Public lecture from Split

Yoga is an eternal light of consciousness within all. This knowledge was transmitted through a lineage from the Himalayas. The system called Yoga in Daily Life emphasizes simplicity for everyday application. It arrived in this region decades ago, beginning with seminars that expanded across cities. Centers now operate in several locations, integrating into community life through university courses, public programs, and humanitarian actions. The practice is dedicated to peace, marked by multi-religious prayers and the planting of trees as symbols. It is a system for all, aiming for holistic health accessible in any setting.

"The light of yoga and Sanātana Dharma settled here thirty-five years ago, and since then, it has never ceased to shine."

"Yoga is actually an evolution of our consciousness toward the light."

Filming location: Split, Croatia

Part 1: Yoga: The Eternal Light Yoga is infinite, eternal, and endless. Yoga is a consciousness that never sleeps, a life that never dies. It is a light without beginning and without end, which burns eternally in us and around us. The system of Yoga in Daily Life came to Europe through its holy master, Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara Paramahaṁsa Swāmījī Maheśvarānanda Viśvagurujī. Viśvagurujī is the heir to one of the oldest and most prized lineages of Indian spiritual teachers, originating from the Himalayas, from Śrī Alak Purījī, one of the great Siddhas, the Ṛṣi of the Satya Yuga. The authentic knowledge of traditional yoga, which he received from Śrīdev Purījī, Bhagavān Śrīdīp Nārāyaṇ Mahāprabhujī, and his teacher, Hindu Dharmasamrāṭ Paramahaṃsa Svāmījī Madhavānandajī, Viśvagurujī continues to transmit through the system he simply called Yoga in Daily Life. The uniqueness of this system is, in addition to the lineage of the teacher and the tradition of original yoga, its simplicity and applicability, just as the title says, in everyday life. The first contact between Croatia and Swāmījī and Yoga in Daily Life took place in Belgrade. There, in March 1984, two Croats met their saint for the first time and returned to Zagreb as his students. They were Viṣṇupurī and Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara Swāmī Vivekpūrī. In November of the same year, Zagreb students organized the first Croatian seminar in the Sports Hall in Zagreb, on Palmotića Street. It was his first visit to Croatia, and since then he has been a regular guest in Croatia and in Croatian hearts. Since then, Zagreb seminars have been held regularly every year until the beginning of the 1990s. Due to the increasing number of Croats and guests from neighboring countries in search of spirituality and physical, mental, and spiritual health since the beginning of the 90s, seminars in Croatia are held twice a year. At that time, international Yoga in Daily Life seminars were already being held in Tuhlje hot springs, from where, in search of an even larger space, the organization of the seminar under the leadership of Viśvagurujī moved to Istria. But the story did not stop there. Seminars and lectures were held by Viśvagurujī from the start until today, all across Croatia, so he visited Split, Rijeka, Karlovac, Varaždin, and others. Yoga in Daily Life was spread throughout Croatia from Zagreb during those 35 years, and today centers operate in Rijeka, Split, Labin, and Zagreb. Each of these centers operates in its own city, but also in local places and other towns. Yoga in Daily Life centers actively participate in the life of their city and community. Since 1996, Yoga in Daily Life has been practiced as part of the physical education course at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb, and since 1998 at the Prehrambeno-Biotehnološki Fakultet and the Tekstilno-Tehnološki Fakultet in Zagreb. For several years now, it has been available to students of architecture in Zagreb and students in Rijeka. Apart from children and young people, we also take care of the elderly through special programs in Zagreb and Rijeka. Caring for our loved ones is one of the basic principles of yoga, so for a number of years we have been cooperating with associations that help socially vulnerable and sick people. Apart from social programs for the community, Yoga in Daily Life clearly shows its commitment to peace and non-violence. It was in Croatia, in Umag, that the first worldwide multi-religious prayer for peace was held. And from the coast of the Adriatic Sea, prayers have surrounded the whole world since 2001. In the same year, the first edition of the book Yoga in Daily Life in the Croatian language was published in Croatia. That book, in a very short time, became a sought-after bestseller. The first copy, signed by its author Viśvagurujī, was presented to the President of Croatia, Stjepan Mesić. It was the beginning of a friendly relationship, full of mutual respect. In August 2002, the Croatian president expressed his respect for Viśvagurujī by awarding him the highest Croatian recognition for his humanitarian work. In the autumn of 