Yoga comes from God Shiva

The corona is like a snake that strikes during rest, exhaling poison. The five sheaths structure human consciousness. Annamaya is the food body. Prāṇamaya is the life force. Manomaya is the mind, which moves faster than light. Desires lodge in the mind and surface in dreams. The ice cream dream shows this: a man denied ice cream later dreams of eating it, only to wake just before tasting. Kabir says the mind’s cravings survive the body’s death. Vijñānamaya is the intellect. Ānandamaya is the bliss sheath, reachable through yoga. Yoga is the science given by Śiva, beyond postures. Bhramrī Prāṇāyām is the best technique for the brain. A rākṣasa once chased Śiva until Viṣṇu, as a dancer, tricked the demon into self-destruction. This shows how discrimination defeats desire. The world is a manifestation of light. Vigilance remains essential against the corona. The mind can bind or liberate. Yoga dissolves deep impressions.

"Man marā na mamatā marī, mar mar gayī śarīr, aisī tṛṣṇā nahīṁ gayī kahā kabī."

"Prakāś Puñj Amṛt Ke Sāgar, Dīp Harī Mahādhunī, Sāre Viśvame Gūñj Rahī He Prabhu Kī Amar Kahānī."

Good evening, all dear sisters and brothers around the whole world, to Yoga in Daily Life and all yoga teachers, yoga students, ashrams, and yoga centers of different kinds of yoga. Respect to all, and I say to all, Oṃ Namo Nārāyaṇ. It is a time of difference in different countries. Some countries are becoming clear of the corona, and many are still suffering from it. It is said that there is still a kind of cold in certain countries, and people are still trying very hard to overcome it. I have been in India for about five days, and I have seen that in India, corona cases have gone down very much. But still, people are concentrating deeply to know they are controlling it. The government of India tried very hard in doing it, and continues to do so. So, India is better than other countries which I have been in last year. But we hope that it will become over. But, you see, when the corona goes at the last time, at the very end, it may give up something more, something. There is one snake in Mexico, and that snake goes down, but it just beats and goes away. In India and Afghanistan, in these parts of the world, there is one snake, and it comes at the time of the monsoon. Where the farmers are working, after half an hour or one hour, they take a rest on their farm. And there is such a snake, and very slowly, softly, it comes and sits on the chest of the human. And it releases some kind of poison, so they feel, "I am very sleepy," and they drift off. That kind of snake seeks the air from humans by their exhaling. And it enjoys it. It is for him. Like some people who are taking, I don’t know, some kind of tobacco or something different. And then, very soon with this, the human is taking the air out. And when they inhale air, that snake gives them in their shoulders—no, sorry, in your head, out in the mouth. The man then becomes suddenly uncomfortable, and that snake, he beats with his tail like this and runs away. Many people will die, but if someone knows there is some kind of medicine or some kind of remedy, otherwise they will die. So the corona is that kind of snake. We are resting, relaxed, nice under the tree or something on our farm, and there comes the corona, the snake. You think it’s okay, comfortable, very comfortable, but it is very terrible and powerful. It is poison, and so is the corona. Now we say, "Okay, I’m okay, I’m okay." Yes, you are okay, I’m okay, but corona is not okay. And we touch our hands and touch others, we think it is nothing, but it is that corona. Therefore, even though you think that I’m in India, and it is very hot, and everything is okay, okay? Yes, good, very good. But even if one person dies, we are sad. Therefore, wash your hands, as your government people were always telling you very much. They did very, very well. So, when you sleep in your bed and you see there is no corona, you think, "I am okay." But you don’t know about your pillow. And the pillow will absorb this air, nice and some kind of touch you have from others. So please, take care for all. Yes, we know