One sun, one breath, one language unites all. Thirty years marks a significant growth from seed to tree. The practice began with a seminar and the establishment of the first centers. The system has expanded to 108 locations with 150 certified teachers, serving thousands. Yoga is a holistic way of life for body, mind, and soul, fostering tolerance, discipline, and care for nature. Its mission is to spread this knowledge for individual and collective well-being.

"Yoga is that: know thyself. Who am I?"

"Yoga in daily life means practicing yoga every day. It is our life, more than our nourishment."

Part 1: One Sun, One Breath, One Language One sun shines upon us, we breathe the same air, we are the language for everything. We spread our wings. For everything, we spread our wings. We are the language for everything. We spread our wings. We are the language for everything. We spread our wings. We spread our wings. Introduction to our celebration: Yoga in Daily Life in Slovenia. Heartily welcome to the 30th anniversary of Yoga in Daily Life in Slovenia. Obletnico. Greetings to all gathered here in this hall and everybody joining us through the webcast. We are gathered here in the lovely surroundings of Brdo near the town of Kranj in Ljubljana. Thirty years is a pretty long time. In 30 years, out of a tiny baby grows a man or a human. Please repeat once again: in 30 years, out of a tiny baby grows a man or a human. And out of a little seed, a mighty tree grows. The process of the growth of Yoga in Daily Life in Slovenia over those thirty years will be explained by the president of the Yoga Society in Slovenia, Mr. Jože Sraka. Kindly invited to have a word. The Honourable Ambassador of the Republic of India to Slovenia, Excellency Paramjit Mann. The Honourable Mahā Maṇḍaleśvar, Jan Najvar Purījī and Vivek Purījī. Dear Sanyāsī, dear yoga brothers and sisters. We are very happy and pleased to mark this in such an eminent society for Slovenia, and the practice of yoga in Slovenia is as important as 30 years of original yoga in Slovenia. And all sannyāsīs, the yoga brothers and sisters. It is a great honor and privilege that, in such a noble presence, we can celebrate this important event for all Slovenian yoga practitioners and for the whole of Slovenia: the 30th anniversary of practicing the classical path of yoga, Yoga in Daily Life, in Slovenia. A seminar, which was led by Paramahaṁsvāmī Maheśvarānanda, accompanied by his teacher, Paramahaṁsvāmī Madhavānanda, and two gurus. Some Slovenes also participated in the seminar, including the elder of yoga at our place, the late Mr. Jože Gal. Iskra came to us, and in 1989, that is, 30 years ago, the first four yoga societies in Slovenia were established. How did it all begin? On the 1st of May 1988, members of Yoga in Daily Life Novi Sad organized a seminar led by Paramahaṁsvāmī Mādhāvānandajī, accompanied by his master, Paramahaṁsvāmī Mādhāvānandajī. Attending the seminar were also Slovenians, and among them Jože Gal, now deceased, and the legend of Slovenian Yoga in Daily Life. The spark was lighted. So in 1989, thirty years ago, the first four centers of Yoga in Daily Life were established. On February 13th, 1990, Viśva Gurujī gave his first public lecture in Slovenia. The same year, he gave a second public lecture at the Great Hall of Cankarjev Dom in Ljubljana. The highest representatives of the state and society in Slovenia and a large number of guests from Turin. It would take too long to enumerate all the events honored by the presence and teachings of our Master in the past 30 years. Even so, I would like to emphasize the World Peace Summit held in Cankarjev Dom in the year 2006 in Ljubljana, attended by the highest representatives of states and society, as well as many distinguished guests from Slovenia and abroad. In the past 30 years, Viśva Gurujī was received by two former Slovenian presidents, Mr. Janez Drnovšek. Viśva Gurujī has met with many mayors of Slovenian towns and cities on the occasions of planting peace trees, as well as with other representatives of states and civil society. Over the years, Viśva Gurujī personally inaugurated and blessed all twelve Yoga in Daily Life āśrams in Slovenia. At the same time, Yoga in Daily Life in Slovenia grew through numerous activities. New centers were established, more and more practitioners took mantra and became Swāmījī’s disciples, and many of them started to become yoga teachers. Currently, Slovenia has 150 certified teachers of Yoga in Daily Life and two sannyāsīs: Sādhvī Sāvitrī Purī, who is active in Slovenia, and Svāmī Yogeś Purī, who dedicated his life to Yoga in Daily Life and is leading the construction of the Om Āśram in Jādan, India. The Om Āśram is one of the greatest and most beautiful monuments of yogic culture in the world. I would like to thank Mr. Vladimir Poradižnik, and Dušana Školj for the successful work of the Association in the past few years. The Union is also a member of the Olympic Committee of Slovenia. At this moment, I would like to express a special gratitude to the former presidents of the Slovenian Yoga Union, Mr. Dušan Škulj for their successful work over the past years. Hvala. Long before we had diplomatic relationships with the Republic of India, there