Gurupurnima Satsang in Strilky Ashram 2021

Grace manifests through the living Master.

A personal journey from illness to healing began with a yoga class discovered by following the heart. This led to a community where humble service and devotional singing created a profound first impression. The living Master's work has grown into a vast tree whose seeds are the disciples. Each person must become a living example of love and tolerance, spreading the message as a healing medicine for the world. Inner peace realized within contributes to global healing. The presence of the living Master is essential to cross the ocean of illusion. This gathering reaffirms the good fortune of being connected to this lineage and light.

"Every one of us should be an example: an example in love, in understanding, in respect, in tolerance."

"Without a living master, without this presence of that light, without a real fire, how will we make a fire of our candle, of our flame?"

As Swāmījī said already, last time I was not so much in contact with you all, especially not live. You all were missing each other, isn’t it? So I think even if we don’t see each other in the next 50 years, we will always be together. All of us are forever together, and this is thanks to Swāmījī, you know. I have known Swāmījī for 44 years already. How many of you are below 45 years? Many of you. In that time, Swāmījī was starting in Vienna. It was my great luck that he started there because, actually, he was the one who saved my life. I do not think I would stand in this place, in the way I am now, if I had not met him. At that time, there was already the second ashram in Vienna, and that was Śikhanedagāse. I was on my own as a dentist, and I had a lot of stress and many diseases from it: migraine, depression, stomach pains, and so on. You know, God gives you the... how to say... if you have a big wish in your heart and if you want to come out of your drama—you know what is drama? If you want to come out of drama, you have to tell God or the universe. If you say it in a really strong way, He will show you the way. I am sure many of you met Swāmījī, Viśvagurujī, in an interesting way. You will not believe on which tour I met Swāmījī. I met him, actually. I came to yoga in Morocco. The ways of God are very interesting; you never know where it comes from. I was in a Club Med in Morocco. As I told you, I was not in good condition. I always did a lot of sport in my young life, and also when I was older. You can choose sport events in such a club, all that you want. I did not know anything about yoga, so I said, "Okay, let’s try yoga." You know what is important to listen? Do you think it’s important to listen to the brain? Or is it more important to listen to the heart? What do you think? I was listening to my heart. From the first yoga lesson I had there, I knew this was the right thing for me. It was especially the breathing technique. When I came back to Vienna, I was searching because if I take a decision, I do it. I hope you do it also when you take a decision, yes? Good. I was searching for a yoga class only on Wednesday morning. That was the only time I had. I was the first one in the yoga class, but it didn’t happen on Wednesday morning. Then it was already Śikhaṇḍra Gāse, and that was Katarina. She protected and introduced the young Swāmī Viśvagurujī into Europe. I didn’t see him; I didn’t meet him at all. But this Katarina was so nice, so friendly, and very charming—you know what is charm? Charming. So I decided to go to the class. At that time, Swāmījī taught all classes himself. In the beginning, we had maybe eight persons. After some time, Swāmījī started going with Katarina in an old car—Katarina’s car, I think—to the East: Hungary, Czechoslovakia, and so on. He started to spread the message, you can say. I don’t know why I am telling you this today; maybe it’s interesting for you. My first impression of a yogic satsaṅg was in Hungary. My first impression of a yogic satsaṅg was in Hungary. Probably Swāmījī told me to come there. At that time, I had a big car. I was very normal, with blond hair; I was a normal lady. When I came there, Gurujī was also there—Holy Gurujī and Swāmījī, they were both there. But the most impression I must tell you was, of course, Gurujī and Swāmījī, but also the people. They were washing and cleaning, and it was very surprising for me how they were working together. I will never forget this, really. The first impression is always the most important. I saw that there was really such a connection, such humbleness, and such friendship between these people that, for me, it was wonderful. Two more things from there: at that time, Swāmījī made a fire. Not in the tent, because you said tent—not in the tent, outside, with wood. We were all sitting around, and Swāmījī was singing kīrtans, but not only for 10 minutes, also not 20 minutes, not only half an hour. I think we were singing for two hours, minimum. That was really, really, really great. Some things, when you are new to it, were also interesting for me. Holī Gurujī was in a tent, a separate tent. There were three ladies, several ladies, sitting outside. It was in the evening, and they were singing. I think that was the first time I heard bhajans. They were singing for Holī Gurujī because my language with Holī Gurujī was not the normal language; we had the language of the bhajans. I also remember one event, maybe Viśvagurujī will also remember: we had a big storm, a terrible storm. I remember that we were with Katarina inside the