Do something good

The human journey is a progression toward cosmic consciousness, a long path where each step is significant. All creatures strive to reach the human stage, which is a fortunate birth. The unique human gift is the capacity for complex language and a developed brain, a cosmos within which divinity can be found. However, this potential is locked when misused. The mind holds immense power; it can instantly create destruction or cultivate goodness. Desires persist even as the body perishes, binding one to the cycle of rebirth. Humans must use their gifts rightly, avoiding harm to other creatures and purifying their inner thoughts.

"God has given all creatures to humans, no matter from which part of the earth."

"Man maraṇā, mamatā marī, marmar gayā śarīra, āśā tṛṣṇā nahīṅ gayī."

Deveśvara Mahādeva kī jaya, Alakapurījī Mahādeva kī jaya, Ārādya Bhagavān Śrīdīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī kī jaya, Ārādya Bhagavān Śrīdīp Nārāyaṇa Mahāprabhujī kī jaya, Satya Sanātana Dharma kī jaya. Good evening, all my dear sisters and brothers, all yogīs in their life around the whole world, and all āśrams, all yoga centers, all yoga teachers and students. To all, I respectfully say, Om Namo Nārāyaṇa. I also respect all others, all religions, and all holy persons very much. We are on the path toward cosmic consciousness. We have to go still very far. Each step is like one whole life. It is said that for humans, every step is like one life. What kind of steps are these? They are different for different kinds of creatures—all the water’s animals, the flying ones, and all animals. They also have to come further; they are all trying to come to the human stage. It is not easy. We are very, very happy and very lucky that we are in a human body. God has given all creatures to humans, no matter from which part of the earth. First, He gave what is called language. There are many different kinds of human speech. Not only a few languages; we have Sanskrit, Sanskrit-Hindi, English, and many other countries' languages. The number of languages in the whole world is unbelievable. But it is said that all who are in a human body have this Ātmā, the soul, inside. What is the difference now between humans and animals and other creatures? We humans have a tongue, and other creatures also have a tongue, but God has given to the humans the tongue through which we can speak different languages and express many, many good things. We are learning from other languages also through our tongue. Many animals have a brain every day; they know how to do things, but they do not have much else. These creatures are just living, eating beings. They have their language a little bit, that is all. But that ātmā, this jīva—other creatures know, but they cannot speak. They have the insight that step by step they will again come to the human body. It is said that in which life you are, and where you are going for the next step—if someone kills them, then they have to come again. This and others have to go also the same. Jīva jīva bhakṣate, it is said: every creation is eating others. But humans should not eat other creatures, animals. If they do, then they have to come again to that life where they were killing or eating them. From the very beginning, humans also did not have that knowledge, and they were also like animals. They had a language, but not so much. So we know that the human brain is developing very much. But on the other side, we have gone on another path. This brain will not give again. This, our brain, is a whole cosmos, and in this whole cosmos, we can find God, or whatever we can say. He gave everything to us. Now, you should only look in your brain. You have everything, as much as you can have. It is like the river is flowing, or from the mother’s breast, the milk is flowing, or enjoying the ocean, etc. In all this, God has given to humans this brain. But there are two: one is the better, and the second is not very good. It is either going up or going down, and so in our brain we have to clean our inner thinking. It is very important that mother and father—so it is the mother. Is the cosmic? Do not think that mother or females are not very much. It is the whole gospel, everywhere, and from everything that comes to her womb—for different animals and humans, elephants, and big animals. They are more than 12 months. For humans, we have nine months, and others. Many of them are like eggs, but this egg is not developing somewhere. In some life, and in all these creatures where there is smell to smell, there is also this, the ātmā. For example, the fire. There is a very big fire and a very little fire, but fire is fire. Similarly, we have very big animals or humans, but they also have this jīvā, the cell inside. Even if they just touch it, that is all. And they are all going further from the cosmic: the three lokas—earth, this