was a special person among us who, with her tireless efforts and without the help of the internet, emails, and smartphones, took care of our visas and safe travel to India. This is our dear yoga sister, Natāśa Śivic-Narabda. Thank you. Monthly all-Slovenian satsaṅgs, which we always organize in the other association, two-year one-day seminars for instructors, permanent education, and, as suggested by the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on the 21st of June in the United Nations, it is announced for International Yoga Day. As well as the annual yoga festival in the countryside called Greetings to the Sun, which we organize in the Museum in Gaja, where we have arranged the Slovenian Yoga Union and the Yoga in Daily Life centers to coordinate our joint activities. Our basic mission is to spread the knowledge of yoga through regular yoga classes taught by 150 certified yoga teachers in 108 locations in Slovenia. Currently, approximately 5,000 people are practicing Yoga in Daily Life in Slovenia, and in the past 30 years, more than 30,000 people have attended Yoga in Daily Life classes in our country. In addition to that, we organize summer yoga classes in parks, national satsaṅgs, which are hosted every month by a different yoga center, an all-day seminar for yoga teachers taking place twice a year, and education for yoga teachers. Inspired by the United Nations proclamation of June 21st as the International Yoga Day at the behest of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modī, we are annually organizing a yoga salutation to the Sun Festival outdoors at the Mozirje Botanical Garden. The only botanical garden in the world with a permanent stone chakras exhibition built according to the science of yoga. In the past 30 years, our Viśva Gurujī has been tirelessly working for Slovenians also. To us and to all other disciples around the world, he is teaching his knowledge, not only about yoga exercises and āsanas, but also about spirituality, a healthy way of life, and caring for nature and all living beings. For us, yoga has become a way of life. With daily sādhanā, we are taking care of our body, mind, and soul. With yogic exercises, asanas, and healthy, locally grown and home-prepared vegetarian food, we are keeping our body healthy. With meditation, prāṇāyāma, and other yoga techniques, we are protecting the health of our mind and soul. This is especially important in today’s stressful lifestyle, and we are happy that people are becoming more and more aware of yoga. We wish for Gurujī’s endless love for us, and the energy he imparts to us in his lectures and seminars is changing our view of the world and of life. I’m sure that every one of us has been touched by his loving call for change, and I can proudly say that we have really changed. We have become more tolerant towards others, more disciplined in our everyday sādhanā, and more caring for nature. We should continue with this kind of living and become an example for others to join us, so we can become stronger in our efforts to help the world become a better place. At the end, allow me to once more express my deepest gratitude to our Master, His Holiness Viśvaguru Mahēśvarānandajī, the author of Scientific System Yoga in Daily Life, for all his efforts and wisdom. I would also like to thank all of you for your participation in today’s celebration. Dear Mr. President, thank you for your kind words and thank you for your wise guidance in these last years. All societies of Yoga in Daily Life, on the national level and international level, are joined together in the International Yoga Fellowship. At our anniversary, we received the letter of the President, Mr. Manfred Šteponat, and I invite Kristina to read the letter to us. On behalf of the International Śrīdīp Mādhavānanda Āśram Fellowship, I sincerely congratulate you on your 30th anniversary. Of course, such an anniversary is an occasion to remember the foundation of the Association, the many seminars, and other events of the past. Also, everyone should be proud of what they have achieved, and you all have Mahāprabhujī’s blessing to celebrate the anniversary with the satsaṅg of Viśva Gurujī. International Śrīdīp Mādhavānanda Āśram Fellowship, I sincerely congratulate you on your 30th anniversary. Such an anniversary is definitely an opportunity to remember the foundations of the Slovenian Association of Yoga Societies, and many seminars and other events from the past. Of course, you all have to be happy and proud of everything you have achieved, and you have to be aware that you have Mahāprabhujī’s blessing. A thirty-year anniversary is also known as the pearl jubilee; this is particularly noticeable in Slovenia, where there are 108 Yoga in Daily Life centers linked up like the 108 pearls of the mālā throughout the country. These centers teach the Master System Yoga in Daily Life. It is very successful to create and sustain a healthy lifestyle to preserve nature and to develop harmonious personalities. I congratulate you once more on your dedicated work and wish you every success in your daily practice and in continuing your yoga society and all your yoga centers, so that the light of Bhagavān Śrīdīp Nārāyaṇ Mahāprabhū shines through you, bringing