We don't know our destiny

The divine path encompasses human destiny and the nature of existence. All beings are connected to the Supreme. Divine incarnations appear to guide creation. God is present within every element and creature. The human body contains the five elements, animated by divine energy. Life continues through cycles of rebirth. One's actions and consciousness determine the future birth. Destiny operates, as illustrated by ancient stories. Unfulfilled desires, or vāsanā, can pull the consciousness back into worldly life. Spiritual training under a master is the path to transcendence. The relationship with the divine persists regardless of physical distance. The goal is to realize one's true nature beyond these cycles.

"God is everywhere. In each and every cell in our body, and in every creature, is God."

"Destiny is there, and so many times, your destiny will be, can turn back again."

Devadhī Dev, Alak Purījī Mahādev kī je. Devadhī Dev, Deveśvar Mahādev, Dev Purīṣa Bhagavān kī je. Harīdī Bhagavān Śrīdīp Nārāyaṇ Mahāprabhujī kī je. Satguru Swāmī Madhavānandjī Bhagavān kī jay. Śrī Ṛṣi Muni Mahāpuruṣam kī je. Satya Sanātana Dharma kī je. Our blessings to all great saints, all gods, and all. I bow down to all great saints, all. And I surrender to all with my heart, my peace, my harmony, everything. It is a very great day again. Now, around the whole globe, all humans are turning back towards their thoughts: what has happened, what is happening, and when it will no longer be happening. We all know, and many of us are those who turn towards God or anything, pleading, "Please give us back our peace and harmony, and we will continue in this world to do good for all." We know that every country, every knowledge, every religion, every good thought—in that we are all connected with the Supreme, the God of the heavens, or further what we see. We know that whenever God appears, we know that there are two. One is coming when everything is not controlled. Then they will again come on this earth, and they will see everything: where what happens, where, how they will control or see what will happen. So from birth, that incarnation as a human form comes for many years. Many will not understand. Some understand, because many people don't know what God is or why we are going to take God. So there are, one is for the Satyugas; it means they are all very humble, kind, peaceful, and the best—that is the highest quality. Others, they may know, but they don't like it, or they can't. And definitely, God will also take them towards the good path again. And so it is said that always there are all in their hands, there are what we call, like, weapons. Now, weapon means the hard thoughts, hard thinkings to bring them again back to their right path of thinking, feelings, and acting. This is symbolic, like we tell of some kind of weapons. God has given us the good things and weapons. What? Our hands. We can fold our hands. We can help everyone. We will help them to work. With our hands, we give many things to everyone. And so these are the weapons. This hand is the weapon, but not negative. Always, that is what we should know. And you know, in Christianity, it is written in their book, and there is written, if someone slaps your cheek, then Jesus said, "Give me this side also, if you want." You see what you see, that Jesus’ knowledge, that Jesus loves. That Jesus helps everything. But for others, it is like this: they are doing hard, difficult things. And that means that when they will make hard or fighting or some weapons, then from their hands, it’s going again with the hands, and from these, our hands, we bring something which negativity goes out. In India, we used to say when there is ghee, butter... And we want to take ghee or butter from our finger out. So we can go straight and come out; it will not come out. But we put our finger in, and when we poke our finger, twist, and it will come out. And therefore, we have to be a little bit hard to make them attain that trait, so that they can also have the butter in their hands. So in that way, God is everywhere. In each and every cell in our body, and in every creature, is God. In each and every plant, there is a God. In the water is the God. In the earth is a God we call Mother. And there is a God as the wind, air, and there is also the God which is the fire, and that means not burning, but our life, to have, to give the warmness. And the space, we need the space. And so these all five elements are in our body, and in our body. We don't know many people; only a doctor maybe knows. And there is a beautiful skin over our body, but that is like our dress. This, our skin, is like our cloth. So, our skin is connected with the whole body, so it is like an electric. If one little place touches wrong, this electric will go through the whole body. So, similarly, all through our body, this energy is going. So these are the elements; this is all about God, the five. So we as humans, we know all, and we shall understand, and we shall continue our life till the end of our life. Then we know where our end is. What does the end mean? The end means that we are not suffering in this world anymore. We will come back. We come again and again, many times. But those good people think about God and see God in everyone, and you have become now such a spiritual, humble, kind, everything. Then God will send us back. You don't know. I don't know. But they know, and when they are born again, then for