The stone will melt

A spiritual discourse and bhajan session on realizing the self as the infinite sky.

"Until we do not achieve that sky, we have not achieved. And that achievement is that it is very easy and very difficult."

"One who has some kind of doubt is like a stone. We would like to have the stone in a nice way, but it is not."

A spiritual teacher addresses a gathering, using the metaphor of the sky to describe the pure, limitless Self (Ātmā). He explains that doubt hardens the heart like a stone, preventing merger with this divine reality, and urges listeners to melt their inner rigidity through surrender and devotion. The discourse references saints like Mahāprabhujī and includes the singing of a lengthy, devotional bhajan that celebrates the Guru as the Soul of all moving and non-moving creation.

Om Śāntiḥ, Śāntiḥ... Ārādhyadev, Parabrahmā Paramātmā, Devādidev, Alagpurījī Mahādev, Ārādhyabhagavān, Śrīdevpurīṣa Mahādev, Ārādhyagurudev, Bhagavān, Śrīdīp Nārāyaṇ, Mahāprabhujī kī Jai. We adore our Ārādhyadev, Gurudev, Satgurudev, the Emperor of Hindu Dharma, Satguru Swami Madhvanānjī, Bhagavān, and all the lineages and disciples of our Guru Paramparā. We know that yesterday and the day before, he was speaking about the sky. And now, today, the sky is so beautiful. Sky and sky and sky. So now you have to touch the sky. Until we do not achieve that sky, we have not achieved. And that achievement is that it is very easy and very difficult. We have not yet attained it. It is very difficult and simple to attain. We have to become merged into that sky. It is enough to connect, to unite with that sky. When we put water into a cup of milk, it takes on the colour of the milk. Similarly, we merge into that sky, and that sky will melt into it. Bhagavān Siddhip Nārāyaṇ Mahāprabhujī had many disciples, and one of those disciples is called Śivanandjī Mahārāj or Brahmanandjī. It is said: Prakāś puñj amṛt ke sāgar śrī dīpa hari mahā dhani, sāre viśvame gūñj rahī hai prabhu kī amar kahānī. Our Gurujī, our holy Gurujī, he bestowed his meditation and his knowledge and everything. He said, "People, many cannot understand." Many people cannot understand it. Like Bhagavān Kṛṣṇa—all know who Kṛṣṇa was. But at that time, many did not understand Him. They did not accept Him, but after that, slowly, slowly, all came and merged into Kṛṣṇa. And you know that before that was Bhagavān Śrī Rāma. Rāma also is one of the greatest, and you know that Bhagavān Rāma's disciple, like Kṛṣṇa's Arjuna, and Hanumānjī was great. For Bhagavān Kṛṣṇa in the Mahābhārata, their flag was Hanumanjī. At that time, the flag of Hanumanjī, you can see sometimes in the Mahābhārata's time. In the beginning, nobody will understand someone, but it will take time. Then they will say, "Yes, that was that God." That God was there, but we did not understand that. So, prakāśa puñjaṁ pṛthivī kesāgara—Prakāśa is that sky. Prakāśa is the sky, and it is like an ocean, and that is the ocean of nectar. The nectar which is dropping is like water, like honey. That is the knowledge that within ourselves, when we purify everything, then you get Amṛta. Otherwise, you have doubts. Where is the doubt? Put it out. So, whoever has doubt cannot be in this Amṛta Sāgara. We cannot swim in the Amṛta Sāgara, the ocean of nectar. Otherwise, maybe we are in that ocean, we throw a stone, but it doesn't get anything. It's not melting in the water? No taste of the nectar? Just lying somewhere. So, one who has some kind of doubt is like a stone. We would like to have the stone in a nice way, but it is not. Prakāśa, poñjā, mṛta, keśāgāra, Śrīdīpa, Hari, Mahādhānī—He, Mahāprabhujī, is the giver, and he is a giver and giver. Gurujī said there is no one who is to get it because they are just like a stone. Others, like you, all bhaktas here, you melted into the ocean, or like this beautiful sky. Mahāprabhujī is Giver, Giver, Giver. Understand, understand. Try to understand this. In the whole world, everywhere, there are the words, the sound