Hame he kama satsanga se

Suffering arises from unresolved inner conflicts projected outward, damaging body and mind.

Unresolved, undigested situations attack the thyroid and liver. Swallowed anger creates stones in the liver. Projecting anger harms both self and others. Emotional conflicts form gallstones. Back pain often comes when words feel like a broken spine. Overexerting to prove oneself damages the knees. Yoga, the science of humans, stands beyond all religions. Protect your dharma and it protects you. Love is God—cause no pain to any living being. Do not eat those who have eyes. The real enemies are inner anger, hatred, jealousy, and ignorance. Spiritual teachers shape true knowledge. Touch holy feet to receive divine energy. Male and female are one soul; duality is illusion. World peace begins in your hands. Walk barefoot on the living earth and practice Kriya Yoga to heal body, mind, and soul, especially through the solar plexus.

“World peace is in your hands.”

“Do not cause pain to any life on this earth.”

Part 1: The Hidden Roots of Suffering and the Path to Inner Harmony Let us harmonize the atmosphere after this question. Hameṁ kam satsaṅg se, bākī bakne de hameṁ. We should know the benefit of satsaṅg, yet after listening to satsaṅgs, we again do the same thing—only differently. Then, once more, the satsaṅg has no effect. A donkey goes into the lake, drinks water, and washes itself. Afterwards, it returns to the dust and rolls in all the dirt. Similarly, when we come to satsaṅgs, it is not easy to understand; or we understand but cannot accept. Because there is a fear within yourself. Everything is within us. From external answers, you will not get enough substance. It is the hidden, hidden qualities within us—some good, some bad. There is a fear within us of losing something. And to avoid losing something, you will blame many: these people are not good, those people are not good, that is not good, this is happening because of that. But you heap a great deal of others’ guilt upon yourself as a sin. Better not to speak, but also, better not to swallow it deep into your stomach. Those unanswered questions boiling inside you—you cannot express them, you fear to express them, and you cannot digest them. That conditioned state of human beings attacks certain organs of the body. The first, which we can neither solve nor explain, affects our thyroid gland. Eighty-eight percent of thyroid problems arise from unresolved, undigested situations or circumstances of your life or my life. Let us say “our.” Who am I to say “you”? Why not me? Therefore, it is good to say, “All of us.” When that bitter thing is swallowed as anger, there is a high percentage. This is the cause: swallowing anger or expressing your anger outwardly, yet the roots are in you, or in me, or in us, and that will harm our liver. I am angry, and I direct my anger at you. It will affect your back, the hair on your back, which stands on end from a slight fear of my anger. But in truth, it is my liver that is suffering. And these knots and knots of conflict that we accumulate can develop as stones in the liver. Also, partner problems—and partner means not only husband and wife, but your manager at your company, or your colleagues working with you, or matters concerning neighbors—these certain emotional problems can create gallstones. Women, especially, swallow down their feelings and try to solve them. But unfulfilled love—let us not directly say sex, that is not love, that creates another kind of illness, such as prostration, chest ailments, and so on. So these are unsolved problems. Unsolved problems we have to solve ourselves. Your friends, your colleagues, your partners will say, “Okay, I forgive you,” or “I’m sorry, that will not happen.” But still, inside, it remains this way. From here to here. So there is only one way: ask yourself, accept your mistake. You need not tell someone, “Okay, I am the guilty one.” You will only make someone more angry, and they will make you feel stupid. So we have to solve our own problems, which we project onto others. Accept. Accept, and with your inner kindness, love, and humbleness, solve it. Likewise, there are many organs in our body, many nerves, the joints, and so on. People who have back pain—and of course, back pain has many, many reasons, not only what I am telling you, please—but mostly the problem of the back occurs when someone tells you certain things, and we say, “That person broke my backbone.” Yes. It does not matter if it is your wife, your husband, your boyfriend, your girlfriend, the foolish one or the wise one, a politician, or anyone. So, if your backbone is strong enough, no one can bend it. But because of our guiltiness, because of our fear, and because our guiltiness and fear make our backbone very weak, many people suffer back pain when something happens. Find out why, but I emphasize once more: it is not only this cause; there are many different causes. We push beyond our capacity to make ourselves think, “I am the best one.” But that will destroy your knees significantly. They break your legs; you cannot go, you cannot walk; it paralyzes you. What is the