We should clean all of our bodies

The human science of Kuṇḍalinī and Cakras is the path to achieving Brahmaloka. This attainment requires practice and concentration, much like earning a diploma. The practitioner's journey is supported by the master's blessing and by devoted prayer, which connects one to the divine lineage. The human being is composed of the jīva dwelling within the body, which is the principle of the five elements. These elements are the five sheaths or dresses—Annamaya, Prāṇamaya, Manomaya, Vijñānamaya, and Ānandamaya—that must be purified. Life is a workshop of purification for these layers, including the physical body, the vital energy or prāṇa, the mind, and the intellect. Imbalance in the energy body, related to the Cakras, leads to disharmony. Through disciplined sādhanā, prayer, and meditation, one purifies all sheaths. The ultimate aim is to balance all aspects so the inner master awakens. Prayer is universal and essential across all religions, as the human heart inherently depends on a higher power.

"These five kośas, five dresses, which God has given us, are within our body."

"Prayer is very, very important. Very, very important, prayer."

The subject is Kuṇḍalinī, Cakras, and human science. This human science means to achieve Brahmaloka. It is like wanting a diploma from a university; you will definitely get it, but you have to practice and concentrate. Similarly, what we are talking about—Cakras and what we call the Kuṇḍalinī—is about how the sādhaka, the practitioner, achieves it step by step. It is very important first to have the support or blessing of the master or professor. That professor is for worldly life, and the master is for the spiritual path. Both are very important. Therefore, prayer is very important. Even if you pray for a few minutes, or only one minute, it should be done with great devotion. That means it is not under your power, but it comes from God or our Paramparā Gurus. For example, you work the whole day in the summer when it is very hot and you are sweating. After all this, when you come home sweating, what will you do? You will go and wash yourself. You take this hour, and what is that? From this, in the old days, whatever we did—good or bad, easy or hard—after working very hard, you come home and relax. For ourselves, we have jīva and jīvātmā. The jīva is constantly dwelling in our body. This body, which we call the principle of the pañca bhūtas, the five elements, is our body. That is very important. We need it. The jīva is in our body, and these five elements are the dress. These are the five kośas, the five sheaths: Annamaya, Prāṇamaya, Manomaya, Vijñānamaya, and Ānandamaya. These are the five dresses, and we have to clean them. We are purifying. If we do not clean it all, then it does not feel pleasant. When we are not further purifying, then it can develop some disease. The physical body is easier to clean. This is our cloth. This cloth is different, but God gave us a permanent dress. You need not take it away, but we shall clean it. We always say, "Oh, after washing and cleaning, I’m like a fresh, newborn child." I don’t know if the newborn child is feeling comfortable or not. We don’t know how the child was in the mother’s body. Maybe he was comfortable, or not at all? Oh my God! It was nine months of torturing—up, down, this, there. Look, the eyes, proper eyes, both exactly. Eyes are like this, nose is like that, blood is going. Till Iḍā, Piṅgalā, Suṣumnā or not. All this, all function is checking, not one time; for nine months we are checking. When we go to take off in the aeroplane, then all mechanisms, they come double, they are checking. After that, all instruments, they are checking themselves. And then the pilot is checking. And then it gives the, what we call the, now you can take off. Similarly, our jīvātmā also has all kinds of purifications, and we must know what is missing or not missing. So it is a workshop. In this workshop, you don’t know how they are working. Thanks to God that you don’t see your child’s house in that workshop. So it’s also a little torturing, up and down, and this and that. We are lucky that we came out. But as far as we are coming out, we are torturing our God. We are cleaning here, we are cleaning there, we are there. The child says, "What are they doing with me? I don’t know what’s happening." So life is like that. This body, our skin, is our dress. We should keep it clean and good. But clean means not only water and these things; we take care of our nourishment, our body. This is only one dress; our whole body is a dress, and we are in this body. We don’t change it; we only take care and clean it. So, until you are happy in this dress, many years, many years. Nowadays, 40, 60 years, and you