The land of the Strilky Ashram

A sacred place is imbued with a saint's enduring spiritual presence. The energy from where a holy person walks enters the earth and remains for ages. This location is connected to the Guru across space through Guru Pūrṇimā and satsang. It is a high spiritual place for practice, where one may even see visions of the saint who stayed here. Touching this earth connects one to its pure energy. The value of being here is divine, beyond any monetary cost. We are in this spiritual environment together, as if in a pond, regardless of our activity. The Guru is always present.

"The energy from where a holy person walks and steps goes deep into the earth. It does not matter how many ages pass; it will remain."

"Spirituality is not money; it is the divine. The divine is more than gold or diamonds or anything else."

I offer my praṇāma to Paramahadeva, Satguru Swami Madhavānandajī, Bhagavān Alagpurījī Mahādeva, Lālānandajī Mahārāj, Brahmanandajī Mahārāj, Śivānandajī Mahārāj, and all masters. I wish you a beautiful evening. You were very fortunate that after a long time, you were here with me for Guru Pūrṇimā. It was truly great. I recall when our Holy Gurujī was here for Guru Pūrṇimā. The entire garden was full of beautiful flowers of different colours. Our Holī Gurujī was sitting there, and I was sitting beside him. So many people came to receive blessings from Mahāprabhujī, Holī Gurujī. I received a peacock feather and was playing with it. Gurujī had been sitting since about nine in the morning, and by two o'clock, he said to me, "Mahesh, how long will it be? Everyone should sing bhajans. Let's go for half an hour and then come back." But then Gurujī looked towards the back and saw that many more people were still coming. There was no space left; people were everywhere. It was so beautiful—the best Guru Pūrṇimā because Gurujī was here. Later, when we travelled to India, we went from here to Vienna. There were so many people there that everyone stood up. Gurujī remarked that all those behind were hidden. I replied, "Gurujī, there are two possibilities. If they are sitting and you stand up to leave, you might say, 'Maheshwaranand, everyone is sitting. I am standing and leaving, and no one gets up.' If everyone stands, then many people in the back are blocked, and others are moving with their elbows." I said, "Gurujī, I will find a way." Gurujī said, "Yes, Mahesh, you always find a good path." So, from here to the gate, I instructed everyone to please sit down with hands folded so that all could have darśan of our holy Gurujī. It was something beautiful. When Gurujī went to the car, people came from the other side and stood there. This whole area was filled with divine light from Gurujī's presence. Many of you were here at that time. Afterwards, I think after two such occasions, Gurujī called me. He once told me to come for Guru Pūrṇimā in India. I said, "Gurujī, you are in India with all the bhaktas there, and you are also here with so many bhaktas, so I am here." Then one day, about two years later, after the programs, during lunchtime, I asked everyone to go ahead as I wanted to sit peacefully for a while. I sat under a beautiful tree, looking towards this house and the window of the holy Gurujī. As I was looking and thinking of Gurujī, suddenly, as if through a connection like Skype, Gurujī appeared and said, "Mahesh, I think you should come now to Guru Pūrṇimā in India." I awoke and thought, "There must be something to this." I told everyone that this year for Guru Pūrṇimā, I would not be here; I would be in India with Gurujī. Many bhaktas went along. Gurujī was very happy, smiling. When I made praṇām, Gurujī gave blessings, had tears in his eyes, and said, "Mahesh, you have come? Very good. How are your bhaktas?" I said, "You know, Gurujī, why do you ask me?" Gurujī said, "Okay." There is a connection through space between this area here and Jadana Ashram, linked by Guru Pūrṇimā and the satsaṅgas of Holy Gurujī. It is beautiful. This earth where we are sitting is where Gurujī also walked, moving slowly here. Gurujī admired how beautiful these big trees and this palace are. Gurujī said, "Mahesh, it was you. In a past life, you made this castle here." I smiled. Gurujī told many people, and in satsaṅg said, "So maybe this was my karma again here," and it was like that. When we come here, we find one of the highest and most spiritual places for our practice: our Kriyā practice, our āsanas, prāṇāyāma, satsaṅgas—everything. We can all think that perhaps some of you will