of that Mahāprabhujī's. And that you have got this seminar. You have filled everything through and through. But how long will you keep it? And so it is the ātmā. We need that soul. The soul is not solid. It is something we don't see. We don't know what it is. We don't know if this is that or that is this. I don't know if it is this or something else. Is this a crown? Or a crown? Or a crown. So, it is also said, Gurujī's disciple, Mahāprabhujī's: Śrī Guru Ātmā Paramātmā Homa Puruṣottama Sakal Jagake Antaryāmī Cāracar kī Ātmā Prabho Cāracar kī Ātmā. It is said, this is this prārthanā, prayer: śrīguru ātmā—if you understand the Gurudeva, then your soul, your ātmā is the Gurudeva. But if our heart is like a stone, then it cannot be. Doubt, get out. If we have doubt, then they will take it out; go out of it. So, we are this one stone, and this stone will be melted through yourself. And what is that? Give up all these negative thoughts. Prakāśa, it should be Prakāśa within us. So, Śrī Guru Ātmā, Paramātmā, it is Paramātmā, the highest one. Paramātmā, that means Param, and that Param is beyond, beyond this whole sky now. So, Śhrī Guru Ātmā, Paramātmā, Ho Mahātmā, and that is Mahā Ātmā. Mahā means the greatest. So you know that the world has given the name to Gandhījī. And Gandhiji's name is what they said, Mahātmā. Mahātmā Gandhiji. Mahātmā Gandhījī. Mahatma Gandhījī, that Mahātmā, that is a great person, and very simple, very simple. So we shall try to begin. We also, like Mahatma, we call a lot in our language. And all sadhus we call Mahātma. And this Mahātma, we have to become the Mahātma. Śrī Guru, Ātmā, Paramātmā, Mahātma, that will make you Mahātma, great, and this will help you become a Mahātma. Ātmā Paramātmā Śrī Guru Ātmā Paramātmā Homa Ātmā Puruṣottama Sakal Jagake Antra Jāmī Chara Charkiyā. And that one, everyone's face when they look, they see. They have all become that light of that Ātmā, our Ātmā. So we were here, and we practiced. You had so many mantras, a lot of thinking. How to become great, how to become happy, how to become divine, how to become pure. Many, many things, and that we were in this boat of the cosmic. Ultimately, in the ship of the Cosmic Being. So, Śrī Guru Ātmā Parmātmā Ho Mātma Puruṣottama Sakaljagke Yantrajāmī Cāracarkī Ātmā. And so, it is said, all, all, we are, we are the Prakāśa of all. That all these greats, we are all, you and me, we are like this. And we hope one day we will see that face. And so it is there, chara and achara, chara and achara. One is the chara and the achara. So that is which is movable and immovable, that oneness that we have to become. And we have to become those who are in unity. Yes, that is the Ātmā of all creatures. And this is the Ātmā of all creation. Then it is said, nabharūpa vyāpo satyayāpo nabharūpa. Nabha is the sky, sky,... nabharūpa. And that is very pure, clear. You are today, you became like this, and you will go and take so pure in your heart, like this sky. And there is not even a little, little bottom. It means our Ātmā, our soul, our self, our thoughts, our feelings should be like this, but it is not easy. Many are sitting here, and still they are like this. I don't want like that. I am better than the other one. How can you tell me? So then we are like iron, and he is called the Iron Man. Or Iron Woman, you know, in London, the Prime Minister in London was the Iron Lady, you know who that was? And the Prime Minister of the British Empire is the Iron Queen, Margaret Thatcher. And the Iron Lady of the Czech, or what we call the German, you see, is melting and is very high, so it is, which is called the iron power. But their heart is melting. So we, from this iron, hard iron, we shall melt it. That's right. Don't take, don't lose it. As far as you will lose your heart, this iron will be like this. And then again with the fire. And that fire is like, even the stones are melting. You know, the fire comes from the earth and big, big rocks, stones, flowing like water. And so our hearts should