reason, then, that you are searching for some girl or boy who does not live the way you like? Because you are emotional, you have emotional desires. And for many, many years, you have been suffering and facing that situation. You were with a woman, married or not. You had a child. And that man said, “I don’t want you; go away from your wife.” Women, they are very clever, very calm, very nice. They simply go to court because the door of the court is wide open for everyone. And then, you know, the court will give the man your child—or two children, or three children. So it is said—for that word I cannot find in English—we call it kṣaṇa. The word kṣaṇa means joy. So, as we might say, the joy you want to enjoy is a little joy and more suffering within that joy. Therefore, the ṛṣis have given us this blessing. It does not matter if you are religious or not religious. Religion is just societies: my party, your party, their party. That we call dharma, the society’s dharma. In the Vedas, it is said, “Dharmo rakṣita rakṣita”—if you protect your dharma, the dharma will protect you. So, whichever religion you believe in, whichever society you belong to, if you protect them, they will protect you too. Some do not want any religion, yet they have a religion: their own principle. They follow their own principle. Okay, why not? No one will ask why you are not religious. God has given you life. And even if you do not believe in a religion, God will not take your life away immediately. No. If you do not believe in a religious way, it does not mean your life will be taken immediately. So, yoga is that nowadays in this world, in these societies, in this so-called new age, new science, everyone talks about science. Someone comes, takes the microphone, and begins to speak scientifically. Yes, when you speak the science, at the end, zero—we did not understand. But it’s okay, because science is very, very ancient. And yoga is called a science of humans. So it does not matter if you believe in some god or not. But it is said that love is God, and God is love. And what is that love? Do not cause pain to any life on this earth. Even the plants, fish, jalcar, thalcar, and nabacar—the creatures in the water, on the earth, and in the sky. It is said, “Jīva jīvākṣate,” life eats life. Yet God created some creatures, like humans, and gave them the intellect to think. God gave eyes to everyone, and to us also. I did not read about this, but what I want to relate: long ago, maybe thirty-five years, one day while driving a car in a city called Novi Sad—perhaps there are many people from Novi Sad here, maybe they know, or maybe they were not born at that time—there is an old building, and on that old building, written in color, “Jesus said, ‘Don’t eat who has eyes.’” I did not read in any biography or holy book—the Old Testament or the New Testament, and now there will be a modern testament—so, don’t eat those who have eyes. Do you know, Novi Sad people? But because there was a vegetarian restaurant, nobody knows. Well, they are younger than me, so… I am an old man. But you know, somewhere, written or not, yes? So, it indicates both. When I look into your eyes, you also look into my eyes. So don’t eat those who have eyes. I have eyes. I should not eat anyone if I have eyes. Or, he said, all creatures that have eyes, do not eat. If someone slaps you on one cheek, show the other cheek. But have you seen anyone do this except perhaps your wife? Because women are so humble and kind. For some reason, perhaps if he gives me one more slap, his ego or anger will calm down. And if she does not offer the second cheek, then he does something like this—punches a glass door or window. And what happens? Blood. Then you go to the doctor, and you are hanging there. How many days? Because you are injured. Your eyes see this every day. That is my anger, not my hand. That’s it. So again, it is our anger, our hatred, our jealousy, our doubt, our ignorance. That is our enemy, not anyone else. God gave us a beautiful, beautiful intellect, and that intellect is full of science. There are some people who have brilliant thoughts in this—what do you call it?—watermelon. And some watermelons have almost nothing, but we are still carrying them here. So from where can we get this wisdom? From our teachers: mother, father, our school teachers, our good friends, our colleagues, and our spiritual master. Finally, and ultimately, the spiritual master forms our knowledge. And a spiritual master does not mean only one who is unmarried. If Viṣṇu had not married, and Brahmā had not married, and Rāma had not married, how would creation continue? Yes. So, to marry and to have a child is not a sin. But if you obtain something, dive deep into the ocean, bring up something: the best diamond or a beautiful pearl, that’s it. And so, our intellect is that pulse. That is why it is called the pulse of wisdom. We have our one book, no? Yes, and so, what kind of pulse do you have in your brain? Someone destroys the oyster before the pearl develops. So we are killing those animals and eating them. What is our wisdom, the intellect that God gave? What we have, how we have it, and when you