Purify your body from poison

A spiritual discourse on the Viśuddhi chakra, happiness, and internal purification.

"Happiness is within ourselves. Peace is within ourselves. And unhappiness is from outside."

"It is said that in life, when we walk... beside you is walking your death. You can see it is like the shadow, the shadow of your body."

Swami Anand Arun leads an evening satsang, exploring the sources of happiness and unhappiness through analogies and stories. He uses the parable of a couple's 50-year misunderstanding over a piece of bread to illustrate how unspoken resentments act as a poison, stored in the Viśuddhi (purification) chakra. The talk connects this to the myth of Shiva consuming the cosmic poison, advocating for forgiveness, clear communication, and daily pranayama to purify this negative energy and prevent physical and emotional ailments.

Inhale and exhale. Deep inhale and exhale. Deeply... Inhale and chant "Oṃ" three times. We will do: inhale, "Oṃ," "Te," "Śa." Good evening, welcome. Our subject is the Kuṇḍalinī, the chakras, and human life. We come to one point today: where is happiness, where is unhappiness, and why is it happening? Happiness is within ourselves. Peace is within ourselves. And unhappiness is from outside. We try to do something good, and someone still does not like it, and we become unhappy. So when we give good things and others do not want to accept, it does not matter. From our side, we should always, physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially, maintain a positive attitude. Very often, we know, people are suddenly unhappy. You are very happy, and just one person looks at you a little unkindly and says, "Stupid." Immediately, you have unhappiness. The unhappiness and happiness are within ourselves also. But if we use yoga, then this unhappiness will, all the time, be pushed down. It is said that in life, when we walk, Ādiguru Śaṅkarācārya shows in his beautiful video, which is nearly one and a half hours long, that the master, Śaṅkarācārya, is walking, and beside him another is walking, and that is called death. You are alive. You are alive, you are walking, but beside you is walking your death. You can see it is like the shadow, the shadow of your body. The shadow of our body is dark. It does not see our eyes. It shows our movements, our hands, legs, hair, something like this, but completely black. And beside this, yourself, full of good light, nice, everything, but this darkness is walking with us. Now, it is said, death will never leave you alone. When we get on an aeroplane, and we see from the light our shadow... and we get in the airplane, and it is not there because the light is different, so there is no shadow. You think, my days, my darkness, my shadow is behind. We come out at the airport, we are getting the passports, there is no shadow at all, and we think we are free. And when we come out of the airport, there is somebody walking beside you. "Who are you?" You know, "I am your death. I am your partner, walking with you." So it is said, it does not matter where you will be and where you are going, I will always be there. Even if you go to God, I will be there. So, how should we get rid of it? Similarly, happiness and unhappiness are both with us. But unhappiness is from disappointment. And that disappointment is suddenly awakening you to the darkness of death. So, the more your energy is going down, immediately your energy is less. There was one man, a couple sitting for breakfast. There was a nice coffee cup and a little breakfast. He was happy and sitting, and his wife said something that was not good, and immediately awoke in him such anger, and he said, "I don't want your coffee." The poor coffee had done nothing, but how it came out—this is that. In that man, you cannot imagine how many billions of the cells of his body he destroyed through sadness. So there is one story: there was one young girl and boy, they were studying together and working. This girl wanted to marry him, and he also, they were good friends. They came sometimes, and they were coming home. Still, they were not married. They are coming, eating. There is a piece, a lump of the bread. The lump of the bread, and so they are coming to have lunch. In this lunch, this young man wanted to do good for her. He had a knife, and he was cutting the bread. The beginning of the bread, the heart, he put it aside, left a nice soft one. He cut the slices and gave them with butter, and she was unhappy. But she wanted to get married, so okay. She thought one day he will understand. Every day, every day, and she wanted to eat the first part of this bread. Yes, she's looking at him. She said, "I will bring you one day this education." What to offer in the breakfast? After five years, they decided to marry, and so they had a marriage. And