think, "Now is the time to prepare a nice bed on Mother Earth." But for human life, it is very long, very long, but we did not take care of it. After that, but still easy for our life, the body—see the physical body. The second is called energy, prāṇa, and how that prāṇa comes to us. That is a very important point in the Kuṇḍalinī Cakras. In some of the Cakras, your chakra is imbalanced. That means the energy is on the wrong side. And there is what we call nervous or psychic problems, many, many things. The body looks very nice, beautiful, but that energy body is not properly working with us. Therefore, we have to bring it back in a nice way. It is said that this second layer of our body, energy, and bringing energy in a different way. Energy is energy. This is a petal of the electric energy. Look, there is a beautiful ventilator, moving and giving good air. So, the ventilator is everywhere, and now we look at the light. It is so pleasant and nice, and it helps us. Even our telephones and everything we have, this is what we call being under the control of the energy. Oh, I’ve forgotten something to tell you. Did you all turn off your telephones? Who did not block theirs? It’s good to say, "Oh, sorry, I’ve forgotten." One, I see it. Two, now please control it, otherwise we don’t know what can happen. Before taking off the airplane, the pilot gives the order: "Please set up your telephone." When somebody is not doing it, then they can feel some problems in their head. And we said, "Ah, it doesn’t matter." But when the aeroplane will be, then you are just chittering. Then the pilot said, "Someone’s telephone is not in order. Please, set up your telephone." Then it’s okay. Similarly, there are some people who said that they don’t give the belt. So, after taking off, they begin to drink. There are many people drinking, but now there is a, what do you call it, a fashion for the Indians who are traveling towards Europe. They say the alcohol is free. Oh, God. The Europeans are also drinking, but in limited amounts. But the Indians said, "Why not? I paid so many thousand rupees," and then they are drinking, and three or four of them are standing and making problems. So the hostess goes to the captain and says, "There are a few people making problems." And he said, "Some people have problems, no belt and this and that." So the pilot will announce, "Now please have the belt and sit on your seat," but they are talking. But the pilot said, "Don’t worry." After a few minutes, he makes everyone like this. Drunk or not drunk, they come to their seat and hold. Going a little up, like this. My God, the heart from here falling to the legs. And again, the heart goes from here to up. Yes. Who tells this? Some pilot told me. Because when people don’t control and don’t give the discipline, then this happens. Really, it is happening. And then they are making, after again making quickly, and then, after drinking, they sleep. Similarly, we are also not giving balance to our body, and energy, especially. So you are doing yoga and sādhanā and this, and then you are taking some drugs or something. That’s not right. It is only dangerous for your life. So the prāṇa, this is the second dress of our jīva. Then these both have to balance still, have our viveka, our brain. Our mind, that is also the third dress cover over our body. Then the common sense, the knowledge. So if we have common sense and knowledge, then we are comfortable, and we will pass and arrive at our spiritual destination. And then Ānandamaya Kośa. So Ānandamaya Kośa means the happy, the joy. But if you fell down, what is that Ānandakośa? That now you sleep and you don’t want to work, and laziness, then it’s also not good. So these five kośas, five dresses, which God has given us, are within our body. Then we go further to the jīvā, our soul. That jīvā is the energy of what we call the ātmā. Jīva Ātmā. Jīva Ātmā means Ātmā, and Ātmā is Jīva Ātmā. That means the jīvā and ātmā are together there. As long as we are in life, the jīva is with us, but the ātmā is taking care of it. So, nothing will happen. It can only happen that the body will go away. Then again, you will go further. So, in the future, the jīvātmā, a living being, a living bird—doesn’t matter if it’s bigger or smaller. So this jīva in the bird, inside is that life, the jīva. But the ātmā is protecting and lets bring, go, etc. So this is the cover over the jīva of that creature which is taking off in the sky. Similarly, when we come home, we are purifying our body. We go to good air, we go under the water, or with the sand; there are many things. You know, did you see yourself bathing in the sand? No? Oh God. Then go, the best is the Adriatic coast. And everyone there you will see, they have little, little... What