shed, and the storm was so strong that we feared it would fall down. Katarina and I were holding it so the whole tent would not fall down. So once more, we have to be together to reach big aims. I thank you so much that you all support all the wonderful messages and projects that Swāmījī, Viśvagurujī, is initiating and giving to the world. You are all the seeds from a big tree. The big tree is our Siddhāpīṭha Paramparā. But they are above the big tree of Viśvagurujī. He is for sure now at the peak of his growth. He has reached the top. He has realized so many, so many things around the world, and he is giving and giving and giving. We should, all of us, every one of us, we should be in the little grain, in the earth, and spread his message. Make the message of yoga in daily life a healing medicine for the world. That is our duty. You must not be the biggest teacher; that’s not important. But every one of us should be an example: an example in love, in understanding, in respect, in tolerance. This should be our aim. If we do this, then the grains from the tree—with so many blossoms which Swāmījī Viśvagurujī created—all these seeds will grow. They will become little plants, bigger plants, and very big plants, and they will flourish. Then they will spread again, the grains. So remember this picture which I gave you. Every one of you is important. Each and every one is important. Each and every one of us, of all seeds, they are precious. Every one of us has the divine soul inside. We have to believe in ourselves and believe in the aim which we have in life. I think also, in the time now in the world, this world needs people who speak to them. So don’t be deaf. Speak! Speak to others, and show them who you are and how you can help them in their own happiness, in their own qualities, how they can realize themselves. In doing this, we are giving and realizing the inner peace in us. When we realize inner peace within ourselves, we become part of that healing of the world. We can give peace to the world. Thank you. Děkuji vám. Děkujeme, Śāntījī. Thank you very much, Dr. Shanti. There are so many things to tell, and the time is cold. We have the whole day tomorrow. But it should come today now. Our Mahāmaṇḍaleśvar Vivek Purījī from Croatia, perhaps he will give you even a few words. He will talk in Croatian, or? Hari om, brothers and sisters. After such a nice speech by Sādhvī Śāntījī, I also remember one thing which I think is so important nowadays: that is our friendship, our brotherhood, sisterhood. It’s so nice that we are all together here today. Now, is this madness, this COVID time? But seeing you now all together, it’s like nothing else is, no COVID is existing. We are like in all time. When we have gathered here and when I see you, it seems to me like the old days before COVID. It’s as if that whole year was as if it didn’t exist at all. Now is Guru Pūrṇimā, the most important day in our lives because it’s a day of that light which has come on the earth. That divine conscience comes on earth, and we have the opportunity to be with that divine light. When we think about God and when we pray to God, there is always a question: how will God help us? Because God is nirguṇa; He does not have hands, He does not have a tongue. But thanks to God, we have Viśvagurujī, and that light, that divine light, is in the form. And only through that form is it possible to help us. Only through the presence of the living Master is it possible to cross this ocean of māyā. I always remember what Swāmījī told us. When you are sick, when you are really ill, and you have a picture of the great doctor, and you have the live doctor, which doctor will help you? That is important to have all the time in our mind. Without a living master, without this presence of that light, without a real fire, how will we make a fire of our candle, of our flame? That is Guru Pūrṇimā. Because of that, Guru Pūrṇimā is the most important day in yoga, in our life, in satsaṅg, in sanātanadharma: to be in the presence of the living Master. It is not so easy to be with the Master, with the Guru. So many people are completely lost in the māyā and completely intoxicated with so many other things. Secondly, there are so many people, so many spiritual people who are also on the spiritual path, but they don’t have the opportunity to be with their living master. On the other hand, there are many spiritual people who are really looking, people who are not lucky enough to meet a living master. Really, we are the lucky ones. We have really good karma to be here in the Strelka, in the ashram. Also today, I must say, I asked Sādhvī Pārvatī—it was the first time in this āśram, Sannyās Dīkṣā. We have today two new Sannyāsīs. That is really big happiness, big luck, to have more of our friends who are going on that path. Once more, thank you to Viśvagurujī. And yet once more, I thank Viśvagurujī to have such opportunity, such luck to be with the Gurudev, to be in the presence of such a big light, to be in the Śrī Alakpurījī Siddha Pīṭha Paramparā. Thank you once more. So, a very beautiful time; the day was very beautiful. Our people from the Strelky, Mahāprabhujī—about one and a half months I am here from Bhārat—they were working here. All our officers of our ashram, the president and all others, they were working and thinking, hard working for the Guru Pūrṇimā. Our Vasantjī, and his very, very great help—him very much. Gaṅgā is a Gaṅgā. So, till yesterday, like midnight, they were working and working and working. The whole day today, they