Live your days spiritually

A spiritual day begins with conscious morning practices. Upon waking, affirm your humanity, recognizing this identity prevents harm. Honor both your biological mother and the Earth Mother. Touch water to connect with prāṇa, the life force. Then approach your altar for worship. Respect all beings in your home, including animals. Before leaving, bid farewell to your parents, maintaining that connection. Proceed through your day with awareness and helpfulness, returning home happy. This daily sādhanā cultivates a blossoming life.

"Upon waking, our eyes open, and we say, 'I am human.'"

"First is our mother, who gave us birth. And first, we have touched our mother, and that mother is the earth."

Good morning. All is very good. Did you meditate last night? In the dream state (Svapna), yes, Bhagavān Kṛṣṇa. Now he is coming again and again, and always will be. When you desire more of something, and tomorrow it will be very great, on that day it is said one should first fast, and then eat at midnight. That is very nice. If you feel it is okay, do it; if not, then not. But when we wish to see where God is, how God is, how they lived, how it was—this began yesterday, and many children liked it very much, and everyone did as well. So, thank you. Now it is said that today is Sunday, and many of you are going to different countries. You are going home with your body, but your ātmā is here. Day and night, the memory will be there. In this Kali Yuga, we have come into such a spiritual atmosphere that it will not attack us. But what should we do every day? When we get up in the morning, we go to the bathroom and wash ourselves, and the whole day is then much better. Similarly, we go to work, but in the morning we should clean ourselves. What does it mean to clean? I have said it many times. When we wake up, our eyes open, and we say, "I am human." When we say to ourselves, "I am human, only this," remember that I am a human. Then, oh human, they will not kill anyone, and especially as humans to humans, not doing harm, killing them, or anything. We are the human. We are all human. And when we open our eyes, we also think: my mother, my father, my God, my Guru. After that, you say to your mother, "I stand up on the earth." So, there are two mothers that we have. First is our mother, who gave us birth. And first, we have touched our mother, and that mother is the earth. So, our mother and our Earth Mother. We must respect both very much. It does not matter if the mother is very old or has some problems. Sometimes they have some problems mentally, but still, it is the mother. This is the three-point practice. My eyes open. I am human. I sit up and say, "My mother, you are my mother. You brought me, my mother." Even now, it does not matter if you are 80 years old and your son may be a politician, prime minister, or anything. But we are our mother. Yes, we should bow down to the mother. To others, you may raise your hand, or say "Come here," or "Sit on the chair," but when mother comes, we should stand up. Then you are a real human. And that is your mother, also the father. Without father, mother will not give you a child. That father does everything for us and for the whole house. Properties, everything our father and mother have, they will give to us. Do not say, "Mother, give me your property." If we say this, that is not Mother's; you did not understand what Mother is or Father. Father can also be hard, many things, but still, that is so. These are the points. So from the bed we stand up: "Father, may I put my hand on you? The earth, mother." Then it comes to the prāṇas. That we come nicely, and ah, how nice. Our prāṇa. Prāṇa. Prāṇa means life. Life. We go to touch the water. Tomorrow morning, when you wake up, you will go to the water, and maybe just two drops, but it goes through the whole body's vibration. Water is water, mother, father. After that, we come and we look to our Guru or God, the Holy Saint, where there is the best, the very good, on the altar. Then, of course, you have your house, animals. They are also good to respect, love, feed, and not kill them. This is our sādhanā. So give everyone something to eat, and anyway, you are doing prayers or something. Am I doing this for the prayer? And it has immense aromas, smells. And when it comes to Agni Devī, so then, first we have Agni. Agni is great. Agni is in the water. Without water, Agni cannot reign. And water cannot exist without Agni. This glass of water and this fire, not. That is prāṇa in the body, and also cool water. In that way, so that water you have first, we say, Mother, the Earth Mother, Father, I am human, these things. And we wash, and then we say, "I pray." Finally, it is that our God, our Gurudeva, Jesus, whatever it is, there is that pūjā, prayers, worship. Then after that, we come, and whatever is anywhere, what we need to drink and read, eat—do not eat immediately. But you know, everywhere in this country, also when I came—it is about 50, 52 years—many times they were also worshipping, and then they were eating breakfast. Then they drink something, tea or coffee or milk, etc. In that time, when we make pūjā in your countries, in your religions, God is only one, because God does not speak that language, from this language to other languages, but one is called the Supreme. After that, when we go from our house, before we leave the house, we say to our mother, father, "Father, good evening. I’m going to work there, and this." Yes, and parents say, "Yes, please, and come home good." It is a connection between parents and children. Also, to these animals in our house. They are waiting for us. They are waiting for us to come. We are not humans, dogs, or many, many animals. But they know