you call them, we call them, no, no, a trouser. It doesn’t matter if it’s a long or a lace, it’s a trowel. And what are they all doing? They go to the river for water. And also, they come back and they roll left and right in the sand. And children also, and you also. And you are sitting there and you’re doing, yes or no? Yes? So we are washing ourselves many times. In Australia, the oceans are very good, and they have very nice high waves. And when there are high waves, there are high fish, high snakes, sharks, and so on. Mostly, Australians are lying, lying... On the beach, on the sand. Or someone is playing something with the instruments and so on. But mostly they are washing themselves on the beach with the sand. It’s very clean, very nice. It’s pleasant on the body. And the people have their water also there; you can wash yourself again. So, we are here, and through many different ways—we are washing ourselves, our body, our mind, our energy, our feelings—through prayers, meditations, yoga practice, meditation for calm and peace, we are purifying. That is a prayer. And so when we go to make a prayer, it means we give up everything and we think with our entire being. We surrender to that God in whom you believe. On this beach is the same water and sand. The other side is also different, but it is the same water and the same sand. Everywhere, only the beach name is different. Waikiki. You know the Waikiki sand? Come there in Waikiki. So, in the evening, there are some people, and after nobody is swimming or sitting on the beach anymore, one person goes with some cleaning, but there is a magnet. So, he goes, and there is a lot of money. So they go like this: money comes like this, really, yes? Also, gold and rings and chains—really, it’s not a joke. So, it is said, when you go and good things that God gives us, Gurū Dev gives us something, you are going and Gurū Dev gives you everything. But there is another, there is also this beach in Sydney, Bondi Beach, and that is very nice. But now, when they’ve all gone, early morning and evening also, the tractor comes. And the tractor is cleaning the sand. Look how the Australians are good people. They take care of their beach. They clean the sand. But with what? With the tractor. And what is coming out of it? Man injection. The drugs, many, many needles, and they take it and throw it. So what can we do? The government is so... Australians are good, they say, "Okay, boys," but they again bring out these many injections there. And don’t walk barefoot. So, that is that. In the satsaṅg time, you get gold and rings and this, everything. And other saṅgha is that, coming many, many things. This is the difference. Our vṛtti, that. So, therefore, we are praying to some object of the Mahāguru Dev or something. But in reality, it is you who are praying to yourself. So it is we who are doing. And that’s why then all Cakras come balanced, very relaxed and completely balanced. Kuṇḍalinī, Cakra, it is a science of the humans, and what the people call it is that inner master, yourself, will bring the good things. So, Kuṇḍalinī and Cakras—don’t just think that, okay, that you have the Cakras and Kuṇḍalinī jumping up and down. It’s not a high fish that jumps up and down. So, prayer. Prayer is for everywhere, in every religion. In Hinduism, everywhere they are praying. One prays to Hanumānjī, the father prays to the day of God Rām. The brother Kṛṣṇa, the mother Śakti, everybody has a little altar in their house, and all are happy, all pray to each other together. Or let’s say the Christians, they are also praying; the Mohammedans, they are also praying; Mohammedans also. Buddhists are also praying. So, every religion, they are not—you will say that they are not praying. They are praying according to their techniques. The Jews also have their prayers. They go near the wall. And they want to pray to God, "Please open this wall. I am thirsty, and behind the rock is the water. Please open it to take the water, and you will get water then." So every religion has these prayers, and that doesn’t matter in which God you believe, or without any God. We have that, as a human, our heart has that feeling that something is, I am depending on that. So prayer is very, very important. Very, very important, prayer. So this is about bhajan, about some prayer, you know that? Do you know him? Yes. Yes. Oṁ Śrī Dev Viśvara Mahādeva Kī Jaya, Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavān Kī Jaya, Śrī Svāmī Madhavānandajī Bhagavān Kī Jaya, Viśvagurujī Maheśvarānandajī Gurudeva Kī Jaya. Kar Do Oṁ Śrī Dev Viśvara Mahādeva Kī Jai, Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavān Kī Jai, Śrī Svāmī Madhavānandajī Bhagavān Kī Jai, Viśvagurujī Maheśvarānandajī Gurudeva Kī Jai.