love, peace, and harmony. Understanding, forgiveness, knowledge, and wisdom for you, your families, society, and the whole country. Knowledge, wisdom to you, your families, your society, and the whole country. With warmest greetings, Dr. Manfred Steponat. In the town of Nova Gorica, there is a peace tree which was planted in the year 2010 by the Deputy Mayor and our Viśvaguru Dev Swāmī Maheśvarānanda. The Mayor of Nova Gorica sent us a letter for our 30th anniversary to congratulate us. In Nova Gorica, we are very proud of our society Yoga in Daily Life, which started with its activities in the year 1995. With growing membership, it outgrew the borders of Nova Gorica into the neighboring communities of Tolmin, Kobarid, and Kanal. For us, this year is also a very important year because on the 2nd of June we opened our ashram in Nova Gorica in the presence of Viśvaguru Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara Paramahaṁsrī Svāmī Māheśvarānanda, the author of the system Yoga in Daily Life, and the mayor of the community Nova Gorica. The Mayor of Nova Gorica wishes to congratulate all the contributors of the program of Yoga in Daily Life and the members of the society at the Jubilee. We received another kind letter from the Minister of Education, Science, and Sport of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr. Jernej Pikalo. Please accept my apology for not attending your celebration, and my most sincere wishes for a successful event. And I really don’t doubt it will be successful. At the same time, let me congratulate you for the active contribution to promoting health, peace, and respect, and all other activities by the Yoga in Daily Life Society. With respect, Dr. Jernej Pikalo. We are very happy that in our company, there is His Excellency, Mr. Parmjit Mann, the ambassador of India, the motherland of yoga. And you are kindly invited to have a word. Well, respected Swāmījī and brothers and sisters of Slovenia, namaskār. Congratulations on completing 30 years. It’s a matter of great happiness, pleasure, and honor for me to be here on this important occasion. 30 years may not be a very big time in the Indian system of cyclic time and yugas. But in terms of human life, within which all of us are there, it’s a very impressive and very creditable performance. And all of us know that we have to thank Swāmījī for that. I always say that Swāmījī is the real ambassador of India. As Ambassador of India, I represent the government of India, but Swāmījī represents the spiritual heritage of India, which is bigger and greater than any of us. So, I know all of you are waiting for his words. His presence here is a good fortune for all of us, and we should take advantage of that. So I will not be taking more of your time. So congratulations once again. Wish you all the best. I hope it continues to grow, and when, after 20 years, you celebrate the half century of Yoga in Daily Life, I hope you will invite me again and give me an opportunity to meet Swāmījī and you. Namaskār. Hvala lepa. Before we invite Viśvaguru Mahāmaṇḍaleśvar Swāmījī, we will look at the newest video of Yoga in Daily Life. Just a moment, please. You heard about this large-scale world peace monument that is right now here on earth, being built in the shape of the ancient symbol of Om, the universal vibration of all being one. Since 1993, it has been under construction, made for... The welfare of humans, animals, and nature; protection for teaching yoga, meditation, and philosophy; and bringing ancient wisdom to modern society: this unique expression of mighty architecture aims to preserve the treasures of Vedic culture. And carry stories upon stories within every sculpture made out of stone, precisely carved with ancient art and handicraft. There will be 108 residential compartments for visitors of all nations and yogic students to go on a journey of deep self-exploration and look beyond the mind’s limitation. It will be the largest man-made symbol of Om, located in Jadan, Rajasthan, designed from a vision of a yogī in India named Paramahaṁsa Svāmī Māyā Swarānanda. Over decades, he has worked incessantly to make peace on earth an experiential reality by teaching millions of people yoga and meditation as a tool for individual and collective transformation. He developed a scientific system called Yoga in Daily Life. Physical, mental, and spiritual health is designed so that everyone can integrate yoga into every day with a clear and structured pathway. Even modern science is currently approving the benefits that yoga has on the human condition. When practiced with discipline, these techniques can decrease almost all forms of transient or chronic diseases, like asthma, diabetes, hypertension, stress, migraine, indigestion, back pain, arthritis, heart diseases, and many other physical or mental problems. Worldwide, people practice the system now regularly and teach it to others voluntarily, and in 26 countries and on 5 continents, there are now Yoga in Daily Life centers. The global large-scale center point will be this gigantic monument. Working as an active world peace facilitator and as an education and research center, not just for adults, but also for children who would usually not get a good