Protect Yourself, Keep Discipline

Protect health and know the value of human life. Pollution from pesticides, sound, and vehicles makes protection difficult. Practice prāṇāyāma a minimum twice daily and techniques like Śaṅkha Prakṣālana. Cultivate organic food, even in small spaces, and avoid junk food entirely; fasting is preferable. Illness enters through personal mistake, not by chance. Despite pain or age, the human body enables prayer, worship, and meditation, which animals cannot do. This human life is precious, as there is no guarantee of rebirth as human. Discipline in diet and action is essential. Do not wish for death despite suffering, or you lose this opportunity.

"Know the value of human life. Yes, and sādhanā. Otherwise we lose that human quality, human lives."

"The illness didn’t jump into our body. Definitely, somewhere we made a mistake."

Hari Om to everybody. Many of you have already caught the bus; otherwise, you would miss it. Many have a long journey. This morning was only for blessings and bhajans. I wish you all the best. Now, what is it that we should practice every day? Of course, you have to pay attention to your families, friends, and colleagues, and continue your sādhanā. Try to eat organic food. Give up all junk foods. We try very much to protect our health. There are many, many different causes of illness because of the pollution in the world. There are many different pollutions: pesticides, sound, and from cars, petrol, and airplanes. It is very hard to protect ourselves. We would have to go to the countryside, somewhere a little on the height of the hills, to a little cottage. But from what will we live? We have to work also. If we think further, our positive way of thinking, prāṇāyāma—practiced twice, minimum twice a day—Śaṅkha Prakṣālana, Agni Saṅkriyā, and Prāṇāyāma are very important. Day by day, pollution is increasing and good food is decreasing. So, we have to produce good food ourselves. I think we shall make a very nice, big organic farm. Yoga and dead land. One does this in Austria, in Kärnten, where you have a very nice ashram and land. Yes, also here we have a lot of land and a big area. In every country, make one community and then work on that organic farm. That will do good for us and for all people. But not near farms that are spreading pesticides. Mother and baby both should go to the park, and the father should look in the window. People have begun in India and in many other countries, instead of having just flower plants in your window or on your balconies, you can grow some vegetables. Yes, small things: spinach, so every week you can get good spinach; coriander, many, many. So try to develop now. We have many very good artists, good people here who can design something, how to cultivate vegetables throughout the whole year, which can grow in winter also, because it is warm in our room. So we can have some plants which are growing, where there are some kind of beans. I’ll try to buy the wheat or crops, what we call the organic, Purījī, Purījī... Eat fresh bread, and if it is old one day or two days, then it’s not good. So learn, learn, learn cooking. It doesn’t matter how, if you can cook or not, but do organic and eat. Because you yourself don’t know how to cook, and you don’t know how to eat. So whatever it is, let it go in the stomach, but organic. And it’s very beneficial for us. Only and only and only we can survive from many diseases and also help our friends. The problem is that two or three times a week you are eating what is called junk food. Better to fast. If one day you do not eat, you will not die. But if you eat junk food, you will be suffering. So you see, there are many, many diseases. Prāṇāyāma, prāṇāyāma, prāṇāyāma. We had very nice food here. Of course, we were many people, hundreds of people, and we had to make a meal for nearly a thousand people, three times: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and we still don’t have so much organic. If we spend money for organic, it’s okay. But with the junk food, not. So we will try to get a big farm here nearby. And our Slovak and Czech people, and our friends from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, or anyone from other countries, we should have a group of 15 people, and we shall come for the nice food, yes, organic coffee, organic chai, everything. So this is one thing, and the second is our practice. But how long can we do prāṇāyāma? We cannot purify everything. So let’s come to the healthy way, the healthy life. We don’t know how long we will live. And we don’t know if we will come again as a human. So it doesn’t matter if we are very, very old, with a little bit of pain somewhere here and there: knee problems, deep joint problems, many, many things. But still, we are human. And we can, in this body—though it is painful, though it has many diseases—still, we are human. What does that mean? That in human life we can pray to God. We can pray, we can worship, we can meditate, we can chant our mantras, many things. We can think of God a lot. So it doesn’t matter; even if we are 200 years old, no