2002, President Mesić honored His Holiness Viśvagurujī with the Order of the Croatian Danica with the image of Katarina Zrinska, the highest order in Croatia for humanitarian work. A few months later, during his official visit to India, President Mesić, via the Croatian embassy, visited the educational and research center founded by Viśvagurujī in Rajasthan. The Indian media recorded it as the first visit of a Western president to an Indian spiritual center. In 2005, Croatia had the immense honor of organizing the World Peace Summit, Śrī Svāmī Mādhavānanda, which was attended by numerous prominent figures from all over the world, and which is recorded in national history as the first peace summit ever held in Croatia. Together with President Mesić, Viśvagurujī also visited the Croatian Parliament. During the Zagreb Summit, just like at the international yoga seminar in Čakovec, Viśvagurujī planted the first two trees of peace. Since then, it has become a tradition for every visit to a city. In February 2006, the program "Yoga for Spiritual Practitioners" was successfully completed. This three-year Yoga in Daily Life program, carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, passed a hundred spiritual practitioners from all parts of Croatia in order to learn how to deal with stress and improve concentration and learning ability. In the summer of that year, yoga was for the first time practiced free of charge in all Croatian parks and beaches as part of Yoga in Daily Life, and numerous Croats became acquainted with this system through this program. In June 2006, World Peace Day was first marked with prayers and beneficial programs around the world, a tradition that continues to this day. At a one-day conference, the Day of Non-Violence for World Peace, on November 2, 2010, the World Day of Non-Violence was marked. At that event, thousands of people from Croatia and Europe clearly said yes to peace and non-violence. President Ivo Josipović gave his high praise to the event, and an olive tree was planted at the center of the event. At the end of the day, thousands of participants lowered lit candles into the sea as a symbol of peace and light flourishing there. In Croatia, we follow the international initiatives of Yoga in Daily Life under the names of planting trees and saving birds, so over the last decade, more than 1,000 trees have been planted throughout Croatia. We also celebrated the 30th anniversary by planting more than 500 orchards of wild fruits in the Kopački Rit Nature Park. In honor of Svāmījī, the order of the tree was named the Order of Peace Paramahaṁsa Svāmījī Maheśvarānanda. Since the 21st of June, the International Day of Yoga, we regularly commemorate that day, and in cooperation with the Indian Embassy in Croatia, we organize a number of cultural and educational programs. In May 2018, the instructors and assistants of the Yoga in Daily Life system in Croatia completed a one-year intensive program of professional development for yoga instructors, which was developed in accordance with the Croatian national curricular framework. This program was approved by the Ministry of Science and Education, and its recommendation was given by the state agency for vocational education and education of adults. We practice yoga at various festivals, in hospitals, schools, faculties, prisons, asylums, police academies, retirement homes, city markets, and in nature—everywhere—because Yoga in Daily Life is for everyone. It is a system aimed at achieving physical, mental, spiritual, and social health, whose benefits will be felt by every practitioner, regardless of their physical condition, age, or gender. In 35 years, hundreds of thousands of people have passed through the classes of Yoga in Daily Life, and many of them were initially inspired by the meeting with the author of this system, Viśvagurujī. The light of yoga and Sanātana Dharma settled in Croatia thirty-five years ago, and since then, it has never ceased to shine in our beautiful country. And we can express our gratitude to Svāmījī and all the teachers of the Śrī Alak Purījī Siddhārtha Pīṭha Paramparā only by preserving that light and carrying it forward, just as we have received it. Address by the President of Yoga in Daily Life Split We would like to ask Mr. Marjan Gavrančić, President of Yoga in Daily Life Split, to speak. Respected Viśvagurujī, Respected Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara Swāmī Vivekpūrī, Respected Guzvanījī, Respected Guests, respected sannyāsīs, respected representatives of other yoga schools, and representatives of the media. Ladies and gentlemen, good evening and welcome. As you saw from our short presentation, Yoga in Daily Life has many reasons to celebrate this year: fifty years of practicing according to Yoga in Daily Life around the world, and 35 years of practice in the same system in Croatia. I would like to mention right away that in Split, we have been practicing the same system for 23 years, since 1996. The program of celebrations began a few days ago in Zagreb with a seminar and