education. Many families can’t afford to send their kids to school frequently. They must work at home, the girls especially. Therefore, in 2002, a school was established within the scene for children from the age of 5 to 17. Hundreds of children come here every day to learn and prepare for their future pathway. Finally, they gain access to science and sports equipment, to computers and digital schooling content. There is a laboratory for physics and chemistry, and a biology lab, as well as a library. All of the children practice yoga each day as part of their education. And to make it possible for the girls to go and study, they don’t have to pay any school fee. A college located in the same building, offering a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science program, and to provide those in need adequate medical care, a hospital was also established there, working with decent equipment and with diligence and providing emergency service to the surrounding villages. This place, designed for holistic healing, is also working on reviving the surrounding ecosystem in an area of severe water crisis, where every drop is precious. Priceless. An artificial lake was built to collect the monsoon rain because water is life and a public domain. The lake can hold 120 million liters of fresh drinking water for humans, animals, and agriculture. The groundwater level is rising due to the lake, which has a positive impact on the microclimate, thus a region of dry land is turning around and transforming into fertile, living ground. Besides the initiative for rainwater harvesting, there are many projects around the world active to protect the living, like saving the birds and saving the bees, and planting a massive amount of trees. Until now, members of Yoga in Daily Life have planted millions of trees on earth, and many more are about to come. To counterbalance global deforestation, in public parks together with local authorities, they are also planting world peace trees as a sign of honoring Mother Nature, a living symbol for a sustainable future. And for the old, homeless, and sick animals that are abandoned and expelled from the villages because people can’t afford to feed them any longer, they’ve built seven animal refugee shelters to give a home and provide veterinary care to those who are usually left in despair during the droughts. More than 5,000 cows get fodder and fresh water and are protected from dying a death of starvation or slaughter. For decades, this place has been built, and it is a miracle that it even got to this point, because it is run as a non-profit organization to accomplish a gigantic mission that started from one heart’s vision. That we all live together with mutual understanding, that we may live for each other, that we never cause any pain to any creature, that we stand here for non-violence. We want to protect all the cultures, traditions, and religions. We want to protect all the creatures and environments, and we shall send this message. But to bring this vision to its full fruition, it needs each and everybody’s contribution. So if you are in a position to share even the smallest amount to finish this large-scale world peace monument, do it. And don’t underestimate how much power you’ve got. Not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a single drop. I have a pleasant duty to send our regards to Mrs. Darinka Primc to the University of California, Berkeley. The author of "Yoga in Daily Life," the contributor, the fighter for peace, and the one who started countless actions for humanity. Your Holiness, Viśvagurujī Mahāmaṇḍaleśwar Paramahaṁsarī Svāmī Maheśvarānanda, Your Holiness, Viśvaguru Dīmaś Mahāmaṇḍaleśwar Paramahaṁsa Ṛṣvānand Maheśvarānanda, kindly invites you to have a word. Śāntiḥ, Śāntiḥ, Śāntiḥ. Respected Alois Kovacs, thank you, sir. This day is something very important. First of all, we were celebrating the 150 years of Mahātmā Gandhi’s birth. Mahatma Gandhi, who brought the message to the whole world for peace, harmony, and understanding. India is a cradle of culture for the whole world. My dear sisters and brothers, India has given an immense culture of science, religion, yoga, etc. But according to yoga and according to myself, I would not separate India, but I would say the whole world, where the humans, we are one. It has been said recently that there is only one, the human; there are no differences. It doesn’t matter the caste, color, culture, language, etc. According to yoga and the great saints, it is said there are 8.4 million different lives on the earth. Out of them, one is the human; there is no second human, but only one. It is declared that these 8.4 million different creatures on this earth are called Jalchar, Thalchar, and Nabchar, the living in the water, on the earth, and in the space. Because all creatures are the creation of God. All are the children of God. Therefore, we say, love them, feed them, but don’t eat them. Out of the 8.4 million, one is a human, and humans have that knowledge and love for all creatures. We should not kill them and eat them. It is said in the Bible, "Do not eat those who have the eyes." Only one sentence, one word said is more than enough. If we love God’s creations, we will be that human known