Yoga is for tho whole world

The Assembly of Wisdom dispels sorrow through the light of Sanatana Dharma. Chemical pollution in food and water for decades has caused widespread disease and imbalance. Yoga, unrelated to religion, offers a global path to harmony, health, and concentration for body and mind. Some initially resisted elements like Aum or Surya Namaskar, but many practitioners worldwide embrace them. The Badi Khatu Pranam is a spiritual practice of 108 movements connecting the individual to the cosmic. It develops the brain, aiding concentration and learning without need for excessive tuition. True learning requires focus, not distractions like phones in school. Preserve your mother tongue while learning other languages.

"Yoga is for the whole body, the five life elements, harmony, health, balance, concentration, and happiness."

"Guru Kṛpā Hi Kevalaṁ. Guru’s grace is the best."

Jñāna sabhā dukha bhanjana, Prabhudeepa niran. Jñāna sabhā dukha bhanjana, Sanātana Dharma kī jaya, sab ṛṣi-muni-mahātmā kī jaya, mātā-pitā-gurudeva kī jaya. Oṁ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ... Good evening to all our dear sisters and brothers around the whole world, to yoga and their life, and to all ashrams, centers, different kinds of yogas, yoga teachers, and students around the whole world. They are now coming day by day to yoga. Through yoga in this world, we will first come back to harmony and understanding, coming to harmony at the same time for all creatures, all vegetation, and the good, pure waters. We all know that around our world, unfortunately, there is too much in our food, in our fruits—all these chemicals. This chemical pollution, which has been going on for about 60 years or more, slowly persists in the earth, Mother Earth, and in the water throughout the whole earth. That is very problematic. We should not have done it, and we should not do it now. If we would not use these chemicals, there are many other things we can do to protect ourselves. Then the water will be pure, vegetation will be pure, all animals will be good and happy, and there will be a balance. Then we will live happily. We will not have so much disease. It’s not only in India, but in many other countries. There were not so many hospitals before. In big cities, there were some hospitals. Now there are hospitals on every street. And not only there—in every house, there are so many medicines. Our whole body is filled with these chemicals. Of course, it’s good and not good, but our life goes down and down. The feeling is not good. Therefore, it is said that now we should all—it doesn’t matter which religion; I respect all religions. All who are worshiping in their way is good. I respect them. But now, many people will come through yoga. There was a time when an Indian said at the United Nations that yoga is for the whole world. When it became a matter of establishing yoga for the whole world, the United Nations asked which religion, or which cities or country, would say yes. At the same time, many, many countries said yes, and yes, and yes. A few were left, for example, like Austria. Why not? Then, some Muslims. And after one week only, Austria also said, "Yes, we will." Because they thought, "What is that?" and they understood. In Austria, there are so many yoga practitioners, and they said that’s good. But of course, someone said they thought it is not a religion. Well, yoga has nothing to do with religion. Yoga is for the whole body, the five life elements, harmony, health, balance, concentration, and happiness. But still, there are some countries that say, "We don’t want to have Aum." So the minister of India, the prime minister, said, "Okay, if you don’t want, you don’t do Aum." Some people are like this. They said, "No, we don’t want a Sūrya Praṇām." Sūrya Nārāyaṇa, Sūrya Praṇām, Sūrya Namaskār, Namaskār, Namaste, Hello, etc. They said, "We don’t worship the sun; it is only the sun." They said, "Okay, no problem." So, at that time, the Aum and Sūrya Nārāyaṇa, Sūrya Praṇām. Then they said, "Okay, and it is okay," and it is still going on. But those who want to do it, they can do it. Now, Indians were looking more, but the Western peoples—Australia, New Zealand, Canada, America, Australia, all these countries, London, Africa, everywhere—where all yoga practitioners and many yoga teachers and yoga schools, many, all yogīs are there, they said, "No, we want to have Aum and Sūrya Namaskār." Yes. So that’s okay. Those who don’t want, that’s okay. They said, "We don’t want to force you for two things." But many people said, "We want to have some program like that." And that, before that already, about 30 years before, is in my book, the "Yoga in Daily Life" book. You will see that. So there was Sūrya Praṇām, and also we come to our yoga in daily life there. And there was what we had, Khāṭū Praṇām. And Khatu, Khatu, I asked everybody. So, there was in Khatu, there are more Muslims and Hindus and all this. So, all Muslims also said, yes, we want to have this. We have to, yes, everything, because it was only in Khatu. So, there are two, three Khaṭṭus in Rajasthan, India. There is one Khattu nearby, and there is one more like this. But one is called very favorable, like this is the Khatu Shyām. So everybody thinks it’s Khāṭū Śyām. Shyam is