Vishuddhi chakra and stress

All the symptoms that are happening in the human body, mind, consciousness, and intellect, etc. This is the cause, and that cause is not from the outside, but from the inside. The very deep research by the yogīs about the human body, about the human cakra centers, and in every chakra, which we have also this today subject about the chakras, every time we have one day, one program is about one chakra. From the Mūlādhāra until the Anāhata, we already had the chakra. I don’t know if you practiced or not. This is the question. Tons of theory is nothing. A gram of practice. And if you all people would have practiced, seriously practiced, with a great interest, you practice. With your benefit, if you would have practiced, then you would have achieved those four levels of consciousness from the Mūlādhāra, Svādhiṣṭhāna, Maṇipūra, and Anāhata Chakras. Definitely, you were on the path to enlightenment, but you have not practiced. And my talking and talking has no sense in it. Yes, I am telling you because you are my very dear ones. And those who have that thyroid gland problem, that hormone problem, because you have swollen in without solving the problems, maybe out of fear, you had a fear and you could not talk or you could not tell. According to the yoga science of the kuṇḍalinī, that can solve your problems, open that Viśuddhi Cakra and the problems will be solved. Don’t tell the one who has the habit of drinking alcohol, "Don’t drink." He said, "My dear, it is not an answer and not a question." Then what? Tell a different word. Why do you drink? Immediately, the awareness awakes in that person. Awareness is awake in that person. It is touching a wound in your psyche. It awakes you, yes, my dear. Why am I drinking? What is the cause of the drinking? Then this person understands, and he or she will tell how to come out, how to stop. Now I am caught, I am in the mouth of the crocodile, in half water. How to come out of this? Yes, there is a technique to get out of that. Follow the instructions. Maybe you have a problem between your partners, or about your business, or between your parents, or with friends, or with Kuśaṅga. Do you know what is Kushaṅga? Yes. In that bad society, in that kusanga, you are caught, and now we have to operate our psychic feelings. So someone tells you, "Okay, I will help you," and it is solved. But you were hidden, going to the other corner of the street quickly, and going to some alcohol shop or somewhere to drink and come back. Because you are so dependent now. And Viśuddhi Chakra is the solution to do that particular practice in your book, Hidden Powers in the Humans. But you read it, but you didn’t think of it. The chakras are beautiful. All these chakras, they look beautiful. Everybody said, "Oh yes," but one does not understand. You see the Viśuddhi Cakra? And what a complication in the Viśuddhi Cakra. It looks like a cyclone, a very strong, heavy cyclone in the Pacific Ocean. If you see from the satellite picture, how is this Viśuddhi Cakra running? And that Viśuddhi Chakra, when it goes up, then your brain is also damaged. So why is the Vishuddhi Chakra attacking the thyroid so much? Of course, there are physical problems also, some operations, some, there are other causes also, not only this, but the main cause is this, that through which fear, through which pain, through these emotional things, you couldn’t swallow this. Well, our dear doctors will give us something supplementary, hormones for the thyroid. Or the doctors may operate and take it out. But there are techniques in yoga; it takes time. Doctors take only 15 minutes to operate, or 20 minutes, or half an hour. Nowadays, it is more quick and supplementary, but it gives you depression. That depression again gives you the force to do things with your inner self, to lie to thyself. It is very important to know and read about the Viśuddhi Cakra subject in yoga. We have practiced, and we will practice in this program. But first, you should practice for at least one year and then tell others about this. If you are a yoga teacher and you go to tell your students, "The Swāmījī tells me this and that training," you will confuse the other person too. So therefore, theory is nothing. Practice is very important. So you shall practice for one year until I come back. Otherwise, my coming back is okay and very nice. Okay, so for that Viśuddhi Cakra, which we will practice step by step, but you have to come first to the Mūlādhāra, because the roots are there, and those roots turn up to the Sahasrāra Cakra. So there are two roots. The trees have roots down, and humans have roots here. Our branches are down and the roots are up in the Bhagavad Gītā, in the 15th chapter. So everything is in our part of the brain, but the cause is somewhere else, coming into the whole body. But the point is to make something to solve the problem. So first understand, first understand. If you are trying too many things, then you will get nothing. Therefore, it is said, "Ek saje sab saje, sab saje sab jai." If you do one technique, you do one sādhanā, you do that one path, then you will solve all the problems and come through. But if you are doing this and that and that and that, you are nowhere. And nothing will help, and time is passing. Time is passing. Time doesn’t wait for anyone. And karma will not leave anybody free. It doesn’t matter which kind of karma. There are many, many karmas: physical karma, emotional karma, mental karma. There are many, many humans who are so clever, but kuṇḍalinī is more clever than you in those cakras. So, Kuṇḍalinī Yoga, Kuṇḍalinī science, it is the best of the best techniques in yoga. Through your Kuṇḍalinī science, you solve all the problems. Your life will become very happy, your health will be very good, and your consciousness will rise up and rise up. Awareness. Awakening the awareness within ourselves. And awaken the awareness in others. If you had been aware, you all would have awakened all these chakras. But you are not aware. That’s it. We have to awaken awareness in every human towards ahiṃsā. Awake the awareness towards, again, the organic food. Awake that kind of awareness that we should not use the things which are harmful for our body, for our mind, for our environment, for our societies, for mankind, for animals, etc. Where is that awareness? We are sleeping. Yes, as soon as our awareness awakens, we will throw many things away. Many things you will give up, and