again, at the breakfast table, he comes and cuts for her, "Darling, this is for you." And she's looking again. After a few days, he gave up. He does not talk to her, she does not talk to him. Morning, when they get up, said, "Good morning." She's looking there, he's looking, yeah. They go to their sleeping room, there are two beds. So she said, "Good night," and then he said, "Good." At night, when they go outside, then they are good, like, "Look, the good couple." And so it took a long time, a long time. And now that was a golden jubilee, they are suffering so long. It was not easy to get divorced at that time. If you wanted to divorce, then your parents and neighbors and all would say, "Oh, God!" So he said to her, "Darling, we have our golden wedding day, so let's go. Is it okay?" So they went to one nice retreat like this, perhaps, and they had a nice room and so on, and that man told the owner of the restaurant, said, "Sir, tomorrow we have our golden jubilee of our marriage, so please, can you prepare something nice for breakfast?" Well, they made a very nice umbrella, a nice table, nicely decorated, very nice, many, many different kinds of food to eat, and they were sitting there. She's sitting this side, and he's sitting there. Otherwise, they always sit in front, face to face. But when he sits there, she puts her table on this side. Now, he said, "Darling, today is our golden jubilee." And she said, "Yes." He said, "What can I do for you?" She said, "I know that you are selfish." He said, "I am not selfish. What can I do? Everything I bring you, rings, chains, these clothes, good shoes, hat, everything." She said, "No, but you are selfish. Every day at breakfast," he said, "What? I did not." She said, "Since we came to know each other from the universities, and I invited him, he invited me, but all the times you were eating the first, the first crunchy bread. Always you are selfish. You take it on your side and you give me soft," she said. He said, "Really? I thought the hard things I take and give you soft things." She said, "No, I like the hard one." He said, "Darling, take it, this." So take this plate too, and that's it. "Can we celebrate our golden jubilee?" She said, "No, now we will celebrate the moon honeymoon. Our marriage is now..." So she said, "50 years you were suffering only because of this." She said, "Yes, but now, darling, I am completely free." And so, "Let's save our honeymoon." So this is, she was suffering within her, and he was all the time very unhappy, unhappy on both sides. And so, if you could tell immediately, okay, in the beginning first is okay, but then he will be happy and she will be happy, and 50 years now, you lost her life nearly. Now she said, "We go yet for the honeymoon to Australia to see the kangaroos." He said, "Darling, we are walking now with sticks." So, therefore, we should not make any mistakes. It can be that I mean bad, but you mean good, or you mean bad, I mean good. So, if we can talk and say, "This is that," sorry, excuse me, but how do you excuse that? And it's now, I think, 15 years of the 20, 30 years? I think 20 years. Uh, then you, Yugoslavia—that time was Yugoslavia, and now seven parts of Yugoslavia, and that time they were fighting, and this and that. So some said, "We will, we will, uh, we will not forgive." In other words, they said, "We will give you something." This one word there was, "But I will not forget." I will forgive you, that's it. I will forgive you, but I will not forget you. And this is in many, many of you have now, in this minute, I'm sorry to say, and I know who it is whose ears are moving a little bit. And so, this is how to come over. And therefore, oh human, you are great, but beside you is that your death is there, and death always comes from some kind of words, behaviors, etc., and you can't forgive. Then it remains in you. It means the death said, "Some steps are less now." Some steps are left towards your death, and I am your death, he said. So if you want to become healthy, happy, and long-living, then tell anybody with humbleness, "I'm sorry, I made a mistake, and please forgive me." So that is very important. And what is the result of that? If we do not tell anyone, then it is coming here, this chakra in front of us. And this chakra is what we call the Viśuddhi chakra. "Viś" means poison. The poison was that kind of poison which was in the Satyugas, when there were Rākṣasas, devils, and the holies. They were fighting, fighting. "I want to have my heaven." He said, "No, I want to have heaven all the time." They are fighting, so they want to have something which is great. So Śiva said, "Go, and in the ocean there is wealth, and the wealth, all, all this, what we call the pearls." Many pearls and many gold stones and this and that, so go and churn, and it comes, the nectar