as God itself. This life, it is coming and going. We know that we are in the body of a human, and very soon we will go away from this part of life. But it is not that there is no more life; there is life. And if we behave like animals, then we will come again in the same path again. About two decades ago, I was in Fiji, and I met one yogī there. Part 2: The Path of Yoga and Conscious Living His life spanned 150 years. He had an ashram and invited me there. During a lecture, he said to the people, "My dear children, for every chicken you have eaten, you must give back your neck to be cut. For every fish you have eaten, you must become the life of a fish, and they will put a hook in your mouth and pull you out. For every pig you have eaten, you will have to be born as that life of a pig." Then the second step comes. It does not matter in which life we ate them; in such a way, the reaction will come back. Are we human? Humans are nearly God. God gave us everything, and He said, "I give you freedom. You are free." But what will you do? What we call karma, everyone, we know karma. You are free, but what you act, that will come back to you. My dear, this is what he said. And many great saints are saying this. How to realize and how to know why? First is yoga. It is said that in the endless universe there is no one there, only darkness. And it is said, the sound, the resonance, comes. And resonance means the resonance is God itself. And that resonance said, "I am one, and now I will multiply." And they have created everything on this earth, and this earth, and this water. That is the sound, the resonance, and from that resonance, the light comes. Then come the air, water, and earth. It is in the Vedic science and in the Vedic scriptures that it is written exactly when the creation began. Between that and before, it’s only two. The one is called the space. And the second is the consciousness. Is the consciousness in the space, or is the space in the consciousness? We don’t know, but there are three points more. The consciousness and the space are uniting with three principles. And that’s called yoga: harmony, balance, and oneness. And from that, that’s called yoga, and there the life begins. So yoga is that old, as before there was no any life here. Svayambhū is the Śiva, that only one, and that was the Śiva. Śiva is that who has no mother and no father. But he himself manifested, and he came in the posture of yoga. He created the meditation. He created the knowledge, etc. And in that is the yoga. Yoga is not only postures, only that’s good for our body and health, but yoga is that: know thyself. Who am I? If someone knocks on your door, you will say, "Who is there?" "I am." Who is you? Open the door. You touch the soldier. Who are you? What is this? My body, my thought, my words. But who am I? Do you know that? Whatever we will say, we say, it is mine. Even our soul, we say, it’s my soul. So now, who is mine? Who am I? And I am now that only one, the Supreme, the Highest. Through the practice of yoga, we can come to that union with the highest, the supreme. Many, many yugas, it is said in Indian science, there were 24 incarnations of God. God. There are two kinds of God, nimit and nitya. Nimit means for certain cases they are coming, and Nitya means everyday incarnation is called the holy saint. In Sanātana Dharma, we call the religion. It’s called the living religion. That’s why we are living, and there they are as God, if they have that kind of quality. So we are constantly with the consciousness within us. We are alive, and it means that religion is living religion, and so we are with this. So, yoga is that which brings us to the highest consciousness. In these twenty-five incarnations, the first was called Varāya. He said that he sees in the space a blue piece of stone, something, go roll, round, blue. And that Varāha Avatāra, God, the incarnation, the first, is diving in that blue lightness. It is the water, and that water, and within, we call now the earth, is around. He brought the earth out of the water. And when he left his body, this just turned direction, and still the earth is moving. That’s what the ṛṣi yogī said, that the roundness of God, which brought in our earth, is round, very round. After that, many came, and now is coming Kali Yuga. And very soon the Kali will come, but when the Kali will come, it will be a disaster. But there can be doing someone so it will not happen, but it will come: positive energy, positive thoughts, and that’s called yoga. So yoga is not exercises, yoga is not only meditation, but we should know. Thyself, who are you? Whatever we touch or tell, it is mine. But who are you, "I" or "mine"? That is the perfection of the yoga. And I can tell you now, not a million, but billions of the people in the world, they are awakening. And they will come again to the Satya Yoga again, my dear sisters and brothers of this beautiful nation of Slovenia. They are beautiful people, a beautiful country. Beautiful environment, and here we begin with the yoga. And that’s called yoga in daily life. What do we mean by yoga in daily life? It means practicing yoga every day, that’s all. When we will understand our body, when we will see our body, then we will throw