We are more than this temporary body. The soul, the ātmā, is our essence. After death, it leaves the body like the wind, unseen and untouchable. Its destination is unknown; it does not remain as a ghost in trees. Our physical suffering may relate to past actions, but we should be good to all. Yoga in daily life is for holistic well-being, yet its ultimate aim is spiritual, guiding the soul. The soul may merge like a drop into the vast ocean. Do not fear death or unseen phenomena. We are all interconnected here and now.

When it first came, many people died. The second wave was also very terrible. And now there is something they are saying. What is there? It is something hidden. We don’t know where and how it is coming—headache, eyes, throat, etc. Many things can happen. We have to be very careful, and especially we should not look at the very strong sun. Also, when we get up in the morning and when we go to the bathroom in the evening, we should use clean water to cleanse our bodies, but close your eyes. All around the whole world, people in our Yoga in Daily Life were practicing at home. For some people, yoga is only exercise, like a sport. But we are from the earth to the cosmic. We are the real yoga. Āsana and prāṇāyāma, of course, are also very, very good; there is nothing wrong with them. But we are human, and we know many things. We know what we are doing and for what we came to this earth, and how, when we will go, what we call to God. It holds the sky. We don’t know who is there now. We know and ask ourselves where we came from and where we are going, why we are here. We know that we are going, whether we are going to God or maybe to the whole sky, to the wide sky. And who knows what will happen there? In our physical body, we can see each other. But afterwards, when we give up our body and we are just in our Ātmā, we can see, but we will not see. Where they are, how they are, we don’t know. Many things—what will happen to a human? Is one in heaven or hell? Neither heaven nor hell. But it is a very hard time, only for this jīva, this ātmā. And so we are in the whole sky, and we are there, but it is not like an object. When someone dies, we can’t see where they are. And when we die, perhaps we see, but we can’t see. So it is for the humans that God has given, for the humans that come to that point, that you will no longer suffer, coming again, again breathing, again born, again you will go, etc. And it can be that our ātmā is also here, perhaps on the earth, but we will not see it. We cannot go touch the tree, but we are there inside. It can be. Don’t tell that I’m telling you that they are morning, night, somebody comes. Sometimes people say the ghosts are there, and we can’t touch them and we can’t see them. Maybe sometimes they make some kind of vision, but this is all nonsense. It’s not good. Why would one come and remain in the trees and like this? When our ātmā, the soul, goes out, this body will remain. Nobody will come here and tell that way you are you, or ghost, and those. It is darkness, and when the darkness is, then we are all very afraid. So better we should stay and sleep. Some people think, "In the house," some say, "Oh, in the night, somebody is in my house." Even in your house, when we are sleeping and somebody is coming, why not? Maybe it’s God only, yes. Because it is not, there is no, nothing is coming inside. It is psychic. And that psychic can also trouble many very much. And one becomes more and more weak and thinks, "What will happen now? It will cuck, cuck. I will die. I will this, that." But it is not like that. There is someone, and that someone is when there are night animals, living animals. So they may be moving; they are going for hunting some other animal, that’s all. So there is no like God and ghost and this, or sometimes some people are making, some stupid people, and they are making somewhere in the tree or this and that. So if you see someone, then say to them, "Come. Come, friend. You lost the way. You part." And somebody says, "No, I am so..." You should say, "I know, my friend, come on." Thank you, come. So it is not like that ghost, like this. If someone comes back to Earth, he will come through the mother’s womb. Live there, and then come, and so on. Like all animals also. The eggs of all birds are many, so we should not be so afraid. And so, like, people are here with us; some are in the sun, where there is no shadow. And they can come here, near to me. Come here. Why are you suffering from the sun? Yes. And I will be very happy that you are near to me. Why should I talk from a distance with you? Yes. So, all who are in the sun, come out of here. Yes. Then we can see each other. So yoga is not only this exercise; this is physical things. And that is, we are good, we are happy, healthy—same