Seeing the God
Yoga is the science of union and self-realization. Yoga means oneness, like the union in friendship or family. Life emerges from the elements: space, water, air, fire, and earth. Among 8.4 million creatures, the human is one. We seek to know who we are. Yoga is the merging of the individual with the Supreme, the Ātmā with God. I have searched but never seen God in a form. Consciousness and space are intertwined; the space is within us and we are within space. Science reaches a point where the seeker and the searched become one—this is yoga. Our development sometimes destroys nature. Practice yoga systematically, beginning with relaxation, then movement, postures, prāṇāyāma, and meditation. In one year, you will see the change. Natural care with oils is best for the body. The chakras and 72,000 nerves channel prāṇa, leading to the highest consciousness, Śiva.
"Yoga means union. Yoga means merging. Two in one."
"Śiva means consciousness. Śiva is called svayaṁbhū. Svayam means self. Bhuv is that which created."
