Be careful and keep a good atmosphere

A morning ritual establishes purity and presence for the day. Upon waking, declare your human consciousness. Step from bed with reverence for Mother Earth. Begin with pure water, holding it in your palms to acknowledge the divine within it. Apply water to the face five times for physical, mental, and spiritual cleansing. Drink the water, feeling it purify your system, dedicating your life to the divine. The first sight upon waking should be a sacred image or a pure element of nature, setting a harmonious tone. This practice cleanses the residues of night and anger, fostering inner peace that is independent of external events. True yoga is this integrated awareness in every action, recognizing that happiness and unhappiness originate within.

"Where there is water, there is God."

"Happiness and unhappiness are all within ourselves, not from others at all."

Shri Deep Narayan Bhagwan Ki Devadhi Dev Dev Puruṣa Mahādeva Satguru Swami Madhavan Ji Bhagwan Ki. So, good day, beautiful day, blessings of our paramparā Gurudevs. It was a beautiful time, a whole beautiful week, and you were very beautiful, very good, and you were really learning your sādhanā. We should all be in peace, in harmony. Nehnevajte sa. That anger you have cleaned up through our anuṣṭhāna, through the Kriyā Śakti. The Kriya techniques and Kriya Śakti give us immense energy, peace, harmony, health, etc., through this ceremony, which is called Anuṣṭhāna. Physically, mentally, spiritually, it should be very clean, peaceful. Do not bring out from yourself anger or sadness or something like this. When we wake up, we say, "Today I am human." When we step out from our bed, we think of Mother Earth: "Mother, can I step on it?" We take pure, clean water. To take water, feel each drop is full in your palms. When you, after sleeping, come to your bathroom or near your water, take water with both hands and hold it for a while. This water, cold or warm or whatever it is from the whole night—whatever happened unconsciously or consciously—just remember: where there is water, there is God. Let the water flow through your palms, or slowly through our hands, nicely, and onto our face. Second, take the water in both hands to our face and our eyes. Five times, press the water on the face for all elements in this seeing, inside, for each and every point—physical, mental, spiritual, etc. Jal jagadīś bhagavān. Then we take water in the mouth without any other substance, just pure water, and drink. We can pull water once into the mouth, clean it, and put it down. And second for the face, third for the ears, fourth for the hands and lips, and fifth, water to drink. When the water first thing in the morning goes to the whole system, we feel it very much, feeling water is going through nicely in the whole intense time. This water goes very quickly into the systems, nerve systems, with the blood. We have thick blood because we did not drink the whole night. In this pure, clean, good water, when we take it in our mouth and drink, that’s how you say to God, "My life, my life is with you." All Jala Bhagavān or Jala Jagadīśa, Voda Jīvota—my life is you. I have been doing my sādhanā all week, and you had purification with many, many things. When we open our eyes, when we say, "I am human," we see the face of our Gurudeva: Alak Purījī, Dev Purījī, Mahāprabhujī, Holy Guru—that whole, like, golden energy in the body. Or your mother’s face, your father’s face. Or other gods, like Jesus, or holy mothers. So, in the sleeping room, there should be only these things: a beautiful picture, or some photo of a very nice tree, or a horizon with the ocean. And also, your child is there; you see the face of the child, and then you go out. Your dogs, or cat, or cobras, or tobras, or probras—they are all outside, but not in the sleeping room. I remember very much from my mother, really, it is the truth. I remember really, and I was sleeping on my mother’s bed—oh my God, till four or five years I said I will sleep here with mother, because I was the youngest one, anyhow. So when I was sleeping, and mother always got up in the morning at 4 o’clock, she was doing so much work: chapatis, chapati flour, and for the cows and animals. There was a buffalo, yeah, buffaloes. They were all there, but one cat, yeah, because my father wanted to have a cat. And she was cleaning the kitchen very thoroughly again, etc., and making breakfast for my father and mother all. So I was the last to wake up, and when my mother silently got up, she first saw my face. That I remember very much. Like, for example, I was sleeping like this, and my mother saw my face, and again she put it. It’s not a joke. It is reality, so your mother is the same. Also, mother is a mother, and father is a father. But then it is said: what should be your energy, your eyes, your being? What you will see first, and what you will eat first. We open our eyes and we see the ocean or the sky. And everything should be pure, good things. It is not easy to get like this from the parents, because your child is like, coming—the fruit, not fruit, the flower from the ocean. Like this is called the lotus, and mother looks through the lotus, the water. So this is what I am telling: this is not a joke. Parents are giving such knowledge to all the children, and this daughter and brother, no problems. Parents have to make them like so beautiful flowers on it. So we wash hands and this and that, we come to the altar of the gods. Can it be Śiva, Brahmā, Viṣṇu? Gurudev, and others: father, face, and trees. And then, in the morning when we get up, the animals, the birds, they are dancing for you and singing for you something, my dear. Why are you not happy? Why are you not relaxed? Good. Look, they are all for you, my dear. Good food, pure food, clean food. And we go, first step out from our house with the first the right foot. Or, if you know this Swara Yoga, then first you should know from where more air is coming, from the nostril, left or right. Then, bring that foot out first from your house. You will see how you will be happy, healthy, everything. If you are angry and you say to your wife something, or to your son something, okay, I am going, and so finished. You drink coffee if you want the whole. What I made this beautiful lotus for, all you are is broken. No one is that. Only you. That is inside you, beauty and no beauty. Happiness and unhappiness are all within ourselves, not from others at all. So yoga is not only tic-tac-tic, tsk-tsk, tsk-tsk,… tsk-tsk. This is not yoga. I go this, I go this… yi-ya, yi-ya, om. This is our movements, but this is that we ourselves, myself I am. When I get up, all I am doing is this, what I am doing. And that is in me, and so I give you all what I am coming and giving you. The truth telling you, I am telling you for good, and you become angry. I said, "It is very car. Your car is very good, and many are sitting in the car, and my car is there." And I was a little bit not good at parking, and I said to him, "Good morning, sir. How are you?" "Pull your car out!" Yes, it is like this many times. So when you go to the office, in company, many people are friends, and one comes in very angry inside. He said, "How are you, Mister?" He says, "Just like this, like this." So this is what you have to learn now. After that, what I wanted to tell you last, and so I know that many people have time to go. They are going; some have train, some have bus, some have long way, traffic, and so on. So from my side, I wish you all the good. I gave you all my love. I took all of Mahāprabhujī’s, Devapurījī’s, Holīgurjī’s, Alkam and Jumaras. I gave you all what I did, and if something was not good, please give it to me back. So if you are angry with me, I will go to Basant, and we will go working very well. I give you the blessing of all our Gurudevs, the blessing of all your parents, and my respect and love to all of you. Oṁ Prabhudeep Nirañjan Sabduk Bhanjan Hari Oṁ Hari Oṁ
