Keep your heart and turn towards the Cosmic

A universal prayer and the practice of Brahmārī Prāṇāyāma are offered for global peace and spiritual unity. The world faces widespread difficulty, yet all paths lead to the supreme cosmic Self. Yoga is an ancient science beyond physical exercise, encompassing the divine soul. Humanity must remember its shared origin, like a single seed that becomes a tree with many identical fruits. Modernity has lost this natural continuity, reflecting the discord of the present age. The solution is to turn inward, for the entire cosmos exists within the human body. The practice of Brahmārī Prāṇāyāma is a specific technique to harmonize internal energies. It is named for the bee and involves creating a humming sound to purify internal channels and quiet the mind. This practice can alleviate internal sounds and headaches, guiding one toward inner peace.

"Eko brahma dvitīya nāsti. There is only one, that is one, and if there are two, there is duality."

"Go within yourself. Then you will see, 'Oh, now I know myself.'"

Om Om... Deveśvara Mahādeva kī jai. Satguru Svāmī Mādhavānandī Bhagavān kī ārādhyā Bhagavān Śrīdīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī kī jai. Satya Sanātana Dharma kī jai. Hari Om. Good evening, all dear sisters, brothers, all yoga teachers and yoga practitioners of Yoga in Daily Life. Also, to all the different ashrams, yoga centers, yoga teachers, and yoga students in different parts of the world, I offer my respect and say, "Om, Namaste." To all different religions, wherever they are, I respect them very much and say to them, "Om Namaste." Om Namo Nārāyaṇ. Namaste. For nearly a year now, this corona and many different problems were present last year and continue this year. Not in only one country, but throughout the whole world. I pray to God that there should be no problems, no fighting. In this time, we all humans should become as brothers and sisters. I pray to God that not only in this one country, but in all countries in the world, there would be no problems, and we would all be connected in humanity. We know that many are working very well, meditating, or doing different techniques in their religions. One day, all will come to the supreme in the cosmic Self. It is sure that when we leave our body and go again, we will all harmonize on that side. According to the science of yoga, according to the science of the yogī—and this yoga is ancient, from many ages—there was always some difficulty. It is said that if all were holy, then we would not know what is other. And if there are only troubles, then where will there be peace? Peace comes again to this earth. But who are we now? Are we the best? I am sure everyone is doing good. But according to yoga, according to dharma, according to life, according to love, the human should become, and not do something wrong, especially not killing different creatures. In many countries, there is no one country where they do not do this. But we all know, in many countries there are great beings, and they do not want to destroy and kill other animals. In many religions, in many countries, before they eat their food, they pray to God. But many people now have forgotten or do not offer these prayers for what we are eating. We said, "For what comes as food on our table, we prayed to the Holy God and said, ‘Please, forgive and give us what we are eating.’" We pray to the Holy God for Him to forgive us for what we eat. So, I always try very much to have forgiveness towards me first. What I am telling, please, if you do not like it, forget it, forgive me. Yoga is not only physical exercises, concentration, and meditation. There is a beyond. There are many, many things: spiritual, very holy, divine, and our Ātmā, our soul, our Ātmā that goes to the cosmic light. There are different techniques, and every guru has many, many techniques that are spiritual, very good, holy, peaceful, harmonious—everything, with no negatives, not only for one religion. Besides this, if you have that knowledge, and your gurus, studies, and many, many techniques—of course, we should learn and we should give to others. Otherwise, it is said: the one in all and all in one. Eko brahma dvitīya nāsti. Eko brahma dvitīya nāsti. There is only one, that is one, and if there are two, there is duality. Eko brahma dvitīya nāsti, this word is said. Now, besides this, we have many techniques for our body. We have many yoga techniques, but it is said there are 84 exercises of the yogīs. Like one seed sprouts and comes up, with two leaves, and then again, more and more branches come. So we have one, and this one makes many. But that seed has oneness. For example, you have one cherry tree. There is one seed, and this seed has sprouted and become a nice tree. It blossoms and then fruits; many go away and fall down. Then, many are ripe, very beautiful cherries. So many cherries. The branches are hanging. But the same color, the same sweetness, the same everything is only that one. So it means that one seed will always be only this one seed. Because we are the same from our father, parents, etc. And for many years, for ages, all humans were going from the same seed. It means there is a path. From the earth, the seed comes and goes up, developing further. But now, in the world, all seeds have been destroyed. Very rarely do we get real seeds. One real seed will grow again next year, continuously, but we destroyed all these seeds. Now we have