a lecture. We started a few days ago in Zagreb with a public lecture and a Viśvagurujī seminar. After that, in Samobor, Viśvagurujī planted a peace tree alley and also held a public lecture. And the best for last—sugar comes last, as we could say—is this program in Split. Whenever Viśvagurujī travels around the world, wherever he can, he takes the opportunity to plant a peace tree. The tree is only a symbol of Viśvagurujī’s strive to awaken in people the idea and need for preserving world peace. Twelve years ago, Viśvagurujī was in Split, and along with the mayor, he planted a peace tree, an olive peace tree. Viśvagurujī is the author of the system Yoga in Daily Life, one of the most recognized yoga systems in the world. He designed this system. One of the ideas and missions was to preserve the original science and knowledge of yoga as it is, and at the same time, he adjusted that ancient knowledge to the needs of modern men and women. As you could see from the film, in these 35 years in Croatia, Yoga in Daily Life, as a non-governmental organization, created and held many programs. One of those is free yoga exercises in parks, and here in Split on the shore of the Adriatic coast. We have held these free classes for almost 15 years now: free classes for elderly people, free classes for unemployed people, yoga for children, and many, many other programs. You could see in the film information about many humanitarian actions and initiatives by the members of Yoga in Daily Life. And of course, everything that was achieved during these 35 years in Croatia was made possible through the vision and the blessings of one man: Viśvaguru Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara Paramahaṁsa Svāmī Maheśvarānanda. Thank you, Marjan. Now we invite Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara Swāmī Vivekpūrī, the leader of Yoga in Daily Life in Croatia. You can give him a round of applause. Address by Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara Swāmī Vivekpūrī Hello, Viśvagurujī. Hello, dear friends. I am very glad that I could be here today in Split. As Marjan said, sugar comes last, but that is not true. Because Split is known as a heart. And when you look at our book, Hidden Powers in Humans, when you come to the Ājñā Chakra, you have to come back to the heart, and from the heart, we go back up. So, when we do everything from our mind, from our head, it’s very precise and correct, but cold. This beautiful playing of the piano you could hear today—maybe a computer could do it more perfectly, but there is no personal touch. So these twenty-some years of Yoga in Daily Life in Split have had very much heart in them, and I’m very glad to be here tonight. This opportunity and this occasion—we don’t call it a public lecture. In our language, it’s called satsaṅg: meeting with the truth, meeting with our inner and true self. Or, better said, it is the association with our friends, after which you feel enriched, filled, full of energy. Even better, it is like a gathering of best friends, after which you feel invigorated, rich, and good. On the other hand, you have kusaṅg. Kusaṅg is that kind of company after which you feel scared, after which you feel depressed. And what we here in Croatia like to say is, if something is good, it will not last. Today we have the opportunity to have satsaṅg and to orient our life towards better things. Yoga is actually an evolution of our consciousness toward the light. And when we speak of yoga centers, we actually speak of āśrams. An ashram is something like a lighthouse. When we want to cross from one shore to another shore, we need a lighthouse, and we also need a captain who will manage our boat. And today we have that here in Split. I’m very glad that we are here in this beautiful hall, that our friends organized everything so beautifully, and I hope that we will all enjoy it. Thank you. Address by the AYUSH Europe Representative Thank you. With us tonight is Mr. Gregor Kos, the representative of AYUSH Europe. It would be nice to hear a few words from him as well. Good evening, welcome. Mr. Gregor Kos, the representative of AYUSH. Thank you. Most respected Viśvagurujī, respected Vivekpūrījī, dear yoga brothers and sisters. Allow me to speak in English even though I am your neighbor from Slovenia. We have heard several numbers this evening already, but I would also like to mention that this year we are also celebrating 170 years since the birth of the great Mahātmā Gāndhījī. Just this year, we, together with Viśvagurujī, celebrated also the great Kumbha Melā in Prayāg (Ilāhābād) in India. But most importantly, I would like to congratulate all of you, dear yoga sisters and brothers in Croatia, for the great 35 years of Yoga in Daily Life in Croatia. Just a few weeks ago, we celebrated 30 years of Yoga in Daily Life in Slovenia. Thirty years ago, there were 3 or 4 disciples of Yoga in Daily Life in Slovenia. One of them is here tonight with us, Vasiṣṭa, my dear brother from Slovenia. I just learned today that he became a disciple of Swāmījī in Zagreb, in