is there under the ocean. So they are churning the ocean, it will come out. And that time, so they were churning the ocean, one side the Devas and the other side was the Rākṣasas. So Rākṣasas said to the Devas, "We do not want to hold the tail of the snake. We will go to the mouth side of the snake." They said, "Okay." So they were churning, churning, and a poison came from the mouth of the snake. So they completely fell down. So much poison, poison vomiting. It was very difficult, what to do. We cannot control. And if we will not control, the whole earth will be burned. All will die. So what to do? So they are going to Śiva. And again, Śiva, please help us. So Brahmā and Viṣṇu both went to Śiva. And please, please, what to do now? For me, Kali Yuga and Satya Yuga. Satya Yuga is the best one. Kali Yuga is now what we have. You know how Kali Yuga is now? It is terrible. It is terrible, a living creature, but you can kill them. They have pain, but you think only we are like that. And now, we are not only killing the animals, but also the humans like this. Living, not with a suit, but slowly, slowly cutting this part, that part, this part, here part. Torturing Rākṣasī? Well, the poison, I was thinking, not all the times. And suddenly I was beginning to think, in the Mexican Sea, there was the Americans drilling for petrol. And what happens? That the oil was coming out, the raw oil. And what happens? The driller, there and pipe is broke, but the oil is coming out. We know all that. It was a big curtain over the, and you know how many animals died, how many fish, and they died. And you know, there was a big, big, nearly, nearly one year they could not clean. Well, there is one story I am telling. Between, they tried everything, they tried. All kinds of glue, this, that, but they could not, uh, not me. So you see, that is happiness coming out. So how to seal? How to seal this coming again? It was broken again, not so. One engineer who was at the Indian, he said, "We have the best glue in India, America have all the best, and this." He said, of course America have best, I did not say not, but this American glue and this other, what they have is not, not possible to stop. So what is in India? So there is a seed called guar, guar. It is a very nice vegetable to eat also, and guar. He said, "What is it?" He said, "Yes, the glue from the guar is the best of the best." So they said, "Okay." So they got about 2,000 or more tons of this guar, brought it, ground it, and put it in water. They put it down, sealed in such a way that not one drop of the oil comes out. So what Americans said, "Oh, wow," and what happens? Yes, so they said, "The goat in India and all, go guar buy it." So they buy. At that time, it was two kilos, one dollar, or less than this, because we have many. We are giving, eating for our buffaloes, our cows, and so on. So the farmers have used it now. They bought it, then the farmers were aware. They said, "No, no, it is two hundred dollars per kilo." Now America said, "No, bring it, bring it." Really, it is not so. Now all the farmers became rich, and what happened? Next year, they were putting the crops. Only guar, really only guar. All farmers, and again the price was high for three years, and then it was finished. Drilling the oil from the Mexican, they stopped, and the farmer had tons and tons in the cool rooms. Nobody wanted to buy. God again, Paul, so this is a... take the chance, take the chance. Otherwise, it will go. So, give me, I said. You see, this was a Kali Yuga and Sat Yuga. So, that poison came from the ocean. This became a poison from churning. This is the number one. Number two, God said, "I am talking myself." Maybe God said that, "Oh human, you have the chance to become rich. Sell it, everything. Very soon, you will not have any more chance." It means you will again go in other ways. Do not kill anybody, do not... do this, this... so anyhow, I am going to think of the Bhagavān Śiva. Śiva said this poison now from the ocean, that is the ocean. So Bhagavān Śiva, God, what he said? Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and all other goddesses prayed to Śiva. Śiva said, "I will think." They said, "No, do not think, please." All earth will be finished. He said, "I know." And so he took one pot, gave it to me, and he drank all that poison which came from the ocean. And so what happens? All Śiva began to become blue. He went to meditation, and he stopped here, so all the poison he kept it here and made prāṇāyāma, which prāṇāyāma? Ujjāyī prāṇāyāma. So he pulled all poison in the air. Completely in the whole space, and everything was okay, and further is what happens, I will not tell. So, similarly, we have the poison here. That lady had a poison here, only because of the bread, the hard part of the bread. And so, this is there here. So, what