A Guided Meditation on Prāṇa, Mantra, and the Cakras

A guided meditation integrates prāṇa, mantra, and cakra awareness. Sit in meditation, concentrating on the Maṇipūra cakra. Chant Oṃ eleven times with vibration from the navel. Perform Ujjāyī prāṇāyāma with its mudrā. Focus on the Mūlādhāra mudrā eleven times, which is the Aśvinī mudrā. Concentrate with the vibration of prāṇa moving from Mūlādhāra to Maṇipūra. Perform Jālandhara Bandha, Ujjāyī Prāṇāyāma, and Aśvinī Mudrā together for eleven rounds. After finishing, release the mudrā and breathe normally. Keep eyes closed and avoid moving the head to prevent problems. Then assume Ākāśī Mudrā, looking toward the wall's height with eyes closed, and perform Brahmari eleven times. Chant Oṃ eleven times from the navel again. Concentrate on Mūlādhāra with Ujjāyī prāṇāyāma, Jālandhara Bandha, and Aśvinī mudrā, focusing energy from Mūlādhāra to Maṇipūra. After eleven rounds, breathe normally and release all mudrās. Gently assume Ākāśīmudrā again and perform Brahmrī Prāṇāyāma eleven times. Energy flows from Sahasrāra Cakra down to Maṇipūra. There are two mantras: Oṃ beginning from the navel, and another from Manipūra beginning from Sahasrāra. With Oṃ, energy is brought to Sahasrāra cakra; when coming to Manipūra Chakra, energy comes from Sahasrāra Chakra. Concentrate on bringing energy from Maṇipūra to Sahasrāra, and then from Sahasrāra to Maṇipūra. The Bīja Mantra of Maṇipūra Chakra is the letter 'R'. The main points are Mūlādhāra, Maṇipūra, Ājñā Chakra, and Sahasrāra Chakra. Do not begin these techniques without proper learning, as they have great power for awakening. Śiva is consciousness, and Śakti is energy, strength, and health.

"Concentrate with the vibration of prāṇa, which moves from the Mūlādhāra to the Maṇipūra."

"With the Oṃ, we bring this energy to the Sahasrāra cakra, the Brahmarandhra."

Sit in a meditation posture. Concentrate on the Maṇipūra cakra. Chant Oṃ eleven times, with the vibration originating from the navel. Perform Ujjāyī prāṇāyāma with the mudrā. Ujjāyī prāṇāyāma with the mudrā. Then, focus on the Mūlādhāra mudrā eleven times. Eleven times on the Mūlādhāra mudrā. This is the Aśvinī mudrā. Ashwini mudra. Concentrate with the vibration of prāṇa, which moves from the Mūlādhāra to the Maṇipūra. Perform Jālandhara Bandha, Ujjāyī Prāṇāyāma, along with the Aśvinī Mudrā. After eleven rounds, release your mudrā and breathe normally again. Keep your eyes closed. Do not move your head left and right. Otherwise, this technique can cause you some problems. Then your whole life, your head will move like this. Be careful. When you finish these eleven rounds of Aśvinī Mudrā, Jālandhara Bandha, and Ujjāyī Prāṇāyāma, with eyes closed, assume Ākāśī Mudrā. Do not raise your head too much up; just as if you are looking. Look to the height of the wall of your room. Eyes are closed, and perform Brahmari eleven times. The head will remain all the time in Ākāśīmudrā. Nibbine Lopakki Nadak. Again, chant Oṃ eleven times from the navel. And again, eleven times, "Aum" from the navel. Concentrate on Mūlādhāra. Ujjāyī prāṇāyām, Jālandhara Bandha, Aśvinī mudrā, Mūlādhāra cakra. Ujjāyī prāṇāyām, Aśvinī mudrā, Jālandhara Bandha. Concentrate the energy from Mūlādhāra to Maṇipūra. After finishing eleven rounds, breathe normally, release all mudrās, and bring the head to its normal height. Again, gently assume Ākāśīmudrā; eyes are always closed. And perform Brahmrī Prāṇāyāma eleven times. A few people were doing it wrong. I said Ākāśīmudrā, but not too high up. Do not look to the ceiling, but to the height of the wall of the room. Now, the Ūrdhva Śakti, or energy, flows from the Sahasrāra Cakra down to the Maṇipūra. So there are two mantras. One is the Aum. But the seed of the Oṃ begins from the navel. There is another mantra which is from the Manipūra that begins from the Sahasrāra. With the Oṃ, we bring this energy to the Sahasrāra cakra, the Brahmarandhra. And when we come to the Manipūra Chakra, the energy comes from the Sahasrāra Chakra. Hold the fifteen chapters of the Bhagavad Gītā, the first mantra. Understand that kind of technique or the kriyā. Eyes closed, sitting straight, no body movements. So when we go to the Manipūra, taking the energy up—vedeme energii nahoru—that’s called, let’s label it 'A'. Two times more. Now concentrate on the Sahasrāra Cakra. That energy will come from Sahasrāra to Bindu Chakra and Ājñā Chakra. And that will go opposite to the Aum. Concentrate and listen. We are bringing the energy from the Maṇipūra to Sahasrāra, and now from Sahasrāra to the Maṇipūra—Prāṇa and Prāṇa. So begin with, like, Brahmari Prāṇāyāma. And it goes from Brahmrī, little, just very little. And then comes 'R', the alphabet, or the letter 'R'. That is the Bīja Mantra of the Maṇipūra Chakra. If you do not know, then read again: Hidden Powers in Humans: Kuṇḍalinī, Cakras and Kuṇḍalinī. You have this book in many, many languages. So first I will do, and you will listen, eyes closed again. And I, you listen, the eyes are still closed. And we go to Manipūra. This technique of the sound and the light, the sound with ascending and descending—what is the benefit, who should not do and who should do, how to do—we have still not completed. So, the main points are the Mūlādhāra, the Maṇipūra, and the Ājñā Chakra, coming to the Sahasrāra Chakra. But those aspirants who are listening to or watching this webcast: unless you have learned properly, please do not begin to do these techniques. In our seminar, in the summer seminar, very soon coming, we will do this further. It has great power, great awakening. This is the Śakti. So there is Śiva and Śakti together. So, it is both. Rāma is also Śiva, and the resonance is Śakti. Shiva means consciousness, and Shakti means your energy, your strength, your health.