certain days it's okay. We have all passed life, that little child, few days, one day, five days, three days, ten days. The child is maybe male or female, or who is in from the egg comes then baby. They have also all kind in the body: the baby legs, wings, everything. So slowly, slowly we come to this worldly earth again, and it goes back to our past life. And we begin to act again on a very spiritual path. What is this spiritual? Spiritual is good: feeling happy, healthy, good to everyone, etc. No emotional. We will not go in a different way. So it means that person's consciousness is still not completely, "Yes, I am from a past life like this." But our whole body, all the inside, they know everything. And so you will see those who will go on the path of peace, harmony, understanding, love, etc. It is said, "O my body, within you is speaking thyself." And many ages, many times when we were born, animals, birds, fish, humans, you have suffered a lot. But now, in our human, when our soul came, our ātmā came, so there are two. One is who has to be born again and again. One must not be born again as a human. But those who did the humble, good, everything, they will come again as a human. And they will feel something. Let's say that even one is in the people, different people there. And if they have other souls in this body, they will not go to other people. We are all humans, but who is born? How is born? And who is acting? And others, they are humble, kind, and take time. They always know where I am. You know, it happens many times. I was a little child, about three years, two years, and further. What is there? Where am I? What should I do? Whatever I see or do, it doesn't like me. But I know I'm not searching my inner self. My destiny is within me. You know, there is one real story. There was a king. And that king, he got one boy. And some Jyotiṣī who knows, or those people who know, they can see everything that will happen with this person. And it said, "Everything is good, but this child will marry his mother." The king, the father, he did not know what to do, and he told the people, the people who are with the animals in the forest, what we call them, who are taking care of the animals, shepherds. So the king said, "Leave it in the cloth, take it somewhere, and kill it." Well, the people took it, and they were so sad. "This is such a little boy, a child. We cannot kill." All the shepherds took the cloth and put it under the bush. And all these three, four humans, the shepherds, they said to the child, "My child, we cannot do that, but we are very sad. We brought you here, but your destiny will take you further." They went. And after, some person came, and they saw a little child crying. And so that leopard, not leopard, the shepherds brought it home. And gave the milk from the goats and cows, and so on. He was growing. And when he was about the age of, I think, 20 or 14 or 15, and he didn't know what to do, so he ran away from there. Then someone told him, so he was going there, and there was one woman, a lady, who could see everything that happens. You know who that was and where it was? Oedipus in Greece? Yes, in Greece. And so there was this one lady, she knows who is where, and like this. So he went there, and she told him, "Wait there, don't come here." It is like this that you have a destiny. You will marry your mother. He was crying, "No, no, I will not." Now, nobody said, "Who is the yard? From where is your family? What?" etc. I don't know. So he was sad. I think his father died, perhaps. I don't know, but maybe. So he went, he stood there, closed his eyes, and he was moving, turning, turning, round and round. And then he stood up there, as it is, and opened his eyes. Now, where he opens, he goes in that direction. Again, further, he's turning, turning, that I'm not going towards my mother where it is. And then there was a war, and I think the king, his father, died. And there was the queen, she was also a strong one, she was a fighter. And there were many soldiers coming. And there was also a very strong, very nice young man who came there. Very strong and a fighter, etc. And it is somehow after the war stopped, and that queen again, she married that young warrior, and she married. Yes, again, after somehow, who said what? It happened. That's a very beautiful story. There's one beautiful book that's written; one should read that. So, destiny. Destiny is there, and so many times, your destiny will be, can turn back again. What was in the past life was good and everything. But something there was wrong, and therefore you said, "I will turn back." When I die, I will go there again. But where will you go? So this destiny is the same for all of us, together. And we don't know. We don't know. If we know, then we are that, like a great God or great saints. They will go on that path, and if someone comes, he or she can also be a great saint or a human, a man, and it will tell, "Go on this path." But you know, sometimes we say it that you want... There's one story: one couple, very nice, very happy together. A tam... There was a big glass, and there were many colors, many, many ice creams. So that man said to his wife, "My dear, come, I will give you the ice cream to eat." She said, "Yes, as you wish, but you know you are a singer, and you had something with your vocal cord." So perhaps after, when you will be okay, then you should eat. Well, the man is very good. What his wife said, he said yes. And what