Feel the vibration of the Mantra

The resonance of divine purification through mantra awakens inner vibration.

Chant the Gāyatrī Mantra. Feel the vibration in each cell, from earth to cosmos. The real meaning is this felt vibration, not words. It purifies the whole body, removing negative thoughts. Place the right hand on the navel. The left hand forms a mudrā. Chant Rām from the navel. The navel is the center of the universe, a fine light in every being. This vibration awakens cakras from the navel to the Sahasrāra. All brain centers awaken, bringing memory, peace, harmony. Unify Rāma and Oṁ, feel oneness. This mantric practice cleanses all negativity, all painful things. Love all creatures; they are the love of God. Do not kill or eat any creature. You are the divine now. Go into your room. Do not meet together, do not sing or eat together.

"The real meaning is what we experience after chanting: we feel a vibration in the whole body, in each and every cell."

"You are the divine now. And so ... don't kill any creatures. Don't eat any creatures."

First, we will chant the Gāyatrī Mantra for everyone, invoking peace for the whole world, from the earth to the cosmos. This mantra is very powerful, very good. So let us all begin to sing. Oṃ Bhūr Bhuvaḥ Svaḥ Tat Savitur Vareṇyaṃ Bhargo Devasya Dhīmahi Dhiyo Yo Naḥ Pracodayāt Oṃ Feel, in your whole body, the mantra we were just chanting. Each and every cell in the body resonates beautifully, from the earth to the cosmos. This is a mantra from the Vedas. It has many, many meanings, but the real meaning is what we experience after chanting: we feel a vibration in the whole body, in each and every cell, each and every muscle, each and every part. That is the reality of this mantra. Only through this mantra can you know what it is. Everyone describes it differently, but in reality, it is a feeling. Each and every hair on the body is vibrating with these mantras. Be relaxed, be thyself. We are in this beautiful, holy āśram. We honor Bhagavān, Devādideva, Deveśvara Mahādeva, Ārādhi Bhagavān, Dīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī, and our divine Satguru Dev, Hindu Dharma Samrāṭ Satguru Svāmī Madhavānandajī Bhagavān, and all of you. You are living now in your body. Feel your body. All negative thoughts are gone. There is a wonderful feeling, a vibration in the whole body. Bhargo devasya dhīmahi dhiyo yo naḥ pracodayāt. Oṃ bhūr bhuvaḥ svaḥ tat savitur vareṇyam bhargo devasya dhīmahi dhiyo yo naḥ pracodayāt. Oṃ Bhūr Bhuvaḥ Svaḥ Tat Savitur Vareṇyaṃ Bhargo Devasya Dhīmahi Dhiyo Yo Naḥ Pracodayāt. Oṁ bhūr bhuvaḥ svaḥ tat savitur vareṇyaṁ bhargo devasya dhīmahi dhiyo yo naḥ pracodayāt. Oh, feel the vibration in your whole body. Be thyself. Each and every cell of the body is vibrating with this mantra. Peace, peace. It is the purification of the whole body. It is all the stars, the moon, and the power of Sūrya Nārāyaṇa. Bhagavān Sūrya, light, brilliant. Nothing is negative or dark within ourselves. Now, place your right hand on your navel. Be very comfortable and relaxed; don’t apply any pressure. The left hand forms a mudrā, with the thumb and index finger joined. Feel happiness and joy. All the organs of the body, the many within us, shall receive this peace, harmony, and energy. This is called the mantra in the navel, the Nābhi: Rām. This is the mantra, Rām. Bhagavān Rāma is also residing here and has given his name as Rāma. It is beyond death. Rām, Rām. Ram, go ahead, Ram, Ram... feel the vibration in the whole body. Ram is that navel, and the navel is the seed. That seed is the center of the universe. In each and every living being is that one, a fine, very fine light, and that is the power in the whole universe. It is within, deeper than the mantra we were reciting before. This is the Rāma. Rām Rām... This resonance from the