is that where we are, then we are with it like gods, and this all, and then the cosmic there. So in this all, every creature, very tiny, even our human eyes cannot see. For example, there is a creature called the sand fly. When they are biting us, then we say, "Oh, what?" but we cannot see. How did life come? And sometimes, how on some plants or trees, some creatures are coming there. Many of their lives are only for one day, but living. And the living is living, and so it means in the whole ocean, in the earth, above the earth and air, that everything is life, and life, and life. And we have to go through, and then finally we are in the human life. And so the mother, if you understand, then your mother will never leave you, always be your mother. And the father, if we are separating, then we do not know where or how it will go. The animals have a little different, but the humans is the whole universe. On this world, then the Brahmalokas and Śiva-lokas, so we are all connected with all three. And we have the freedom to go through there. But first we have to clean, and let us see how we can go. When we put in the balloon and give the air, then it will go up only. It will not fall down, going more and more higher and higher and higher. In the same way, we are that. We are the greatest one. And therefore, we ourselves, it is said, God said, "My dears, I gave you everything. Enjoy, be happy, and come to Brahmaloka. Everything is yours, you have it." But that our son, our children, male or female, God has given us. But when he got everything, then such humans said, "I do not need God. I am human. I have everything." So what happened? God said, "I give you all." But I give you a number of locks. He locked it. Now you cannot achieve God, and you cannot open the lock. Why? Because God said, "My children, I gave you all. But you are using it on the wrong side," and therefore, it stays as it is, so we do not know. We have the body and everything of the human. But now, what kind of feelings do we have? What are we doing? What we should not do, but still God said, "Yes, I gave you two: male and female. And I created you for this, but you should use it. But you are separating in different ways." So there, practice, and it is said, we have not seen God, and if God is sitting beside us, we do not know. So in this brain, we do not know what it is. The body is different. And what in the ātmā? That is different. So we can take everything away from us, but what we have in our brain, in our heart, you cannot take away. And we can give and give and give. Every day, you can give very good thoughts, good friends, and good everything. Give good things, and good things will come. The brain has so much that can go like a river. And because the source of the water is that which God has given. But how do we have this water? How do we split it? If we put poison inside, dirt inside, that is because this is in our body. So, how pure is the water we have in the body or not? This is your chance. Your choice, you can do, or I am telling myself also, day and night my heart is going like this, a little bit pumping more. Sometimes I have to get some break, I have to put here blood pressure. And why do you all have this blood pressure? Down or up, and within, like this, going very quickly, that is the jīva there. So what we are creating through our body, where our jīva is there. Man maraṇā, mamatā marī, marmar gayā śarīra, āśā tṛṣṇā nahīṅ gayī. So this is it: man maraṇā, mamatā marī. In our body we have a mind, man, that is called a mind, man, and you say mind, man. And our mind within a second can destroy everything. You know, sometimes husband and wife, they are fighting. Or one is not fighting, and the other is shouting and shouting. In the body, it is like a fire, and sometimes a person, with a hand towards a glass, breaking it within no time. And then everywhere he has a split of the glass and fire, blood—oh God. Then he has to go to the doctor, and they are taking out all the pieces of the glass and putting on some bandages. And how many days do you have to hold your hand like this? And all, many times, "How many days until it will heal?" Always looking to this hand. God, I will never do like this. Please, God, help me. That is it. So manage your mind. That mind can be within a second; even the second is too much. And also good thoughts, mind, very good mind. We can do all good and all happy. So man marā, na mamatā marī, marmar gayā śarīr, asā tṛṣṇā nahīṅ gayā, kāya dāsa Kabīrā. Man mara na mamta bari, man mara. Our mind is not killed. Man mara na, mamta mari. Mamta means desire, desire: "I want this, I do." Man marana, mamta mari, marmar gaya sarir. But we are dying again and coming, dying and coming. We die and again we come to any kind of birth. Man maraṇā mamatā marī, marmar gayā śarīr, but many times we died. This body totā telā