that, especially for our Yoga in Daily Life in Delhi, Rishikesh, around the world, in many, many, all the countries, they practice yoga and they don’t eat eggs, they don’t eat meat, they don’t eat anything from chickens or the kitchens or I don’t know what, and alcohol and these things, and that is what they are dying from. You know that we have been making another research for nearly two months. Our many Yoga in Daily Life doctors are asking all people from around the world. And we can see that Yoga in Daily Life people are mostly healthier than others around the world. But not only that, you don’t eat meat, alcohol, fish, eggs, and this. But somehow they are lazy. They are yogīs in their life, but they are lazy. And they say, "Okay, I can eat ice cream, and I can take this, and today I will not do yoga, and I will lie down." Then, I am not happy with what you will do. Yoga is the science of humans. And yoga is given by God Śiva. And you know that the space and the consciousness. But we don’t know what that is, which is this or that. Is it consciousness or the space? And Śiva was not that. It will be still. But first, slowly, slowly, it comes to the five elements that form the body, our physical body, the Annamaya Kośa, Anna. Anna generally means the seeds of the fruits or grass. Grass is everything; it may be anything, but we are eating from that, corn or other fruit. Annamaya Kośa is the food, nutrition, etc. And that’s called Annamaya, Prāṇamaya, Prāṇas, Prāṇa. We don’t know, and we cannot. Mostly we’ll say Prāṇa is the Ātmā, or Ātmā is Prāṇa, or Prāṇa is death, or death is Prāṇa, Prāṇamaya Kośa, Prāṇa. And that prāṇa is life; in death, there is no prāṇa. Annamaya, Prāṇamaya, Manomaya, mana, mind. And mind is the highest speed. That no one is very higher than the other one, only for example. It is an example, and I will tell you, and me, we will all, so I will tell you something, and I will tell you, and I will finish my word, you. Will know, yes, that it is, mana, manomaya kośa, what is that? For example, very quickly, you will see that it is the sun. It means we are already the sun. Manomaya kośa, man. And man, there are many different kinds of man. Man maraṇā mamatā marī marmar gayā śarīra, aisī tṛṣṇā na marī, keha gayā Kabīra. So that also, this man—man is mind—mind can kill us, or the mind can bring us to the cosmic, man, man, man. And when something is with us, whether you make something good or bad, or you’re angry or not angry, or anything, the best thing, let’s say, we can tell. So now I give you a very nice, people like this mostly, very nice ice cream. But the ice cream is still not put in the mouth, but it’s already in the stomach, making that quickly, quickly come in, ice cream. Ice cream is great. Once a day, there was a couple, husband and wife, and they went for a walk on the street in the city. Every day they go for a walk. And then someone made that beautiful little shop, and there was ice cream, glass tables, and many different colors, and sugar, and red, and this, and ice cream, a little from that. So, husband and wife were walking, and the protector of the husband is the wife. If you can understand your wife, if you know this and that, then she will protect you in every aspect. But if you will not, then of course she cannot do anything, and he can kill her. Both sides, yeah? Men and women, okay? Hey man, you are a good man. So that’s why you are a good man. So what happened? Her husband tells, "Darling, I would like to go with you. Come with me, and I will give you a very nice fruit to eat." She said, "Yes, this is very nice, my dear. You like this, and I am very happy for you that you can have ice cream." He said, "Yes, please, thank you." And his wife said, "But..." The wife said to the husband, first she said, "Yes, very good, and my dear." Then he said, "But... and what?" This one word, "but," is a very powerful word. Everything can be good or bad. And she said, "My dear, ice cream is good, and I know you like it, but..." What does "but" mean? You are always telling me to be a bird. She said, "I do good for you." But what does it have to do with the alcohol, ice cream, and this? She said, you know, day