make a mistake and hide it, then your body suffers, your mind suffers, your intellect suffers, and we are full of fear. Then why do we do it? Therefore, if one partner eats meat and the other does not, then why don’t you eat it too? That animal is killed by someone, and its energy enters your body. Then you also sink deep into the water, because you are tied together by one chain. That heavy stone is sinking, and you are bound to it, so you will also go down. Can we not control ourselves? Think about ourselves. That is why Mahāprabhujī said, in this bhajan we were singing, “The world will tell: if you do good, someone will say bad. And if you do bad, someone will say good. But it is you, your ātmā, your jīvātmā.” He is talking to you. So, be with that inner person. If you touch that person, you will have that energy. If you are good persons, you have good energy. When you go to the Pope, or a Bishop, they extend their hand and you kiss the ring. That ring symbolizes Jesus. Or in India, we touch the holy feet. What does it mean to touch the holy feet? To receive that energy, that’s it. Maybe my feet, or the master’s feet, are dirtier from the dust. And your feet are nicely clean, and even the nails have a kind of color. One day I looked down, and even ladies have this. I said, “Oh God, did she pull out nails or what?” And even the shoes are open in the front, so you can see my colored nails. And also the fingers, when nicely done with plastic nails. You talk to your husband normally. But when the nails are nicely done, she shows them. And she says to the husband, “And I told you, I know,” and the man is ashamed. He looks as if he doesn’t have it like this. So, this is a man having ego, and females have ego. In reality, male and female are one, because they are one soul. Soul is equal. Blood is equal—not which blood type you have, A, B, or C. Everything is the same. The skin is the same, the fingers are the same, eyes are the same. So why do we create duality? Yet, in some countries, women suffer because they are too humble, too kind. One day, God will say to the man who is torturing, “Now is your chance.” God created humans to create peace, harmony, love, and understanding—not to give slaps, not knives, not guns. It is described in the holy books, every holy book. Once we had a conference in Melbourne, not the United Nations, the World Hindu Conference—a religious concept. And a professor of Islam said, “I did not find that chapter in the Bible.” But the Bible says: if you kill one human, it is as if you have killed all of humanity. Why do we not follow that? And the same Jesus said, the same Rāmakṛṣṇa, Buddhas, Mahāprabhujī—everything. So, recently we went to New York, and we had yoga and world peace. I have just come, so you can look in this magazine. Do you like our logo? A little bigger. Thank you. I know that my people who are making this web camera, they relax like this. Part 2: World Peace Is in Your Hands: A Discourse on Yoga, Health, and the Solar Plexus Because Swamijī said, "Relax." And so, if you could show only my eyes like this—but the camera is not so close. They will also change; it will come, but it takes time. This camera comes from here to me, from me to there, from there to the Ātmā Purī, and from Ātmā Purī it goes again there, and then so on. Is it good? I am still not entirely content. I am happy, but not content. Happy and content are different. So, come here, little girl. You see? And take this in front of the camera there, okay? Go to the camera, go there to the camera. Where’s your camera? Yes, more and more and more. Yes, darling, that’s it. But keep your fingers away. Look up. Okay. Thank you. This symbol—thank you—is something an artist has made. It is very large, like this. And it is the monument at the headquarters of the United Nations. I have seen it constantly over these last twenty years, and every time I like it, I take a photo. Many, many people come and take photos, and people appreciate it very much. So it is a property of the United Nations, and the United Nations belongs to the whole world—not to this government nor to that government. Many NGOs are doing a great deal of work. And we thank our brother, a Karma Yogī from Debrecen, for making this graphic. He is very busy, but I hope he is here today. If he can come forward, thank you. Now, World Peace Day is coming very soon. When is World Peace Day? Oh, so late! It is like Avatārapurī when he was small, and he was born to receive something. I said, "OK, I will bring it for you from the kitchen, but it’s so late!" Someone was only two years old, and he was crying, "It’s too late!" I said, "Okay, I will give it to you from my pocket." "It’s too late!" Okay, so I hope they will not mind, or we get permission from the United Nations, and we will put only "UN" and make a beautiful t-shirt—one design on the front and one on the back. We will give the slogan: "World peace is in your hands." Do you agree? We have three NGOs at the United Nations. On the 7th of March, we held a conference at the United Nations, and some bhaktas were there as well: Dr. Rada, Sugan Puri, Hemlata from Hungary, Hemvati, the Rector of the