Prayer for peace

A silent prayer for global peace was offered. This practice is Mauna Yoga, an inner prayer conducted in mental silence. Governments have advised quiet in places of gathering. The prayer is directed inwardly to the divine for all beings worldwide. This is a time for universal brotherhood and collective prayer for peace. Practitioners should maintain personal care and positive thought. The global community of practitioners continues through online connection. Service is provided selflessly, as all sustenance comes from the divine. Therefore, one should act without fear or anger, sustained by faith.

"All religions should join together. We all should pray to God that all humans, all animals, and this whole globe remain in a very clear, peaceful atmosphere."

"Yoga is for harmony, peace, and understanding. One should not think negatively of a person."

Deep Nārāyaṇa Bhagavānakī, all dear sisters, brothers, bhaktas, my dear ones, welcome. It is very nice to see you on this beautiful evening. We had a prayer. Mali sme modlitbu, and today's prayer was with Mauna. Mauna means silent. We know there are many kinds of vāk (speech). We sing with the mouth, moving only the lips, and inside there is a lot of other singing. One is when we sing and can hear our voice; another is when we just move our lips; and the third is mental singing. This mantra is that. So today we had the mauna praṭhanā (silent prayer). Here in this country, the Czech Republic, the government has said that in mandirs, āśrams, churches—anywhere people gather—they should be singing. Also, in hospitals and elsewhere, there should be no loud talking and no noise. This is beautiful. It was our prayer, our prayers to our Satguru, Bhagavān Dīp Nārāyaṇ Mahāprabhujī, Devpurījī, Mahāprabhujī, Holy Gurujī. Inwardly, with folded hands, we were praying, and we have the same inner sound. We have done that. This is called Mauna Yoga. When we practice meditation, we tell everyone, "Please be silent, no talking." But inside we are speaking to our heart, and in our meditation, we are visualizing. All around the world, this Corona has happened. Many people are suffering, have suffered, and many have passed away from this life. Our government here is doing so well that our country will again be very fine and clean. This is our prayer—what we did today and what we are doing all the time for the whole world, for all mankind, all animals, and everything. We are not thinking only of one religion's prayer; all religions should join together. We all should pray to God that all humans, all animals, and this whole globe remain in a very clear, peaceful atmosphere. This is the time for our entire brotherhood to be there. We are all oneness. It is the time to bring peace and harmony and beautiful times back to this globe, so all humans can be dancing, learning, wishing, praying, and remain peaceful throughout the whole world. We try our best to always wear our mask wherever we go. When you talk somewhere, don't speak too loud. If we speak, we must speak through this mask so that when we speak out, we are also breathing in through it. We should purify in this way, not taking in anything negative, so there is no disease. Around the whole world, the Yoga in Daily Life people—in many schools, yoga schools, colleges, our practitioners and all Yoga in Daily Life practitioners worldwide—should pray every day for mankind. It is said other creatures are not affected, but someone said some animals, like cats and some tigers, perhaps have something. So we are praying for all. When we meditate, pray, concentrate, and think good thoughts for our mother, father, children, neighbors, our whole city, country, and the whole globe, we are praying for the same thing: peace. Please pray as much as you can. Today we are praying for this very much, and we are in this country now. In the year, we prepare for the Czech Republic. Thank you very much that I am here in this country also. The people here are very pure, very good, and I pray they remain healthy and happy. If possible, go towards the park. You can go out a little, you can go nearer. If there is river water flowing, it also depends on where you have more space. It is very important to get all this āvard (benefit). Have no negative thinking for people. Let all be our brotherhood: our mother, father, children, neighbors—all. Yoga is for that: for harmony, peace, and understanding. One should not think negatively of a person. Yoga is for peace, harmony, and understanding for all. You do all for them, or they can leave. You know that in Yoga in Daily Life, our people are not only for money; they are for the harmony of the world, for peace. Many people in our Yoga in Daily Life are doing only service, and we are giving them, of course, for their living. So Yoga in Daily Life is very important for harmony, peace, understanding, and so on. We are not saying, "No, go away, we don't want you." Not like this. We always say, "Please come, I will come to you. Come close, come near." We are all helping very much, and for a person who has problems, of course we can do as much as we can. So, around the whole world, Yoga in Daily Life practitioners are now practicing through online voice in their houses. At the beginning, when everything was blocked—yoga centers, prayers, and churches were told to stop—people were very sad. When we said "light and land time"... what did you say? Online. Online. And how many people were so happy! In all Yoga in Daily Life, they were very, very happy. Of course, in our many centers, there was nobody because the government said, "Nobody come there." In some countries, the government gave money for those centers. Yes, because this center is here, and we were working here for them, and they are gone, and now we are sitting with nothing. Many online were learning and were really sending money through the banks to the center, so it is. It is said the little ant and the elephant both get a complete stomach full every day by God. A tiny ant needs to eat, drink, and have enough sleep. Ants don't sleep; they work whole night and day. An elephant—do you know how much they need? But the elephant also gets its stomach full. So it is said: the ant and the elephant, all fill their stomach by God. Who are we that we are giving somebody food? We can't feed anyone; it's God who's feeding. Similarly, every country, many countries, the people who ask for the yoga centers, they give them something, what they can. Like our Yoga in Daily Life around the world also, they were giving people something—for poor people who could not have food suddenly when the Corona waves came. You know that our Yoga in Daily Life people around the whole world, what can they do? They help the people there. It will come, it will come back to us. God will give back to us. Therefore, don't be afraid. Don't be angry, and don't be in such a situation that you think, "Now we don't know what to do." So we will pray our prayer, Pratnā, what we are doing morning and evening for the whole of mankind. Thank you very much, my dears. With the silence from your heart, give that energy to the whole world. With this, today I give up my word, my talking, and we will have other programs. Mentally you will chant, and I am in this box. This is a box, this glass, so I can't hear a voice through there or here. So I am blocked there. Oxygen is going from the other side. My voice is going through this instrument, so through these cables my voice is going, but not air from my mouth. Therefore, what I talk cannot go out. I am blocked in this so I can do something for all mankind, something good for them. In India, also in many hospitals and many schools, the government gives them a little bit of money, teachers. And in many countries... so I am here blocked. Don't worry, not even a mosquito is here. So, you may see, my dear ones, in the whole world, my voice can go out—it is only in the wires. And mentally, you should sing together. Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhu Dīpa Nārāyaṇam. Ham Sab Dās Prabhu Śaraṇ Parāyaṇam. Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhu Dīpa Nārāyaṇam. Dīpa Nārāyaṇ Bhagavān Kī, Deva Dī Deva, Deveśvara Mahādeva Kī, Satguru Svāmī Madhvanānjī Bhagavān Kī, Satya Sanātana Dharma Kī. Alak Purījī Mahādeva kī oṁ śānti śānti...