Krishna’s; there was this one in the five Pāṇḍavas. And one of the Pāṇḍavas, there was one who marries there and got a wife, and this and that—I don’t want to tell all, but was it like that? But he became... because who was that? Bhīma, and you know the Bhīma where we go to Badrināth? Yes, Bhīma was my God, powerful and so, so... Bhīma was there in the forest somewhere, and some lady or woman, I don’t know how it happened, but got a child, one boy, very strong as Bhīma. So that was also his son, and it is said in Kaliyuga, in Kaliyuga you will be the hero. And so, since now that time in Kacharas—not Kacharas, sorry. Khatu Śyām, where is that? Sikar district. And there is the, what we call, Khatu. Khatu Śyām. So the Śyām, they call the Kṛṣṇa. Also, his name is like Krishna. Now we have Badi Khatu and Choti Khatu. So what is that? So, Bāḍī Khāṭu. And Badī Khāṭu is there because of Devapurījī, Mahāprabhujī, and Holy Gurujī. It’s famous, and therefore, we made our Badī Khāṭu Praṇām. What is that? Bāḍī Khāṭu Praṇām. Badikhatu Pranam in the whole world now, everywhere. Also in China, many, many schools of yoga and daily life there. And they like it very much. What is that? Barī Khāṭu. Praṇām. And all people, barikhatu people, they say, "Yes, because we are barikhatu." But the exercises of ours, that is not only making a joking. The movements of the body, physical, mental, spiritual, and concentrations, etc. So, and that, we had brought this—how many postures? Let me do it again. Twenty-seven. Why twenty-seven? Twenty-seven and twenty-seven? Fifty-two? Yes? Twenty-four? Yeah, fifty-four? And fifty-four and fifty-four? One hundred eight. And what is hundred-eight? This mālā. Huh? 108 mālā, that is called Badi Khatu Pranam. But do you think so? Mahāprabhujī gave it to me in my mind. Holy Gurujī said to me, maybe Devpurījī also come to the point. They are only, they have four Sūrya Nārāyaṇa Sūrya Samskāra, but Badi Khatu. And we can practice, 105 practice, you will be the body, body man. Yes? So now, slowly, slowly, I, which pet my stomach, brought it back. Now I am trying, and now I will come to the badī khāṭū praṇām. Praṇām. Kisko praṇām hai? Badi, great. It means great. Badi Khāṭū. The khatu, there is a beautiful, very beautiful hill, big, very nice, very nice atmosphere. Baddhī khaṭu, sotī khaṭu, there are three, four khaṭus. So in the baddhī khaṭu praṇām, one time when you practice, one round is twenty-seven. And when it’s two times a hundred, or two, five, fifty. And then the three times, and on the fourth, one hundred eight. That is what we are going into in yoga and in life. Because it has to count exactly how many, how many our joints, our bones, how many nerves, how many things in our body. In my book, in my yoga book, go and see. And then, second, the human hidden power in humans, see that inside, and then you will say, "Yes, why is it like that?" That just opens, and it is coming all from the earth to the cosmic, from cosmic to the all. Then we see there from that is our earth and our oceans. It’s just like a little bit. So big is space, and space. Practice comes to that. So if you can do it one morning, one day, one time. Second, one time. Third, one time. Four, one time. Five, one time. Then, two times one, two times one, one times two, two times two, three times two. Slowly, slowly... And then you will see your brain. The brain for learning, people who cannot learn, cannot concentrate, then it is for them, and also traveling like that. And Brahmrī Prāṇāyāma, this sound, this sound is going to how many? The nerves going through. The whole brain has two hemispheres, and that student who can learn properly, then it’s both hemispheres. And who is looking like this, and looking this, and then this, and then... I want to go to. After school, in the class, and then go to another teacher to go there again. That means this person is my half-mind, half-mind. There will not become. Learn nicely. You have the book. Was giving this very good, then you come home, sit two hours yourself, for three hours learns again three times about the book, same and the Brahmrī Prāṇāyāma. After for a while, go again, come in the book, you don’t need. What you call the teacher’s tuition, tuition... There was no tuition, but the tissue had tissue. There was no tuition. When I was in school, there was no tuition at all, and neither was there in Europe. But now, tuition, tuition. It means they bring the children, their brain confusing, confusing. When I was in school, what I learned, I came home, my father said something, what, how? And this, I was jumping here and there. But the next day, the teacher was asking, "What was last time?" So, you know, like this? Come here. Yes, it was. Very nice. This is all very soft. It was a stick, yes. Other children were like that. You, a boy, green boy, blue boy, did you learn? What did you learn yesterday? Do you know that? Come here. Like this. So all students, they said when they were coming from home to the school, they said, "I did not, but can my friend tell me this? Was this?" So, two or three, when the teacher was telling all, this was learning, learning. Teacher, was it once more? Then again, once more, and then once more, we’ll see. Then that day, and then stand up and prayers, and remember this, what I taught. Say, "Yes, sir, Master." So many people, in their brain is nothing. So, therefore, come to the school or college. Concentrate. Telephone, don’t take in the school. Never. And learn, then learn. If you could not understand, then say, sir. Now, you say, "Sir, can I tell you once more?" Yes, I will tell you. And then you come and you learn. That was the gurus. And the disciple becomes the master, what you call the master, but now you get a guru. They were, those who were schooled, all were perfect always. And now, many people said, lower caste, 42? 