Enjoy your life and be positive

We are here under these ancient trees, a place of immense life and energy. The trees provide oxygen, shade, and healing for our eyes and spirit. We are children of the Mother Earth, who sustains us like a mother, her grass a forgiving cloth. Walk barefoot on this clean earth to connect with its energy. Our daily life, from waking to sleeping, should be observed with clarity. Our body is a complete family; the two eyes are sisters who cannot see each other, and the two nostrils are brothers who talk but cannot hear. This understanding guides practices like applying tilak and performing prāṇāyāma. Every part has purpose, like nails as tools. Beauty comes from within. We must not harm the body but enjoy life fully through good food, meditation, and work. Live well, feeling gratitude for everything.

"These trees that are here do not push the other trees away. That is very important."

"‘Sweet’ means think sweet, speak sweet, look sweet."

It is not just one tree, but many different kinds. Some are putting out new leaves. On all trees, leaves eventually fall down. And some, like pine trees, have needles for many years. Whoever planted these different kinds of trees thought very well about what types to plant and where to place them. These trees that are here do not push the other trees away. That is very important. So, we are under the tree. We can climb this beautiful tree, or we can sit facing the sun nearby. Our eyes become very healthy, very good, and peaceful when we look at the trees. Our eyes are calmed and healed simply by looking at the trees. There is a very spiritual feeling in everyone here. It is as if we are children under our mother tree. We are the children. And the trees give us so much energy, oxygen, good wind, everything. Not only that, but the earth, you know, is also a mother. So we have two mothers: one is Mother Earth, and the other is our birth mother. And we also have our father and our brothers with us. This Mother Earth has something like hair. And what is the hair? It is the grass, look. Yes, the Mother gives us a nice cloth; we can just lie down here. We walk on it, we know. But Mother said, "The grass said, no problem." The grass says, "Oh my children, don’t worry, I will stand up again." You see, this is not a joke. So, also, if we can go for a little time without socks, without shoes—and here, where it is very clean with no thorns—we should walk on this grass. The best of the best is to come here on the grass before sunrise and walk a few minutes barefoot. It is said there are two things. Yesterday, I told you that when you wake up, we open our eyes and we say, "We are human." And then we said to step out from sleeping or from the bed onto Mother Earth. So when we touch the earth with our feet, where would it be good to do so without socks and shoes? Just touch it. Well, not everyone has a house directly on the earth. We have many stores, one, two, three stories. But still, there are stones and other things. So we are touching from the earth upward. Energy comes from the clouds, not from the ocean. And also, what is this? Like our... yes, electricity, electric, yeah, lightning, you know, and it comes to the mother. So, look, when it comes to earth, it goes away. And so we are taking control of the mothers. From today, not too much, just... what I am telling today, you also know. You already know what is going on. But now we should think clearly. From just now until tomorrow, on this side. From just now until tomorrow, on this side, consider where, how, and what you did. Where, how, what you did: sleeping, sitting, running, meditating. Meditation, what you drink, what you eat, what dress you put on, everything. And in this area where we are, this is how we feel for twelve days. Here in this land, how do we actually feel these days that we are here? And so on our ground, from sunrise to sunrise, what do we achieve from this area? Only sitting, closing eyes, and meditating, chanting mantra, and going down. Why do we go like this, like this? Because our body, our inner self says, "I want to go down to Mother." I want to go down to Mother. And Mother says, "No, stand up straight, please." If anybody takes one piece of paper, what can you write from our morning to morning call? It is me, how to say, playing, eating, drinking, coffee, chai, yes? Yes, and then we must have Tilak. Yes, you know, everybody, yogic power—this is a very important point here. This is our Trikuṭī. So, for the whole, here is this point. The other now is the navel, and from down is the Vajranāḍī. So, when somebody gives us tilak, and we eat a little sweet—it doesn’t matter if it is sugar or some sweet fruit, not too much, just one—that is good. You know what is good? There is gourd, which is a very different sweet, and the other is different. So this sugar is different. It is very, very healthy. Or, if it is from the roots, sugar, then it has to make another, different, not sugar. So, the good is the sweet. So, it is said, for example, in the morning we are making tea. But you can make Tilak with water, cold water, with this finger, the ring finger. We take the water and we touch here. Or if you have some perfume, or some... it is like some color, it has. Very important, and then sweet, sweet, will be whole life sweet. And you know, when a little child is there, mother says, "Oh, my sweet child," and the child also first drinks the sweet milk from mother. So, in our whole body, there is sugar inside. There are many things: hormones, this, that. There are many, many things. But what I am telling now is this: "sweet" means think sweet, speak sweet, look sweet. "Sweet" also means good, very humble things, good things. So after you are washing, then you put it away. Then you put on your dress, then we apply tilak or water, or if you have some perfume—not very strong but very little. So this all goes in the brain, in our head, completely. It goes that all this energy, prāṇas, through this. And you know, there are two sisters, two sisters of the mother, but they cannot meet with the mother. My mother sees, but the teachers of the sisters don’t want to see each other. Maybe the mother sees them, but the two sisters will never see each other. Their whole life, the sisters cannot see each other. And you know who are these two sisters? They cannot come to sister to sister. The eyes. These eyes cannot see here, and these eyes cannot see here. Therefore, Tilak. Then both energy comes and happiness, friends. And then, when we look in our mirror, don’t look at your office, at your face, but my sisters. Yes, and we should be so grateful and very happy, and friends, our sisters. And