Croatia. So we are always very much connected. One very important thing, which we also congratulate you, dear yoga sisters and brothers in Croatia, is that you have two Mahāmaṇḍaleśvaras, which is a great honor not only for you, but for all this region and for all Europe. In all those years when we were together practicing yoga, many things have changed: the names of our countries, the names of our currencies; we don’t even remember the names of our presidents anymore. But most importantly, we have changed. We have become better humans. Thank you, Viśvagurujī, for guiding us to become better humans. Thank you very much. Satsaṅg with Viśvagurujī And now we ask Viśvagurujī to join us on the stage. First of all, I will chant some mantras. These are holy divine hymns to purify the energy. Oṃ Śubham Karoti Kalyāṇam, Ārogyaṁ Dhana Sampadā, Śatrubuddhi Vināśāya, Dīpa Jyotiḥ Namostute. Dīpa Jyoti Parabrahma, Dīpaṃ Sarve Mohanam, Dīpana Sajjate Sarvaṃ Sandhyā, Dīpaṃ Sarva Satyam. Oṃ Śāntiḥ, Śāntiḥ, Śāntiḥ. Good evening, dear sisters and brothers, citizens of Split, and many other brothers and sisters from other parts of your country. I am very happy to be again in this beautiful city. Today is about knowing more about yoga. I heard just now that we have many yoga centers here. You are all very lucky, that in many places they are doing yoga practice. This city is lucky. Yoga is here like the stars in the sky. And I am very, very happy to see all of you, many of my bhaktas, friends. My coming, always for the last 35 years in your country, has been about yoga. Thirty-five years, and still the yoga is not enough. I think many lives I will still need to complete with yoga. For example, you have in your body seventy-two thousand nerve systems. We don’t know how God, or whatever you think, developed so many nerve systems in the mother’s body. And there are many energy chakras. Many, many chakras. Just in our palm, for example, maybe two or three thousand chakras. We don’t know, and definitely I did not count them. I did not look at it. But the masters say, the master that is called Trikāla Darśī. Trikāla Darśī means one who sees three times: past, present, and future. If you are a perfect yogī, or you call a guru, then we are the luckiest of the lucky people. We are searching for that master who knows about the past, present, and future. That is called the guru. The other is called the disciple, student, etc. We are learning. And we don’t know; in this life, we will know. My dear sisters and brothers, I am sure that many of you know about yoga very much. That science of yoga has come like a beautiful sunrise in Europe, in this part of the world. If you want to systematically learn yoga, then you should come to Europe. In India we also have it, but they are losing it. There are many yogīs in the Himalayas, and there are many yogīs in different parts, but the younger generation does not want to learn. They want to have something different. But there is no duality: west or east, north or south, male or female. Part 2: The 8.4 Million Forms of Life and the Path of Yoga There is a saying: there are 8.4 million different creatures. If you do not believe me, please begin counting now. When you have finished counting completely, then tell me if you had some left over or too few. You will ask me, "Swamiji, do you know? Did you count them?" To tell the truth, I did not count; I did not ask. But that Guru, that Master—he who knows the past, present, and future—he can tell us everything. These are called the three different kinds of life: Jalchur, Thalchur, and Nabachār. The creatures in the water, on and in the earth, and in the space. These three are all counted as 8.4 million different creatures. Some of you may say, "He comes to teach us yoga, and now he is counting something." Yoga is not just an exercise, prāṇāyāma, or meditation; it is entire, it is everything. Out of these 8.4 million, one is the human. This human has that knowledge. They can know everything. It is within us. You have everything, and I do too, but we have lost it. We do not know. We humans are mostly always looking outside; we should look within ourselves. In doing so, we become a yogī. So the Master, again, everyone said, "I am the Guru." Yes, without a Guru, nothing happens, especially in Europe. Without a Guru, no one can do anything. So, the definition of the Guru. I can tell you a little. I think it is okay. The first Guru or first God, it is said in the Upaniṣad: "Mātṛ Devo Bhava"—the first god is the mother. Boys, please do not say that we are the best. Of course, I will bring you also to a high position. But the mother: "Pitṛ Devo Bhava"; then the father is God. "Ācārya Devo Bhava"; then our teacher, and our Guru. So we are learning. The mother is our first Guru, the father is the first, then friends and teachers, etc. Now, in your country, without a guru you cannot get any diploma or certificate. If someone tries to do something, it is not accepted. Let us say someone is working with electronics here, but you have no diploma, you have no