Yoga is for tho whole world

Baḍī Khāṭū Praṇām returns one to yoga, health, and cultural roots.

Chemicals in food and water spread through the earth, causing disease and imbalance. Yoga restores harmony, health, balance, concentration, and happiness. Yoga is not a religion; it works on the body’s five elements. Some countries initially rejected Om and Surya Namaskar in yoga, but Western practitioners demanded them. Baḍī Khāṭū Praṇām consists of 108 postures, revealed by Mahāprabhujī. The practice originates from the holy place Baḍī Khāṭū in Rajasthan. It benefits physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions, and deepens concentration. Bhramari Pranayama activates both brain hemispheres, improving learning. Self-study and repetition are essential; tuition confuses the mind. A true guru’s grace is the highest; the disciple becomes master through devotion. Respect for the teacher ensures proper learning and memory. One must reclaim mother tongue, culture, and traditional food. Many have lost their language; speaking the mother tongue is vital. The practice aligns with Vedas, mantras, and all sacred wisdom. Through consistent practice, one connects earth to cosmic energies. The world now embraces this practice, even in China and many yoga schools.

"Yoga has nothing to do with religion. Yoga is for the whole body, the five elements: harmony, health, balance, concentration, and happiness."

"Baḍī Khāṭū Praṇām is not only exercise, but it is going to all the Vedas, mantras, nēmas, everything."

