Purification of the body

A guided meditation on relaxing the body and purifying the heart. Sit comfortably with a straight, relaxed posture. Close your eyes and feel the breath. Systematically bring awareness from the toes and feet upward, acknowledging each part as a vital support. The body is a blessing containing the heart, spine, and spiritual centers. Recognize the intricate network of energy, including the Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna channels. Feel your heart and that our mantra, mantras which are given to you by me, Gurujī. Feel happiness, happiness... I am happy, I am happy. You may feel sometimes sweating in the whole body. Why are you sweating? Because you know your mistakes in your heart and in your thoughts, and that’s why you are sweating. You just give up, forgive, relax your heart, my dear. Your mantra, your mantra: Oṁ Prabhudīp Nirañjan Sabdukba, or any other mantras: Oṁ Deveśvar Mahādev, Oṁ Alak Deveśvar Dīp Mahāprabhu Nāma. There are many, many mantras.