certificate. They will not let you touch the cables. You have to go to school. You begin with what you call kindergarten, and it all started from kindergarten. From birth until you become a professor, a doctor, a surgeon, etc., because you learned from him; he is our Guru. When you are perfect, then you are a guru. Otherwise, not. Similarly, there is a spiritual guru, the yogic guru, the religious guru. Religion is not like this thing we are fighting about. Religion means relation: the relation to all creatures and all beings, to God. So, yoga. Therefore, one should not say, "I am the guru, I am a spiritual teacher." On that day when my Gurujī will give me the past, present, and future, then it will be different. But what the Guru gave us, we should give and teach. So, practice yoga. Our body, the human body, is very powerful. There are five kośas, five bodies. You all have five bodies. The first body is called Annamaya Kośa. Annamaya Kośa means the physical body. Then comes Prāṇamaya Kośa: prāṇa, energy. You are all sitting here with power, energy. When we are ill, something happens, we have no energy. So the physical body is creating our energy body, and the energy body controls our physical body. So we must have prāṇa. We are walking, swimming, running, eating good things, and we have energy. So the nourishing body, the energy body. But stronger than that is the third one, called the mental body: Manomaya Kośa, the mind. The mind is very strong for us. I just now told before this question, our mind is very strong, close, and quick. I can send you somewhere within no time. Our mind, for example: we are sitting here, and I said, "You just let us sit in Budapest." We are sitting here, but now our brain is already in Budapest. We can go to the sun, to the moon, to Jupiter. Our mind can make us anything. And when the mind is mad, it can also do many different things. So, my dear ones, first is our body, our energy. Second, we need good nutrition. We have no good nutrition now in this age. Our food is not good, water is not good, air is not good. That is the problem. After energy, the mind, then comes the knowledge. Knowledge, and that knowledge which you have to learn from your guru. You did not get one car; you have no car, and you are 50 years old. Now you think, "I will have a car." Of course, you can buy it; you have money. But you cannot sit on the road and drive. You need a guru. So the teacher is teaching us how to drive. Now look, please, at our brain, our mind. What is happening? Our driving teacher, within ten days or one month, can teach us to drive. It is the same brain, same mind, but the master was not there. So we have that power—our prāṇa, mind—but we need that training of the master that we call the guru. And Annamaya Kośa, Prāṇamaya Kośa, Manomaya Kośa, Vijñānamaya Kośa, and Ānandamaya Kośa. Then the happiness, joy, blessings, or liberation. This is one thing that I am talking about. Now, second, though I am telling everything, we again have to come to our body. We need exercise, and so we are giving āsanas, prāṇāyāma. Now, it is not for one week. You go once a week to yoga, every Thursday or Friday or Sunday. You go for yoga, and what about the next days? "I do not go." Then you do not know yoga. You do not know what yoga is. Therefore, you have here, there was written, "Yoga in Daily Life." What does yoga mean in daily life? Yoga is yoga. But why do I tell something? Practice yoga every day, called yoga in daily life. If you practice every day, you will get everything, and if you do it once, you get nothing. For example, you should practice every day, and one day if you do not practice because you have no time, I understand. Because I have no time, no problem. I will also not eat. Why? Because I have no time to eat. If you can have no time for yoga, but you have time for eating, then it is not right. So therefore, whatever you do, yoga is our life. There is nothing else. It is your life to become healthy. You should have a long life, and you try to be away from diseases, but of course there are certain diseases which have to come. There are some yogīs who are very, very old. Day before yesterday, I saw somewhere that a six-thousand-year-old yogī was sitting there in the Himalaya. They saw him very clearly. His hands and everything became just bones. But in his consciousness, in his brain, everything is alive, and hair is growing and growing. Of course, you will not believe. I cannot believe. I saw it, and many people were there. It is in the Himalayas, near Badrinath. So, where, how, why? That was a yogī. But I tell you, my dear, we should not live six thousand years. We will come again, young. We will have a nice mother, and we will play anyhow. Life is very important for us. Healthy through the exercise: Prāṇāyāma, Annamaya Kośa, and Prāṇamaya Kośa. So the nourishment which we are taking, our body and movements and breathing, etc., is prāṇa. Many people now have cancer, and this is our mistake. Our food is not good, the air is not good, and there is junk food. You know, our tongue is a