Be happy be good

A week of spiritual gathering concludes with guidance for integrating the teachings. The knowledge received must move from intellectual understanding into deep consciousness through personal practice and time. Learning is a continuous process from student to mastery, not a declaration of perfection. The diverse practices shared are designed to engage the heart and mind so the essence remains. True meditation is an inward journey through grace, not an external focus. Do not fear negativity or darkness, which is merely the absence of light within. Cultivate light through happiness, peace, and harmony. Honor your relationships, beginning with parents, and extend kindness outward. The practice is holistic, integrating humility and awareness from head to toe in daily life.

"Now you have learned, but you still have not put it very deep in consciousness."

"Afraid is darkness. So don't worry about anything."

Dev Purīṣa Mahādevakī, Devādidev Deveśvara Mahādevakī, Dīpa Nārāyaṇa Bhagavānakī, Alak Purījī Mahādevakī, and our Satguru Swāmī Mādhvanāndajī Bhagavānakī, and all our brothers and sisters here. Bless you, our Gurujīs. We see who is talking here? They are double-talking. So you can talk, but not double. All can talk, but not from this side. So first, we fold our hands. We are praying and making devotion to Mahāprabhujī, Devpurījī, Holy Gurujī, all. Our Gurudeva, thank you very much. For one week, we were very comfortable, very relaxed, and we had immense spiritual development and spiritual talks. We all pray to Thee, O Gurudev, that we all should be healthy, happy, and good, come home. In our each and every cell in our body, each and every hair on the body has been given purification. Beautiful atmospheres, and this will remain for us. So with this: Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhu Dīpa Nārāyaṇa. Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhu Dīpa Nārāyaṇa. Haṁsabhādāsa Prabhuśaraṇa Parāyaṇam. Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhudīpa Haṁsabhādāsa Prabhuśaraṇa Parāyaṇam. Haṁsabhādāsa Śaraṇam. Parāyaṇam. Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhu Dīpa Nārāyaṇa. Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhu Dīpa Haṁsabhādāsa Prabhu Śaraṇaparāyaṇ. Haṁsabhādāsa Prabhu Śaraṇaparāyaṇ. Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhu Dīpa Nārāyaṇa. Namo Śrī Prabhudīpa. Haṁsabhādāsprabhu Śaraṇāparāyaṇam... Namo Śrī Prabhudeepa. Namo Śrī Prabhudeepa. Oṁ Śānti, Oṁ Śānti, Oṁ Śānti. It is a beautiful day, and we are all here together. We had a beautiful yoga class, many different kinds of classes, and you have learned many things. Now, when you go from here, you go with happiness, comfort, health, and come to your family. You can definitely share all that you have learned, how it was, in your seminar. What we have learned will now go more and more into our inner self. That which you have learned now, after a long time, it will come inside. What we said is that we go from primary school to universities. We were learning, we are learning. And when we learn completely, we know what we have learned. Now you have learned, but you still have not put it very deep in consciousness. Therefore, what you have learned from primary school till the university—you just got the message, and now you have to get it inside. Then you will become the master. Before you were learning, you were a student, and after that, you will again go within thyself: "What have I learned from my beginning till now?" You cannot say, "Finally, I am perfect." The perfect? Then we will see how it is. You will get some time, some process, and some practice with what you have learned. Similarly, how many different kinds of yoga have you learned in this one week? If I had taught only one by one, you would forget again. But what I gave you is different; that's called the guru and gurukula. Gurukula is like a school, and from there, they gave you games. Through that game, playing, you learn more than anything else. That comes more into our mind, our heart, and our thoughts. So we learn many things. Sometimes we learn very nice stories. Sometimes we are laughing. Why? Because we made so much within our consciousness what we have learned. Whatever we have learned in our old schools, universities, etc., we definitely learned a lot. But still, from our childhood, what we got—some poem, some story, or some little play—that's still in our consciousness. And much of what we learned we have forgotten: poems, dramas, and stories. This goes through our whole being. In this seminar—these are our fifth or sixth seminars now—everyone has learned very much, and I did not know how many