Practicing pranayama with Vishwaguruji

A prāṇāyāma technique is given.

Perform twenty-five inhalations and exhalations through the left nostril. Then perform twenty-five through the right nostril, breathing a little more deeply. Rest briefly. Then practice alternate-nostril breathing. Inhale through the left and exhale through the right for five cycles. Then inhale through the right and exhale through the left for twenty-five cycles. Rest. Next, perform ten cycles of inhaling left and exhaling right, followed by ten cycles of inhaling right and exhaling left. Upon completion, lie down. Afterwards, sit in Vajrāsana and perform the Brahmrī technique seven times. Chant "Om" five times from the navel.

"All that you are practicing about this anuloma, viloma, all practicing through the nostrils, left, right, everything."

"Chant 'Om' five times from the navel, leaving a deep breath."

One technique for you all. It doesn’t matter which group—first class only or the Anuṣṭhān people also. So, we were doing first. Everybody, you know the techniques. So, twenty-five times inhale and exhale through the left nostril. And after that, from the right nostril, inhale twenty-five times—not too deep and not too much, but a little more. Then put your hand down. Breathe only three or four times, just three or four. Then again, left nostril: inhale and exhale with the right nostril. Inhale through the left, exhale through the right. Inhale through the left, exhale like this, five times. And then inhale through the right, exhale through the left. Also, twenty-five times. Hands down. A few minutes. All this: inhale through the left, exhale through the right. Inhale through the right, exhale through the left. Ten times. Then hand down. Then inhale from the right, and exhale through the left. Inhale left, exhale right. Also ten times. After that, I will give you other techniques. So, you have understood? Inhale, exhale. Inhale one first, only twenty-five, right? Also inhale, exhale, same. Then inhale, exhale, this side, and then this side, and then this. You understood it? Okay. When you finish, lie down and head to my side. Don’t go too long, because we have done other techniques. Go ahead, yourself. How are you doing? Deep Nārāyaṇa Bhagavān Kī Jai. Go ahead, take out your mask, go ahead and finish, then lie down. If someone is too long, then remain long. Don’t think of others. When you have done your techniques, lie down. All that you are practicing about this anuloma, viloma, all practicing through the nostrils, left, right, everything. Inhale, exhale, according to what you have been learning. After that, when you have finished all these techniques, then lie down. Now, slowly sit up, sit in Vajrāsana, and do Brahmrī seven times. With closed eyes, just be silent, within thyself silent. Chant "Om" five times from the navel, leaving a deep breath.