to buy the seeds. Once it grows, one seed, it will sprout only. It comes to fruit, but that fruit's seed will not be there. Similarly, it is happening not only with fruits and other things but also with humans. It was not that one is not good or good; it was not this. Through this, the Kali Yuga begins. Sat Yuga, Dwāpar Yuga, and Tretā Yuga. And the Tretā Yuga begins this. And then begins to spoil everything; that’s called Kali Yuga. So we do not know where my seed is in this Kali Yuga. Where are you? They made it purposely in this Kali Yuga so that they will do so many negative things, and they do not know if it is your family or that family or my family, or my mother and my father was this and that, everything. There will be a very big distraction, and disaster will be on this earth now. Who is my brother, sister, parent? It is so intentional, and it will be a great misfortune. The only thing that remains for us now—and I come back again to our yoga exercises, for yogic practice—is that we should do this. It is very important. My dears, what I am talking through my Swāmījī television, which is throughout the whole world now, I do not know who is learning, listening, and who is not. I am not in one hall somewhere, due to Corona. Nowadays, many, many people have telephones. Even in little villages, even in the forest, they can listen. People are hearing this all over India, all over the world, from the Czech Republic. Where I am sitting and teaching, singing, or making this lecture, about just 100 meters away, you will see people only listening there; they are not close to me. I look at the television, and I see myself there. But I know that this goes in the whole world, on this earth, everywhere you are. Yoga in life, Swamiji, television—all these techniques that I am teaching, they are getting. Who wants to get, they will get. Who cannot, I do not know. Many people were practicing here in Europe, beginning nearly fifty, fifty-one years ago. So many learned and then practiced; they went to other places, somewhere. But they are again in these lectures. In Kṛṣṇa’s time, they all turned back and said they are very happy that again Swāmījī brought our... yoga, our blessings, our techniques, and they are very happy. Every creature—but we are talking now about humans—has in our body, inside and out, completely. It is full of many, many souls inside, the seeds inside our body, many, many cells. The whole world is in me: all my prāṇas, my shell, everything, and I am the king of that. Your ātmā and all, they are my people, but inside also there is negativity. This is one very nice bhajan; next time I will find out this bhajan. When we talk about practice, our yoga, then we are going into our body. Sometimes we take techniques, and they say, "Close eyes and meditate. First OM, and then concentrate on the sunrise or sunset or the ocean, or the trees, etc." And there we are lost. We sit, we close our eyes, we meditate, but we are gone out and we are lost there. We did not feel in our body. We know that we can open our eyes anytime. The sun is rising; the whole day we can see the sun. Or, for example, in the night it’s a dark night, and there are sun signs and then moon signs. So also, the moon is within us, and it is so. Both together, so all is within us. In your meditation, if you are thinking outside, it becomes duality: you and outside. When you sit down in peace, peace is our whole, very big house—our temple, the temple of our body inside. Then we go to our world, our ātmā, jīvātmā. Jīva means many, many cells in the body, and all these five elements. You are the king of all that. What a nice thing. Then you will see, "Oh, now I know myself." So go within yourself. Then we have some different things inside because some instruments are not there in the body. Some, for example, have a heart that is not healthy, or our kidneys, or our nerves. Many, many things we have to go and control inside ourselves; it will do. All instruments are within ourselves, and that only goes through ourselves, inside. Of course, my dear, there is science in these years and many, many good doctors and surgeons, and they can do many, many good things. But still, they cannot. It will do something for a time, once. But yogīs themselves, they try. But those yogīs really follow the principle; otherwise, we are all in this world, and we eat this and that and that. So this is not yoga. I was talking yesterday, the day before yesterday, about Brahmārī Prāṇāyāma for today. This is very easy and very good around the whole world, and many people have difficulties with this. It is called Brahmārī Prāṇāyāma. Brahmārī is the bee, and that bee makes a sound like this. She doesn’t give the bird the seeds or something. They are getting some other worms and changing them into the brahmārī. There are three different kinds of worms in summertime. When the bee is going and searching for some other bee to turn them into the primary... So there are three different kinds of worms. The first one, when Brahmari comes, is so sad and runs away under the grass, just like hiding. Brahmari said, "This is not right." The second one, when the Brahmari comes, gets up and then runs away so quickly, afraid, very afraid. Brahmari said, "This is also not good." And the third one, very rare, you can find. That one, when Brahmari comes, is standing, slowly going, standing again, going again, getting up. Then Brahmari said, "Yes, this is my disciple, very