You must learn this powerful spiritual practice for the foot soles and palms. Over years, it changes your life. Today, we will continue our practice. Yesterday, I spoke about beginning from our Kriyā Śakti, the chakras, the kuṇḍalinī, and all that we are learning. I explained everything. Look, what is all this? You have to learn this. This is a very, very powerful, very spiritual practice, very good for our foot soles and our palms. You will see everything: where it is going, where it is coming from, many, many things. So you should always observe it—in the left hand, in the right hand, and many, many things here.