out 80% of the nonsense things from our body. And we will become the great, pure humans, the saints. So in this country, I love it very much. And I think sometimes that I was born here, sometimes. So, yoga, please practice. One day, if you cannot practice because you have no time, no problem. But on that day also, no eating. Tomorrow, next day you will eat, then first practice, and then eat. So yoga is a life. It’s our life, more than our nourishment. I’m sure your consciousness will realize the cosmic self. But don’t think that you will get self-realization now. You will not think that you will be now in Brahmaloka. One, let’s say that you say, "Today, I am high consciousness, and I am God." Okay. And tomorrow you will do something wrong. What will happen with your realization? So, with every breath and every thought, we are performing different actions. To come to the Cosmic Self or to God is at last minutes or a few minutes. In minutes, that time we will become God. Because we don’t have any more actions. Hardly can we talk, hardly can we speak, hardly can we move. Then it is said, "Now you are my son, I will take you with me." So lifelong we should practice. Lifelong we should practice. Don’t give up. Help, help, and help. We make mistakes. Definitely, we make mistakes. Maybe not in five seconds or one hour. But in 24 hours, we make many mistakes, and for that we have to pray. The Lord forgive us. And the last, what I want to say. When we wake up, we open our eyes and say to ourselves, I am human. Then you will see the whole day we will be the human. We will not make a mistake. I am human. I am here to help all my brothers and sisters in different creations. Yoga is for you and for all. Yoga in life has that yoga which we all have to learn. Not only postures. And our respected Prime Minister of India, Modi Jī, He is practicing yoga every day, and he is a yogī. Taking an orange dress does not mean one is a yogī. But our actions, our work, what we do, that shows us that we are yogīs. And a few years ago, he spoke in the United Nations, and he said that yoga is a science for humanity. He gave many insights to them, and the whole world, with one word from Modijī, every country said, "Yes, and yes," and... Yes, there were two or three countries that were still thinking it over. But on the third day, they also said yes. So, yoga is international, and it is declared by the United Nations. Yoga is not like that religion, which we think, but all we are one. And so in our country, before Modiji, yoga was already very elevated, very advanced. Some prime ministers and presidents of your countries, neighboring countries, they all were coming to me, and we spoke about yoga, and I gave them exercises of yoga and meditation. One president said, "Swāmījī, I respect you." I like you, and you have breakfast with me. But you know, you made my whole family vegetarian. But two we have still not, that my dog and myself. So the president said, "I told him, ’OK, from today on, say no.’" Next time we will talk. But in the European unions here, yoga and their life is great. And in other countries too, India has a big organization, it is called the AYUSH. But we have ourselves also, the European Union has the Āyush. Ayush means yoga, Āyurveda, homeopathy, etc. And so we also have AYUSH, Your Excellency, you know that we have in Europe. And now Indians are asking, can we join together? Of course, we are ready to join with them. But if they will follow the proper yoga, our Āyush organization is great. Dear sisters and brothers, I am so happy and very touched in my heart that you invited me and made this conference. Thank you very much, and I wish that yoga will flourish and be the best in Slovenia. God bless you. Mṛtyur mā amṛtaṁ gamaya. Sarveṣāṁ svastir bhavatu. Sarveṣāṁ śāntir bhavatu. Sarveṣāṁ maṅgalam bhava. Sarveṣām pūrṇam bhavatu. Lokāḥ samastāḥ sukhino bhavantu. Naḥaṁkāratā Prabhudhipākāratā Mahāprabhudip Kartāhikevalaṁ Oṁ Śāntiḥ, Śāntiḥ, Śāntiḥ. God bless you. Thank you. God bless you. Thank you. Dear Viśwa Gurujī, please take the basket of kerosene as an expression of our gratitude. Dear Vishwa Gurujī, please accept this bucket of flowers as a sign of our gratitude. Thank you. We would also like to thank Mr. Alois Kovca. We are always happy to meet His Excellency Paramjīt Mann. Thank you. Now I invite Dr. Dejan Dinevski to have a word. He is the president of the Yoga in Daily Life Society in Maribor, he is a university professor, and, I dare say, foremost, he is Viśva Gurujī’s disciple. So, izvoli, please. Praṇām Svāmījī, Respected Mr. Korca, respected Mr. Ambassador, dear brothers and sisters. Ponosen sem, I’m very proud to be a part of this story of Yoga in Daily Life, which has lasted for 30 years already in Slovenia. And I’m honored to have the possibility to contribute my part. In these 30 years of activities, Yoga in Daily Life gave great contributions and good deeds to Slovenia, not only to us, but to all Slovenians. All the people who learned yoga in our 108 centers received something good and took it into the world. In the movie about Om Ashram, which we saw, there were a number of good effects which yoga brings to the people, but regarding the health issues. In recent 15 years, there were 