is happening in Viśuddhi Cakra? That is why "Viś" means the poison. So, Viśuddhi means purification. How to purify this poison of our negative thinking, negative hearing, that all this is unhappiness and everything is within us. Do not give the blame to anyone. It is said you are drinking alcohol. Who? The doctor. And the doctor says to the patient, "Do not drink alcohol." You know, people are saying him? It is saying. So the doctor tells, "Do not drink alcohol," but the doctor is drinking the alcohol. So similarly, you do so many things, but you are blaming one. So it means you are putting, taking all the sin of that person onto you, and you did that all many things, and you are pulling on the other things, so that they need this. They took the poison, but now why did they put it on the head of Śiva? But Śiva said, "I will take it." So whenever you have a problem, definitely you pray to Śiva, and Śiva will give us liberation. Anyhow, so we should wish—should be so—wish is a nectar or the poison, and śuddhi means purification. Now, according to the yoga, I would connect this: if we practice this prāṇāyāma, we call viśuddhi cakra prāṇāyāma. This, our viśuddhi chakra prāṇāyāma, which one? Ujjāyī prāṇāyāma, we did this morning. Yesterday we did not. Atlanta, my God, "at" means here, "lata" means that too far. It was, I thought I spoke already there. So this morning we will, we will do it, we will come to it. So prāṇāyāma, this viśuddhi, so we inhale with the nose and exhale through the mouth. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth, and hold your hand for a few minutes and exhale from your mouth. Afterwards, smell your hand. How is it? This is a poison. It is within us. We are inhaling good, fresh air, but now there is a... People, there are so many people, and this is what I am telling you: that vegetarian person, vegetarian persons have no bad smell from the mouth, except a little garlic, and for garlic you can eat something, and that is okay. But meat, meat, alcohol, fish, egg, this... And from the one who does not eat meat, he feeds this and cannot talk to you clearly with the mouth. And when the summer is in New York and in Washington and in Chicago, and it is near the ocean's time in the summer, very hot and sweating, I tell you one joke again, yeah? But a real joke. Long ago in 1980, 1980, I came first time to America. Yeah, you took from where did you come? I see, very good. So, young man in 1980, now how many years? 39 years. And so in Austria, there was one with me, it was Māṭājī's mother. She was about 75 years old, and she had no one, no children, and she was adopting me as a son. I had nice hair, and it was hair cutting time, and it was very cold, so she gave me hair dryers. Oh God, so in my suitcase were also the hair dryers and this and that. And in Washington, it was summer, very hot, and so... The ambassador who invited me—I was staying at his house—his wife and daughters are all my disciples. That story I will keep for another time. So, what happened the next day? I wanted to wash my hair with the samples, and I did. Then I took my hair dryer, and the more warm air I applied, the heavier my hair became. I wondered, "What is the problem? I am drying it more and more." The humidity was too strong. So then Ambassador Dean said, "Let's go buy something now." I went with him in an air-conditioned car. My hair dried, but not properly. There are certain things we have to learn; we have to do them in a specific way. Anyway, the Viśuddhi Chakra. Yes, we are now at śuddhi—purification. This chakra is blue. That is why it is blue. Okay. Now, a man from Slovenia—at that time it was Yugoslavia, but it was a region like Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, etc.—came to India with me along with about thirty people: Yugoslavians, Austrians, and others. I have a disciple there, a karate master. He is tall, teaches karate, and has several schools in Slovenia. He is still here. He came to India and ate vegetarian food. They all became my disciples; within one month, they were vegetarian. So, he came to India. The food was nice and spicy. For example, today they gave you a little spicy food? No, this is Indian, but it has a certain kind of spices. And spices—did I tell you yesterday or this morning? This morning. Everyone liked it. Everything in India is solid and powerful. In India, it is so powerful that even our mosquitoes are strong. They will pull you down—malaria, talaria. They liked it. When he returned to Slovenia after ten days, he said, "Swamiji, again I have a bad smell in my mouth. When I came from India, it was such a good smell, such aromas." I said, "Please import Indian spices to your country. It will be good for India and for you too." What you are eating, you see, is a poison that causes a bad smell. It must be