be always melting, and we are strong now. And for certain things, we are like iron. That's why we call it the Vajranāḍī. Yeah, your Vajranāḍī should be strong. Yes. So, that is what is said in this prayer. So, in this sky, there is a lot of light, there is a lot of light, there is a lot of light, there is a lot of light, there is a lot of light. And so, in this sky, there is one who is still not so far; it will fall down in stones. And it cannot melt. Melt of the happiness, joy, peace, harmony, love, understanding. Knowledge, vijñāna, etc. So, in our heart we have, and when you go home, you will bring great knowledge home. And your family is at home. They are looking forward, and they will be very happy when you come home, and you will come very pure, very humble, great things. That's it. So it is how in our seminars it was. There is endless, endless, and endless of our bhajans and our Gurudev, our disciples. You can see how many, in our books, that great, great knowledge. And you remember that I have translated this bhajan? So, who will sing now? Who will sing, okay? And we should not go quickly, quickly, quickly. We should like this melody. No, this problem has not arisen yet. Take time, take time, take time, take time, take time, take time. Prabhu chara chara ki ātma, nabh rūpa, vyāpo, śāntyā, āpo, vimala, cetāna ātma. Duna dhyana aage, agam jage, nigam se nityayatma. Prabhu, nigam se nityayatma. Go ahead. Adhyātma, Prabhucharacharkī Ātmā Arse Prāmāṇ Āge Pratīt Ho. Adhyātma pratīt ho. Adhyātma nirādhār ho, ādhār ho, eṣa ho, avichal ātmā, eṣa ho, avichal ātmā. Shri Guru, Ātmā, Paramātmā, ho Mahātmā, Puruṣottama, Mahātmā, Puruṣottama, sakala jag ke antara jāmī, charāchara kī ātmā, Prabhu charāchara kī ātmā. Alakadeva Ajabseva Brahmabheva Ātmā Brahmabheva Sunsehopar Prabhujī Sākṣī Śhud Ātmā Prabhu Sākṣī Śhodha Ātmā Śhrī Guru Ātmā Paramātmā O Mahātmā Puruṣhottama Mahātmā Puruṣhottama Sakal jag ke antar jāmī, charā charā kī ātmā. Prabhu chara chara kī ātmā, dhar dhyāna sohā muni mohana. Svarūpa sejā adhyātma, svarūpa sejñā dhyātma. Gurū dīpā khoprā namasyār, āpahī paramātmā. Prabhu āpahī paramātmā, śrī gurū ātmā paramātmā. Mahātma Puruṣottama, sakalajag ke antarjāmī, charā charakī ātmā Prabhu, charā charakī ātmā suratkār, Guru dhyānadārasī, bhavadukasetarī, ātmā Śiva, Nānjī bole āratī Guru Deva, nirguṇa mahātma. Prabhu Deva Nirguṇa Mahātmā Śrī Guru Ātmā Paramātmā Ho Mahātmā Puruṣottama Mahātma Puruṣottama Sakalajag ke antar jāmī cāra cāra kī ātmā Prabhu cāra cāra kī ātmā Śivarānjī Mahārāj Kī Jaya. So this bhajan is so beautiful, so great. Then one who is in this earth, we are in this earth. We are human, and now it has brought us here on this Mother Earth. And it is connected with that cosmic. So it is said, enjoy, enjoy on this earth. Take a lot and a lot of joy in this earth. Give lots and lots of kindness, happiness, joy, and love to all creatures on this earth. So, who understands like this? Such a great saint's prayers—then it is said, "Please give me this prayer, and let me, on this earth, give all creatures from my side immense and immense happiness, joy, good health, and let them live a healthy life." When we go from this world, we don't know how and where, dark, in darkness or in light, meeting some different kind of doubt. So everyone, yogīs don't want to die. That's why automatically their body becomes very great. And it is those ṛṣis, those great saints, through them we are living here, so we should become like that. So we say, "Please, God, give me more and more time, that I can serve all these creatures of yours with great love and great power." And you know, we have a little ill, then we are afraid. Oh God, oh God, please doctor, please, please, can you take my heart and repair it? My kidneys. Yes. Now we know our kidneys, we don't care about. But when the kidney is going to die, then we are running here and there. And we pray for prayer. Oh, doctor, please, my liver. Not only on the kidneys. My liver, please, please. Do you know how many good