Morning meditation in Villach

The Gāyatrī Mantra is chanted mentally, ascending and descending through the spinal column.

Chant with the consistent melody. Vibrate the mantra from Mūlādhāra Cakra to Sahasrāra Cakra. Move vibration up and down the spine. Practice this at Brahmamuhūrta before sunrise. Visualize the sunrise in Cidākāśa. Imagine the holy river Gaṅgā. Step into the Gaṅgā up to the navel. Take water in both hands. Pour water back in abhiṣeka. This practice fulfills good wishes. This practice brings health. This practice purifies negative energy. For Sūrya Pūjā without Gaṅgā, wake before sunrise and shower. Hold a lota of pure water in both hands. Pour water slowly on a tulasī plant or another plant. Face the direction of the sunrise.

"The effect of the Gāyatrī Mantra is that it goes up and down along the spine."

"This will bring your good wishes to fulfillment, your health, and the purification of negative energy."

Filming location: Villach, Austria

Be aware that you are here, and we will sing the Gāyatrī Mantra. But not too fast. Don’t change the melody. Again from the beginning. Oṃ Bhūr Bhuvaḥ Svaḥ Tat Savitur Vareṇyaṃ Bhargo Devasya … Don’t change the melody; again from the beginning. You are always going back to the old melody. So, I hope you just listen; I will chant. Oṃ Bhūr Bhuvaḥ Svaḥ Tat Savitur Vareṇyaṃ Bhargo Devasya Dhīmahi Dhiyo Yo Naḥ Pracodayāt Oṃ. Bhūr Bhuvaḥ Svaḥ Tat Savitur Vareṇyaṃ Bhargo Devasya Dhīmahi Dhiyo Yo Naḥ Pracodayāt Oṃ. Svaḥ Tat Savitur Vareṇyaṃ Bhargo Devasya Dhīmahi Dīmā Dīnā Prachodaya O Śveta Savito Vare Bhargo Dīmaśya Dhīmahi Dīyo Prachodaya Burbhuva Svāhāta Savito Vare Bhargo Devasya Dhīmahi Dīyo Prachodaya. Now close your eyes and mentally chant the Gāyatrī Mantra from the Mūlādhāra Cakra up to the Sahasrāra Cakra. Let the vibration of the Gāyatrī Mantra flow mentally with the same melody. Like: Oṃ Bhūr Bhuvaḥ Svaḥā Bhargo Devasya Dhīmahi Dhiyo Yonah Prachodaya. O, mentally chant your Gāyatrī Mantra, what we call the Mānasik Mantra. The effect of the Gāyatrī Mantra is the ascending and descending through the spinal column, passing through the cakras mentally, imagining the cakras. The effect of the Gāyatrī Mantra is that it goes up and down along the spine. From Mūlādhāra Cakra to Sahasrāra Cakra, rising vibrations from Mūlādhāra to Sahasrāra and from Sahasrāra to Mūlādhāra. Use the whole of your Gāyatrī Mantra, with the melody that we have previously sung. Repeat your Gāyatrī Mantra with the melody that we have sung together. The Gāyatrī Mantra is more effective at the Brahmamuhūrta before sunrise. And the sun should rise during your chanting of the Gāyatrī Mantra. Amazing in your Cidākāśa, the dawn and the resonance or chanting of the Gāyatrī Mantra. Be aware of your being here. Feel comfortable, and let the resonance of the Gāyatrī Mantra be within and outside of your being. Go ahead mentally, chant your mantra, the Gāyatrī Mantra, ascending and descending through this spinal column. Oṃ Bū Svāhā, do not change yourself; only I will change. Svāhā Tāt Savitur Vareṇyaṃ Bhargo Devasya Dhīmahi Dhiyo Yo Naḥ Pracodayāt. Oṃ Bhūr Bhuvaḥ Svaḥ Tat Savitur Vareṇyaṃ Bhargo Devasya Dhīmahi Dhiyo Yo Naḥ Pracodayāt. Imagine in your Cidākāśa, in the far distance, a beautiful sunrise. Imagine the holy river Gaṅgā. And imagine that you are stepping into the Ganges up to your navel. And you take water from both your hands and perform this abhiṣeka in the Gaṅgā. Imagine the water you take in both hands, and slowly, slowly, you are giving water back to the Ganges. This will bring your good wishes to fulfillment, your health, and the purification of negative energy. So get your good wishes fulfilled, and your negative energy will be cleansed. Pracodayāt. Oṃ Bhūr Bhuvaḥ Svaḥ, Tat Savitur Vareṇyaṃ Bhargo Devasya Dhīmahi, Dhiyo Yo Naḥ Pracodayāt. Five times, and five times you take water from the Gaṅgā, and again make the abhiṣeka into the Gaṅgā. And chant now loudly, five times. Eyes are closed, imagine yourself standing in the Ganges, and you are taking this water and making the abhiṣek. It was only five times. You are already on the seventh. Now, when there is no Gaṅgā or no drava, then to make the Sūrya Pūjā, and there is a wish which I will tell you sometimes, very good, mostly for the females. Very beautiful, and it gives you immense energy, and the wish comes true. So, you wake up in the morning, some minutes before sunrise. You go and take a shower, wash yourself, and then have even a tulasī plant in your house, on the balcony or on the windows, in that direction where the sun is rising. And while there is no balcony, it is on the window. Take the water like in a neti lota, but not a neti lota, similar to a lota, and fill it with water, clean water, pure water. So, not a neti pot. It should be like a neti pot, but not a neti pot. It’s a normal lotā. Hold the water pot in both hands, and then very slowly you should only pour the water on the tulasī. If there is no tulsī, then use some other plant. And I did not tell you that your eyes should be open now. Again, lost.