thing like this. But the physical is not forever. And you know, we, now especially in these times, all we, what we call, we have some kind of problems. Some are ill; they have many problems: the joints, muscles, nerves, stomach, etc. So, when we were in the mother’s womb, it was also not easy, not about easy, yes? I don’t know how they were making, but God has given very nicely. But sometimes a mistake can be by karma; we have to look like this. I don’t know if it is right or not, but it is someone hunting someone, doing bad things. Then it will come back as a human, but suffering. Because we did something not good to that person, so maybe this is that. Otherwise, we should not suffer, and we should be good to all. Don’t say, "Only a few people are good friends, and others are not good people," and this and that, myself. Or talk with us. It is not so good, people. My God, this. But we are good, we will have coffee, okay? So that is coming back to ourself. And so our yoga in daily life, and yoga in daily life, why I wrote this name? Because different countries and different religions are all talking about different things. So we made such a name: Yoga in Daily Life. Yoga in daily life. We practice every day for the good of our body and our well-being. And so, there is what we call God has given, and we are there. So, great saints, ṛṣis, they were making those paths for this soul: how to go, where to go, what to do. Because after we die, when the soul is outside, no one can touch it, no one can feel it, nobody will see each other. It’s just like the wind. It is said sometimes when one dies, any animals, even the one little animal, they also die, they feel their pain, everything. Like a very fine drop, like these other creatures. But when they go, in reality, everything is the same. Sometimes there is a big fire, and sometimes we have only this matchstick. It makes all the difference, like that. Or there is something, so what is it? A little fire can make the whole city burn. Fire has very little, but it’s very big. Agni. And Agni is in our body. And where is fire living? In the ocean. In water. Without this fire, the water cannot remain. They and this, they are one. Fire is very strong when it’s very cold and snowy. And we are holding our snow. Our hands are so cold. And then it’s inside, like fire, cold fire. So, these are the five prāṇas. So these are all five parts of the difference in our body. Physical, mental, spiritual, etc. So when one dies, that is said, the soul is gone, or the ātmā is gone. They are different names. But from this body, that ātmā, the soul, how many years was it in this body? It can’t go out, and it was suffering in the body. But we don’t want to die. We don’t know where we will go. If we know that we will immediately come into the new, and we will be very good, then it’s okay. Then the body is like our dress. But we don’t want to get out, because we don’t know where we will suffer. I’m suffering in a little house, and further, how will it be? So when the soul goes out, it’s like in the night a star is falling, but how spirit, so outspit. So from here, oh, where, where? Only if it is in our visions, then it is, like, that’s all. And so is that our ātmā, the soul? It will go there, and where it will go, we don’t know. But Paramatmā Bhagavān, they have, they know, they have the whole ocean. It is fine drops; it is like fog, but fog is also inside, is water, and that comes again in the ocean. So we all, many souls perhaps, we enter into the ocean. And many are living in different parts of the body. So where to go now? Who will give us something? And when we go out of the body, then we don’t need cold, heat, thirst, anger, hunger; this is gone, we don’t know. Then nobody will come to us, and we will not call, and we cannot see them. So this is life; therefore, we are going through yoga because we are human, and we have knowledge, and we should know how we will. There is the science of the humans and the science of yoga. The yogic science will be no very good after this physical body goes further, and they know how it is and what it is, and go to the supreme, or in cosmic, or go down again on the earth. Heaven is earth, and heaven is the sky. Go where you want, be everywhere peaceful like this. But when we die, we will not meet like this. So, my dear, we should enjoy like this. We are here. So it doesn’t matter what, but we will enjoy together. We don’t want to go out. We want to die. No, no, we will be here together, and so we are very good together, no? Yes. So we are all one in all and all in one. This is our āśram, our house. Our place, our joy, everything, and hope for peace. Harmonies for some days when we are here. So, thank you to see you. Welcome, and we will continue with some twice lectures or bhajans, etc.
