-realization is not a future event to be attained here; it is already present. The mortal life is for caring for body and mind, to live happily and healthily. All worldly relations and attachments are temporary and will be left behind. The practice makes one happy, healthy, and relaxed through learning renunciation. While alive, one should be happy and give love and kindness to all. Various teachers will guide practices suitable for different capacities. The human body is a wonder to be known. Pain in the body serves as a protective boundary. This time is for inner relaxation, peace, and unifying body, mind, and emotion.

"Do not expect self-realization in this seminar. You have realized already."

"Renounce and enjoy."

Śrīdīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavān Kī Jaya, Devādhi Deva, Deveśvara Mahādeva Kī Jaya, Alak Purījī Mahādeva Kī Jaya, Satguru Svāmī Madhavānandajī Bhagavān Kī Jaya, Satya Sanātana Dharma Kī Jaya, Viśva Goyu Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara, Bhayam Haṃsa, Svayamahiśraṇam, Purī Jī Goyudeva Kī Jaya. Good evening and welcome to all dear ones, all our dear Bhaktas and spiritual seekers. It is a beautiful day, soon turning to evening. Many of you were here last week. We are here to recharge our positive energy. You already have positive energy, but here is a very, very good energy from our ashram—the beautiful nature, the old trees, the forests. One speciality of this spot, this meadow where we sit, is that it has not been tested or disturbed. When you touch this earth, this soil, it immediately begins to recharge your positive energy. While listening, from time to time, touch your hands to the ground—not on the plastic mat, which is for comfort, but directly on the earth. It is dry and not wet. Feel the energy, the spiritual energy. Almost all of us came here with positive thinking, with many wishes, and to recharge spiritually. Each of us radiates energy; we exchange our energies. Everyone has different waves of energy, but the majority is positive and spiritual. The practice of yoga is not for one week, ten days, or a few years. Yoga is a part of life. Therefore, do not hurry. Relax and work—work means practice. Do not overdo it. Do not expect self-realization in this seminar. You have realized already. If you do not know this, then be sure you will not realize it this time. So, what do you want to realize? We are in this mortal world, and we should take care of our body, our health—physical and mental—and enjoy our beautiful world. Let us live happy, healthy, and relaxed. Enjoy this beautiful earth. When we say goodbye to this earth, we do not know on which planet we will land. The soul is not affected by any atmosphere of the earth or any other planet. Nebo staletí. Nebo desetiletí. There are no more relations. All relations remain here, and those relations mean nothing for us. When a small child is in your lap for one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine months, and you give it a thousand-crown note, it has no meaning for the child. Similarly, when the soul leaves this body, none of our belongings on this earth have any value for it. Now, how many years do we have? Twenty years, thirty years, eighty years—different ages. So, for what are you fighting? For what are you jealous? Just ten years more or thirty years more, and you all have to leave it behind. So this is one of the best thoughts: for what did I come to this earth, and for what am I attached? This attachment is also not real; it will go away. So the yogic sādhanā practice is what makes us happy, healthy, and relaxed. Learn to give up. Gandhījī said, "Renounce and enjoy." Holi Guruji said the same thing: enter the kingdom of God through the gate of sacrifice. We enter into the kingdom of God, that Brahmaloka, through the door of sacrifice. But those with attachment and ignorance cannot renounce, though they know sooner or later it will separate. So, at the time of self-realization for us, as long as God gives us life, be happy and give your love to everyone—kindness, help, everything. For this, we have this sādhanā camp, this seminar, where we have, according to our own capacity and level of development, yoga and daily life. There are very good teachers who will guide you and take care of you. I look forward to being with you, and we will have nice satsaṅgs. It does not matter how the day was; in our satsaṅg, all tension will go away. There will be no tension, though tension can be within us. One part of the sādhanā is called Kriyā Anuṣṭhāna. On the first day, you are very happy and relaxed. The