4,000 researches made on the subject of yoga. The reports of the research on the effects of yoga surpass the imagination even of us who know yoga and practice yoga. The real effect of yoga we can see if we practice regularly. Also in Slovenia, we started with research on the subject of yoga in daily life. A few years ago, we published some articles and some reports. We finished one interesting research at one grammar school. All the children were practicing yoga postures, yoga breathing techniques, and meditation. The effects were very positive. We didn’t; our report is not finished yet, but we are expecting to get the finished report very soon. But at this time, we can assess that the positive effects were recognized by the teachers and by the pupils, from both sides. We all know that yoga in daily life brings many benefits, but now with this research, we could report the positive effects in a scientific, more scientific way, to the people who are not involved in yoga. Dear brothers and sisters, I congratulate you on the 30th anniversary. And for the 50th University, dear Ambassador, we will see each other here. Thanks to all of you, and above all, the greatest thanks goes to Swamījī. Thank you, dear Dejan. We invite you to have a word with Mr. Alois Koushca. I come with the flowers. It rarely happens that I get flowers, Your Holiness. Thank you for this opportunity to speak and for your invitation. I’m very glad for this. Your Excellency, Mr. Ambassador, thank you also for attending this very important meeting. It is 30 years of organized yoga in Slovenia. Let me also greet the president of the Yoga Union of Slovenia. And this was in Croatia. Let me greet all of our friends from Croatia and other republics. You are celebrating 30 years of Yoga in Daily Life. And among these 30 years of yours and my 54 years, let me say, I don’t know much about yoga. But I know something. People in Slovenia love to say, what is good is not bad. And it is good that among us lives something that is good. As His Holiness stated, the duty of all of us is not only to think about now and what to do, but also we have to think about the future, what will be, what to do. Our actions now have consequences in the future, even if they are small consequences, but our actions have consequences. I wish you to spread the knowledge, to practice good, to spread the knowledge to everyone, and every day get a little closer to eternity and to finally merge with eternity. I thank you for the opportunity to be with you. Thank you. I will announce another person. I will invite another one. This is Mahāmaṇḍaleśvar Swāmigyāneśvar. He was born in Croatia. He has lived in India for many years. But he has lived in India for many, many years. He has an MA in geophysics. He studied Gandhi’s peace studies. And he is a big expert in Sanskrit. We are very happy to greet him in Slovenia every time, and so it is also today. Thank you very much for inviting me. I would like to express my gratitude and much thanks to my beloved Guru Devī Śivagurujī. I would also like to greet The President of the National Council, Alois Krebschatz, and, of course, our most important person for the visa, the Ambassador of India. Time is flying. Thank you very much for everything. Thank you very much for this amazing program. I just want to share one thought with you. In India, there are officially six, what is called, āstic darśanas, and three, what is called, Gnostic darśanas, or... Altogether, let’s say, nine different philosophical ways of looking at the world, from the completely materialistic point of view of the world, that nothing except this matter exists, to the complete opposite, that matter actually is not there. All of them have one thing in common, and they say that if you want to realize that, if you want to realize our truth, practice yoga. Yoga is actually a practical way of looking at the world, a practical way of looking at life, and especially now when we have it in such a beautiful system, Yoga in Daily Life, it’s even easier to do so. Yoga is a practical way of looking at the world, looking at life. Especially now that we have such a beautiful system of yoga in everyday life, it is much easier. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Now Vabing will speak with you, Joga Špurija, who was born in Slovenia. I invite you to have a speech with you, Joga Špurija, who was He has been living in India for decades now. He is the architect who leads the building of Om Ashram, which we have seen in the film "Beloved Gurudev," Vishwa Gurujī Paramahaṁswāmī Maheśvarānandajī, President of the National Council, Gospod Koshcha. Your Excellency, Ambassador of India, It is said that nothing happens in this world by accident. Everything is very nicely, very well planned. So when the time came, thirty years back, I was on the way to India. Many times people ask me, "Where are you coming from?" And I tell them in Hindi, what means, "I came from the desert into Kashmir." And Kashmir in India means like Switzerland in Europe. Why? Desert means material world. And Kashmir means spiritual world, because India is a very, very spiritual country. It is not by coincidence called the mother of spirituality of the world, because spirituality is