Spirituality is without meat and alcohol

Milk is a primary source of prāṇa, essential for health. It comes from mothers—human, cow, buffalo, goat, or camel. From milk comes yogurt, then butter, then ghee, the essence that nourishes the body. The quality of the milk depends on the animal's health and feed; pure grass yields pure milk. Modern processing often adulterates this purity. Animals feel pain, so they must be treated with care and compassion, not exploitation. Consume milk consciously, knowing its source. Alcohol is a medicine, not for regular drinking; it causes familial strife. Choose good food without chemicals for your family's well-being. All religions are good; practice your sādhanā consciously, respecting others. Beauty is in the soul, not the transient body.

"From the milk comes yogurt; from yogurt comes butter; and from butter comes ghee. That is the quality, that is the power that is good for our body’s health."

"All animals or humans, we are living, they feel pain, and we also feel the pain. Therefore, we should take care."

You have had a very good breakfast, I think. That is good, because we need the prāṇa. And prāṇa—which kind of prāṇa? For example, milk. Milk is one of the best sources. It does not matter from which animals, including from our human mother: cow, buffalo, goat, etc. God creates in such a way that from a body where there is blood and many other things, comes pure milk. Even if there is a disease or something different, that milk can bring very nice butter for us, which we develop into ghee. Then it is called chāś. It is that milk, butter, and yoghurt. So, the milk comes. Warm the milk, then cool it a little. Put a little yogurt inside and leave it closed. By next morning, you will have beautiful, very good yogurt. You will be so happy with very clean, good yogurt. From this yogurt, we put a little cold water inside and churn it like this. From that comes the butter. So first, the mother; then the milk of the mother; from the milk comes yogurt; from yogurt comes butter; and from butter comes ghee. That is the quality, that is the power that is good for our body’s health. When all the milk solids are taken, everything, and still there remains that water, like a sās, like a yogurt residue. So from the yogurt, it is the ghee which comes, and the rest remains. That is one of the best things for the body. To drink one cup every day is good for everything; you can also drink two cups. It makes our body healthy and very good. Ghee is the essence. We take this very nice substance for chapatis or anything good. This means that now I eat everything. What good qualities do we give? It is good for the mother, that she can have good eating. Mostly, all animals that give milk eat grass. We give good food to our mother animals. If they are taking—if they are eating what we call non-vegetarian food, so meat—and we bring that meat from animals and give it to the mothers to eat, that is not pure and not good. But if that mother has good, green feed and from her comes cow's milk and that ghee, then you will see how your child will be, how great and pure the human quality. Those who have eaten such kind of food, you will see that there is less disease. See that those people, very few, they have no cancer. But those who are eating meat and this and that, then cancer comes inside. Of course, there are different qualities of disease. I would not say only that this is cancer, but I could say mostly that we like these people; they have no cancer. Now, mostly they are always giving the cows different kinds of food. They are giving also feed from other animals, and like this. How they are eating affects their milk; it is not the same. But you know, the farmers are very good in the mountains. Their cows are so pure and very good. But now in the world, from cow's milk, they are processing and cleaning it in other ways, putting things in. There is not anymore just milk. In some countries, they don't want milk to be given to humans before it is processed. It will not come as milk to some place, what is called the dairy. Dairy. And what they are putting inside, we don't know, and many things like that. Then that milk is not the milk like this. Now, in many, some certain countries, someone said—I don't know—but some, they can only give milk when it is coming from the cows and first goes to the... no, no... Then they are cleaning it in the dairy. And that milk, they said, is clean and good, but people do not like it. So they can say, "The milk you can have for bathing." I myself have seen with my own eyes there, so they said this is only for cleaning. But people, they drink this milk, not for washing, but they procure from the cow the milk that they want to have. Now, what they said: in the pure milk, they put something so you have diarrhea. So, I don't know what the science is. And what is coming in? How many miles have been built together? I’m sure that here in this country where I am now, they do not do like this. They get pure milk. So milk is very good, and we need milk. But our human mother will not give milk for long, maximum one year only for the child, or ten months or fifteen months. Then we take cow mother's milk and yogurt, or from buffalo maybe, or sheep, or something like that. Goat. So, from certain animals we use the milk. We take the butter, we make yogurt from that. Still, we were in that country just now, where I am. So, milk is for our life. But now, our organic people say that we should not take too much milk away from the calves, from the cows. And what we humans did is that we made very much what is called the milk from the cow; it's oita (udder), and they cannot sit because it's painful. If they lie down like this, one leg is up, then they cannot get up. So they are suffering, so they can't sit. When they go there, they can only stand. Someone said sometimes how people make a joke and they put the cow down, and she cannot get up. The natural cows were