navel, according to the Kriyā Śaktis, involves all the Kuṇḍalinīs, whose center is in the navel. Is there an awakening or a vibration in our whole brain? In the last few days, I have been, again, going within, and it is said that all of our brain centers are awakening in the best way. So there is memory, peace, harmony, balance, and no more negative thoughts in the brain. Go ahead from the navel till the Sahasrāra Cakra. From the navel, through Anāhata, Viśuddhi, Ājñā, Bindu, and Sahasrāra, these cakras are very, very powerful. Every chakra is powerful. There are Svādhiṣṭhāna, Mūlādhāra, etc. But these are the centers for the yogīs, for practitioners; everything is there. Let’s go again to the resonance of the Rām. Ram, Ram... in the whole body, peace, bliss, and the result of the divine cosmic self. The whole body, all vibrations, feel the love for all creatures. These creatures, they are the love of God. Bless them, feed them, love them, but don’t kill them. Feel in your body that you are not a killer. We are not the shelters, the salters. That is, we are not faltering. Rām, Rām, Rām. God has given the human the ability to come back to the Supreme, the Highest. Purify your body. Purify your thinking. Purify your thoughts, your love, your peace. Ra, ra. And now place your hands on your knees. The thumb and index finger are closed. Your palms, your hands are comfortable and relaxed. Elbows relaxed, wrists relaxed, fingers relaxed. The whole trunk of the body is relaxed: shoulders, arms, our neck, our jaw, and our breath. Now, these were the two parts, and coming now is something very pure—that is this mantra: Rāma and Oṁ are the same. Come from the navel again, feel the oneness, both the Rāma and Oṁ. All are in one light. In Kuṇḍalinī sādhanā, one has to come within; you can manipulate this in a positive way, that awakening from the navel up to the Sahasrāra Chakra. Om. And so, the third mantra. These are all mantras for purification: of negative energy, negative thoughts, negative feelings, and any kind of painful things. All our bhaktas, all humans should be cleansed with this. But that will be, and we should not kill any creatures. Don’t eat any creatures. You are the divine now. And so, let us chant: Gurudev Oṃ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhudīp Nārāyaṇa... Hamsābdāsa Prabhu Śaraṇa Parāyaṇam. Namāyo Namaḥ Śrī Prabhudīp Nārāyaṇam. Purification Oṃ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhudīp Nārāyaṇam... Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhudīpa Nārāyaṇam... Saba Dāsa Prabhu, Śaraṇa Parāyaṇam. Hama Saba, Śaraṇa Parāyaṇam. Oṃ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhudīpa, Oṃ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhudīpa Nārāyaṇa. Dīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavān Kī, Devādhi Deva, Deveśvara Mahādeva, Harādhi Bhagavān, Dīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī Kī. Satguru Svāmī Madhavānandajī Bhagavān Kī, Śaṅkarācārya Bhagavān Kī. And now, with this bhajana, with each and every cell in the body, come on. Oṁ Bali Siddhi Nārāyaṇa Bhagavānī Kī Jai. Śrī Dveśvara Mahādeva Kī Jai. Satguru Svāmī Madhavānanda Bhagavānī Kī Jai. Viśvaguru Mahāmaṇḍaleśvara, Svāmī Maheśvarānandajī, Yogī Rājī Kī Jai. Oṁ bali siddhi praṇām, bhagavāne kī jai. Suśitveśvaramadeva kī jai. Heṇudāṁ Samurāj, Sattva Guru, Svāmī Mādhavānandajī, Bhagavāne Kī Jai. Viśvaguru, Mahāmaṇḍaleśvar, Svāmī Maheśvarānandajī, Yogī Rājī Kī Jai. Thank you. Have a nice evening. And it is said that everybody should go into their room, everywhere. It has already been one and a half months. Everyone has their own house. So if you have a house, go there. Don’t talk outside, don’t meet together. Whenever I see from outside, I see people there singing together, sitting and eating, and meeting and eating. So this is finished.