you will come to that spiritual path. Satguru, as Mahāholī Gurujī said, and bhajan. Tirī Satguru rāke lāja cintāmata karanā, cintāmata nirvaira honiśaṅka kabhī mata dharana. Tirī Satguru rāke lāja cintāmata karanā, cintāmata nirvaira honiśaṅka kabhī mata dharana. Nera vairā oka raṅga kabhī mata dharana. Dīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavān Kī Jai. Now, what happened? What should we do? So Gurujī said, "Our Gurudev is the highest." So Gurujī said, instruction to me, "Don’t worry, don’t worry, Gurudev will do everything." Trust in Gurudev. But awake that devotion in you. As soon as we evoke that devotion in our heart, the Anāhata Cakra, immediately our Viśuddhi Cakra will open like a lotus early in the morning. A beautiful blue lotus, whatever you feel, everything is touching our Viśuddhi Cakra, the thyroid gland, the vocal cords, etc. So, what has happened has happened. In ignorance, we did not do these things, but now, awake, awake yourself. Chetan means aware, conscious. Now you are chetan, careful. And about what? About your body, about your health, about your joints, about your spine, about your intestine, your heart, your liver, everything. About that I am talking, not about some supreme higher something. Now, for us, the first is our body. The body is not everything, but everything is nothing without the body. And that body, just carry this body as ill. You are hanging in this ill body. Otherwise, this throat, Viśuddhi Cakra, is holding everything there. Understand? So, how many chakras do we have, the major chakras? Seven or eight? Yes. Seven and eight is sixteen. Okay, very good. That’s why we are counting the bindu chakra also as a chakra. But the bindu chakra, there are no petals, and it is different. But that is a center which is balancing. All the body chakras and the sahasrāra chakra, between them there is a balance. It is said that among all the planets, and especially for our Earth, balance is provided by the Moon. The moon is balancing, and that’s why the moon is also getting full moon and half moon. Like an aeroplane, on the back of the aeroplane, there is a small place like this, which doesn’t let turbulence come. Also, controlling the turbulence. Similarly, our Bindu Chakra is the control point for that nectar of energy. Don’t think the nectar will fall down like honey drops. Now, it is that energy of the Bindu Chakra, the whole body, everything, over all the organs and everything, is coming, ending on one point, and that is the Bindu Chakra. Here is the ending and beginning of our entire organs, bodies, consciousness, awareness, etc., etc., in the navel. The life development of our bodies begins from the Manipūra Chakra. Where is the Manipūra Chakra? At the navel. The center point of the entire universe is the navel. And your, my, and all other animals’ point is their navel. So if he swallows it, he will die. If he leaves it, he will be blind. What to do? So that snake is searching for water, so that he can dive in the water and then leave it, this mouse out. He is relaxed. Similarly, we are in that center. It is called Viśuddhi. And viṣ means the poison, and that poison is stuck here. So it is so nobody knows. So there’s a Meera, there was a holy Meera, and she was singing bhajan, beautiful. Meera dardana jane koy. My pain nobody knows. Doctors know, Ayurvedic doctors know. That time, there was no, what we call, allopathic medicine. All the Ayurvedic and different herbs, and so on. Doctors don’t know. The justice doesn’t know. Nobody knows. Mera dharad na jāne koy. I am wandering through the forest, through the desert, through everywhere. No one can heal my pain. At the end, she said, "O God, O Kṛṣṇa, only my pain can be released when you come as a doctor." O Kṛṣṇa, and so the humans can’t swallow, can’t vomit, stuck in that poison. This, our hormones, gives poison. Viśuddhi Cakra is the best remedy for us, but we have to practice. How many years old are you? That many years from the mother’s womb, this fear began, because this fear develops in the hormones of the mother’s body into the child’s body. How was that? Your mother, when she was pregnant—how happy she was, or how many fears she had, or if the husband or man left you, etc., etc. There are many things. Therefore, it is the duty of the mother, and the mother is not the only one guilty, the father is too. And so, it is going one after the other, a chain. When you are born, then come the brothers, sisters, and others. Then, coming to your friends, a little bit. Then, your teenager. Humans are really complicated to humans. But there is a solution, and that is the science of yoga. And in yoga, you have to practice. Only talking nicely has no remedy. Yes, speaking awakes our awareness, and we should make all aware about that. And what is that? Pella Sukha Nirogi Kaya. The first happiness is good health. So, good health is the first wealth. Good wealth is good health. Health is the wealth. If your health is okay, it is said, you may lose everything. But if my health is okay, I will get it again. They said, "Anyone can take away from your hands." But if you have it in your brain, you will have it again. And that is awareness. So we have to be aware. Therefore it is said, "Chetan ho jāre musāfir, gaḍī āne vālī hai, gaḍī āne vālī hai, gaḍī jāne vālī hai, Chetan ho jāre musāfir, gaḍī āne vālī hai." O traveller, get ready, take your luggage. The train is coming and the train is going. It will not stop for you. There is only one minute or two minutes for that. If you can get in, go. Otherwise, you will miss your train. So, chetan ho jāre, you are sleeping, wake up. So we are sleeping in ignorance and unawareness. So, the best point for the human is to become aware, alert, conscious. These three points are the best for our life to proceed further. So, now we will practice something, and I wish you all the best. So, it is only Guru Vakya. What does Guru Vakya mean? Also, the vocal code of the master and the vocal code of the disciple. The disciple’s vocal cord is blocked, and the vocal cord of the master is opened. And through that word, your vocal cords will also be opened. I mean that this Viśuddhi Cakra, that knowledge. Now we will practice something, techniques, because these techniques are only for you. And if you will not practice, you will not get anything. And if you tell someone, you will confuse others. You are confused, and you confuse others. So if you like to practice, you should practice.