40? 89? This. So why one time it’s good, that all should be the same. But their brain is not properly developed, exactly. And then they are learning, and they are learning. And the other also. Therefore, Guru Kṛpā Hi Kevalaṁ Śiṣye Ke Ānanda Maṅgalam. Guru Kṛpā Hi Kevalaṁ. Guru Kṛpā. Guru Kī Kṛpā Hi the best. He goes to take money and notes. He is told to teach in the same class, that’s it. After that, he says, you go, our teachers and our students will study together. There is a big story. I will tell you that story next time; it is a very long story. That man, his child was not even light. It is a very good story; tomorrow we will see. I will tell you. So, therefore, this badī khaṭu praṇām, Badu fadi khatu pranam is not only exercise. But it is going to all the Vedas, mantras, nāmas, everything that is. How many letters do we have? Many of our people, how many letters do we have? Twenty? Twenty. 20. Everyone is saying, sir, let’s do some cleaning. Isn’t it? Everyone is doing some cleaning, and a polyglot comes out. Gurudev, Gurūśa, Guru. Sir, sir,... sir. If someone else comes and he doesn’t know German, then he will speak English, one or the other. If Czech and Slovakia go, then the Czech language and Slovak language are equivalent to our Hindi language and Gujarati language. There is a big difference between the Gujarati and Hindi languages. So, like this, all the countries in Europe will use the same language. And many times when they go, their professor or minister knows English, but he will speak in his own language. If he comes out and calls someone to speak in Hindi or English, he is my country, my language, my land, my everything. And we are all ruined. Hey brother, where were you born? You may study, but at home, nowadays you all study, but in cities, just, Papa, your father is a sinner. I’m a mummy, I’m a mummy, mummy, mummy. That is why, what is that? Tell them here. What will you tell them today? After this, we will tell them here. What is that? What fun it is. You will see. So, with this, today, all the best. Deepnayan Bhagavān kī Devpurījī kī Sanātanadharma kī ek bhajan gāyegī, ye our sister. Till that, you will look in your, you know that? Badikhatu? Yes or no? Good? So you should prepare, but this she will be okay. Deep Nārāyaṇ Bhagavān kī sanātana dharma kī sabhī bhakt janō kī jai ho. Bhajan bol do, Gurū Viśva Bādśāh. Ārāj suno, Sarkār, Gurū Viśva Bādśāh. Ārāj suno, Sarkār. Par bar meṁ karū vintī, bad bar meṁ karū vintī. Kada Kada Tere Dwaar, Guru Vishwa Badasha, Guru Vishwa Badasha, Vavasagar Mainaiya, Mere Dhool Rahi Manjha Dhaar. Bhavsagar Mainaiya, Mere Dhoola Rahi Manjhadhar. Kuru Viśva Bādśāh ārāj suno Sarkār, Kuru Viśva Bādśāh ārāj suno Sarkār. Pād bāra meṁ karu vinti, bāra bāra meṁ vinti. Kadā kadā Kuru Viśva Bādśāh, ārāj suno Sarkār, Kuru Viśva Bādśāh. Āraj suno, śarkār, dukhīyā ke dukha mīṭhā na karnā, apalīyā avatār. Dukhīyo kā dukha mīṭhā na karnā, apalīye avatār. Are āriyā, apalīyā avatār. In the three worlds and the four winds, your kingdom is across the sea. Guru Viśvā Badśāh, Arāj Śro Sarkār. Par baar mein karu vinti, baar baar mein karu vinti, kadha kadha tvaar Guru Viśvā Bādśāh, araj suno sarkār... Bāḍ bīḍ padi hai, dāt, kya sunāū? Pukār kise ko jā kar ke hū? Dātā, kise ko jā kar ke hū? Dātā, aur nahīṁ hai ādhār. Gur viśva badśā, ārāj suno, sarkār. Vār vār main karu vinati, vār vār main karu vinati, kara kaḍā tere dvār. Guru viśva pādaśā, ārāj suno, sarkār. Kotipramandke Sahayaswami Vishwaka Palanahar, sab yavatara or devi devata, sab kaadatara guru vishwa badasha araja suno sarkar. Śrīdipadayālodayāvīchāro kardo, adama udhār. Prabhudīpadayālodayāvīchāro kardo, adama udhār. Hare kardo adama udhār, Śrīmad-Davanajike ānanda kardo prabhu mere prānādhār. Guru Viśva Badśāh, Rāj suno Sarkār. Guru Viśva Badśāh, Rāj suno Sarkār... And so I’m telling you, for example, this is more or less. For Indians, whole India, I live in Austria for long, nearly 51 years, and all they speak, everything very pure German language. And in German, also German. But there are, like, these little differences, like, what do we call that? Dialect. Different dialect, but the same. When we go to Croatia, all they are talking about is Croatia. If you go to France, it is only France. So all over Europe, everywhere, why cannot our people speak our own language? We should learn, but we should keep our language. That is something, so I’m very happy. I’m very happy about my Austria. I’m very happy about Czech or Slovak, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, et cetera. And they know each other. They have a language. Also, other languages they can see, so we have to learn, my dear. So, Hari Om. Listen, please. We call it the mother tongue. Mother tongue means Indian language. Hari Om.