something bad, and this comes from this small yoga, which is heart yoga. In heart yoga, there are only six techniques. You think this is heart yoga? No, āsanas and prāṇāyāma are not heart yoga. Now, people say, "Can I come to yoga class?" Yes. "Do you have heart yoga?" Yes. And when they come, they do not know heart yoga. Heart Yoga has six purifications, that is all. So, four times a year, you should clean your stomach very nicely, and these are techniques. Maybe tomorrow morning we will speak about this. This is because of the hair. So, I cannot take away poison from Śiva. Let him do it. Otherwise, it smells. When you come in the summer in New York, and there is a bus—a street bus—and many people are inside, and the dress is not so thick... Someone has it all here, and someone is holding on. The man is so tall, like Muktānanda—sorry, Muktānanda. So he is holding like this, and there is a small girl standing beside him, looking here at all the smell of his. She turns to the other side. There is another one standing like this. So, this is it. Now we can say that the food we use is not healthy. That is why everything is becoming not good. So when someone has a heart attack and you go and are exhaling, that person dies from this. Which dies from the smile, not because of you, oh God. Second, second—sometimes, this third time I have experienced—some dentist comes very close, and I cannot inhale. I cannot inhale, though I cannot smell anything, thanks to God. I sit in an aeroplane; my God said, my Gurujī said, "You have no more smell, no alcohol, no meat, no this, no that." I cannot sense anything, good or bad smell, but when this warm and not-good air comes, I think I will die. So, prāṇāyāma we should practice every day. And there is one question. What is the difference between that question? I have forgotten, so no... What is the difference between... when I forgot that I cannot... not tell you, sorry, excuse me. And so it is that, what is the ego? What is the difference between ego and respect? What is ego and respect, yeah? And so, what does respect mean, and what is ego? So, ego is not this: that you have a nice dress and nice clothes and everything. This is not ego, that I have a good dress, I have good this and good that, some kind of, you know, little bit. So it is something good. It is not ego that you have, but you have a respect that, yes, this person has a good smell. So, what is the difference between ego and respect? So we have to have respect: proper dress, proper wash for yourself, everything. Not that they must be very golden dresses, but clean and nice. So, respect and ego. So you think this person has this ego, walking nicely and good. He thinks that this is a person who has ego. And that person who dresses like this, he was thinking that people will think I am clean and neat. So this is the difference between this. So we have to respect and respect others. How? From our behavior, our behavior, our everything, that we make nice, that the other person is. Similarly, now this poison of Śiva—now this is a blue, we have heard it. Now there are two happinesses, and happiness are this, what we spoke. Do it quickly and finished. But there is one man—let's say. I am always telling women's, I keep them in good position, I keep the good movements in good position, but when they are in good position, they are suffering. They will suffer. They say, "Doesn't matter, but let me in good way, good place." That's okay. So, the husband is very nice, very good, but... he is always talking negative, always telling his wife, "Stupid, you are. You have not done this work, and you didn't cook, or you didn't bring that." And the wife said, "Okay, I will do." She is such a nice person. And after, he will say, "I'm sorry." But when he tells hard words, then she is swallowing. But how long will she make it to swallow it? There have become stones in the stomach. You go into the office and your boss tells you something. Well, you have a good position there. They pay you well. And if you go away, you lose your job. So, the boss said something. I said, "Yes, sir, I will do better." Yes, sir. Yes, sir. So, we are a yes, sir. Well, then the secretary of the boss, she is more than him. This lady, or this, so we call on the lobby. In the lobby is the hyena—you know what a hyena animal is? Where is that now? You are at home like that, you come there. She said, "But you have to do that," and you said this, and you must be careful. And you, she said, "Yes, now." What should she do? And then the boss comes and he says, "You do not type this, and you did not do this and that." Again, there you have to work. So now they have no telephone. They don't want to give the telephone there in the office. No newspapers there. Everything and lunch go for exactly that minute, and if you have, in some