before yesterday we went to the doctor for the throat. And you are a singer in opera. And because it was very cold, it was not good for your throat. And the doctor said, "Please don’t drink cold water, drink warm water." And this, this, and this. Therefore, your throat is not good now. Afterwards, we will take it, the husband said. He put it very nicely, you know, there is a laughing, and is that laughing real or not? First, laughing is good, but when the laughing is only of the lips, little only, and our... what is this? Chik comes out. So, both of our bodies are very good, but where to sow what? She said this and that, and so he said, "Let’s get okay, no problem, all right." But it goes into the consciousness, and then the dream is the best way to get out whatever is inside. But you will, after you will be, oh God, what I spoke in my dream. Jāgrat, Suṣupta, and Svapna. We are in these three states. So Jāgrat we know, and now we are in Jāgrat. We sleep. If you are the best of the best and you know everything and are alert, and very rare are those who do this, that means we go to sleep. And you know how long it takes to come into sleep? Very much like that. And then we are going into sleep. Enjoy a little bit, because now we are completely relaxed. But, again, it’s a "but." But is also very good or bad. And many things, but so is the sleep. And within no time, you are sleeping here in Jaḍān Āśram. But you are going to Jodhpur to get some nice fruits. But you are here. And when something happens, within no time, you are again in Jāgrata. These are the three: Jāgrata, Suṣupta, and Svapna. So that man was, one day after ten days, in deep sleep. And his wife was sleeping on her bed. He was sleeping on his bed, a little distance away. Because, mostly—sorry, gentlemen—most of the gentlemen are sleeping. Why not? Svapna, but there are women also who say, "Oh my God." And when she’s snoring, then what should the husband do? He takes his pillows and his, what is that, your blanket, and where does he sleep? He goes to the kitchen. Yes, because if his wife is powerful, then he will say yes. Yes, when the mother gives a child, and in the room at night, three times or four times, the little child is crying, and she gives milk. And the father said, "I always go to the office, and I cannot sleep." She said, "Yes, I’m sorry." And what the man does, he takes his blanket and pillow and goes toward the kitchen side. You know the mother, she is very good, but the mother has a very hard life. But if the man is nice to her, then she will swallow everything all the time, or not. And men are also very good. Women are, my God, you know, it is like a, you know that? That is different, my dear. There are many things, and, you know, I scream. So she is sleeping in her bed, and he is sitting there, and now he is snoring and dreaming. And in the dream, it is like this: his wife said to him, "Today we will go for ice cream, darling." And he said, "Yes." And they come nicely, walking nicely, and they came to the ice cream. She said, "Yes, nice." Otherwise, they are eating, but there are some tables, and in... Dream all is a dream, okay? But ice cream came on the cup, and he took it with his spoon. It was a golden spoon. He takes the ice cream and comes near, one inch different. The ice cream was coming to the mouth, and he was opening his dream, and what happens? Oh God, nothing. He got up, no ice cream, nothing. His wife was there, I was there. He sat up on his bed, went to the bathroom, washed his face. It was time for getting up, and they had breakfast, and then he told her. She says, "Yes, this is that man." Man marā na mamatā marī, mar mar gayī śarīr, aisī tṛṣṇā nahīṁ gayī kahā kabī. So this is that in our consciousness, it goes, so annamaya kośa, prāṇamaya kośa, manomaya kośa. Man, man... man can immediately go to the moon, to the sun, to anywhere, or here, anywhere. Man is that. He is a horse. Annamaya, prāṇamaya, manomaya, and vijñānamaya. Vijñāna, jñāna. And that is also very powerful. And after that is called the ānandamaya kośa, the ānandamaya kośa. Now, this Ānandamaya Kośa can be eating ice cream, singing satsaṅg or bhajans, or something