Devādhideva, Devapuriṣya Mahādevakī, Satguru Svāmī Mādhavānandajī Bhagavānakī, Alakhpurījī Mahādevakī, Satya Sanātana Dharmakī, Saba Ṛṣi Muni Mahātmāokī, Mātāpitā Gurudevakī, Oṁ Śānti, Śānti, Śānti. Good evening to all our dear sisters and brothers around the whole world, to yoga and life, and to all ashrams, centers, different kinds of yoga, yoga teachers, and students around the whole world. They are now coming day by day to yoga, and through yoga in this world, we will come back first into harmony, understanding, and coming to the harmony. The same applies to all creatures, all vegetation, and the good, pure waters. We all know, around the whole world, unfortunately, that there are so many chemicals in our food, in our fruits. And these chemicals, they are slowly, slowly... For about 60 years or more, they remain moving through the earth, Mother Earth, and with the water, throughout the whole earth, and that is very problematic. We should not have done this, and we should not do it now, if we would move away from these chemicals. There are many other ways we can protect ourselves, so that water will be pure, vegetation will be pure, all animals will be good and happy, and there will be balance. We will live happily. We will not have so much disease. It is not only in India, but in many other countries. There were not so many hospitals before. In big cities there were some hospitals. And now there are hospitals on every street. And not only that—in every house there are so many medicines. Our whole body is filled with these chemicals. Of course, it is both good and not good, but our life goes down and down, and the feeling is not good. Therefore, it is said, now we should all—it doesn’t matter which religion. I respect all religions. All who are worshipping in their own way is good. I respect them, but all will now come through yoga, many people. There was a time when an Indian said at the United Nations that yoga is for the whole world. And when it came about that we wanted to have yoga for the whole world, the United Nations asked, “Which religion, or which cities or country, will say yes?” And at the same time, many, many countries said yes, and yes, and yes. Few were left, for example, Austria. Why not? Then some Muslims—and after only one week, Austria also said, “Yes, we will.” Because they thought, “What is that?” And they understood, “Oh, in Austria there are so many yoga practitioners there.” And they said, “That’s good, yes.” But of course, someone said they thought it is not religion. Well, yoga has nothing to do with religion. Yoga is for the whole body, the five elements: harmony, health, balance, concentration, and happiness. But still, there are some countries that say, “We don’t want to have Aum.” So the Minister of India, the Prime Minister, said, “Okay, if you don’t want, you don’t do Aum.” Some people are like this. They said, “No, we don’t want a Sūrya Praṇām, Sūrya Nārāyaṇa, Sūrya Praṇām, Sūrya Namaskāra, Namaskāra, Namaste, hello, etc.” They said, “We don’t worship the sun.” It is only the sun. They said, “Okay, no problem.” So at that time, the Oṁ and Sūrya Nārāyaṇa, Sūrya Praṇām... Then they said, “Okay, it is okay.” It is still going on. But those who want to do, they can do. Now, Indians were looking on more, but the Western peoples—Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Canada, America, Australia, all these countries, Nandan, Afrikaans, everywhere—all yoga practitioners and many yoga teachers and yoga schools, many yogīs there, they said, “No, we want to have Oṁ and Sūrya Namaskāra.” Yes. So that’s okay. Those who don’t want, that’s okay. They said, “We don’t want to force you for two things, but many people said we want to have some program like that.” And before that already, about 30 years before, it is in my book Yoga in Daily Life. You will see that. There was Sūrya Praṇām, and also we come to our yoga in daily life there, and there was what we had, Khāṭū Praṇām and Khāṭū. I asked everybody, so there was in Khāṭū. There are more Muslims and Hindus, and all of this. So all Muslims also say, “Yes, we want to have this. We have to have that.” Yes, everything, because it was only Bāḍī Khāṭū. Khāṭū. So there are two or three Khaṭus in Rajasthan, India. One is near Deer, and one more like this. But one is called very favorably, like the Khatu Shyām. Everybody thinks it is Khatu Shyām. Shyam is Krishna. There were, say, five Pāṇḍavas, and one of the Pāṇḍavas, there was one who married and got a wife, and this and that, and I don’t want to tell all, but it was like that. He became—because who was that? Bhīma, and you know Bhīma? Bhim, when we go to Badrināth, yes, Bhīma was my God, powerful, and so Bhīma, he was there in the forest somewhere, and some lady or woman, I don’t know how it happened, but got a child, one boy, very strong, like Bhīma, so that was also his son, and that is, it is said, in Kaliyuga, you will be the hero here. And so, since that time, in Kachras—not Kachras, sorry—Khatu Siam, where is that? Sikar district, and there is the, what we call, Khatu. What is it, Khatu? Khatu Śyām. So they call Śyāma Kṛṣṇa. Also his name is like Kṛṣṇa. Now we have Baḍīkhāṭū and Choṭīkhāṭū. So what is that? Baḍīkhāṭū. And Badīkhaṭu is there because of Devpurījī, Mahāprabhujī, and Holy Gurujī. It’s famous, and therefore we made our Baḍī Khāṭū Praṇām. What is that? Baḍī Khāṭū Praṇām. Baḍī Khāṭū Praṇām is in the whole world now, everywhere, even in China. Many schools of yoga exist, and daily life is there. And there they like it very much. What is that? Bāḍīkhāṭū Praṇām. And all people, Badi Khatu people, they said, “Yes, because we are Badi Khatu.” But the exercises of ours, that is not only making a joking—the movements of that in the body, physical, mental, spiritual, and concentrations, etc. So we have brought this, how many postures? Let me do that again. Twenty-seven. Why twenty-seven? Twenty-seven and twenty-seven? Fifty-two? Yes? Twenty-four? Yeah, fifty-four? And fifty-four and fifty-four? One hundred and eight. And what is one hundred eight? This mālā. Huh? 108 mālā. That is called Bāḍīkhāṭū Praṇām. Why do you think so? Mahāprabhujī gave me in my mind, “Holī Gurujī said to me, ‘Maybe Devpurījī also...’” Come to the point. There are only four Sūrya Nārāyaṇa Sūrya Namaskāra, but Bādīkhāṭu. And we can practice. Yes, one hundred five practices, you will be the body, body man. Yes, so now slowly, slowly, I patted my stomach and brought it back. Now I am trying, and now I will come to the Bāḍī Khāṭū Praṇām. Praṇām. Baḍī, great. It means great. Baḍī Khāṭū. The Khāṭū, there is a beautiful, very beautiful hill, big, very nice, very nice atmosphere. Baḍīkhāṭū, Soṭīkhāṭū, there are three, four khāṭūs. So in the Baḍī Khāṭū Praṇām, one time when you practice, one round is twenty-seven, and when is two