things we have in our stomach? And so it is called the four different parts of our life. That's called the brain, is called the Brahman. The Brahman. Knowledge. This is the knowledge, the science, everything. So, this is from our neck to the whole head. And that will go with us a lot, a lot. But you know, those who are eating too much of all these animals' meat, then they lose everything. They don't know what they are talking about. And that is called the brain of the dead animals. And that from that brain, which is eating. Yes, animals' brains, they are eating. So, this, our head, is Brahmā. Brahma means pure energy, great things, science, whatever. So that is what God has given us in beauty. Then our two hands. And these two hands are called the warrior. What does the warrior mean? It is the one who protects us. Who carries things? Everything we have protects us. These are our shoulders, our palms, our hands. This is the strength of being in the Divine Light. That is a Śeṣaguru, Ātmā, Paramātmā, Ho Mahātmā, Puruṣottama, Sakala, Jagatkī, Yantra, Jīva, Chara, Achala, Ātmā. This is all in the strength of our hands. For protection, helping. So this is a Brahman and Kṣatriya, and then our whole trunk of the body, farmers. They are giving us nourishment inside and protecting us. So, this is what we get in our body. So this farmer should give good nourishment. Now, there are only so many pesticides. And through that, our whole body is like getting... liver is gone, heart is gone, kidneys are coming, cancer is coming. Why in this part of the body? And it is going into the brain also. So, termites, you know, the wood of the forest—the termite is very small, but it can kill this whole big tree, and it will pull the tree down. That is the illness. And there are different kinds of illness: physical, mental, and many other things. So that is very important. Illness is within us, not outside. Developing there, and therefore it is called Kṣatriya and Vaiśya. And that is the farmer, the giver, everything. And then the third, or fourth, and they are our legs. And our legs, they are always with us, and they work for us in everything. With shoes, without shoes, good earth or dirty earth, naked under the light or dark, we are on this, our foot. Our foot takes us where we want to go. So this is called the four castes, that is a caste, and that is all you are, that. And so the Brahman, the soldiers, the farmers, and our legs, that we should understand. Then there is no one. All humans are human. That's why it is said, out of 8.4 million, one is the human. So it doesn't matter from which country you are, from which part of the world. As humans, we are only human. Therefore, we should not make any differences. And many differences, then you see many people are suffering. And this caste is that: I am best, you are not; I am good. There are many, many things. And people are thinking that they are not good people. All are good. But we have this part, and we want to have these people over, others not. Therefore, we should live long, healthy, and happy, and help others. This is that, this four, this is four, what we call the principles. So that is this. So wish you all the best. There are so many things to speak about. But look at the sky. Can you look for two minutes? But first, we shall tell the Hari Om. Everybody, come good home. And please be careful. And this Korona, Korona... "Na" means no. So, please keep it always this instrument, and don't again go without this and meet with a friend and this and drink the coffee together. And please, when something will come, you see there is nothing, and one comes, a big cobra. What will you do? Oh God, he will run there and there. Or mild or wild, what is that? Gorilla. Do you want a gorilla or a koruna? So, take care, please. Come home safely to all your families, as they are waiting for you. Please drive carefully and do not cause any accident to other people. For those who are staying here, we will continue. And by heart, learn this prayer.
