Meditation on Om

A guided meditation on the Guru, the Bindu, and Om.

Sit comfortably and relax the entire body. Chant Om from the navel to the crown. Collect the presence of the merciful Gurudev. The Guru is all holy saints as one. The light and all joy are received from the Gurudev. The eternal light and nectar are given by the living Gurudev. This resonance fills the whole universe. Concentrate on the Gurudev, as no one else leads in this age. The Bindu is nectar, not a chakra. The foundational resonance is Om. The body's boundary dissolves into the universe. One is that Om.

"Don’t run left and right, and so feel your navel."

"Bindu is not a cakra, but nectar."

Sit straight in a meditation posture. Relax. Be very comfortable. Feel, after the prayers, how you feel with the whole body of the prayers. Again, three times from the Nābhi till the Sahasrāra. Om three times. Close your eyes. Be comfortable. Your shoulders are very relaxed. Your neck should be very comfortable. Let your abdomen be very relaxed. Feel your back very comfortable. Also, your legs and fingers. Keep your jaw comfortable. Do not bite your teeth. Relax. Beautiful. Relax, relax, relax. Now we will chant the Om from the Nābhi. Deep inhale, be relaxed. Once more, breathe in and out, and feel your body comfortable. Your fingers are comfortable and relaxed. Keep your palm very relaxed. Do not stretch your palm. Stretch and upwards too much? No. Just half-touch towards your body. You know that from the whole day, now you collect your merciful Gurudev, Bhagavān, Dīp Nārāyaṇa, Mahāprabhujī, Devpurījī, Alakhpurījī, Holy Gurujī. Understand and feel what is the Gurudev. Inhale and exhale. I know that I am inhaling, and I know that I am exhaling. I will be in my ātmā. I will be in my soul. I will be in my eternal being. You are the light. We are with folded hands, mentally. Gurudev, day. Guru means all the holy saints, all are one. And we are now in this generation, in this loka, only because we know our Gurudev. Don’t run left and right, and so feel your navel. Feel your navel, abdomen expanding and contracting, very comfortable. Relax, I am, I am that light, I am in your light, which our Gurudev gave us. Our Gurudev gave us all, all the prāṇas, all the happiness, joy, and light. Prakāśa Puṇya Amṛta Ke Sāgara Śrī Dīpa Harī Mahādānī Hai, Sāre Viśvameṁ Guñj Rahī Prabhu Kī Amar Kahānī Hai. Amar, eternal, the eternal stories once more. Our Satguru Dev Swāmī Madhavānandajī Bhagavān gave us this light: Prakāśa Puṇya, Prakāśa, endless light from Mahāprabhujī. Prakāśa Pañcamṛtake Sāgara, Śrī Dīpa Harī Mahādānī. There is no one more than Mahāprabhujī. He blesses us, gives to us, worships for us. Prakāśa Pañcamṛtake Sāgara, Śrī Dīpa Harī Mahādānī, that is a mercy. We don’t know any gods and any saints. In the past, definitely, it was maybe. But we know that living Gurudev, he has given this immortal Amṛta Sāgara, the ocean of the nectar. What does that mean? Our whole body, all that is in our body, what we call the liquid or water or whatever, that is Amṛta. It is Amṛta. Prakāśa Puñja Amṛta Ke Sāgara Śrī Dīpa Harī Mahādānī Sāre Viśvameṁ. In the whole world, in the whole world, the whole universe, Prakāśa Pañcamṛta Ke Sāgara Śrī Dīpa Harī Mahādānī Hai, Sāre Viśvameṁ Guñj Rahī Hai. Guñj means resonance, light. Prakāśa Pañcamṛtake Sāgara Dīpa Harī Mahādānī Sāre Viśvameṁ Goñja Rahī Prabhu Kī Amara Kahānī. The Mahāprabhujī’s history is eternal, and ever and ever it is, and it will be. Therefore, be that one. Don’t jump here and there. Don’t jump like a monkey, remain peaceful. Nābhi, deep inhale, and then it comes to the Sahasrāra: Nābhi, Anāhata, Viśuddhi. From these three—Nābhi, Anāhata, Viśuddhi—[then] Ājñā Cakra, and Viśuddhi after that. Then, Sahasrāra Cakra, Bindu. Bindu is not a cakra, but nectar. We are going through that. Inhale. Concentrate on the resonance from the Nābhi till Sahasrāra. The whole being, thyself, concentrate on Gurudev. No one will lead us in this Kali Yuga except the Gurudev. And that is the bīja mantra, only that Bindu, Bindu. And that Bindu is—today we will all be chanting, but first listen, and then you follow me. Om. Go ahead from the Nābhi to the Sahasrāra. Go ahead. High resonance. Go ahead. Gurujī has given us Prakāśa Puṇyam Amṛta Kī Sāgara. Sāre viśvam meṁ guñj rahī hai Prabhukī amṛta kahaānī through the mantras only, and only the Om resonance in the whole brain. In the whole head. The highest, the peak, within, in the whole center of the whole space, there is only one bindu, nābha, nāḍī, or only that one oṁ. We always write Om. Om Śānti, Om Harī, Om Tri, Om Kṛīṁ, Kṛīṁ Plīṁ, Om Kṛīṁ, Kṛīṁ Chlīṁ, Rām Ding Dong. But first is the Om. And therefore, you should all know, we have put the foundation of that needle in the center of the earth and in the center of the universe. And that’s only Aum. And therefore, it is said first, "Oṁ Kāra Bindu Sanyuktaṁ Nityaṁ Dhyāyanti Yoginaḥ, Kāmaṁ Mokṣaṁ Cha Vāñchanti, Oṁ Kārāya Namo Namaḥ. Oṁ... Śāntiḥ, Oṁ." This, Oṁ, this is the last. But when we have this, and therefore around the whole world, all yoga and life and all other yogīs and this, everyone, all, they are saying Oṁ and all are saying Oṁ, Harī Oṁ, Harī Rām, Harī Rām, we are that Oṁ. And therefore, now expand ourselves, this Oṁ, Oṁ Prakāśa Bindu Mahāprabhujī, that’s it. So this one is called the resonance which is outside. Outside means the vision of our body. Only in our body, outside is nothing. As soon as it goes out of our body, it is the whole universe. But then you or we are that one in this, and there are different Bindus. So today is this. Tomorrow, I will explain another point to you again. Then we will say, yes, all at our Gurudev said, "One in all and all in one." Om Śānti, Śānti,... O Śānti, Hei Ney Abba. There is no more Śānti. If your name is Śānti or you have a Śānti, then why are you angry? Why are you writing this and that and that? You are not a Śāntī. A śānti. And we don’t want a śānti. So, let it be without śānti. Finished. That is the joy. Okay? Peace. Joy. And there is another bindu in this, and that is what I said already. Oṁ Kāra Bindu Sanyuktaṁ Nityaṁ Dhyāyanti Yogī. That’s it. Yogī. We are yogī. We are not a bhogī. You know what is a bhogī? Ah, running there and there and there. I want to have this. I will have this. I am good. I am doing. That’s what that is. Finished. You know, there is a grass, very nice. And that is a very good śloka. I am looking for that śloka. And so, that gives a beautiful flower, and that is just flowering. And that’s called, we call it the old woman’s. Yes, Premanājī? Yes. Yes, the old woman’s hair. But this is not, but this is not, these women have the best hair. You must know the beautiful hair. You should ask about this hair from your great-grandmother. Mother, how many years were these hairs with you, blowing out everywhere, yeah? So it is said, the, the, what is said, Premānandajī? He is good. Om Purī will write, I know. Well, so tomorrow be ready, okay? And therefore, you should write powerful bhajans, okay? Come on. Kī Jaya. Śrī Devaśvara Mahādeva, Kī Jaya. Oh, good hour. Good hour, good hour. Śrī Satguru Svāmī Madhavānandajī Bhagavān, Kī Jaya. Vishwaguru Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara, Svāmī Maheśvarānandajī Mahārāj, Kī Jaya.