very, very personal thing which wants to eat and eat. But the taste is only in the mouth. As soon as it passes through the throat, there is no more taste. When it passes down, it turns into something we call cancer. I give you that one month, every day you practice yoga, very simple, very simple. Not going to the head, down and down. No, standing on the hands, no. You can, you can do it, but you must not be. So, I give you today one exercise. Would you like to do it? Only four people said so. The four will do; others will not. Yes, practical. Very practical. I will not give you troubles at all. Remain seated. What do you want more? Sitting like this and doing yoga, what a beautiful thing. But one thing you should do: sit straight. It is a chair, your chair. You can do it in your office. One minute, two minutes, etc. Okay? So one is, while sitting, your grandmother, grandfather, great-grandfather, you can exercise these two. And the young people can do many problems, go on. We do it? Should I levitate them? Today, not. Okay. To give them levitation, but not today. Oh, God. It was such a... We lost... It was very easy to do it. It was very easy to do it. Anyhow. Okay. Are you breathing or not now? Are you breathing now? Yes. You live. Are you alive? Are you alive? Oh, thank you. Come on. Then, hands up. Inhale. And touch the fingers. And hands down. Was it difficult? Now, if you are healthy, we will see. Let the hands up. Look, both hands are equal. Yes, very good. And now. Someone said it is not allowed to make the photo, but they missed it. Once more. How beautiful. How many people are here? 200? More? So you have 200 hands? 200 people, how many hands? 200. Thank you. So, while sitting, make a joke. But it does good to your body. And I will give you something which will protect us from cancer and many things. But I am coming slowly, slowly. I am telling my telephone, "Do not do." So, there is a very important technique coming. So, once more, and two. Very good. Was it difficult? If it is difficult, then I will run away. Second, hands touching our shoulders. And please be careful. Do not touch your hands to others. So, one for one now. Come on, like this. One and two. One. Two. One. And two. Grandmothers, relax. Grandfathers, relax. Yoga is so easy. Oh God, I did not think that yoga is so easy. Very good. Again. One, one, and two. Ten, ten times. You can look at your television or do something, but we can do this exercise. Then comes something very, very easy, but very powerful. How many of you have back pain? Someone, can you put your hand up, please? Thank you. Of course, it is your body. We have the problem, but now I am going to tell you that after one week, you will see how your back problem is gone. And if not, then I will be in the Czech Republic. You can come there. So, again, touch the fingers, and now touch your elbows. And then go up and rotate. One, slowly. And if it is painful, do not do it. If it is painful, do not work, and do not lean on the chair. Very good. Now again, touch the elbows and down to up. Very good. Hands down. We do not need too much space. It does not cost us money. We are getting healthy, we are practicing yoga, and you see how it is now. Also, once more. One. Not too much, otherwise you will have a problem. And slowly. And decide. Because someone was thinking he is talking about how many nerves and bones, and guru and consciousness. So I come down. Very good. Relax. Do you have the knees? Then please like this. Not touching like this. It can be, but it will be more back problem. Very easy. One, and slowly touch your toes. Exhaling, hands going sidewards. Hands up, and down. One. Two. Three, and four. Remember what we did until I come back again to this. When I come back to Split, practice until then, and you will see how you are strong and younger. I will say, where is that elderly person? No, he became younger. Thanks to God. Okay, now one very important thing is coming: getting migraines, what we call our tension and mental problems, many things, and protecting against many diseases. Especially, it must not be, please, but it is possible; many, many can be cured. And so, nowadays, the cancer problem—where are you going? And in the beginning, if people are doing this, we will be protected. Now, you know the Sanskrit language. Every language is a good language, even the bird’s language, even the fish’s language, even the ants have language, but we are talking about ourselves. Sanskrit language is the mother of all languages. It is said that the best language is that one which works with both hemispheres. Both sides are active. When you are sleeping, or dreaming, or talking in your sleep, or singing, or writing, or being a musician, in all of this, both hemispheres are balancing together. That language is the best one. There are only a few languages, and the best is Sanskrit. Those who know about these languages, the professors and so on, you can ask them. Similarly, you do not go. Now it is very important. Tell him to come back. Yes, he should come back because he is