rounds? Mahāprabhujī kī Karatā, Mahāprabhujī kī Karatā... Do many things in our body. In my book, in my holy yoga book, go and see. And then the second, the human, hidden power in humans. See that inside, and then you will say, “Yes, why is it like that?” That just opens, and it is coming all from the earth to the cosmic, from the cosmic to the all. Then we see there from that is our earth and our oceans. It’s just like a little bit, so big is space and space. Practice comes to that. So if you can do it one morning, one day, one time. Second, one time. Third, one time. Fourth, one time. Five, one time. Then, two times. One, two times. One times two. Two times two. Three times two. Slowly, slowly, and then you will see your brain, the brain for learning. People who cannot learn and cannot concentrate, then it is for them, and also traveling like that. And Bhramarī Prāṇāyāma, this sound, this sound is going through how many nerves, going through the whole brain. And there are two hemispheres. And that student who can learn properly, then it’s both hemispheres. And who is looking like this, and looking like this, and then this, and then this, and then I want to go to the, for the, after the school, in the class, and then go to the teacher, again to go there—that means this person is my half-mind. Half-mind. It will not come. Learn nicely. You have the book. The teacher was giving this, very good. Then you come home, sit two hours yourself, or three hours, learn again three times about the book, same, and Bhramrī Prāṇāyāma. After a while, go, again come, and the book you don’t need. What do you call the teachers? Tuition, tuition, tuition. There was no tuition. When I was in school, there was no tuition at all, and neither in Europe. But now, tuition, tuition. It means they bring the children, their brains confused, confused. When I was in school, what I learned, I came home, and my father said something. What, how, and this? I was jumping here and there. But the next day, the teacher was asking, “What was last time? What happened?” So, you know, like this, “Come here, yes, it was very nice.” This is all very soft. It was a stick. Yes. Other children were like that. You were a boy, a green boy, a blue boy. Did you learn? What did you learn yesterday? Do you know that? Come here, like this. So all the students said, when they were coming from home to school, they said, “I did not, but what can my friend tell me? It was this, it was this.” So, two or three, when the teacher was telling us, all was this learning, learning. The teacher said it once more, then again once more, and then once more. See, then that day, and then stand up, and prayers, and remember this what I taught. Say, “Yes, sir.” Mat sab, Sar Har Nahi Hai, Sar Hai Ko Nahi Hai, Sar Far. To Gayā, sar har nahī̃ hai, sar far to gayā paramparā voh jisko kehte guru, jisko kyā kehte guru, hum kehte master. Master kā Hindī śabda nahī̃ hai, master to English hai. Yes, so many people in their brain is nothing, so therefore come to the school or college. Concentrate. Telephones are not allowed in school. Never. Let the parents learn this, and then learn. If you could not understand, then say, “Sir, now you say, Sir, Mahātsab, can I tell you once more?” Yes, I will tell you. And then you come and you learn. That was the gurus. And the disciple becomes the master, what you call the master, but now you get a guru. They were those who were schooled; all were perfect always. And now, he put everyone down below, and many people said, “Lover, what caste? Forty-two? Forty?” A dusra ke ye to, koī brāhmaṇa yā dusra hai? Eighty-nine? No, no, this is not a nine at all. Bas, they pull like this. So why? One time it’s good that all should be the same, but their brain is not proper, exactly, and then they are learning and they are learning, and the other also. Therefore, Guru Kṛpā He Kevalam, Śiṣye Ke Ānanda Maṅgalam, Guru Kṛpā He Kevalam, Guru Kṛpā, Guru Kī Kṛpā He, the best. He goes to take money and notes. He is told to study in the same class, that’s it. After that, you can go. Our students will study. There is a big story. I will tell you that story next time. It is a very long story. That man’s child was not even light. It is. A very good story. Tomorrow we will see. I will tell you. So, therefore, this Baḍī Khāṭū Praṇām, Baḍī Khāṭū Praṇām is not only exercise, but it is going to all the Vedas, mantras, nēmas, everything. How many letters do we have? Many of our people, how many letters do we have? Bhai, Bhai... Our teacher is also there, not a teacher, but a teacher. He says to everyone, “Sir, I am going to wash my hair.” He says, “No, I am going to wash my hair.” He comes out, “Guru Dev, Guru Śāha, Guru, Sir, Sir,... Sir Mahāprabhujī Karatā, Mahāprabhujī Karatā...” Śrī Śrī... Many times when they go, their professor or minister is there, so he knows English, but he will speak in his language if he comes out and will call others to speak in English or Hindi with him. He is his country, he is my country, he is my language, he is my land, he is my everything. And we are all ruined. Oh brother, where have you been born? You should study, but at home, you all study these days. But in cities, I just... Papa, your father is a sinner. Mummy, you are a mother. What is this nonsense? But the other language, the language of that country, is very good. It is good. So, we are going to do something. Now, in this country, after coming back to you, our language, our culture, our country, our food, we have to do everything and move forward. Badnā hai isī liye badī khātū pranām. What is that? Badī Khāṭū Pranām Batao, Unko Yahāṁ Pe Kyā Bataoge Bhai? Āj? Abhi iske baad mein yaha batayenge, abhi badi khatu kya maja aata hai, aaf dekhna. All the best, Dīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavān kī, Dev Puruṣa Mahādeva kī, Dīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavāne kī, Sanātana Dharma kī ek bhajan gāegī. Ye our sister, till that you will look in your, you know that? Yes or no? Good? So you should prepare. But this she will. Dīp Nārāyaṇa Bhagavāne Kī Sanātana Dharma Kī Jaya Ho. And so, I’m telling you, for example, this is more or less for Indians, the whole of India. I have lived in Austria for a long time, nearly 51 years. And all they speak, everything is in very pure German language. And in German, also German. But there are these little differences, like, what do we call that? Karata Mahāprabhujī Karata He Karata Mahāprabhujī Karata He Karata. I’m very happy. I’m very happy about my Austria. I’m very happy about Czech, Slovak, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, etc. And they know others, they have language, and they can also see other languages. So we have to learn, my dear. So Hari Om, learn please, we call it the mother tongue. Madratang means Indian language.