engraved in every cell of every Indian citizen. How? India is the mother and the place where so many saints, ṛṣis, and munis were born. And those ṛṣis, saints, they opened their schools, which were called gurukuls. A few hundred years back, in every village in India, there was a Gurukul. What knowledge were they giving to the sages, saints, and to the people? Two knowledges: one, how to live in the world. How to get knowledge to survive, materially, in the material world. It is called Rotika Kāmanā Jñāna, which means the knowledge of how to earn one’s bread. And second knowledge was spiritual knowledge, Ādi Ātmic Gyān. You see, if people develop only the material knowledge, Then they will develop science, they will develop technology, but they will not develop themselves as humans. And we see that in the West, it’s going in this direction. Results are very, very nicely seen all around the world. We are talking about how to survive. We are talking about how far the treasures of the earth, of Mother Earth, will still be there for us, for our children. Why? Because we people are searching for happiness only in the outer world, and at the same time, we are blaming the outer world for the unhappiness or for troubles. and then we found that inside of us, we have very good qualities, understanding, tolerance, love, and there are some qualities which are not so good. Greediness, anger, jealousy, and so on. So, India, though nowadays it is running very much in the material life, is still submerged or completely surrounded by spirituality. And we are extremely lucky that our good karma, our destiny of this planet, of this beautiful country, Slovenia, We were blessed that from India the sages sent our Gurudev Swamījī. And you see, they say, wherever the foot of the saint will step, there the gold will grow up. We are extremely lucky that the Kurukuls are growing in Slovenia, and the knowledge and blessings of the Indian sages are coming to our country. I would like to thank Vishwa Gurujī for the blessings which he is giving to us, all of us. Thank you. We send our greetings to Darinka Primtz in California. We got the information that she is ill, that she is in the hospital. We ask all of you who have information about her friends, her parents, to come to us to give us this information. Today’s celebration was started by music, and we will finish the celebration with music. The musician is a man, a human who is always prepared to donate something good for a good deed. Turkey! Dear Guru, guests, hello, brothers and sisters. Nice to see you all. I would like to say something in Slovenian. First of all, thank you very much for having me here today, for inviting me, and as the guest in front of me said, first of all, thank you for the invitation. I’m very honored to have the opportunity to participate. And as the guest before me said, I would like to say something nice, good. I travel around Slovenia, and I move around different circles, and what I observed was that many societies have quarrels. People between us have quarrels over small things. So it is really important, yoga is daily life as community, to stick together. Because in this way you show the light to the world by loving each other, by having love and showing that energy to the outer world, that you can surpass the ego and these small differences in everyone’s opinion and character. And so it was, as a guest before me said, that some things just happen. And so it happened to me, a very special thing, that a friend came and he called me. And so it happened to me too. A friend called me and said, "I have a problem." In front of my house, they installed a 5G antenna. And if you know this antenna, it doesn’t have really good vibrations, if we can put it that way. Direct effect of the material world. And I have immediately called Mr. Gregor Kos, who is investigating these kinds of things, specializes. And making sure that the people know what the 5G system is. And do you want to know where the home of my friend is? It’s a neighbor to the ashram in Saulje. So it is really important that when such things happen, people don’t tell. They just install something they don’t even know the effect of. This information will pass through you, and you will not be angry, but you will solve this problem in a yogic way, by peace, by love, and by knowledge, because when people understand. Something, it’s cool, and I don’t think that it’s good to have a 5G antenna near the ashram. That’s why it’s important, when something like this happens, to react to it in a yogic way, so that you’re not angry, so that you know what’s going on and pass it on. Because it’s not right to have such an antenna in our vicinity. And a way to achieve well is also to try to get in contact. The way to do something good is to step out of the comfort zone and to connect with somebody who knows about it, and I wanted to share with you the information to connect with the right person. So, come together and let’s lift up those vibrations with music, okay? Thank you very much. Thank you. Dear Vishwagurujī, guests and friends, dear guests and friends, Thank you for joining us today. I believe that we will have many, many years together. You are kindly invited for refreshments in the lobby.
