Harmonizing the energies

The human body is a precious instrument for spiritual science. Our physical existence is temporary, yet we must care for this vehicle. Knowledge is infinite, as illustrated by the sage who studied the Vedas for ages but had learned only a handful of dust compared to the entire mountain. All beings experience pain, and causing suffering is a sin. Modern diseases correlate with consumption of afflicted animals. Humans are free to choose their nourishment and their spiritual direction. The science of yoga is encoded within the body, particularly in the resonance of the chakras represented by Sanskrit letters. This vibration harmonizes our five bodies. A practical technique uses the sound "A" to generate solar energy from the navel, promoting healing and vitality. This sound vibration, when practiced correctly, can alleviate depression and improve memory by enhancing circulation in the brain.

"Whoever comes will go."

"What you have learned until now is only as much as this dust in your hands."

Filming locations: Rijeka, Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, Croatia.

We have a center here in Rijeka, and you know we have a large center in Zagreb and in many other cities. Yoga in Daily Life is a scientific system, and you know our slogan: "Yoga in Daily Life, Harmony of Body, Mind, and Soul." It is about physical, mental, and spiritual health, which is the truth. But as I said before, we are not immortal here. Āyā soṭo jāyegā—whoever comes will go. There is a story of a great ṛṣi in the Himalayas who was performing tapasyā. Suddenly, the holy Vedas and scriptures came into his hands, and he began to study. Knowledge is endless. He became very, very old, thousands of years old. Dharmarāja, the administrator of justice for our destinies, decided that this ṛṣi's life was enough and sent a messenger to bring him to Svargaloka. The messenger of Dharmarāja (not Yamarāja) came. The ṛṣi said, "Please tell Dharmarāja to give me some more time to read and learn the Vedas." He asked for 200,000 years. The time came, and again Dharmarāja sent the messenger: "You must come now, please." The ṛṣi said, "I still haven't finished the Vedas. Please give me more time." Again, he was granted many years. This happened five times. Finally, Dharmarāja told his messenger, "It doesn't matter how, but you must bring him back now—though not by force." The messenger came again. The ṛṣi was now just skin and bones, still reading the Vedas. The messenger said, "Now Dharmarāja has ordered, please come." The ṛṣi replied, "But I have not finished my studies." The messenger then said, "Put your hands together and look toward the Himalayas." Dharmarāja created a strong wind, and some dust from the sand landed in the ṛṣi's hands. The messenger asked, "What is in your hand?" The ṛṣi answered, "The holy dust of the Himalayas." The Himalayas are the source of the Vedas. The messenger then said with folded hands, respectfully, "Please understand. What you have learned until now is only as much as this dust in your hands. The entire Himalayas are still there. How many ages will you need to study this 'Himalaya'? So please come; we will bring you to Brahman." So, everyone has to go. But we try to survive, and we must take care of this body. The human body is very precious, though the bodies of other creatures are also precious. But we humans know pain. If we cause pain to other creatures or to other humans, it is a sin. Nowadays, many people breed different animals—pigs, cows, etc. Consider how these animals suffer, what kind of feed they are given, and what physical and mental diseases they have. And that means this is what we humans are eating. There are many, many diseases now. There were not so many diseases before, when people did not consume so much meat. We know the result: there is so much illness now. Humans should nourish themselves with vegetation. But if you do not, God said, "I gave you freedom." One hand can lift you up to heaven or Brahmaloka, and the other can bring you down to hell. It is your freedom. I do not wish to humiliate anyone. I had consultations today. Many of my sisters and brothers came; they trust in me, and I trust in them. But mostly, the consultations were only about our body. Only one was about the relationship between a girl and a boy. They said everything was good before, but now they are having problems. So I said, "Okay, go home. You go to the north, and he goes to the south." That's it. Very easy. But disease, which is hidden within us, sits physically, emotionally, psychically, etc. So, let's practice one technique today, and I am sure it will help. I cannot promise, but I will try. I have confidence that it will help you. Okay? And, of course, today's webcast is free for all—it doesn't matter if you are in Africa, America, Australia, or anywhere. It will remain available for three days and then will be deleted. The science of yoga is hidden in the human body. One of the major powers hidden in humans is like a book. You should study and read it. A very important part of that book is on the last pages, written in Sanskrit. In Sanskrit, there are what we call the chapters—about five or four examples: the five prāṇas, the upa-prāṇas, the five bodies, energies, etc. You should study that first, just a few pages which are about chakras and pictures; the rest comes afterward. So, the science of Kuṇḍalinī and Cakra, or Cakra and Kuṇḍalinī. It is not about awakening energy through your spinal column. When this Kuṇḍalinī power awakens in your spine, only a doctor can stop it. So, do not do like that. This energy spreads in the body automatically. In the body, there are different parts, the chakras. Every petal of a chakra has one letter or alphabet on it. That letter represents a vibration. This vibration from one chakra—let's