Some people come, become a kind of teacher—not a guru—and then think, "Okay, I will do it myself; I don't need Swāmījī or anybody." This means they have lost everything. Your passport is not valid for all countries; we have permission to go only to certain places with it. "Can I go to other countries?" It is the same for us. We all want to become yogīs, yoga teachers, and gurus, and we have that potential. But to go further, you must understand the foundation. Consider how many years I have been sitting in this country—oh my God, it is nearly 40 years, or 52 years, something like that; some are very old. Some have large families and cannot come, but they are at home. They have Mahāprabhujī’s pictures, and many of them are doing prayer. That is why you should become established in such a way, which is the thing we are all meant to do. Those who are not ready and are not like this try to make negative things. It means they will fall, like a fruit that drops prematurely. Many were thinking only of yoga practice, merely exercise, just exercise. But ours is like a seed that has sprouted. Now come blossoms and more blossoms, and big, big trees, as I told you yesterday. And that gives so many fruits again. So each and every one of you is a big tree, a big tree. Live there, be happy, be in your country, but you must take care of those good fruits, and you go farther and farther. That is very important. We have done nothing wrong. And now you are here, where you are just now, in our big hall. Relax, be comfortable. Let your stomach be very relaxed. With closed eyes, listen to your whole body, how it is comfortable. How peaceful, relaxed, how you are lying down. Your dress color and your friends’ colors of the dress. And now. Expand thyself outside this, our ashram. Beautiful forest of our ashram, remember, and feel, and enjoy the beautiful air. And move your fingers and toes. Make your fist. Stretch your legs. And raise your hands up above your head, stretching the body, and roll left and right. Relax, lie down. Now, think yourself: how should I get up?