such that only they could have proper good milk, but we saw that the exploitation is too much now. So the people said, "This is an animal, it doesn't matter." My dears, all animals or humans, we are living, they feel pain, and we also feel the pain. Therefore, we should take care, and we should always give our cows very good care, and they can sit. They can; many people are cleaning them, washing them, everything. They are giving good grass, etc. Such things that we are doing with the animals, if we will tell them, "Please don't do such things," is also a sādhanā. When you have a little cat at home, if something happens to your cat, we go immediately to the doctor, and we give everything, and we love them. Or a dog. How much we take care of the dog. Or they have a mouse; little children have this also. So then why do we not love other animals? Let them come free. Let them give the milk, and they are very friendly to us. Also, elephant. Elephant needs much milk for his little calf, but we are not going to take so much, okay? But all animals have milk, and milk is the milk of the mother. Mother's milk is healthy milk. It should be; don't mix things inside. Of course, we should know that our cows should be healthy and everything in our countries. So, let's say it is first. Let's take a cow, or a goat, or a buffalo, or an elephant, or a camel. Camel milk is beautiful, very sweet, powerful milk. I myself have been taking milk from the camel, and he is standing, he is not sitting. Then we have one leg we are putting, and we put our pot there, and one hand on his thigh of the camel, and this side. And then he's milking and brings beautiful milk. That, immediately after, if you drink that milk, it is said to be very good. Many people, they get disease away. Cancer, they take away. But people don't accept this now. They think something different, so you know they are very animal-like, and we should love them and we should care for them. That is very important. This way, we are coming from these animals; we consume that milk, that food which we are giving. We love our cows. We give them blessings and massage. We give them good food, good water, and a good place. They are happy, and we are healthy, long life. Then we are in diabetics? Now, in big cities, there is no camel, no buffalo. If the cows are somewhere, they are well. We are many humans now, and we all, even in the big cities, everywhere we have milk, and we are getting a lot of milk. And this is not milk from something different. It is our mother, animal's mother. Many people don't know where the milk is coming from. Yes. And many people, they said, yes, in big shops in America, they get the meat. And from where do they get the meat? In the shop. And they don't tell the children that this is from the cow. This is from the meat, and they don't know what that is. It's been nearly 20 years, or 14 years. In New Zealand, America. I had a lecture there, and there was a big hall, and this was a Christian hall there, and they give the people who come for lectures money, and they get it for one or two hours. So I was giving a lecture, and I spoke about animals. After the lecture, one lady, she was about the age of 45, and she was crying. She said, "I don't know what you told, how we tortured our cows." And how the milk is coming? From that day, she became my disciple. And she said she will never, ever eat meat or things like that. So nowadays it is very hard to tell people not to eat meat. But if our children will know, they will say, "Yes, I will not." I have among me some people here, sitting with me. Me, and they were from... The parents were trying to give him meat, but they said, "No, I will not eat." And I was not telling that to the children. I don't know, but when these children grow up a little, and they see somewhere there is yoga. And what is there? And there's even a yogī. And what is this? And then he said, "My God, I will not eat meat now." Alcohol is a medicine. Alcohol is coming from the Satya Yuga and brought from the ocean, but this is the medicine. It's only medicine, but not for drinking and drinking and drinking. How many people in families, when some are drinking and one is not, and how much of a problem is this? You can have your milk or the alcohol. Sometimes when you have problems coughing and like this, then just a little bit. That is okay. Where there is no alcohol or fighting in one house, the whole family will be happy; that house will be happy. So we know that many people are alcohol-drinking people, and they are offering mostly milk, coffee, and alcohol in airplanes. They are coming with, "Please, now you can drink a little." I said, no. Giving food, vegetarian. But then, now, can you give with alcohol? I said, "No, water, always only water." So I said, "OK, then give me soda water." Or then I said, "OK, a little juice, but not alcohol." Again and again, they are coming. Because they are companies of the alcohol companies, and they said you have to sell so much, so it is whatever it is, my dear. I don't want to say that they should not do, but we can say we will not drink. Our body, from the toes till the head and from the head to the toes, alcohol is very pure, but not for that much to push in the body too much. So now, the little children, you should tell them they should not marry an alcoholic. The boy is not. Alcoholic? But the girl is alcoholic, then the boy will say, "I'm sorry." Or she is not alcoholic, but the boy is drinking, then she will say, "No, I will not marry you. No, I will give up." And so on. And when married, then now you are kissed. But when you said, "I will not marry, I will not marry," maybe not with you now, then it goes to the government of where? They are going to court. To whom? They go to court? Yeah, court. Yeah. Some cold and this, and cold and this. So first, you should know: five or ten years, if this person is really alcoholic or not. I will wait ten years, and you also, ten