say the ten petals in the Maṇipūra cakra—each petal has one resonance. This balance is achieved through the bīja mantra. It is like a harmonium has its notes for how to play, and the flute has a different sound, and the sitar has a different sound. Likewise, we harmonize our five bodies through these chakras. The Sanskrit language is a scientific language. It contains the research of the entire human body. The alphabet in Sanskrit has 52 letters, and all the petals of the chakras together total 52. We have to learn this to create that resonance in our body. Definitely, many problems will be solved. Today, I taught you in the city of Rijeka, in that square where most of the public comes and gathers. First, you have to learn the alphabet. The first is called 'A'. It involves the heart and all the brain, but its roots are in every cell of the body. When the roots are rotten, the whole tree will fall down. So, there is this first alphabet we are activating. You see, pressure comes in the navel. All at once, "ah"... that's good. But no joke—sit in a proper yoga posture, do not sit like on a toilet. This is training, it is learning. The pressure is always on the navel. This is the solar plexus, and solar is the energy, sun energy. Now, modern science is developing many good things, but it is an imitation of those matters we are talking about: television, telephone, etc. Television we call Doordarśana. Dūra means far, darśana means to see. So, whether by camera or telephone... She said, "Oh, this master, this ṛṣi could talk from the Himalayas to Sri Lanka." And Sri Lanka could talk to the Alps, and the Alps could talk to Australia—telephone. And everybody says, "Hello." Why "hello"? Because it was a Hungarian who made the telephone, and that's called "hello." Do you hear me? Okay. So, this energy is sun energy, and through this sun energy, we can create more energy in our body to supply every organ. Every cell, blood, muscles, glands, liquids—everything in the body is warm, and that warmth comes from our pancreas giving the signal to the heart. I am not a doctor; those who are doctors here can give a better lecture tomorrow. We have to activate, according to the yoga and science of the chakras, from our navel. "Ah." Then, the second step is a double "ah," but there is no pressure in the second one. Only the first "ah" has pressure; then we say "ah," and that comes in the heart. Also, "ah" means "come." Where? Into my heart. Okay, this is different. So, 'A', 'Ā'. These are the Sanskrit or Hindi letters. 'A', 'Ā'. This also helps those with weak eyesight, as it connects to the sunlight of the solar plexus. 'A', then the second 'Ā'. But it should go softly. There should be no break between, no speed breaker. You should go very smoothly. I will chant; you do not. Okay, stop there for a moment. How do I stop? I will show you. Stop. Okay, you also stop when I do like this. Which school is this? It will be the Cosmic University. Okay, very good. The third step: we get more volume. This vibration again is swallowed into the body, and we make our mouth a little round. In the first two steps, the mouth is open. Do not send the sound out. Good. So, who said "Oṃ"? Oh God! Yes, my ears are here again. Do not close your lips. "Ah," not "mmm." Do not say "mmm." Your car's wheel is getting flat—do not make it flat. Do not say "mmm." Leave your mouth open. Stop. Like one day. Yes, once more. "Aah, aah." Be good. Okay? So, five times. This is not just training; it is a technique for regenerating energy in our body. We may heal certain problems or illnesses. I am a doctor, a yogī. Okay. So, when we come to the third step, where we said "O...", the healing of this part of the body occurs through our nostrils and the Sahasrāra Cakra. Like this. Very good. Now, this humming sound brings the nectar from the nābhi (the navel), drawing energy from the heart and the Viśuddhi Cakra—ānanda and viśuddhi, siddhi through entering into jñāna. Then, at the Ājñā Cakra, we collect this resonance in the whole brain. Research has been done, like with an MRI machine. In America, a doctor told me they created a machine they hold behind the head. It detects exactly the resonance we are now chanting, and depression goes away. Many headache problems go away, and memory develops, etc. So, let us chant now. You can close your eyes, but do not do it for too long, because everyone has a different capacity for holding the breath. Very good. This is what I am giving you today—techniques for you. It is also from among the 65 kriyās, so one of these is included in those kriyās. Now, we all have two hands (maybe someone has a broken hand or something different). Our palm is hollow, so we can make sound like this, or we can make sound differently. This is the power of the mudrās. So, we do like this. I have microphones in my ears, but you have to close your ears like this so the sound does not go out. The sound will come back to your palm. It will create a resonance and expand the space—not the physical space, but the astral space in the brain. This means more circulation in the brain, and it awakens many abilities: our hearing, our eyesight, etc.—the five Jñānendriyas. You will do this five times. When you finish five times, make your hands like this and bring them down. Okay, close your eyes so you can concentrate better. Systematically. Okay, like what we did. So, go ahead. Thank you. You can do these techniques three times a day. Best is in the morning before breakfast, and do it twice more whenever you have time. You can do it 11 times, but in the morning you should do it 27 times individually. It will take time. How did you hear the sound? Good? All right, then once five times. I want to listen because I like it. You are doing so well. Close your ears. I will begin loudly, and then I will stop; you continue.