different. So God has given the humans everything. God gave everything because God said, "I give you my son, I give you everything, but now I give you everything and I am free." Said yes, good, we are very happy God has made us the God. But certain times it happens, even they make God kill. There was a time when a Rākṣasa came, and he wanted to kill someone. There was a long, long life, and he said, "I give you everything in my power." Śiva said, "Anyone’s head you put, you can kill them." He said, "Where is that good?" And when the Rakṣasa was there, having come from his sādhanā, then Śiva said, "Yes." He said, "Yes." Rakṣasa said, "I don’t know if you made it right or not." Let Śiva try. Now he said, "If I put my hand on Śivajī, Śivajī will also go." So Śiva is running away here and there, here and there. And then comes a rock, and in a beautiful rock there is a Viṣṇu, Bhagavān. So Śiva ran there. The rākṣasa was standing on the rock, and Śivajī was tired. Viṣṇu said, "My God, Śiva, what happened?" He said, "This is, and this." Sit down, we have some fruits or milk at home. Please, he will come and kill us both. He said, "Don’t worry." And then Viṣṇu comes, a beautiful girl. Girls are all beautiful, it doesn’t matter. Every mother, every woman, they are very beautiful, but man is the best of the best. So Viṣṇu turned into the one very dancer. So, Viṣṇu Bhagavān, and he said, "Oh, very nice." He said, "Yes. Oh, I want to marry you." He said, "Yes, that’s a good idea." But I am a dancer. She said, "A dancer?" She said, "If you can dance, then I will marry you. Otherwise, not." Then she said, "I will learn dancing. So sit on the rock there, because I have to see you exactly like this. Don’t come close to me." So Rāvaṇa is sitting, not Rāvaṇa but other Rākṣasas. So he was standing there, and now Viṣṇu, and he became singing, "Dī Dā Dō Dī Jogī," and figures, "Aisā, Desā, Oh, Yes." And he does Rākṣas, and she said, "Śakti." And he himself made his head on his head, and he became Vāśmar, got burnt, and then became. So man marā na mamatā marī, mar mar gayī śarīr, aisī tṛṣṇā nahīṁ gayī kahā kabī. So, that is like that, man ke andar mein vāsanā jo hai, or that finally is that, what, ki ānand ho, jao eternity ho, jao, toh uskā jo khotā hai, in that form, yoga, and yoga is not only āsanas, prāṇāyāms and these things, but there is more, and now it is, last two months, I am teaching about Brahman, Bhramrī Prāṇāyām, Bhramrī Prāṇāyām is very great for our brain, and it is the best technique, the best. So, Yoga is that Śiva, and that Śiva brings that, and Śiva comes from Prakāśa. So Gurujī said, "Make a nice bhajan of Mahāprabhujī, the Prakāś." Prakāś Puñj Amṛt Ke Sāgar, Dīp Harī Mahādhunī, Sāre Viśvame Gūñj Rahī He Prabhu Kī Amar Kahānī. Prakāś Puñj Amṛt. Now, I wanted to finish the talk, but because we have so many people in the world, and they are very best friends, good friends, so in Australia, one of our very good devotees, a yoga teacher also, for Yoga in Daily Life, she got cancer, and I think within two months, today, she passed away. Our people from Europe, they were here in Australia, Sindhi, so we can say to God that she comes to Mahāprabhujī, Alakhpurījī. Three days ago, one of my also very great and devoted family members, and that is our Bhakti. You know, Bhakti is dancing, very nice. She is from the Czech Republic and Vienna, Austria. And she is very devoted to me. And her mother and her father, they are also devoted. So, four days before, I think her father passed away. But not because of the corona. He was very old, and he always didn’t want to eat. He said, "Now I will not eat anymore." And so, in two days, they wanted to bring the doctor or go to the hospital, but he said, "No, I don’t want to be here anymore." And so he passed away. So for what? We will send them condolences. And from our side, we send them prayers in that name. Oṁ Śoham Śaguṇ Brahma Śrī Dīp Paripūraṇ Nārāyaṇ Namaḥ He Mahāprabhujī, Devadidev, Haradibhagvān, Śrī Alakhpurījī, Devpurījī, Mahāprabhujī, and our Holy Gurujī, we pray to them for peace, light, and oneness with God. We send a message to their families, and we are with them. Śānti, Śānti, Hari Om