problem. We don’t know if, after death, we will come as a human. So don’t say to God, "Please, I am in such a terrible situation, better I want to die." And don’t say, "God, I’m in such a terrible situation, I’d rather die," because then you’ve lost everything. Know the value of human life. Yes, and sādhanā. Otherwise we lose that human quality, human lives. Eating, sleeping, and creating children—animals can do that too. Now you are human. What can you do, and what can you not do? So live healthy. The illness didn’t jump into our body. Definitely, somewhere we made a mistake. Can we tell the children to go out, please? Close the door. Hey, little children, mothers, papka, pipi, pupu, pipi, tati, tudute. Okay, all little children who are crying, please. My dear mothers, I know I love you, and you love your child and your husband, but please go out. Not coming in. Thank you. Respect others. In the park, not here. Outside of the door, yes, 100 meters away. Yeah, because many people, they can’t hear properly. Yes, go, dog. Who is talking? Children, go out. So, definitely, out of our desires, out of our ignorance, out of not knowing, or some situation. Through that, we shall make one room with Skype for the mother and children. Thank you. We will, yeah. Yeah, the nipple, okay? So they should all be there, and we have a big screen, not a small one. We love children, we know. But when we have a lecture and this, then we should, because many others, they just try to... So, we have to put our concentration, our intention, into our life. If you can learn swimming, you can save the person who falls into the water. So, if you know how to be the, what they call, the pilot of the big, big ship—the captain—so be the captain to save everything. So, we love every creature. All creatures love their life, but many animals have their own diet, and they will eat only their own, not others. For example, an elephant eats only vegetation; it doesn’t eat any meat. They have their discipline. We humans have discipline, but we don’t follow the discipline. So it is your health. It is your life. And it is that, your human life, that either you will come to the Brahmaloka, or you will come again as a human. But be sure, we don’t have the certificate that we will be born again human. No. So this is your choice. And I wish that you will follow this for your own goodness. And give to others also the instructions, the sayings. With this, I wish you a good journey. It was a very nice two weeks. It went so quickly. I was thinking in Strilky I will sleep and have a little rest, or jockey, but I found time a little bit, at least for 15 to 20 minutes swimming. So Vasant made it very nice, and he repaired this little pond. It was a swimming pool, and it was nice. It gave me the motivation. It was cold. But when you jump in, slowly, slowly, don’t go in the water slowly. So it was nice. And we wish that we make for you all a very nice, big, big lake. But maybe sometimes we’ll come. Still, we have to repair our castle. We are fighting with rooms. And many people are making it so that we want this store and this store and this store. And you use something in five years, so certain things we should go for mokṣa. It is now the modern instrument, so we need many, many rooms. And some people are occupying one or two rooms, only for two or three people, just for sitting and eating, and they’re playing, and their computer is playing. So today we will try to organize again. Thank you. Have a good journey. And to our technicians, thank you very much. I think the people said our quality is developing very much, and we thank very much for our Ātampurī. Really, he put his complete attention, concentration, his whole heart in it, Rāmpurī, and then more. But sometimes they are angry, very angry, because they try to make something very nice and good information, but some people with their very best telephone... But there are people who have a very good phone, which costs only 2,000. For instance, they make such a photo, and they send it to the world. So this should not be. We know that you like it, but you should play with your children. Keep the quality, yes? So you see that all is blocked from every, your president, not every, every Czech people have no, every day, Facebook in your telephone. It is your telephone, it is your work, everything, so it is not good. So, your health, your health is very important. Or eating, your problem is eating. Yes, yes, don’t chew the chewing gum. Yes, nothing. If you are hungry, you eat one carrot, an organic carrot, for your jaw, to bite. Coffee is very good, but not too much. In some way, coffee is better than chai. But the chai has a lot of milk, and this is different. So, do pay attention to your health. And when we see there is a diagnosis, there is some knot in your stomach. Now, the doctor said it’s cancer. And maybe it was not a cancer, so is that. There are many glands in the body. Yeah. They are not all cancer. But we have to put little poison in the body. Good journey, take care, and looking forward to seeing you, here or there, somewhere, definitely.