next day you might say, "Oh, I am proud of myself. I wish I could have gone swimming. What am I searching for here?" That is it. But you have that feeling to achieve something, and you will. Many of you know from last year, and while sitting like this, you say, "Next year I will practice every day so that next year will be very comfortable." Celý rok, some progress. So we have beautiful seminars, and welcome. There is a power for Kriyānusthāna, and an advanced teacher will guide you. For others who will just do āsanas and prāṇāyāmas, and some beginners, there are other teachers. We also have yoga teacher trainings. This week will cover body anatomy. Every yoga teacher in their life should know how many bones there are in the human body. If there is an operation and a bone is cut out, then you should say that you have one bone less. And the nerves—how many nerves? But some nerves, perhaps a little operation, have cut off a small one. And how many joints? From the small toe, the third toe, the middle toe, the fourth toe, and the big toe—all ten toes. There we begin: how many joints are there? And after that, the whole foot, till the ankle joints. This is called the miracles and the specialties, the wonders of nature. I think God was making experiments for many ages. Only this, from the wrist, from the elbow to the wrist—I do not understand how it goes. If it were only one bone, we could not move; we would go like this. But this is something really, like we can turn something. This bungalow is wonderful. Ajab means wonder. Je bungalow ajab baná márác, jisme Nārāyaṇ bole—in which God himself is talking. So, who can open the wonder of this, bāṅgalos and ātmā? Nārāyaṇa. Who can open the wonder of this, baṅgalos and ātmā? Narayan. It is Bangla Ajababana Maharaj, in whom Narayan spoke. In whom Nārāyaṇa spoke, but who opened the wonder of this, Baṅgālā Ajababānā Mahārāj, in whom Nārāyaṇa spoke. So this is why we are here: the wonder of our body, the bungalows. And who is talking inside? Only Nārāyaṇa. God. But who can tell us who is that Nārāyaṇa, that Ātmā? That Jīvā, jīvā is like a drop of water in the hill of our palm. There is a drop, that is called jīvā, and we hold it over the ocean, and we move like this. This drop falls in the ocean. And when we tilt that palm, the drop flows into the ocean. The ocean is Śiva. A ta kapka je Jīva. A Jīva se propojuje se Śivou, stávají se jedním. So God was very gracious. He made such nice bones so you can put the drop inside. And if we do something wrong, we break something, then he can say, "Oh, Dr. Paul, please not, please no." Yes, nothing can move. So God also connected our joints with pain. If God had not given pain with our bones and joints, then we would break everything and we would not know. So the pain is protection. The pain gives us the border of how far we can resist. Similarly, muscles, nerves, tissues, ligaments, etc. This is what we have to research, and we should know our body. So, at least through our teacher of physiotherapies, they will give us this knowledge. Everyone can attend because if you are a teacher, you should know, and if you are going to become a teacher, then you should still know. Inner relaxation. Vnitřní uvolnění. Peace. Mír. Divine thoughts. Božské myšlenky. Mantras. Mantry. One with thyself. You have a chance to be one with thyself. You have nothing to do. Three times a day, someone cooks for you. They just say, "Please come and eat." Now, you must eat. Someone can give it to your mouth, but you have to move your jaw. That is what you must do. Nice coffee, nice tea, many things. You have nothing to do, only for the movements of your body and mental exercise, and in order to get a proper relation of body, mind, and emotion. There we have karma yoga, and those who are doing karma yoga sometimes work with the soil. Beautiful. Then, the most beautiful program, which you will not see often: our juniors, their program and their sādhanās and their contentment, their silence, because they are yogic children. Otherwise, you know, other children who are not yogic children will throw the ball, they will throw this, and he will run and this and that and that. But it is you that has given birth to such a nice child, a yogī by birth. Well, now we will see how they will develop, but our children are so beautiful, and I congratulate the parents. I congratulate the father, the mother, etc. So this is also very nice. Yes, that is it. We will enjoy. Oṁ Sacchidānanda, Oṁ Sacchidānanda. Oṁ Sacchidānanda, Oṁ Sacchidānanda.... Ānandoham, Ānandam, Ānandam,... Ānand. Om Śānti, Śānti, Śānti.