good disciple. The other is not disciple." Because it is still not so far in the human’s consciousness, and the second: don’t say yes or no, coming, going. How many people just come and practice for one year, or two months, or two or three more years, and then run away? But who is the Brahmā, divine? That’s it, I heard something. And then the Brahmari comes and takes him. So these are the three qualities. Which are these three qualities? Uttama, Madhyama, and Kaniṣṭha. These are qualities, so search this. So, of how many yoga teachers come, and yoga students, all cannot become yogīs. All cannot become the Brahman, but it can be all, many. So it depends on the quality. The Brahmārī makes a very nice nest there on the wall. She makes a very nice nest there, a nest. There are many, many streets inside. That worm can go in and out like this, but she cannot go out. That little, little sound. That bee comes and listens to what this worm is doing. Then she’s going, "Mmm," and that one wakes up again. She gives it an injection. She puts down her needle, and she touches that. It’s like now with vaccines, you know. Or not looking for that. After a certain time, that will be warm. The worm becomes the Brahmārī, and then she opens that house. Brahmārī first dances outside. She said, "My dear, now come with me. You are my disciple." And now my time is gone, and I give you all knowledge how to go. And so is one technique, not all techniques. When we do yoga, we have many, many techniques. But one is that Guru Kṛpā, Guru. What Guru will give you, you will also not know what it is. But one day, Guru will say, "Yes, only this." That is called the in and out breath, but from that, which nerves you will go, that guru will give you then, not before. But these brahmārīs are also very good if people have some sound in the head, some kind of sound, and we do not hear, but the person himself hears some kind of sound all the time. We can really go through the Brahmārī Prāṇāyāma. Brahmārī Prāṇāyāma is also good for those who have various sounds inside. There are five centers, and there are five different techniques. I have taught four days already. So, we put here one index finger and gently in your ear, close the ear. Some boys have too long nails—don’t do, please. Ladies, do not have long nails, so I have no problem. All ladies also, it can harm your ears. So, there is a first technique: hold your teeth, not too hard. Gently keep them together. Then you will hear where the sound is going. Those who are listening, please, in our world, five times. All the times our teeth should be closed. Inhale and exhale with the nostrils, but sound will go. There are two techniques I will tell you. So, five times, teeth are closed, and see in the hole of our head where the sound is going, really, on which place. You all please, you will do this and hear yourself how it is going in the whole head, but then, highly good, the first, where the sound is going. I can tell you, a little above the ears on the head. When you bite here, it’s called the temple here. So you can bite a little slowly, and you hear, you feel the hair on your head here down. So just bite slowly with your teeth. I hope you will hear my words. We will, and then you will feel from here very nice, and then you should say, from this we’re going like electronic. So, five times please, all around the whole world. I am Brahmā. Okay, I am Brahmā. Five times, five times it was, and now five times, when your thoughts are together, but time to time, press your teeth together and relax. Then here you will feel in this temple, on this part of that, okay? So therefore, you can... we will do the techniques that with the thumb we go in the ear and these two fingers here. They are slowly, like, biting inside. So, the thumbs inside, and these two fingers here, and then the lips are always closed, and the teeth slowly bite and release, three times. Go ahead, very good. These two or three fingers, you can put them here, a little above the front side of our ears. Thumb is inside, and lips should be closed, and only make your teeth a little bite, and then loosen a little. Bite and loosen. You will see, like you are going in an aeroplane high up, about 10,000 kilometers in height. This part, exactly, you have here. My tribe, many times, because I was in India, or going anywhere in different countries, and there was exactly the sound. When some people had, how to say, some kind of problems that they could not hear, it was like a block to the ears. At that time, you should do that. So here. When we do it like this, you will feel like you are on a plane 10,000 kilometers high in the air. I can confirm it. When they travel like this often, it’s exactly like this. It’s such a feeling. So, my dears, let’s do it two times more. You can do it three times or two times. Then relax, and then again. So we will try again more of these Brahmārī Prāṇāyāmas. So headache goes away, it releases, but those who have now a kind of a headache, then do not do it. Only very little. But when there is no headache, that time you do this technique, so it will not come back, the headache. It will be right in a bigger shape. In this way, all my dears around the whole world, Hari Om. I wish you all the best for good health, peace, harmony, and spiritual development around the whole world. Thank you, thank you, and have a nice evening or good morning. Hari Om. And thank you, have a nice evening or morning, Hari Om.