stories were there. You have many, many things. So, when we go to yoga, what are they mostly doing? They are just exercising, or some prāṇāyāma, or at most, someone says meditation. So, what does meditation mean? That's called "Medi" in German. But anyhow, we are saying that one is said that we swell, and we throw out, and then we take it. Because that's outside. If you meditate on anything, how you are talking, that's not meditation. That's only to put ourselves out of ourselves somewhere, and we think we are there and there and there. But where are you? We have forgotten ourselves. So, of course, we have like this: we are here in this ashram, very big, here the trees, beautiful parks, how many parks. With open eyes or talking, we can say, "Oh, beautiful," but still it is outside. We have to get within ourselves, and that is going through the Guru Kṛpā. Guru Kṛpā—kṛpā means the blessing. That blessing, who can accept and who cannot? So you have to learn. Within thyself, you know what you have heard. All positive. We should never talk about negative to others. Even if something seems negative, we can make it positive. We are the light, and where is the dark? We come to the light, so our light is light. What does that mean? That someone is talking negatively about someone, telling this is bad, and that is like this, and that is something like magic. What is magic? There is no magic. It's only fear. So, someone who is taking, like, this kind of person's... Like in that way, it is giving us fear. It's such a fear that people who think like that can even kill. But that prāṇa and jīva, the life inside, they are frightened. Maybe you are killed, or you are killing someone, etc. And that we are feeling in our soul, and our soul is again going to darkness. So one thing, my dear, that you all should know is that we are not afraid. If you are afraid of someone, you should give that person peace and harmony. So if someone is afraid, frightened, etc., you come and give. There is no negative, there is nothing. We have God with us, and we have our own disciples. The first one is your mother. Your mother is your master, your guru, and the father. The father is before the mother, and therefore your father and your mother, they will not frighten you. If someone is frightening the parents, mother or father, or like this, then it means they are mentally not good. It's like there are certain animals and little babies coming out of the ayah or eggs or something, and they are eating. There are many snakes, and they give many, many eggs. When from the eggs come little animals, they are eating because they don't know. Similarly, maybe not all, from thousands and thousands, maybe one person is mentally not good. But then the children, they are very humble and will love, and they will give more respect. The mother is okay, don't worry; the father is okay. So the children will try to give good to the parents. These children are very humble and loving, and they will stand up for those parents and give them that love. After that, there are your brothers and sisters. Now they are a little distance. You were close to mother, father, and then the brothers and sister, but they are now beside you. Then we are giving the third, and that is our friends, and then fourth is our further people. Likewise, from this all is that is Guru, or in some religions they are taking care. In the temples of this, they are like our spiritual also. In this way, we should have no fear. There is no... Some people are like, "And this, they can do wrong." In one little village, there was one person who was mentally not good, and he was breaking many, many things in the village—distraction, many, many, destruction. The village, you know, your car, break your door, throw on the dirt, etc. So one day, one man said, "You are a stupid person here. Please don't burn our whole village," and he said, "Thank you. I know now some of you, you always give me good ideas. Thank you. Tomorrow, you will see the whole village will be in the fire." So, people who are taking that, that there is some kind of negative and this and that—it's not like that. So feel, be happy, be good. Love your parents, love your brothers, sisters, your neighbors, your school friends, etc. We are growing, we are growing. This is also yoga, but I'm telling you, I'm teaching you, this is a yoga. Yoga is not only always sitting at home, sitting at home, and your husband says, "Please, can you be so peaceful?" She said, "You sit up, I'm doing my sādhanā." So this is not like that. This is not yoga. So, from our toes to the top of the head, and from the top of the head to the toes, we have to feel