companies, they have two choices. You can go and drink your coffee, or eat, or this, or go for yoga, yes. And they are prepared to go to yoga because they are more concentrated, more relaxed. Everything is very important. Anyhow, she comes home, and the husband said, "Oh, you did not iron my shirt properly." Yes, it is. Sorry, now this is all. What? This lady is very humble, very kind, and now she has fear: fear from her husband, fear from the hyena, fear from that boss. What to do? And this is the position of that lady. On the other side, there are other women also: when they go with the husband outside, she is a little backside, she is nice, but when they come at home, she closed the door and she said, "Please took my shoes out." He said, "Yes, yes, this and that and that," so that man has to swallow. Now, what is happening? This is a kuṇḍalinī and cakra stock. Now, this is a poison, and this poison is what? Have it? It must not be. Only, there are many, many other reasons, but this is mostly the problem of the thyroid. And this thyroid problem can be hormones, etc. Women have more of this, but women have more of this problem because people are behaving not in a better way and swallowing everything. Following here, you can't, you want sometimes, you are hungry, angry, but... you are from here, you think, "No, you got 50 years." She was swallowing, and today she thought, "I will vomit," and she did, and said, "Now we should go to the animal." So this is that problem in the side, and this is exactly this chakra, so he is the... Brahmā makes a creation better, good, and Sarasvatī means knowledge. Use it in a good way, the knowledge, and you can make everything good with this. So first, and so, there is the white elephant. There is no completely white elephant. And if you see a white elephant, you can say you have the luck of the luck. Only Brahmā can ride the white elephant or you. If you can see, you are good luck. Even in the forest, there are elephants. If you see the white elephant, then you can see from far, you are good luck. But if you go close, it's bad luck. But if you have a dream, and in the dream you see a white elephant, be sure that is a very good sign for your life and for you, many. And if you are dreaming of riding on a white elephant, that is different, then it is anything, what you can, yes. And so, I had this, I had this dream when I was about maybe nine, eight years, ten years or something, and I had a dream. So I was walking there, somewhere to my house. We were always going to the toilet outside in the forest, and so I came and went, and it came, Sapta Sādhus, that's called Sapta Ṛṣis, and this white elephant was coming, and I said, "Oh God, this white elephant is coming," and they said, "Momenta boy, what should I do?" And they took me and put me on the back of the elephant and brought me towards my house, and I woke up. And so this was. All that I did not tell all to have anybody, but I today I open my secret things, and so this is so. It means that we have to use that knowledge. We must not shout, we should not go, but we should purify it. Like, do not keep it otherwise; it can be many, many other organs can be the problems, doesn't matter male or female. It can be someone has problems with the heart, someone has problems with the knees, someone has problems with the whole back. He said, "You have broke my back." So your weakness goes there, which you are swallowing, the negative energy. So, this is what you should do. It's called the sādhanā. In this sādhanā, if you can purify this, definitely all the glands, which are negative inside, including what we call the cancer. So the cancer is in everyone's, in everybody's. But when all that negativity from these glands collects and comes upon one, then it becomes too hard for us. And so we said prayer, we said meditate, we should have prāṇāyāma, the mantra practice, etc. That definitely we will purify our consciousness, and let us proceed towards the positive path. So if someone did, then forget it, go ahead. But you know that he or she will get suspended, or what's called negative, you will get your negative energy back to you. So therefore, long, long ago, at the time of the god Rāma—how many, 130,000 years or so?