when you have these two sisters, look in the mirror. And we are going beautifully for our eyes. Yes, when one eye is there, one sister is there, and the other is not. My God, you see, one will be seen like this. See in our life what we are doing. And there are nostrils. Both nostrils cannot see each other. They talk but cannot hear. Yes, therefore we sit for prāṇāyāma. Anuloma viloma. So that it comes to our brain, inside our nostrils. Yes, and then it comes, brothers, of course, not only daughters. And then come the brothers, not only sisters, but there are also brothers here. Yes, the brother, my God. And those brothers, my God. I don’t know why. I don’t know why. Hey, Vasant, why do they always tell everyone that he’s the only one, the one brother? When he was born, he should have been my brother. And why, when they are born, do they always want it to be a boy, to be a brother? And when the daughter is, they say, "Yes, I have a daughter." Yes, everybody, all our ladies and girls are very good, sisters are very good. But they have to work, they have to work. And two brothers, they are sitting. And mother said to daughter, "Bring this, bring this." And if she tells her brother, she says, "Don’t disturb my brother," and he says, "Yes, yes." So what? The sister said very nicely, "Decoration." And brother is so sad. My hair is going here and this. What should I do? But the other one said, "Don’t worry." Very soon, then I will tell the sister. And how? My moustache. Yes. Then she said, "Oh, he’s a man." Now, now we are all doing like this. So, the male sister is with eyes and does very good. And man is that, yes, now he’s a strong one. That means that now he is a strong one. He is a protector for my sister. Yes. So this is how we are living life here. And so, both the nostrils, anuloma viloma. So they say, how will we know each other, brothers? He says, "Don’t worry. Close one nostril." You tell my brother there, "Go in," and then close this side. And come to my nostril. Oh, very nice. Come in again. And now I go to the other side. Oh, my brothers, don’t tell anybody. We had a hole there; we can go, come and go. But many things—our body, our life, our knowledge—we know very well. Yes, then the fingers sit. Yes, the fingers sit. All are very good, but if you do only one like this, then it is, "Oh, this is not good," and if you say, "Hmm, that’s also not good," but we say, "Hello," and he each said, "I am powerful, I am good, I am very good." I am good, I am great. How do you know? I come to the piano and see how they are. My God, so good. Then sister comes. Brother, let me see how I can. Brother said, "Well, I have worked very hard in the garden." And you were at home, making your nails and like that. That’s why you are nice. So the whole body, everything, is our life. And that is our life. Then, we have no nonsense thing to go somewhere. I am myself in the life of my God. My father and my mother. How can I give to my mother? What can I give, Mother? What a mother has given, no one can give. And father, he was always very nice to mother. Yes, that my child comes through my mother. So, in that, there are very beautiful things. In that, we know what we are doing. So there was some point, and this is something we can learn through this. So, live life. And we know sooner or later we will go, but as long as we are here, we should enjoy. Enjoy what? Eat well, drink well. Sleep good. Work soon. Singing. Everything. And feel good. Everything. That’s very, very important. In that way, each and every part of our body, from our nails down to our feet, and our toes, and nails also there, we are everywhere. Why are the nails here? Yes, because it is said we will not eat properly, and we cannot catch anything properly. So the nails are this. These are our weapons. Yes. So, the man works hard and does good with his nails, and the sister makes beautiful fine. And when one or two days his wife goes to the farm and works, her husband says, "Don’t come tomorrow again in the garden. Your fingers and everything, not good, I don’t like." He said, very nice. I was thinking that he would give it to me. And that’s why I don’t want to go there. And that’s why I don’t want to go there. He says, "Don’t go." Because my wife should be very beautiful. How is the beauty? Beauty is not only the skin and eyes and like this. The beauty is from inside. That’s very important. So, all in all, if we can, day and night, we know we are doing very well. So we should not destroy our body with some drugs, alcohol, or many things. And so, that is what I said: the sisters, both sisters. And when one sister is gone, when one eye is gone, the other one, she is very sad. Though I didn’t see my sister, but it is my body, my sister. So meditation, concentration, good food, eating, walking, everything. Live life good. And so, this beautiful tree, which I told you about again. And how many creatures are there. And how we see the beautiful trees and colors, and so on. And this grass, everything, oh my God, what do I know more? Thank you, thank you. I am sitting in meditation, and meditation means that I am like this big tree. And now this tree doesn’t know what to say. The roots, trunk, branches, leaves, flowers, and so on and so forth. "How many children I have on this tree," he says. The tree says, "How many of my children are living on the trees, and how many little animals are living here?" And that means life. Life is life. So today, you can write something, really. The doctor knows everything, but now we know more than the doctor. Yes, that will be, that is the difference, but it is also all organs, all everything in the body, so what to eat, what to drink, and so it is said, "I cannot do, but I can do." My, my... good, my good, good, my good luck. So, how can I get my, this, the good luck? So, tilak is good luck. And that tilak is going there. Very important. And eyes, we should keep good and clean, very clean. And so, when we go, we say to Mother Earth and Mother Father, "Mother, I am going." Like this, we will go again, and now we have someone’s bhajan. So it’s very nice, very, very nice. That means the work. And you know what is the work? We drink. We eat. We drank, we swallowed, we gave it to the stomach. They are working. Sometimes making different air outside. Yes, so this is also our company. How good to see there was something. It will come. Everything is within ourselves. Yes, so there was one story, a very nice story, but next time I will tell you. Yes, I will think about that. If you have learned from me, so come on, please, bhajan. Oṁ Śrī Devāśvara Mahādeva Kī Jai, Śrī Dīp Nārāyaṇ Mahāprabhujī Kī Jai, Śrī Sattva Gurudeva Kī Jai.