years. We will be like friends, but we are not touching each other. And every day we see, and we open your mouth. Otherwise, we look in Brahmā Gaura. We are all yogīs, Brahmā. But now many yogīs, they also say, "Yes, eat meat and blast." So that is not in Satya Yuga; it goes in Narka Yogas. So, my dears, we have to come to good food, if it is possible, not so much chemicals inside, and your families, your children, your friends. And you know, in Europe, I am very happy that very, very many people became, how to say, alert. The Germans, Austrians, Czechs, Slovaks, Croatians, and this part of the world where I am, also in America, Australia, they are all awakened and they are all trying to do something better. So we have to first not think about anything but our body. God gave us life, and God said, "I gave you everything: knowledge, this, that, everything." And therefore, I give you now, and you will know, and you will come to Brahma. Or if you will go, that is your choice. That's it. So we should think for ourselves, not because of someone else. When we meet someone, we can only say, "Yes, please," "Good food," "No," "This and this." But to do it yourself is very important. Only because you want to have a couple, and one couple is very good and the other couple is not, and they are fighting. And one is drinking milk, meat, and alcohol, and they cannot come together. His mouth always goes to the other side. So we should talk about animals. We love and we take care of these big animals. Little ants and this, they are living life as it is. We will not do, but we can step on it, and this is our problem. But we say that's why we are doing everyday prayer, prārthanā. What we have done unconsciously, something for that we are making prayer every day. In the night, whatever we have done. Conscious, unconscious, sleeping, dreaming. What I did, please, my Lord. Forgive me if I have not done well. Not killed, not fighting, etc. And evening prasana, prayers the whole day. What happens? O my Lord, O my God, whatever I do, I don't know. You know, please, all I give you, good or bad. And give me only what you will tell my Lord. And for that, prayers, and I pray with mala, mantra. Everyone has their mantras. You see, many religions also have mala in their hands. You know, Muslims, they are very nice, and they also have very nice prayer. They are always, and they wash their hands first. When they go to the mosque, they also wash and go like that. Legs and everything, and hand washing, and then go in. And we also have Christians go to temples, so just that water inside, like this, so they said, "It's my purity from this water. In this little, we are purified." So we are thinking, and we are going to either Holy Mother. Or Holy Father, or other ones, we are giving all our negative things. It was a long time, that time was that Jesus was stretching completely to praṇām. I saw one in Croatia, Father, a very nice church. And I was going there to see, and there was that Jesus was there, and they were giving water. So it was, that is all. All religions, everyone was all bowed down. We bow down, so it is not that only this country or this religion is good. We are all doing, but if we can do a little more consciously, just lead your heart, it will open. Your neighbor's view will be for good. We will respect all people around. And that is why we are making all sādhanās, yoga, prāṇāyāma, meditations, etc., etc., and many others, what you are learning now today. My dears, this sādhanā, what you are doing, how many years now? From all countries. And I try because it is not that a person will come only quickly and then do and say, "No, I don't like that and like this." No. It took time, two, three years, and then we will see that, yes, you will do this. Or someone learned something and went to another religion, something that, yeah, this was very good, but we took our name, not my name. So then slowly, slowly we are coming. But it is you, it is yours. I have only given my guru that which gives all good knowledge, training, anything. Don't say that to me. I am the great one now, and if you will not do it, I will make you a sinner. Don't do this. Please. Never, never, never. Some people say this is a sin. You did me a sin. Please. That sin means mistake. This is a mistake, and this. So we made a mistake, but forgive me. So I am that one. I forgive you. I forgive myself. And I ask you, please, we should come to the clinic. Very clean. In this way, my dear, your religion is very good. Their religion is good. My religion is good. And everyone is good. Whom should I say is good is mine. I said, everyone is good, my dear. I can say only as much as I have, my quality, quantity, or what you call. No, no, no. I do what I can, as much as I can give you. That's all. So, if I made a mistake, then, other religion, he should come to me and say, "Swāmījī, that is make it clear, that is okay. That is good." One car is going on the road, and this air comes out of the wheels, and you are standing. Another will come and stand and help me. That means these are all the good religions. It's very important, so thank you very much. I was thinking about you a lot tonight. Even as I was sitting in my room, I was thinking about something. I was also having breakfast, and three or four people were coming with questions. But at the same time, I was running on your path. So, my dears, I wish you all the best, and do further. And if it was not good, you didn't, please, give it back to me. Don't make a mistake. Grade, dress, eating, talking, money, beauty, this is just nothing. This is nothing. One day, the cloth will be burned also. The body will also burn. When we are very old and something is a problem with our mouth, from the mouth is dripping, and that person was about 80 years. Before, he was a beautiful boy, but it happens, it will happen. But beauty is in our soul, beauty is in our heart, and our beauty is with our friends, good and happy.