—there was one dog sleeping in the garden, in the grass, and one man was walking and had a stick in his hand. He was walking, the dog is peacefully two meters far, and this man, and then this man took his stick and beat the dog a few times, and he walked away. The dog was crying, and directly the dog went to God Rāma. It's written in the book, and he said to God, "Lord, I have a request. What I want, I need the judgment. What is this? This man has been beating me very hard with the stick. I was in the garden. I was not making any noise. I never did anything to him." It was the far distance, and I was just resting there, and this man came and he beat me. So what to do? So God said, "Okay, you will... we will give judgment next day." God Rāma, in his kingdom, called all his members or whatever, and they said... God Rāma said... Yes, dog, please tell, what is your problem? So he told this. So God Rāma said to everybody, giving the sentence, "Thank you." So, what sentence should we give? Everybody says this or that, or this and that. Then everybody says, "Rāma," you say God as you say it. So God, Rāma said, I live on you, my dear dog. Whatever you want to give, the sentence, "Dog said." Dog said, "Yes, give me that." Pujarī, the priest of the temple, in next life, God Rāma says, "So nice position you give him." Dog to the temple's best manager said, "Yes." Everybody said, "Stupid dog." So now, so that God said, "Why?" You give him such a good position. He said, "Yes, Lord." In the temple comes lots and lots of prasāda, eatings and monies. So he will take all the money, and he will eat all the good things there. Because people give for all, and he is using for himself. It means in the next life, he will become a dog. So, oh, that's great. He is a good person. So don't become a pūjārī in that way. And if you go to the temple, now today you got a prasāda, halvā. I like halvā very much. And many times, how many years we know each other? So from that time, they cook so good. And that time, I was a very good eater, ah, sweet this and that. And now, it's so they brought this halwa. You taste it here. I wanted to have also one bowl full, but one spoon I taste, one spoon, really half a spoon, and I kept it long in my mouth because the taste of anything is only till here, then when... gone stomach, then it doesn't matter. So everything is what is in this? There is this, all the tasting glands in this, in the mouth, in this. So now, otherwise, I will say, "Okay, leave it here. I will eat now, and morning I will have breakfast, and then I will keep it." Then it means I am selfish. And from the selfish, it is like, it is as, um, the, uh, will not come good for your health, for your path. So we shall divide to everyone. That's why we have a prasāda. We always give one, two, one, two, like this, to everyone. That prasāda means not tons of it, maybe only one little seed of sesame or one or half an almond piece, because there is a power of the prayers, and this is called prasāda. So this, you know, today, the elephant and the other elephant have the seven trunks. My God, that time he is getting more than this one, oh God. That is a great, great, great. Oh, my God. And that is a Gaṇeśa, that is a Gaṇeśa. So, this elephant has seven trunks. Seven trunks. And what do these seven trunks mean? That is the science of yoga. Yoga means sapta-dhātu. What is sapta-dhātu? The sapta-dhātu means the seven elements in the body, like iron, potassium, etc. All the seven elements in our body, if properly supplied, we have good health. Otherwise, if something is missing, then the body will slowly, slowly go away. So this is Gaṇeśa Bhagavān, Gaṇeśa, and Gaṇeśa is here holding this. Everything, so please, in this book of what we call hidden power, that you should have and read it. And so, this you should every day look on the white elephant and always look: Brahmā and Sarasvatī, the knowledge. So it means when you wake up, you say, "I am human." Yesterday we did, or not? I am heaven. I am human. I am a human. I am not an animal. Animals kill animals, but humans should not kill other humans. That is the divine in it. So tomorrow morning we will do something more. I was thinking that I would complete everything, but it is already two months, and I did not complete one subject. But it was good. Everything was good. There was not much knowledge in it. So tomorrow, our Viśuddhi Chakra. This chakra. Yes. And there is a Gaṇeśa, no? You wear a Gaṇeśa? Oh, yes. Now, the Gaṇeśa with the seven elephants, seven trunks. And this is that one. And after that, oh my God, these are the best terrible things. And that is the second chakra. The first chakra is controlled by Śiva. This Paśupati Mahādeva, half human Śiva and half the animals, and this is the crocodile. I don't know why God made so much complication. Now he gave us human, we should all go to the heaven, but no, no... God said, "I will not separate you. I gave you everything. Now it is yours. I go somewhere." So God gave us everything. God said, "Why did you say you are poor?" Why? I gave you good hands, I gave you good legs, I gave you two good eyes, I gave you everything. Why are you poor? Because the biggest enemy of humans is laziness. Laziness is the biggest enemy of humans, and if that goes away, you will be very happy, you will do everything. So, crocodile, my God, he's very much a beautiful one that always is ready to have an empty stomach.