that, so it is. They are like this. On the way, there are many things. When we are going, if someone is in a hurry, we should go a little to one side. We go somewhere to work; we are going, and they also need our help. In that way, the whole life, whole week, we will be so happy, and you come home very happy. "How was the whole day? It’s great." And so, time to time, we make mantra that is protecting us. Not these words, not the body. But the spiritual, their ātmā, their soul. And so, there they have prayers, and then there are prayers. In that way, we will be like beautiful trees, and all this blossoming. Hari Om. So, now you are going. If you have any questions, please tell me the questions. Of course, families, our families from my side, tell them many blessings, all good things, all good things, and we will see again. We will see. Any questions? Brothers and sisters, Praṇām, Guru Bhrātṛjī and Guru Sestrī. Gurudev just talked about our prāṇa. Without prāṇa, we cannot live. Without prāṇa, we cannot live, and Gurudev is our prāṇa. And Gurudev is our prāṇa. Without Gurudev guiding, we also cannot live. And we have Swāmījī TV, and this especially in COVID time when we cannot get to Gurudev, the Swāmījī TV is our satsaṅg with Gurudev, and we are all very blessed here to be with Gurudev. But there are thousands and thousands of other bhaktas who can only watch Swāmījī TV. If we do not look at Swāmījī TV, you never know at that point what Viśvagurujī says that solves our life problems. And not only just for us, they are for all over the world. And we are now planning to have many language translations. And this costs money. And Swāmījī TV has asked me to raise funds for this project. And I feel that although on Swāmījī TV there is a donation box on the screen, many of us, most probably, or some people will not think about, "I will go on the Swāmījī TV and make a donation." And also, there is PayPal, which is hard for people to do. So, people also think that they have to put in a sufficient amount to go on Swāmījī TV because there is a PayPal charge. So now, since I’m here, we have started a box for Swāmījī TV donations, done that, and I’m only asking, not very much, for a cup of coffee. I think anybody can afford a cup of coffee in a month. Because this is a very, very important project for all of us and for Viśwa Gurujī, his message goes on to us when we are not with him and also goes around the whole world to those people who are blessed to watch Swāmījī TV. And I have kind of thought about it. To depend on Swāmījī TV to donate is hard, so maybe everyone in the country could have somebody to collect only two euros from each bhakta who watches Swāmījī TV. Only two euros, just for every month, you put two euros in for each country; somebody will organize that so at least we can support the broadcasting. That is why I think it would be good, because the contribution through PayPal is not optimal. So maybe it would be best if there was someone in each country who would coordinate the selection of financial contributions from all students in the amount of 2 euros per month, so that they could put the money together. Because broadcasting on the internet and television is very important. It is important for each of us, because we cannot be alone with Swāmījī, and it is important for people all over the world, who are watching it. So, how about each ashram where bhaktas watch Swāmījī TV, just put only two euros a month as a subscription for watching Swāmījī TV? So, maybe we could do it in such a way that in each ashram, from each person and each bhakta who watches Swāmījī TV, two euros a month to bring these contributions together. This is a joint effort from all of us. When you take two euros, it’s just a cup of coffee for anyone. And anyone can afford to give to each ashram to collect, just when you watch Swāmījī TV anyway. All of us, at one time or another, so just sacrifice that cup of coffee and say, "I support Swāmījī TV." Thank you all, and then we can begin now. Anyone who has not just put any amount in the box here, thank you. Those people who haven’t done it, please, or if you can have more, just stimulate yourself: say, "Today, my cup of coffee goes here for Gurudev Swāmījī TV." So if you haven’t yet contributed, you can do it right now here in the box, and you can give 50 crowns for the coffee that you will say today. Thank you all for your support. And supporting Swāmījī TV is supporting us, as Guru Brothers and Sisters. And it is the biggest thing that we can have worldwide to spread Gurū Dev’s teachings. Thank you. I haven’t asked for your permission, but I just talked a little, and it became bigger. Yes, drop by drop, drop by drop. Drop by drop? Yes, drop by drop. That’s why I asked them to do it now, so that they can have something. Thank you. So, worldwide, we have so many bhakta chāyās; two euros will be multiplied. We will go to the, in your countries, China, and from China only one, one... we will make it. Yes, Mātājī is going now to Canada, she’s going to Canada, and Vancouver, and there are many, many friends of Mātājī’s. And disciples, spirituals, Chinese, and others. But mostly Chinese. Oh, they give you very much money. It will. Mātājī will do it. So we have competition. There or here, Mātājī brings money, and we will take it here. But everyone, of course, not just me. All thank you, Mātājī. Thank you very much, Mātājī. We respect you very much. And now she’s going to Vienna, and tomorrow morning she’s going to Canada. And we will remember her very much. And in our Swāmījī television, she will tell, and I will talk about my disciples there. And we will make it from here. I will talk in Canada and give them nice lectures, and like this. Thank you, everybody, my dears.