umīrā, man maraṇ mamatā marī, marmar gayā śarīr, asā tṛṣṇā nahīṁ gaī, but in that body. In that soul, that is it. Mamta nahi gai, man maran, mamta mari, marmar gaya sarir. Asa, I want, I will, and there is again this soil. This goes there for good things or bad things, so we are all circling on the round of the earth here, and so we circulate here all the time. Man marā, nāmam tamārī marmar gayā, śrī asā tṛṣṇā. Tṛṣṇā means, yes, "I want," "I like," thirsty, "I am thirsty of this and this and that." Trishnā means, "I want to eat something, I want to quench my thirst, my desire." Man marā, nāmam tamārī marmar gayā, śrī asā tṛṣṇā ne marī. So this tṛṣṇā will never go away. There was one saint, and he made this Kabīrdās. So it is not easy, my dear, that I am good and I will go to God and everything. And my Lord, and my this, and my religion, and my God is good. Every God is good. I see sometimes, and I am telling, but many people will be very angry with me, or they will kill me. But someone is going to the holy place, and the husband and the girl and the boy are getting married. And from both sides, people are coming from the boy’s side and the girl’s side. And after that, they give them some eating, fasting. So, what is this? They are making pūjā, prayers, name of God, this and that. And God, this and that. Ring. But behind that place, where they are making worship, they are killing a few animals. So now, they are all inside and want to say, "God, good me, please, good," and this and that. And on the other side, the back side somewhere, they are killing the animals. So which God will see them? For those who are marrying and have a telling to God, and so on, and on the other side, how many they have killed. It is said we have eating, even we have only a little bit. A handful of rice is more than enough. Some fruits, many good things to eat. When there is no grass, nothing, fruits and this and that. No animals, cow milk sent it there. So, those who are people somewhere where it is only ice and ice, and there are some people living, but they have no granary, nothing, then it is said, because you are a human and you will go further, then of course they are taking fish or something. So, think about yourself, please. You have a very nice cat in your home, and sometimes, sometimes in Swāmījī’s television they are playing, and the cat is there, and the puczki and tuczki, I do not know what they are saying, why not? Cat is very nice, or a dog, or also. Some little mouse. So if they are so loving to you, then why are you doing others? Therefore, it is very important that we are there, and we should do something. So in this way, and now about our Brahmārī Prāṇāyāma. So, Brahmari Prāṇāyāma, which I have already told you about for five days, constantly, five or six days already. But it is still Brahmārī, and there it is that we can do different. And so we were doing, putting the two fingers here on what they call the temple, and it is going there, and open your inner whole mouth, but lips are closed. And before, there were two in the ear, index fingers, and there we said, "Bite your teeth," and we said, and the lips are always closed, and this part should be straight. If you go down, 70% is gone. And do not go too long like this. And the second. Open your mouth a little inside. To not, these two techniques you got it. And now our thumbs going here in our ears, and we put these two parts near the ear. This is the temple and open inside, but the lips are closed. Very nice, beautiful. And when you have a headache, or this sound always in your brain, then in this position, bite your teeth and close and look and close. And this very beautiful feeling is releasing the whole fear, the pain in your brain. But if you have alcohol or something like this, I cannot give you techniques, because I do not know. So now, like this. Yes, do you hear me? But this is the thumbs inside, thumbs here, and here. So any blockages from your headache, time to time, or many different kinds of sounds, nobody knows. Only your brain knows. And so it goes, like opening the blockage. But it is a vibration. It is beautiful. And so, primary prāṇam. Still, there is a lot, not very. Brahmārī prāṇāyāma will go very long, maybe till I go to Rajasthan, India. But we have to learn very carefully. And you can ask any people who have problems with this part of the brain. But if there is any operation, or some tumor, then I do not know, and I will not tell you to do this. Because in this time, in this world, great, great doctors and surgeons and all, then we give them further to them. Therefore, let us move on tomorrow, and I wish you everything, all the best, my dears. And if I told something wrong or said you something, I forgive it. Nāma karta Prabhudīpa karta Mahāprabhudīpa karta hi kevalam. Oṁ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ... Oṁ. Thank you very much.