someday see visions of Holī Gurujī walking here. That will be because such a great saint stayed here; he slept here. I think he stayed for about two weeks or more. Such an amazing saint was here. You are lucky, I am lucky, we were all lucky. And this Mother Earth is ever and ever there. The energy from where a holy person walks and steps goes deep into the earth. It does not matter how many ages pass; it will remain. These energies from all holy saints on this earth—in Europe also, there were many, many holy saints. Do not think of their cloth, their dress, whether they were sannyāsīs, householders, or had families. They were great, great saints. Do not go a different way. Otherwise, it is like lightning. It makes the earth split for a while. A very fine reflection comes out, and there we lose it. It is like a heart attack—sudden, and we do not know when, where, or how. Therefore, it is very important that we look to Mother Earth. If possible, at least for one second or one minute, touch the Earth without shoes or socks, maybe just half a minute. Feel this energy. I told you last year as well that you should touch this earth. This earth here has no negative problems, no different kinds of chemicals. We can take the earth in our hands and wash our hands with it. Yes, take earth from somewhere. We can dig deep somewhere, bring the earth, take a little, and wash our hands. It is something like what we have now with this Corona. Where you are sitting now, there is an immense amount of energy coming. But those who do not understand are gone. It will be as long as we are here. Our dear Pārvatī had a very big thought. There were two or three others going with me, and we were looking for a place near Austria as well, but then it came here. We got it and came here. I stood here and said, "Okay, it’s ours." And so it happened. Money to buy all this? Who had the money? We were about ten people. I said, "Okay, then give the money. Do you have it?" Everyone looked like this, but our dear Pārvatī and her mother gave money. That time was just after the communist era, so it was a very nice atmosphere, but there was little money. Now, all this—I do not know how expensive this part is. Can you imagine? Can you buy this? From there to there, the castle and this... maybe the American president could buy it. What we pay to come here for one week or two weeks is nothing. It is like one drop on a very hot rock in the hot sun—it is gone. But you are lucky. So do not think it is too expensive here. We actually, per day, if we were running a place like this, it might cost 100 euros per day, or in Austria, two or three hundred euros, etc. But we do not count the money. We count this. Spirituality is not money; it is the divine. The divine is more than gold or diamonds or anything else. It is the value of being here and standing on this earth, here, everywhere. So when we are sleeping here, we are here. We should not make a commotion. We are here to be very silent and invite good things. This is very nice, very beautiful. So you are, and I also am, lucky. Pārvatī is still here, and she also bought land—not for herself, but she connected it to this area, the castle, for the money, and we got this land here. It is for us. You cannot imagine how good that is. Our sādhanā, our practice—even when we are running, joking, running, sitting, chatting, sleeping—we are still as if we are all in the ocean, in the water. Or we are in a very big pond. We are all in the pond. So if we are laughing, digging, doing everything, we are still in the pond. It is such a great time for us. Yesterday was Guru Pūrṇimā, and I think Gurujī was present with us. He is always with us. Many elderly people have passed away, and many are here who did not see Gurujī at that time, but they saw him in books and heard his voice—his bhajan's voice. Thanks to God that technology is now like this. We can listen to Gurujī’s voice. So now we will listen to Gurujī’s bhajan. Do you have Holy Gurujī’s voice in your videos or somewhere? Someone will find it from here or there. Until then, you sing one bhajan, okay? On Gurujī’s ṭhāmud. Aha, look, there are great people. Yes, how long? Yes, we should come. Okay. We will now be aiming with a laser, so do not turn back to the tree. Look forward to the altar. Do not look there. You can look this side, but I cannot look there. So, a bhajan from Holī Gurūjī. Sing. Sing the bhajan. Holi, Gurujī, should we sing? Okay, finished? No, it’s okay. You should tell me when I should close my eyes. Rāmāṇajī, uhni prasinte, uhni.