made these good things. Many, many of our Bhaktas here. This was the beautiful last time Holy Gurujī’s Mahāguru Devjī was here for Guru Pūrṇimā. Or again today. There was a great divine atmosphere when Holī Gurujī was there, and many, many disciples know that about Holī Gurujī. Many did not see Gurujī here, but they all were very much thinking, feeling, and going to other ashrams of Mahāprabhujī, Devaprabhu, Mahāprabhujī’s. So it is that guru-paramparā. But still, there was something I was searching, thinking of. Of course, I got everything I want, my Gurudeva Bhagavān Mādhavānandajī. And he awakened me to Mahāprabhujī many times in my dreams and to Devpurījī. But there was something. And so about ten years—our doctor Shantiji, and this is the Swami Shantideviji, not Sādhvī. Sādhvī is a little bit... because when they are sannyāsī, then male or female, no problem. Yes, all has to be sannyāsī. And so, Satguru, like that, so they are Svāmī. There are some religions in Swamiji, or what is called, this is Sādhanā, Sādhanā. So, sādhvī is that all the time, working in the kitchen and this and that. So it is svāmī. Yes, svāmī, not sādhvī. Okay, so don’t tell Dr. Svāmī it’s sādhvī, okay? So for nearly 10 years she was going round and round through the Himālaya, and then she had some glimpse of Alakpurījī. And that’s the lesson we will have tomorrow. Jeho darśan, budeme mít zítra. The first time someone came to that door, they brought the bread and salt, bread and salt. Why? It is a very, very important or very, very fiery. Why do we have bread and salt? That is that the bread and salt means it becomes in the heart together. That person who came into the house, and when he was eating bread and salt, then everybody will hug them and be a good friend, like family. And then, lifelong, it doesn’t matter what happens, but we will be with that friend who gave me bread and salt. It is written also in the Holy Book, and there is that salt. So, in that way, when we all and others, if we will understand and realize and say yes, then it should remain yes and yes. But in Kali Yuga, now when they said, "Yes," we don’t know what is "yes." They will say something, "Yes, and good," and then after, "Go and bring the dust outside." So when we go there, then we will get it. It will... And that will, that you will have become oneness. So Dr. Shanti was many years, but that was not easy. Sometimes she was gliding up in the Himalayas. So she was going slowly, slowly, not with the, what we call, the rope. But she had good shoes, and slowly she went up more and more. Going up is easy, but then coming back down again, sometimes our thighs are trembling. So, one day, Shanti was a little bit, "My God, how will I come back down from the Himalaya?" Big rocks, but she had... blessings of Gurudev Mahāprabhujī, Devapurījī, Holī Gurujī. And she also went to Devapurījī. And so there was Alakpurījī. And then many of us went there, and we saw that. Shanti said that two or three times she had some visions. Shanti said that she had a certain vision twice or three times. I also once saw Him in the clouds and three times in rocks, and then we have the God that He will tomorrow give darśan. So it takes time. There are many things. A little village in India, in my village Rupāvas, there was not a street. We had to walk from other cities or villages to other villages. There was no way on the sand. And I don’t know what an aeroplane is. Many things. I did not know today I am sitting here. But when the aim, if I have my aim to go, so when I said yes, then yes, and I achieved that everything. But not me, my Gurudevs. And my disciples, so we are here today, and tomorrow will be more. Many people will speak, if they speak a little bit. We will get good prasāda then, and then we will have programs further. So it is a great, great thing that when Alak Purījī came, it is Śiva time, that was Śiva’s Satyayugas. Satyayugas means the Śaṅkara Bhagavān, Śiva. So Satyayugas, Dvāparayugas, Tretā Yugas, and now Kali Yugas. So we will all come out from this negative time, and we will come to the heaven side. We will come out of the Kali Yuga, including our families. If your family does not want to come, but if you alone are willing to go with us, then it is not me, not ourselves, but many, many sādhus, many svāmīs, and many, many others from many other religions. It should not be that yoga in daily life, or the other one, and this, this is it, because we are working on that, and this is a state for us. So if we say yoga, then it is yoga; it doesn’t matter who is learning or practicing, etc. And if someone is behind, I will remain behind. You go. So for me, everyone is for me one, and me one is for all of you. So don’t think that I am his or her, but I am for all. It is not easy, but if we open our heart, then what do we say? We take away our arms, and when we have our arms, it’s not only till my fingers. If we will look, then we don’t know how far I am. Similarly, you also say it like this, and how much we are getting in. So, that’s, you know, always, yeah. Friend, that’s it. And if someone said, "No, this out, I will take," then it’s lost. Give, give, give. That’s very important. It’s not only you; there’s the other also. And when the other is there, then the third one. So we are individual, everyone. But the body will go. Then we will become like little... It was little drops coming from the house. And the second came again, and it became again into the ocean. We will go like that. Oh, I will not talk too long, everybody is... So.