this man said, also yes. But yes is there. But what is between yes, how far it is, that we have to know what it is. He went home. He knows that my wife is right. Because the doctor said I should not eat ice cream or cold things. When you are healthy, it will be fine, but there is a thought in the body: "I want to eat ice cream." So one day, two days, fourteen days, one month, and always, he's thinking about ice cream. One day, what happens? He was sleeping, and he had a dream, and he said to his wife, "I'm healthy now." And his wife said, "Let's go to have ice cream." And it's a dream, you know, Jagratā. Suṣupta and Svapna. These are three states of our mind. That we are waking, we are sleeping, and we are dreaming. So when we go out of our physical body to the astral body, yes, in his dream he is going with his wife, and then they are going to the same... and he wakes up. Where is the ice cream? Where is the ice cream house? He stands up. My wife is here, sleeping here. So where is the ice cream? So he said to his wife, he said, "Yes, I know." Ono říká, "Jo, já vím." So, similarly, this kind of, that's called vāsanā. Vāsanā means I have this attachment to catch me. So not that attachment, but longing for that. So, there you are, eating many things. You eat nice chapatis, bread, butter, good vegetables, many fruits, many things. And that is good. But there is one desire, only that remains, one desire in you, and that is the ice cream. So it is said, "Oh my mind, this ice cream will pull you back into another life again, and you don't know in which body you will come." So desires are like wishing everything, then giving up first. No, no,... and say no. Yes, yes, you are feeling yes, but that ātmā said no. So similarly, that—I told you about what is that—when I was about... Eight years old, all the time I was searching, longing, but I don't know for what. But when you come to the guru, then the guru will make it the path. You know, that is, we have in our body there is a call, one nerve here, you know, the nerve there, sciatic, and it's only one nerve, and you cannot walk, you cannot sit, but then comes... Say yogī, and that yogī have some kind of techniques to do something. And that is called sarvahitāsana. And in three months, or five months, that all asia of your nerve again will come okay. That's why the Sarvahitā Āsana in yoga and daily life is a very powerful exercise. So the sciatic nerves, so all that we are searching, my dear, you and me and all, many, all humans. But how far are we in height, or how are we to fall down? And when only the desire of the ice cream, then it is like this: you want to climb up. In the Himalayas or in the rocks. But there is snow. You want to go up, but it goes down again, sliding. And when you slide it down, how many things will break in your bones? Just one little thing. Therefore, it is. Therefore, we know that great saints, gurus, or your best master, your mother, it must not be that one has this dress like this. And they will repair again, back. So, for that, sometimes you will go far away. So, there is one song from one master, Yogananda. There are many, many Yogananda. At least there will be, you can say, two thousand yogīs with the same name. But one other Yoganand who was in America, and so some people were talking against him, something. Because everybody is thinking they have each other, they don't like them. So they say to his guru, "Your guru's disciple is in America, and he's enjoying, and he's there, etc." Sometimes he has the other dress, sometimes he has sanyāsī dress. Why not? So he got a letter from his guru, and that some are talking about you, something. But he said after the letter, "But you are in my heart, part of my heart." And his guru, a disciple, said very nicely in one song, "The bhaktas may come and bhaktas may go, but my Lord, I will be thine. I may be far." Far than the stars, but my thought, I will be Thine. Maybe it happens that I may die; then look into my eyes, that I am Thine, my Lord. So, he said, "I am disturbed. Very far distance, I love to see you, my master." The master said, and the disciple said, "I am longing. I want to see you, but my lord, when you will pull me, I will be there." So if I'm there or here, I am Thine, O my Lord. So, how are we on the path? Then don't think only this, only this. It is a training. It is a training. You know, then I came to the path to Holī Gurujī, but the path was not so easy. Many times he said, "I don't like this. I will go away. Better I will die." But again, Mahēśvarānand said, "You know, you are on the path." It's okay. Either you go up or you fall down. Therefore, my dears, we should know not only that of nice work and nice dress and little monies, not like that. And therefore, the Holy Gurujī has written the Satguru Chalīsā very nicely, and we are trying to get it in English, but it will be coming. So we have one, two people who made this Sadguru Sārīcā, and one is our dear Bhakta, his name is Bhaktānanda, and he can sing it very nicely. Maybe tomorrow we will go through this in our satsaṅg, Swamiji TV. So you have to say yes or no. You know that there is honey. Now, if you can take the honey directly in your mouth or just by talking and hanging, it will drip down. Therefore, it is said, "Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhu Dīp Nārāyaṇam. Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhu Dīp Nārāyaṇam. Haṁsabhādas Prabhu Śaraṇ Parāyaṇam. Oṁ Namaḥ Śrī Prabhu Dīp Nārāyaṇam."