most powerful... So, touch your hand on your navel. We came from that seed from the astral world, with this water, and so on. So here now, hold your hand here, and whatever I will tell you, you should speak also, and see if your devil is moving or not. Listen here nicely, do not press, do not pull like this, just like... So it is said, "The chocolate milk coffee split, my friend. My father, who are you?" "Oh, I am your friend." Good. All right. Touch, touch your ear. Do you feel? All the time, the navel is moving. But there are, Sanskrit has 52 alphabets. And there are certain cases where the navel cannot move, and the tongue does not move. Otherwise, many times when we are talking, the tongue is moving. And this will help you very much for a child who cannot speak. It will come, speaking. So once more, again. Apple, milk, butter, bread, chocolate. I do not want to eat. I am hungry, please give me. Moving or not? But now, in this letter, which I am telling, that please, you should practice 11 times a day. Morning, noon time, and evening. See what happens in you. Good quality. And it is not hidden. I am a student. You are a student. My Gurujī is there. So one day you or I will become a guru, but we must practice. If I give you something and someone can practice and give it further to others, why not? Great. So, again, 52 letters, and the first one is called A. Look on the navel, no movement. And tongue, where is the tongue? Lying. First alphabet. That is the navel. Then this prāṇa comes to the heart. Viśuddhi cakra. The navel was not moving. We have to give to the children. That is why in this school, this alphabet comes first. Third one, vocal cord. Then automatically, with our lips, it becomes "ring." Circle. Did you catch it? Now I was in Zagreb. More than half an hour. In Zagreb, they did not understand, but the split is very good. They split it. So, is it not finished? After that, automatically, it will come to the vocal cord, to the Ājñā Cakra, and then from there it will go to the Sahasrāra Cakra. All healing cakras. Very, very good. Very good. And now comes from the vocal cord to the Ājñā Cakra. Now place your right hand here. No pressure. Just gently feel. When children cannot learn, read, or remember, this is activating our brain. So, how will these five points come? Navel, heart, vocal cord, ājñā cakra, and the top of the head, sahasrāra cakra. You will feel, now you have learned, after it will be so smoothly, in your body many, many problems will disappear. And those who are not getting, then I have to come again. So, I will do first. You only listen. One breath. Do not lean. You are young boys. All ladies are sitting straight. Ladies, sit straight, and you young boys are on your knees. Otherwise, ladies will say, "Come on, boys, just a joke. Let us go." Let your hand be on your head all the time. Very good, normal breath, lower your hand. So, this is eleven times. After that, you should meditate, but now, what is meditation? Someone says sun rising, some say ocean, some say snow falling. Only go within thyself, peace. I am within myself. Whenever some thoughts come and you go out, say to yourself for a few minutes, relax. And then you do your work. Before beginning, at least for a few minutes, calm your body, calm everything. And eleven times. Then you will see what happens in your body, and you can give any other one. If one does not do it properly, then it is the wrong side. Like our car gets pinched, air goes out; again we pull it, again it goes out. So we have to practice. It will end. Do not do it after eating. At least one to two hours after. Three times a day if you can do it, otherwise morning and evening. So that is yoga. You cannot imagine. It is like a jungle. That is yoga. Many, many. You will learn. There are many yoga teachers in this city. You have many yogas in daily life also. One yoga teacher to another yoga teacher, they should work together. We should not say, "No, no. My center is good, and your center is not good." Then where is yoga? Yoga means union. We should all be together. That is it. Support each other, then we will give yoga. My dear, there are so many things to speak, and Anulom Vilom Prāṇāyāma. And with this, think positive, relax, relax... then it is okay. When we have tension, fear, or something is not good, then it is like in the heart also, like this. In our body, different people have different organs to attack. Many have thyroid gland problems. In some way, sometimes, women have a little problem. But many have this because of problems or tensions, or something with the husband. Or your boss, or your neighbor, and you do not want to talk against the negative. But you always have this towards your throat. In many, many organs, everywhere, males and females have the problem. So, relax. You should not shout again. But you should relax with prāṇāyāma. Forget it. Just let it go. Wind comes, and wind goes. Then, no problem. Then, thank you very much. God bless you. God bless you. Nice to see you. And as Almighty will say, I will come. Thank you. God bless you.