humble, kind, peaceful, everything. So, we learned a lot. We gave you some stories, and now you shall understand. And don't be afraid, don't be afraid. There are many people who say, "Oh, one has black magic." Okay, but I have black magic every day. What is that? When the sun sets, I eat and work, everything. Now there is darkness, and in the darkness I am relaxing, sleeping. And then I am getting up in the sun. There is only this darkness. What is darkness? Afraid. Afraid is darkness. So don't worry about anything. Every country has the best. Every people are very good in any village. Just make our own self more agile, very agile. Go for a walk, go swimming, but only you can swim. Who cannot swim, please do not go in. And then see if the water is clean or not, or if there are some crocodiles. So let the crocodile be there, okay? Okay? So there is somebody saying, "I am going crocodile." He said, "What did the other say?" Then somebody said, "I will," crocodiles and other ones, and what they are telling, these stories, you know? I will come, brother or friend. Some have this question, you know that? Yes, cue, tell loudly, please. See you later, alligator. Then, for a while, I will come across a dial, okay? So there are some things: be happy, be nice, practice your sādhanā, and read—read our bhajans, our books. You know, for every prāṇāyāma, every yoga and daily life book, it's very, very good and very clear, simple. And our kuṇḍalinī and chakras, hidden powers in humans, and there are Mahāprabhujī's bhajans, books. So we have immense, immense wisdom. So what you practiced, remain and remain more and practice. So it is like this: we shall take insight in our body, in our brain, in everything in our body. And what in the body is negative or something? Let's go out. So, how can we take out the negative? It is like that. We are in a dark room. We can't see anywhere. We make a little fire, and we see everything. So, how to take the negative out of ourselves, any mental problems, these problems? We need light, and what kind of light? Happiness, joy, peace, harmony, respect, etc. There is both negative and positive in the body all the time. We cannot take the negative out. So there are some people who sometimes have such anger, and sometimes they make it explode. So, explode is okay. They will explode, and we will put clean together. So, peace for us. Your mantra, your Kriyā Anuṣṭhāna, and those who are only practicing the Kriyā—from the Mūlādhāra till the Svādhiṣṭhāna, and how many of these chakras are there? This time we will again speak about these chakras. We are always talking a lot. So, this bhajan we shared on prayer, and that is with Śrī Guru, Ātmā, Paramātmā. This is very, very nice. You should know it by heart. You should make a morning, you can make this prayer, or daytime. This is from Śivānandajī Mahārāj, Holy Gurujī's master, Mahāprabhujī's disciple. So let us sing, okay? Sit straight, and you can keep your hands like this. You can play like this, or put your hands together. In the prayer, don't make your toes like this, or like this, or like this. So these are one, two, three points, okay? So: Ālakh Purījī Mahādevakī. Devadhī Deva Deveśvara Mahādevakī, by myself is doing it. Ārādhi Bhagavān Śrīdīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī kī. Satguru Swāmī Madhavānandajī Bhagavān kī. Satya Sanātanadharma kī. Oṁ Śānti, Śānti, Śānti. Śrī Guru Ātmā Paramātmā Mātmā. Puruṣottama Sakala Jag ke Yantra Jāmī Cāracar Kī Ātmā. Prabhu Cāracar Kī Ātmā. Come on. Prabhu chara chara tī ātmā, Prabhu chara chara tī ātmā, Prabhu chara chara tī ātmā... Śākṣī Śiṣu Amma Prabhu Śākṣī Śiṣu Ātmā. Śrīguru Ātmā Amma Śodha Jagya ke Anantra Jāmī Chara Charakī Amma Prabhu Chara Charakī Ātmā. This is the Gajananda Durkananda, yes, they did check what we call, there's a Austria, and this is Australia, and Australia, this is Austria. So this is Gajānanda writing. Good, but for good, it's only for good, not for blue. So please put normal, okay. Well, anyhow, my dears, time is enough. You can come here to make praṇām to Gurujī, and take your luggage, and eat something, and whatever you want to take something from here. Did you get the kuśāsana? Who got the kuśāsana? Okay, many. Something remained? Okay. Yes. Good. Anything, all right. And please, always keep Mahāprabhujī's soul, and not my side. It's on your side. Till complete here, looking to there, and go further, more. So more, more... more. Tuck, tuck. People should see Holy Gurujī, I am holding, I have my Prabhujī here by, okay? So, put one yoga mat, and those who want to praṇām and take prasād can go. And see you again. Dīpa Nārāyaṇa Gaṇeśāya Namaḥ. See you again, Hari Om.