University of Budapest, Győr, and four members of the United Nations; Indians were also present. A very good speaker was there, and we have this magazine. He brought about one hundred magazines to that event, and those one hundred weighed seventy-five kilos. So next time we should tell our dear Karma Yogī there are lighter papers available—good magazines and lighter paper. We have only ten or fifteen magazines here in Vienna or in Europe, so we will give them to the main centers of our yoga and distribute them. And if you want more, we can bring them from India. So, how many would like to have this magazine? Hands up. Thank you. Without charge—it was distributed without money. So, raise your hand if you want to have it. Thank you. The speakers were very, very good, and there are many fine newspapers, including American ones. But what I want to tell you is this, and not only because of our conference: first, in memory of our beloved Satguru Swāmījī Madhavānandajī, we have formed the Śrī Swāmī Madhavānanda World Peace Council. And we shall continue these conferences in every country. It is not necessary that I be there, but we must carry this message of peace. So this was a very nice conference, but our subject now is the pancreas—the problems of the pancreas. And these come from certain negative masses that attack us, and they attack your pancreas. We have Kriyā. Our Kriya Yoga, if you are practicing seriously, you will not have this problem. And so, different kriyās: the solar plexus. Now, why do we call it the solar plexus? And from where do solar panels come? Nowadays, people are buying solar panels for their house roofs or fields, for light, for hot water, for energy. From where does it come? From the sun, and that is called solar, the sun. And that is the main head, the main point—the sūrya energy. And that is the first point when our body begins to develop in the mother’s body. And how is it developing? All the time, that sun ray is observing and giving that light. Why do we call it Agni Sarkriyā? There were no solar panels developed. Am I right or not? So, Agni Sāṅkriyā, from where does it come? There are many Nābī. What is in that Nābī? So all this is the sun, the energy, the sunlight. Where it is said Mahāprabhujī is sitting on the door of the sun—Devpurījī. And every soul that is liberated goes through the sun. Enter the kingdom of the Lord through the gate of sacrifice. So we have our science, our exercises. What happens when we do āsanas? We receive that energy, the light, the warmth of the sun. And that cures many, many diseases in the body, if we can. Some people stay one hour, half an hour, or twenty minutes in the sunlight. But through certain mudrās, we can catch this energy only in certain mudrās. It is written in the Vedas, and this was told by Kapuchin Kuliśjī from Rajasthan, who was the owner of a very big newspaper, Rajasthan Patrika. That Kuliśjī gave a lecture; he used to accompany me, and we were in Debrecen. In Debrecen, he gave the lecture and said that those ṛṣis can catch that first ray of the sun. And through that light, or whatever energy, they can create a diamond. So the diamond is the sun. And it is developed on our earth from that sun ray. You need pure cotton. There was in Jaipur a philosopher, a very great Vedas philosopher with Vedic knowledge. About 150 years ago, maybe he died, or maybe before. Jaipur is known as the second Kāśī, Banāras. Banaras is the very knowledge of the Vedas, and that is Vidyā—or Jaipur. Jaipur, Benares, Jaipur. And the person who wrote those letters, that literature, is indescribable. If you read that, you will find signs revealing what his thought was. There were also one or two, three in Western countries. But you have to research, you have to concentrate. And the fact that the earth is round—it was declared long, long ages ago. Varāha, the Varāha, brought the earth as a golden, round earth out of the ocean, on his nose, in this tube—I don’t know what you call it, like a pig’s snout—he brings that. And there is a wonderful video made, Kuliśjī’s, and his globe; his symbol was this, the earth coming like a round sphere, rolling. We have this video. At that time there were not so many televisions and such; it was still black-and-white televisions. You don’t believe me? I’m so old, but still I did not color my hair. Because if you color your hair and you go to the Jadan Ashram, we have so many bees, and the bees don’t like any artificial perfumes or hair color. But I told them, to the bees, you know, "This is European." But the bees are the army of Śiva. Anyhow, so knowledge. God has given that kind of knowledge to humans, to change many things, but of course, God has also given it to every creature—also to the vegetation. Even the earth is moving, and that’s why we call our earth a living planet. Our earth is alive. Yes, now new science has come out. We knew all this, but now it comes more intensely. If you can walk barefoot on the earth for one hour every day—which is very weighty, like this—then you will see how many diseases disappear. When I was in America recently, someone gave me a small shawl like this, made of silver—like a silver cloth—and it is placed on my bed so that my feet and my knees, all must be on this. And there is an electric cable attached to the earthing plug, so there is no electric shock, only earthing. Or, if your house is not on the twentieth floor, you can take it out of your window and put it into the earth. It’s for the window, for the pillow, and a blanket up to the niche. It was my bhakti, and he was doing it, and he didn’t ask me. "Asked Swamijī, ‘How did Swamijī sleep?’ She said, ‘I don’t know.’" I was asking him, and I said, "Oh, I sleep so well, like every day." But still, Mānasa Devī said—because she got a pillow, a pillowcase, and for two weeks she was sleeping on that pillow. And you know, she had a very strong headache every second or third day. But on the fourth night she had no headache, so I don’t know. Because it was good weather, or she didn’t have this headache. And the next day, when she gave this pillow back to the person who had given it, she had already experienced relief. That’s it. I don’t know, but this is what I’m telling you. So, in winter, walk for one minute, half a minute, or two minutes on the snow or on the grass. In summer, when we have our seminars here, we will walk. I will also walk on the grass and on the football field. So we will all get healthy, or do it in your garden. So why not? Mother Earth. There was a newspaper about ten years ago, plus or minus ten years, in a German newspaper, and you know how German newspapers are. They are very correct. If they write something stupid, it’s very stupid; and if they write well, it’s very good. So is this: "Vanson Danson" newspaper. And it came to an Austrian newspaper. Austria, I don’t want to tell you, because many Austrians are sitting here—I have to survive there—so an Austrian newspaper also came. One Austrian family: all the children, wife, husband, mother, father, children, everyone, and maybe some grandparents were with them. Everyone had some kind of allergy. Children have this, have that, different things. Also, there is an allergy in the stomach—what they call from wheat, you should not eat: gluten. So this family went for summer holidays in Germany, to a beautiful farmhouse, a very nice big farmhouse, with about four or five hundred hectares of land, and it was on the mountainside. Because if I tell you "the alms," then you will say, "Swāmījī, it’s so long, and in Germany there’s no alms." Yes, but there are some mountains, of course. When you go to Hamburg, you will find it is very flat. But suddenly, after ten years, I went there. There was a mountain. And I said, "We go for a walk." And they said, "Okay, we go to the Mühlberg." You know what is Mühlberg? Garbage. They put and they put, and then they put the earth on it, nice and green. But of course, that’s not New Zealand. (There is one New Zealand soul sitting here.) Anyhow, the couple, the whole family, they were staying at the farmhouse, and you know how children are—they don’t wear shoes, running here and there, and also the father and mother were working in the cow stall. After three weeks, they came back; none of them had allergies. All were gone, including the grain problems. Yes, I’m not saying I should have cut it, but I didn’t have scissors that day. So, you should go to the cow stall, barefoot, and work there, and with your hands take the dung, everything, and all your chit-chit... all will go away, and even when you go home, in the office you won’t say chit-chit... chit. No, that is something. And they say that you should massage the back of the cow, and your high blood pressure will go down. But if you are afraid that the cow will put its horn into your stomach, then the blood pressure goes high up. So nature is nature, but don’t take just nature. Nature is the science—these trees, this grass, this is a science. And if you don’t believe it, then make a plastic tree, and then see inside: a mango on one side, an apple there—nothing. So our entire earth is a life. And we are that kind of creature, humans, to whom God has given a special brain and knowledge. So yoga is the science of body, mind, and soul. Yoga and life for good physical, mental, social, and spiritual health. And therefore, today, we begin barefoot walking to our room. Okay, without socks. But it is said the Master is above. So it doesn’t matter. He will be without foot, sole—no, sole and shoes. But the Master goes with levitation. With the four wheels. What a science! Mithrudā Tudomai Hamehe Kam Satsaṅg Se Jagat Baket Hamehe Kam Satsaṅg Se Jagat Baket Now, I didn’t only show you a toy, but I have this in my thoughts: to give certain kriyās for certain problems which we are considering. And the main point is Maṇipūra. So in our hidden powers in humans, first you have to study and understand the last pages in the book: tattvas, different prāṇas, etc. First understand that, then we can understand the cakra. So we will continue, okay? Because as soon as we touch the solar plexus, the solar plexus went up like a cobra, like a cobra. Chapati. Okay. Are you all? Dīp Nārāyaṇ Bhagavān Kī Dev Purīṣa Mahādev, Satguru Svāmī Mādhāvanājī Bhagavān, Alakh Purījī Mahādev, Satya Sanātana Dharma Kī Jaya.
